There was a underground cable problem in the new area where i requested to shift the existing broadband connection, but the Airtel Network engineers did not inform me about the feasability of their connection in the new area and purposely made me wait for 1 month, , then i came to know through my neighbour about the underground cable problem in the new area which airtel had been facing for 3 years.If this was informed to me earlier i would have paid my 2 months outstanding bill and closed Airtel connection and moved to different internet service provider.but Airtel made me wait for 1 month and then again requested to wait for 18 more days.Digging the road and replacing the cable cannot be done over night .It requires permission from various MLA and corporations.So now if i move to a different provider i had to pay him Rs.1000+800 for the new connection...This Rs.1000 would havebeen the amount i spent in the last month waiting for Airtel.I was told that i was given a weaver for the non internet usage for the 1 month which i waited.But my only question is if they had told me about the cable problem earlier then i would have shifted to different provider a month back, but one month i spent from my pocket and again for the new provider i spent from my pocket.Airtel is justifying this action.Kindly Take action against them.

I have already emailed my conversation with Airtel Team to airtel.[protected]@airtel.com.

What i want to Highlight is, even after sending out an email on 6th June on demanding concession for the fraud move by airtel, 20th June again i got a call to wait for 18 more days...I want to know when my connection got disconnected the exact date. and why Fake promises where made on 30th June agreeing for concession and later after a month i keep getting mails and sms that i have outstanding amounts. Now being the Victim of your Literal promise .I dont want to set that as an example for future customers...Simply i request you to give concession for the days from 17th May to the day when my connection got disconnected.I'lll pay the remaining amount.

A customer is not a fool to pay as you ask.Valid statements are required .

    Respected sir from last full month ago i was register complaint 4 times about the issue of 3G network in my mumbai airtel number [protected] and accepted my request and give the somes dates 4 times in a month but they still not be resolve my complaint completely, they just tell me 'sir aapki complaint humne register ki hai do tin din mai aapko koi bhi dikkat nahi aayegi' i just frustrated about that sentence. Please u take action to them

        Sir Last month, the night of 22 August 2015 on train departures from Tirunelveli (chennai-ex, number -16106, S-5), 23 August 1130 at Chennai Egmore railway station arrived in the afternoon, after leaving the station i realized my mobile missed( with sim card, 16gp memory card, sony xperia, c2004 model, dual sim) i returned the compartment for search, i can't found.when i dialed my number by friend mobile the phone ringed but not response, i tried second time the mobile was switched off, i complainted at the railway police with imei no-[protected] and recived petision report mobile-[protected]-airtel & [protected]-bsnl

          I recently got a duplicate sim on 1-SEP-2015 for number [protected] since my phone got stolen. Since then my messaging services outgoing as well as incoming is barred. Tried calling airtel service center several times but they did not help much and when I asked for complaint number they said they can't give. Ended up getting complaint online: PR[protected]. I have already tried changing the messaging center number but that did not work out. Due to this issue my Internet banking is stalled since every banking transaction needs to be authenticated through OTP. Airtel, A smartphone network that I really doubt it is!, Address this issue at the earliest or else I will register a case against you in Police station since you guys are harassing your end customers.               My airtel number is [protected]. I was granted and committed a waiver of Rs.2000 + taxes by an airtel appellate officer on my last months bill generated on Aug 9, 2015. I called the appellate and nodal office a couple of times to check the reason for delay in posting the waiver online but I kept receiving conflicting information from different executives regarding the status of my waiver. Their excuses ranged from system being down to technical problems to human error and what not. I first lodged a complain with airtel customer service on July 24, 2015. Since then I have been regularly following up with their executives but to no avail. Every single time the executives would assure me of prompt action and resolution regarding my waiver but there would be no follow up of any kind. They would promise to arrange a call back from the technical team but that would remain unfulfilled too. My subsequent calls to 121 would yield no result either. Tired of empty promises, I reached out to their nodal office. They too promised to look into the matter and committed a waiver of 2000+taxes but never credited to my account. Each time assuring me that it would be done at the earliest. This entire experience has left me frustrated. During my last call with their nodal officer, the supervisor refused to take any responsibility for their inefficiency and delay. He was downright rude and arrogant and kept proffering multiple excuses on why the waiver was not posted even after having committed for more than two weeks. I dont know where to seek resolution now. I have no option but to post my nightmarish experience with airtel on every possible public forum so that prospective airtel customers know what they are getting into.

