Hello, I am Mohammad Zuhaib fron Ghaziabad(ncr), i used an airtel number [protected] since more than 7 years and i submit my voter i.d card and photo for i.d proof. now i am in mumbai from 6 month and i lost my moblie there. i submit a FIR in MHB police station borivali Mumbai. i was send my brother to airtel outlet in Ghaziabad for issue new sim but your executive says its number not register with Mohammad zuhaib, its registerd with mahender how its possible sir, i submit my i.d and photo and in past i issue new sim when im lost in past i submit all documents with myself. your executive says if you want this number than postpaid will be issue for your name. i have registerd everything with this number my bank account, my fb account, my mail i.d, my passport detail, my train pass, my bus pass, and everything. Please Help me and issue [protected] for my name and id..if registerd name is wrong its not my fault its your mistake.     I received a message that Recharge your mob. no. [protected] with RS 296 unlimited 2G internet valid 28 days. Then i recharge with RS296 validity till 30 August 2015. But now i cannot browsing due to my DATA balance is 00 MB.Then i call to airtel they said me that you have 00MB data balance. Thus i cheated by Airtel offer.

      I had taken airtel postpaid connection, as I was not satisfied with the service, I requested to close the postpaid connection but even though every month they are sending the bills. this is ridiculous. this is very annoying. I am not using the number but I am getting bills. please close the postpaid connection.

        I have ported to airtel with [protected] no for better service. But it was a very bad experience. From last 15 days when i call to any number i have to listen a 30 sec offer which says that get 1 gb 3g for 28 dyas in 169 rs. I requested to stop that to customer care but they told me that this is a offer and i recharged with 169 but i got only 200mb. Still i have to listen this offer before any call. I called to customer care but they told me that this is not for you and they are not able to stop this also. Very pathetic. For example i have to make 20 calls a day then i have to listen 30*20 means 6 minutes to that offer and customer care told me that it is not for u???????????????? what is rubbish with airtel. Airtel first give me 1 gb data balance and stop that announcement thing. Stop try to fool people.

          I had a subscription of free music download and streaming . And then i was unable to download any song. i rated the app in google play, they replied after 23 hrs Meanwhile I opted for Wynk plus subscription, still the problem persists. I had mailed to [protected]@wynk.in with the attachments. I have also spoke to Customer executives of Airtel. Moreover they say they will connect to the supervisor and they hang the call. i mean what is this? They just don't respond and i have wasted my one week. Now when i had last conversation with their executives, they were unable to solve the issue. I asked for money back. That also they cannot provide.

          I have submitted 3 screenshots. I have also the screenshots of phone call with customer service, google play app reply. i have also complained i airtel website. but i havent been allocated any SR.

          I was using Wynk app for last 2 months and had a yearly subscription.Suddenly it stopped playing or downloading songs which were not downloaded.I the restarted my phone but the problem continued. I reinstalled it but now it won't even open. I have a Wi-Fi and Airtel 4g mobile data.
          Dude,
          I am a huge fan of Wynk Music App and of course, basically, I am an Airtel user ever since I got my first mobile in 2008. Currently I am using the iPhone X and using only Wynk Music App to download, listen music from my phone. I have noticed one issue with the app.

          Issue: Whenever I open up the wynk app when internet connection is active, the app takes time to completely load up. I don't understand why this happens.

            I had got a new airtel 4g dongle on 16th of august and it was activated on 18th. I got a 4g postpaid plan of 999 rs which tells i am supposed to get 4g speed till usage of 10 gb and from thereon till end of the month i will get 2g speed. i just used for 2 days and did not watch lot of videos, just surfing Facebook, Gmail and some education stuffs and i got message that my 100% usage is complete . But then when i tried to browse websites, i coudn't and i was taken to airtel129 store site(http://one.airtel.in/as/otp/details.html?rd=http%3A%2F%2Fone.airtel.in%2Fup... asked me to enter my dongle number and then there was a confirm button so i entered my number and then tried to click on confirm button which was not responding at all.i tried contacting customer care but those people told me that 2g speed is given but it wasnt enough for loading website. I tried inserting that sim to my mobile and then when i went to airtel 129 store website it responded there and i was able to use for 1 day . Then they got to know about that and again stopped me from using it. They are trying to cheat the customers. please take action against airtel 4g asap.

              After upgradation from 3g to 4g.my mobile no [protected] is barred.??? Airtel customer support at level 1/2/3 are unable to resolve it... Its been 12 years with this no.and now 4g made my life miserable.. No incoming/outgoing/no data/no sms plans are working after i moved onto 4g. I have travelled with this no.on 70% of earth water and 60% of land of the world.

                  I have taken Airtel 4G dongle 3 months back and till last month it was working fine. I was very happy with the speed. But this my dongle speed reduced to some KBpS.

                  Now the story begins ...

                  Dongle # [protected].
                  1. Called customer care people regarding the issue. They created a ticket #63597422 and told me it will be resolved in 3-4 Working Days. Meanwhile they send one person to my home to check the issue. All went fine till now. Suddenly I can see my ticket was closed with a comment "Coverage Issue".

