My name is Onkar Bhujbal and My airtel mobile number is [protected] I got suffered as Airtel charged me 3200 as a Internet bill whereas my mobile post paid plan is only of 299 rupees rental. They have disconnected my outgoing calls and internet. Recently I shifted from Idea to Airtel and last month also I paid 925 Rupees as a bill for 15 Days.

    Dear sir / madam, i am deepak. I am a airtel jaipur prepaid national mnp customer who comes from airtel delhi prepaid network. But there is a problem in airtel port - in number. Now my problem is, after sucessful port - in i am not able to send outgoing sms. There is no problem in incoming and outgoing calls. I visited many times in airtel store and have called 121 so many times but the problem still persists. It has been 2 months now.
    Please urgently resolve my issue.

    It has been 4 months now my outgoing sms is still not working. I have registered atleast 15+ complaints with Airtel for this problem and sent mail to them multiple times but everytime they simply close the call before their SLA without confirming with me for possible solution and I am still not able to send any sms to any mobile across the country.

    For some days now airtel customer care have even stopped taking my complaints and started disconnecting the calls in between or redirecting my call to ivr and disconnecting after that.

    I have never defaulted on my payments. I am paying equal amount for the services as others but due to this problem I have lost lot of my time and have missed a very important service which should have been provided to me for the cost they charge us.

    I want Airtel to take corrective actions for my problem and compensate me for the loss I have faced for last 4 months.

    Please also let me know if there is anything to be done from my end. I want to get this sorted as soon as possible

      Sir /madam i have submitted my documents twice but still there is no incoming, outgoing and also not able to use data service.i have called service several times they always saya that my all service are shown active .recently i have sumbitted my documents a week ago i.e on 20/08/2015.so i request the concern to resolve the issue else i will switch to other service provider. i have many airtel connections in my family but as your service is so poor i am going to disconnect all number and switch to other service providers. my prepaid number in which i am facing problem is [protected]. but for contact purpose you can call me on my airtel post paid number i.e [protected]. my complaint number registered by airtel customer service is[protected]

        Would like to broadcast my complaint against the airtel international roaming pack not working even in the designated list of countries mentioned by them. Thus even after paying a good amount of 997 to get 100 free mins of incoming I am being charged 90Rs/min for each incoming call for past 10 days. Even the complaint to higher offi is of no use!!

          My mobile number [protected] was ported on 12:30 am on 26th Aug by Vodafone. However airtel has not yet activated the number after a number of false promises. Thia number is connected to my accounts and resulted in a loss of Rs 2 lacs as I did not have OTP to transfer for a transaction. The team of Vijay and Swati lied about the activation time. Alternate contact number is [protected] as the other one is not activated

            Hi, My name is Anshul Gupta. I was having an airtel connection with the number [protected]. I got this number recharged with an internet pack of 1 GB 3G data for ₹149, which was in a special scheme on my number, on Friday i.e. 21 August 2015, and I was using it on that day. But the next day I had to leave for Haridwar and the SIM showed no service in Haridwar, so I called up the airtel customer care and they said that there is some problem with the SIM, so get the SIM exchanged with the nearest airtel store. And today I went to the store in Pitampura, Delhi, the guy there said that my number has been permanently disabled. I told them "why did the number show a special scheme then, I used it on Friday and on Saturday I had a conversation with the customer care regarding this issue and the number was active at that time, I had no outstanding balance on that number that you guys were waiting for a recharge on my number and disable it after the recharge" and the guy replied that we can't do anything and even if you mail the customer care, they won't do anything. And now I am very irritated. Either the number should have not displayed the special offer or the airtel should have informed me that my number has been disabled on my alternate number. So, I request you to kindly get my money reversed(₹ 149/-) and the amount of loss I had to bear i.e. atleast ₹ 1, 000/- as soon as possible.               My comlaint isthat on 14 august 2015 i have registered for airtel broadband connection and the second day the person name zakir khan came to house to verifiy and he said your broadband will on 17august 2015. when istallatio person and istalled and we didnt get the isntument.zakir khan in our connection the instrument was free his no.[protected] i want my instrument or you can take your connection back

                I had purchased a set top box connection from airtel. But quality of picture not up to mark & charges are also high for viewing the channels. I had stopped recharging the same. After some days I had got a call from airtel saying that, if you donot want to recharge return the dish antenna & set top box. I had asked for my money back. They told me that first you return the box & dish we will pay you later. They removed the dish antenna, but not returned my money. It is almost three years, I am waiting for my money.

                  My Airtel digital id is [protected]. There are two connections are activated on same id but i am using only one. Few months ago they did the same thing and i had to complaint many times to close that another connection, now they have activated this again.Since April 2015 i am paying for 2 connection.4 times i have called them but my problem not solved yet. I want to close another connection and i want my all refund from month april to august.

                    Sir, in our aera their are many people would have Airtel connection. But we did not have a network range. in our area idea, voda, bsnl are becoming large.                       I have shifted from Postpaid to Prepaid in Aug 2015, and the plan which they have given to me are charging more Call Rates Local: - Airtel to Airtel -- RS 1.20/Min Airtel to Lanline -- RS 1.50/Min Airtel to Other Mobile -- RS 1.20/Min STD: : - Airtel to Airtel -- RS 1.50/Min Airtel to Lanline -- RS 1.50/Min Airtel to Other Mobile -- RS 1.50/Min But i have another Airtel Sim in which Local call is 30P/Min and STD 50P/min, I don't know why they are looting me for converting from Postpaid to Prepaid I do not have good impression of Airtel mobile communication on Me Recommended not to take any new Airtel connection, Hope at least Airtel people will reoply