                I have applied for airtel broadband connection a week ago. From that day i have been following up with the people at airtel office dwarka. Pathetic pathetic n pathetic people at airtel office dwarka. Bunch of stupid illeterates. They tell you lie about some1 that he dint came to office, on the other hand i had a talk with that guy few hours ago on landline. Its been a week i have not received any update. I have paid 1000 rps in advance for the broadband connection but nothing being installed. If one more day they dint installed ny connection i am going to throw the reciept on their face and get my money back.

                  I have recently port from Vodafone to Airtel there are lot of issues in airtel network. 4 days are gone still my incoming is blocked. I have already made complain from first day and they send me message that my issue get resolved. Airtel Service is very poor and very slow they need 7 days if your incoming is not working.

                    Just Aitel is cheating the customers, No notification if I crossed the 2G data 500 MB LIMIT Data, Before I received the alerts and emails, why this month I not received and even when I asked in the Begumpet Customer care he checked the notification this month I am not received and he accepted about this issue, this month no alert MSG or email sent regarding this issue. The system also know that I have not reached the MAX limit, so your system doesn't alert the customer, but you people are saying that we are using the data

                    If I am reached the MY free DATA limit is MAX, why you people not alert me. Previously two months back also I got alert mail and MSG. Why this month not received.

                    Without my permission, how can you people increased the credit limit,

                      I was using Airtel 4G dongle from last 16-18 months and Initially 5-6 month i was happy with the services and netwrok as promised but last 9-10 month i am not getting the 4G network. I have lodge complaints about with their customer care. They have closed the ticket with out notifying me and i have came to know that they have closed that ticket and resolution given as they need to setup new tower in my area and it will take 3-4 months though i have paid bill for 4G services. After 4-5 months i have raised another ticket as the network getting worst and it is not even dial up network services and this time also they have said that they need to setup tower in my area. I have had told the Customer service Manager that i am not going to pay the bill until you fix the network issue and they have said " No problem sir we are going to stop the services temporarily and once we setup the network over their in your area then we will send the bill" but they are sending bills after bills with the late fine. Ticket No : 62275162 and 56244137 Airtel Number : [protected] What should i do in this case? please help me.

                      I was expecting some solution from you people but i am still getting the bills with the fine. I have got the new bills for this month though the services was deactivated.

                      I didn't hear anything from you people and it is pathetic. I got so many calls but with out resolution and each and every person asked what has happened but not got any resolution or any time when it will be resolved.

                        We had applied for a shift of broadband connection from T.Nagar to Nelson Manickam Road which lies just 3 kms and both locations come under same exchange.                           I had a mobile post paid connection ([protected]) with Airtel and converted the post paid connection to prepaid connection by making cash payment in full (in fact I made excess payment) by visiting their gallery (as confirmed by their executive). Post this the connection was converted to prepaid connection. Now after a month, they call me and tell me that there is an outstanding of 10, 000/- odd on my account now. This in incorrect.

                            1) The billing was 17th to 16th until June 17th. 2) There has been one week billing between 17th June to 22nd June 2015 For the billing cycle 23rd June to 22nd July – My bill says I consumed 9.8 GB – This is accurate 3) For the billing cycle 23rd July to 22nd August – My bill says I consumed 5.5GB But on 4th August it was reported that I already consumed 10G and my speed was dropped down to 2G 4) I was forced to buy smart bytes for this billing cycle. On 24th August after 1 day into the billing cycle again they are telling I consumed 10G – This is completely wrong. 5) Everytime I talk to someone I get different answer. 6) They keep telling me to contact on 17th September to know more details of my one day usage – whereas my bill will not get generated until 23rd September

                              My mobile no. is [protected] i had an internet network problem. i called to the executive on 198. that executive talked very rudely, he ustomer he should completely misbehaved. i dint at all feel that you guys are interested in customer service. when i made him realized that i am a customer and he should not talk to me like that rather provide me answer that satisfy my query he disconnected my call.

                                  Hi, I have applied for Airtel fixed landline connection (Booking No: TNPC385285) on 28-July-2015 to the number [protected]. Still now there is no response from Airtel. I have called the executive, but there is no proper response.I called Customer care and got details as they didn't submit the application still. I am really disappointed by airtel and their service. We think they did personal expense in our cash. The Executive and Manager are planned and going the business to get the amount from people for connection and using for their personal use. Why Airtel giving dealership to these type of Agents?. I need an immediate answer and amount.

                                    I tried porting my number from airtel prepaid (Up) to airtel prepaid and postpaid 6 times. Not a single success. They have customer care but they don't care. We can't contact them and they say they will resolve issue in 2 hrs. What a joke. They will not help even in 2 weeks. They have the best network but worst service. They should sell their company to vodafone who at least have good customer care.