                  2. Called customer care 2nd time. They have created another ticket (They are very efficient creating tickets :)) #63746489. After 2 days they called and informed me that the issue is resolved now. I was very happy and they closed the ticket. LOL. Nothing happened when I checked my dongle. same poor speed approx. 100 KBpS

                  3. Called customer care 3rd time. Again a new ticket has been gifted to me #63828822 . I told you they are very efficient creating tickets :). Till now ticket status is reopen. Now they close and reopen same ticket.

                  4. Got frustrated with CC people and their arrogant attitude. Looks like they are doing favor to me. So sent email to '[protected]@in.airtel.com ', explaining all the history and nice story along with screen shots. Got a quick reply that I have sufficient internet balance and all is working fine.

                  5. It is just a copy message from their regular template. So send an email to Nodal Officer, Karnataka 'nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com'. Again explaining the story. Got a copied reply from Nodal officer that it is a "Coverage Issue."

                  I also tested my dongle in nearest Airtel 4G store to check coverage issue if any. My dongle was giving same poor performance in their office also. Changed the SIM as they suggested, may be some issue in SIM. But no luck.

                  Last 3 weeks I am doing all the nonsense job and was expecting a service from them. But this AIRTEL people are really good for nothing.

                  Please think twice before you take Airtel's service.

                          Sir I am Praveen my numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected].due to my financial problems I am not able to pay Mobil bills total due 4500 for three numbers .they stopped services.two days back I went airtel store to pay the bill but they said I have to pay 15000 extra for three numbers to reactivate as they are fancy numbers to Airtel .they catagarised their numbers as fancy, premium etc. They are literally blackmailing the postpaid owners who got deactivated want to reactivate the number.because we need that number n they have it.is it legal to auction n catagarise the numbers n do sales the numbers.does trai given permission to do so.help me sir

                            I contacted a person (number is - [protected] )around 20th June 2015 when I and my friend were searching for flats. Got his number from one of the online sites. He said the flat is unavailable and I said ok. After that he called at around 11:30 PM again. I picked up the call and told him not to call again or else I will complain in Police. Still he called. I called 100 from the other number keeping him on call. I talked to a police officer and he said to file an FIR. This man disconnected the call and I thought we will not call any further. Still to be on safer side, I blocked his number on TrueCaller. After few days, he was still trying to contact me but since his number was blocked he couldn't. After almost a month of this incident, I noticed that in TrueCaller I had 100's of notifications about this person trying to call me. He calls like 20-30 times in a span of 10-15 mins. He tried calling late night or early morning also (2-3 am/4-5am). I was shocked seeing this. I was busy with some important work that time and I ignored it. After so many days, yesterday (20th August 2015) around 10:30 PM, he again started calling me although I blocked his number. So, I forwarded the call to my Brother. Every time my brother picked up his call, he disconnected but this didn't stop him from calling. I again blocked him. Today (21st August 2015 4:07 PM), he is again trying to call me. Please help in punishing this person. Don't know how many girls are bothered because of him. Thanks.

                              This is to inform you that the Airtel executive has provided the wrong information about a mobile power recharge. On 14th August 2015 I did a recharge of RS 75(Power Recharge - All STD & Local calls @40ps for 3 months) through Paytm on mobile no - [protected]. As there was already a power present in the same number, the power did not get affected as advised by the Customer care executive. Also, the person mentioned that the power will get affected only once the current power get over. We waited until the current power got over. But the power did not get affected for RS 75. We went back to the Airtel customer care and they confirmed that there was a wrong information passed by the executive and the power cant not be affected. To get the power affective we need to recharge by RS 17 now. Then we wanted to discuss the same with next level executive. The senior executive pitched in the call very rudely and confirmed that that is the only way they can help (i.e. recharge with RS 17) and dropped off. My request is to get the power affective from now. Also, request Airtel to stop misbehaving with the customers. This is not expected form any senior executive. Thank You, Tapadyuti Kuila