                          I am a Government servent in the Dept of Public Health. We have tie up with Airtel and i am holding a CUG mobile sim in my name. As the payments by the Govt usually are delayed, as my previous no got disconnected for the same reason, i got the SIM in my name and paid the payment for Dec14, jan, Feb, Mar, Aprl 2015 and as the Govt pays the amount directly to the Company, I with held personal payment.The services got disconnected and i was put to problem because of this. I received calls from Airtel (Ms.NAGALAKSHMI)for the payment . I expressed my inability as it has to come thru GOvt. They ensured the money back once they receive the money thru Cheque from The Govt and insisted on immediate payment to retain the connection on the same mobile sim [protected].An executive by name Mr. Kishore came and collected RS.2000/- &PROMISSED IMMEDIATE ACTIVATION. Its 4 complete days since the payment is done but the connection is not renued and both the persons, Nagalakshmi &Kishore not lifting the Phones. I am put to lot of stress due to their unethical and irresponsible behaviour and i had to go to the Airtel Office seeking clearification and justice which put me to stress and amounted loss of my valuable time.

                            I requested for a new airtel broadband connection. The sales dealer ([protected]) called me and verified my detail and asked me to pay Rs.1000. I gave the documents and Rs.1000 to another guy who came to house ([protected]). After I paid, I didn't get any confirmation or anything. I tried reaching the sales dealer 1000 times and she didn't pick my call.

                            The next week, I tried reaching the guy who came to my home. This guy never attended my 1000 calls.


                            Can someone help me to cancel the connection request and refund my 1000 rupees.

                                My name is Jitesh, a resident of Amrapali Royals, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The network of Airtel is too bad that despite of complaints no one is taking this matter seriously. Either Airtel should stop selling sim cards in indirapuram or it should take care of existing customers. Why the signals are so bad here? Anyone calling me gets a automated response, this number is out of coverage area...Airtel being leader in telecom services should fix this issue immediately. My no. is [protected] (airtel).

                                  Dear Sir, Its with utter humiliation that I am to inform you that today at around 10.15am I went to you retailer store located at Udaipur, Opp to Shtala Mandir, Radhakishorepure, Tripura State but found only staff there . I told him that I have to change my AirTel prepaid sim card bearing the number [protected] in my name as its not working on my smartphone during the last few days. As advised I waited there for ten mins and then an young lady came( who seems to be a regular staff of that retailer store) and when I told my problem she asked me to produce a xerox of my EPIC which I did immediately. But after five to ten mins she asked me to produce a photo of my own and in a hurt I made a stamp size photo copy of mine and went there again with Rs 30/- as asked by that lady. It was almost 10.40am which is also the time for me to attend to my duty in my school. But once I produced the stamp size photo that lady asked me, " Why haven't you made it I passport size?" I told her politely that as its my own sim and I had produced my EPIC then it does not matter whether its a stamp size or passport size as my documents are with you since I took this connection. But she didn't pay any attention to my request and straightway told me that without passport size photo she wont give me new sim. At that time she was accompanied with another lady staff. . I felt extremely humiliated as it was an intentional attempt by your staff to harass a genuine staff. Moreover, I was late to arrive I my school ( Udaipur Ramesh Higher Secondary School) and that's why I could not attend my duties and was forced to take one day's Casual Leave. This is really obnoxiously harassing a common man for doing nothing. I beg your attention. In a fit of temper I left the aim card on the road and returned home with a pained heart. If someone gets this sim card and does anything I wont be responsible for it with immediate effect. I am also a frequent user of your 3G services through your special data simcards for the last two years. . But today's behaviour made me really insulted and now I am feeling extremely guilty as to why I took your service ao far. I want a new sim on the Sam number but I qont go to that store again especially after today's harassment. Soon after I went to the BSNL's Udaipur office to change my BSNL PostPaid sim which too had the same problem(No-[protected]) and once I produced the xerox of EPIC( Voter ID) the authorities immediately took my old sim and issuie me a fresh one and for that I only had to pay Rs 20/- and didn't even ask to produce my photo ( be I stamp size or Passport) .                                     After being fed up with Vodafone customer support, I decided to migrate to port my number 97****7035 to airtel. First they tried to port the alternate contact number that I had provided them. After realizing the goo[censored]p they started the process again. After a week I got migrated to airtel on 26 Aug 2015. I called up the designated number to activate my number to be greeted a sleep executive (my mistake I called up at 7 am and disturbed her !!!). She could not even read the number correctly at first. after some time I restarted the phone to realize that I am still not getting network. I called up customer care and was told that the status is "waiting for activation" and was told that it can take upto 24 hrs (which is ridiculous for a mnp process). I asked to speak to manager and was transferred to the customer care number again. I was then given a service ticket number and a nodal officer's number. I called the nodal officer, but it does not recognize the service ticket number. Mean while I am still waiting for the network to start on my number.

                                      I had applied new airtel landline and broadband connection on 14/08/2015 and the TBLR 7007627 in my name D Prakash. I had also given 1000 rupees cheque in the favour of Bharti Airtel Ltd. I haven't received the connection yet and the advisor is not picking my call his number is +[protected]. When I called customer service today they casually inform me that airtel can't provide connection to me. Incase if you have forgotten let me remind you that I have 2 landline connection and 1 mobile connection. Why the advisor checked the dp and told we can 100% provide the connection. I am requesting you to help me in getting my new connection. I have also given Rs 1000 cheque in the favor of Airtel.                                         I am using airtel 499 plan since 2month and i am very disappointed about the airtel network service this month i am getting so much problem ...not able to talk clearly and not able to use 4g ...only 2g so whyy i have to pay for this...pls explain ...i already comlaint about this 2 or 3 time...this month i am not Paying for that and going to change with other company...very bad experience ...bad service