                                Dear Airtel, Today morning(21st Aug 2015: 11:46am) I received a call from mobile number [protected] and the lady on other side told me that she is calling on behalf of State Bank of India Mumbai head office and SBI has initiated a program where they are replacing the old cards with new chip based cards to offer extended security to our customers. I was very reluctant but their professionalism trapped me and I ended with loosing 4999.00 from my account. ..When i checked my SBI bank statement, i found the fraudulent transaction was made to pay AirTel bill for which transaction narration is showing as [POS PRCH POS[protected] AIRTEL PYMT-BILLDESK MUMBAI]. (screenshot attached). It would be a great help if you could please figure out this transaction and let me know the account for which this transaction happened AND if possible PLEASE revert the amount 4999.00 in to my account(the same account which was used to pay the bill). Please help and discourage the fraudulent people. I have filed a written complaint against this transaction to Pune Police.                                   Hi There, The concern is regarding my airtel 4G bill generated on Aug 12, 2015 for the cycle (11July to 10th of August, 2015 ). It was for my airtel number [protected]. Bill generated says total amount as Rs 14004.55. I started raising my concerns and complaint starting 12th of August but the issue is still unresolved. eg[protected] For Bill - Got closed without intimation just saying bill is valid . Again explained everything to the customer care executive and raised a complain # 64181876 . in the mean time, tried escalating the issue to 121, appellate, nodal officer n number but it is still unresolved . They are just throwing the ball from one basket to another basket . My concern here is :- Plan Details - 11July to 31 July - 1995 Plan (30GB) 1st Aug to 10 Aug - 2995 Plan (50GB) # Request for plan change was made on 31s July at 10:30PM. Concern 1) Current Bill shows no plan activated for 23rd July and 1st Aug . (Proof - Screen Shot attached). I have not given the data benefit for these two dates. Concern 2) Wrong information was provided to be on prorata by Airtel customer care executive named "Samrin". Communication happened on Aug 1 at 8:00 am and as per her, I am entitled to use complete 50GB . Prorata charges are made on the bill rental and not on data benefit. Proof- (Given the date and Name of executive.Airtel and go ahead and verify the same). Concern 3) Because of poor exceptional and wrong behavior of Customer care executive, I requested disconnection (request #[protected]on Aug 1 in the evening. On 2nd Aug, I got a call from retention team (Her name was Ashwini) and she confirmed - a) Proper action will be taken against the executive .(it's ok, np ). b) as a retention benefit, I will be given discount of 20 percent on bill for 3 Months(it's ok, np). c) she committed if anything extra is charged, it will be waived off . Even after the commitment made, I am still struggling to get waive off . Proof- (Please verify the communication I had with Ashwini on 2nd Aug, 2015 on waive off.Call was for closing my request#[protected]. Concern 4 ) Bill clearly says, if I exceed the built in quota, I will be charged .2ps/10KB or 20 ps /MB (It should be read carefully). Proof - Screen shot from airtel.in and screen shot from currently generated bill is there with me . Uploading the same as well here. Even if you ignore above point, current bill will be something around - 1995-30 GB plan used for 20 days (11 July to 31 July)- ~ 20GB on prorata basis + ~Rs 1330. 2995-50 GB plan used for 10 days (1Aug to 10 Aug)- ~ 16.11GB on prorata basis+ ~Rs ~ 1000. So, total bill quota that can be used = 20GB + 16.11GB = 36.11GB & Monthly Rental = Rs 2330. If any additional data is used, it will be charged on .2 ps /10 KB or 20 ps /MB (can refer the screen shot provided for detail). As per airtel, my total consumption was 59.28 GB of data . So, I exceed the amount by (59.28-36.11)GB = 23.17 GB . Cost for this will be(based on 20 ps per 1MB) Rs 4634 So, even in the extreme case, my total bill won't exceed Rs(4634+2330)= 6964 (+ 14 percent Service tax) - 20 Percent Discount. So, in any case it will not exceed Rs 7000. On what basis bill was calculated as Rs 14004.55 ? Concern 5) All medium to check airtel data balance shows incorrect information. a) my airtel app - always shows 0 GB 3G data instead its a 4G number.Already provided screenshot to airtel last month (24-25th July) still not rectified. b) my account under airtel.in shows anything irrelevant .(I have the screen shot) c) http://www.airtel.in/applications/airteldongle.jsp shows complete data i.e 50GB and not the quota available for you. d) even pie chart shows incorrect information. So, no mechanism to check real data available in case you upgrade your plan in mid of Month. So, it's a limitation from airtel side. So, why a customer should suffer ? Concern 6) No alert message was sent from airtel side when I have exceeded the data quota available. I have been chasing airtel (121, appellate, nodal) but didn't get the resolution yet. I have been using airtel since last 2 years and never suffered like this. I would like to inform airtel immediately else I will be forced to start with the legal action formalities starting 25th Aug 2015. Unfortunately, I had to give a request for disconnection. I was never having speed related and will like to continue with airtel if service quality is improved and issue is resolved in the stipulated timeframe. I am using Airtel SIM Card from last 2 and half year but from last 5 months I am not getting calling network at my resident address. i.e. Titwala east 421605 For the same issue I have lodged complaint to the Airtel Customer care on 3-April-2015 and as suggested by them I have sent mail to their circle head ( Applet officer) also, but still issue has not been resolved. I have taken timely follow up with both of them (CC & Applet Officer) but not getting any positive response from them. Please look into this matter on priority basis as I am missing very IMP calls.                                       I applied for a new broadband connection. An executive came to collect documents. After filling application form and submitting proofs along with a cheque for Rs. 1000, cheque number 369046 dated 10 Aug 2015 of State Bank of Mysore. I got a message from airtel 'documents received'. But the installation engineer called on 13th Aug 2015 and after visiting the site/my location, he said my connection is not feasible, since they don't have network in that are. Today I got a message from bank that the cheque amount is debited from my bank a/c. 21-Aug-2015 And after that I did not receive any update from airtel, nor been able to get any updates from customer care on this. Please share what is the process of refund? And why wasn't the feasibility checked before collecting documents and money? My details - Vijay Raghavan Mobile no - [protected], Bangalore.
