      Airtel send me bill of Rs12141 for 2g internet usage for the data that I have never used according to the "DATA USE" information that I got from there system I had a airtel postpaid connection(no:[protected]) under CUG plan, in which I have 2G data pack subscribed @98 rs and a rental of 149. I get 2GB free data in that. For a bill period of 05-July-2015 to 04-Aug-2015 I have incurred undesirable data charges. They send me the bill of Rs12141. My Credit limit is Rs3600. They have not send me any alert while my data usage was crossing 80% or 100%. Earlier I have all my bills in range of 100 to 400. I have only used data by frequently checking the data balance to avoid the excess data charges for that I''m having all the proofs. On 25July system gave me information that only 1)303.87MB is used against 2048 MB till 19:06hrs, 25july15. 2) 547.11 MB is used till 22:15hrs, 25july15. 3) 1036.18 MB till 07:38hrs, 26 july 2015, and 4) 1333.08MB till 12:56, 26th july. After this I deactivated the pack. Still after deactivating the data service on 26th july I got a message from airtel, pasting the exact message "Remaining 714.92MB of old 2G data pack can be used free of cost at current speed within this bill cycle" till 30th july I got this message. Still after this message they charged me Rs12141. I have showed the proof of the same at main office of airtel @Nagpur and registered a compliant.Reference number was 63891449, but 7 days past that request is in open state.They are saying that you will get a callback in 4 hours but not a single call came. I''ve mailed several times to [email][protected]@in.airtel.com[/email]. Also I''ve mailed appellate officer, but everytime he was giving me the the same explanation but not answering my only question that whether the remaining data information that I got from your system by sending message to 121 with "DATA USE" is correct or not. Because if they said it is correct then no charges would be applicable on me as still 714MB is remaining and can be used free of cost according to there message and if the information is wrong they this is the huge fault of there system so they need to revert the charges. I''m really mentally fustrated by this harrasment of airtel. Please help me.

          To Airtel, This is a complaint regarding the non-payment of my refund amount. Here are the particulars: I applied for a broadband connection last month and was promised a connection in maximum four days. But no one came for a week. So called the person who took my application by the name of Muzamil Nafees([protected]) again and told him my problem and he gave me a number to talk to. I called that number and the person told me that the connection is not feasible in my house. So I called Muzamil again and told him about it. He told me that he will call me later after talking to the guy. But he didn't call back so I had to call Muzamil back and then he told me that a new box has to be fitted it will take another 30 days, I told him that its okay as long as I get my connection. But again waiting for 10 days proved useless as when I called he told i will do do do which was very irritating to listen. So I asked for a refund and they told me to call another number (customer care). So I did and they told me that refund process has been started and I will get my money back on or before the 31st of last month. I waited till the 31st but didn't get any money so I again called customer care to ask about the status of my refund. I am keep on waiting but till now didn't see any development in my case so I called customer care about my complaint status and they told me that I will get my refund 10 to 20 days after the activation is rejected. So I called the number Muzamil Nafees([protected]) and asked him about my refund amount but nobody has communicating properly and i fed up with these people they are not behaving properly. so requesting airtel to take some intermediary action on this. Below are the particulars about my case. Name in which connection is requested- Shreekanta Seethareddy.                 I wanted to port my airtel number [protected] of Bombay to Bangalore. However, even after visiting the Bellandur branch for more than 5 times with all the needed documents in span of 1 week (12thAug2015-17thAug2015), the representatives always informed that they have not received. However, they seem to have unlimited supply of post paid card.

                  Dear sir, i am having prepaid mobile, ([protected]) from air tel. I am not subscribing to any other service except voice calls. I have a balance of more than rs 100 on 17 aug but whenever i was trying to make a std call i was being told that the balance is less and to take advance please press one. I had no choice but to obey and pay rs 2.5 extra. On the advance of rs 10. I made a number of calls to speak to any representative on the helpline numbers available and those provided by them but they do not have such facility.

                    Airtel signal in my area has been very weak for the past 7 years. I have an Airtel 4g SIM but how can I use 4g when I'm not getting even 2g signal inside my house? Getting frequent call drops. Not only me but my neighbors too are facing the same problem. Compared to Airtel, Vodafone is taking steps to address the issue by laying repeaters in my area and boosting the signal. If the same problem persists for another week I'm permanently migrating to Vodafone and will advise others to do the same.

                    Are you ready to take these cheats to the courts. I am inclined to do so.

                    I have the same issue with my 4G connection in Bangalore. I get a decent speed with their router but not with their hotspot

                    Their backend "backward" team says that the signal is weak

                    My contention is why sell a hotspot when you know that the signals are weak

                    This hotspot is just about 2 months old

                    I have recorded all the calls that I make these cheats and they make to my phone

                    I am insisting that they put their comments in writing so that I can approach TRAI against them

I have an Airtel 3G SIM and my brother has 4G sim but how can I use 4g when I'm not getting even 2g signal inside my house, even on my terrace? Getting frequent call drops. Not only me but my neighbors too are facing the same problem. Compared to Airtel, BSNL network strength is far better than Airtel. If the same problem persists I and my family will migrate to another network to other than airtel. My area is kawari teh nagrota bagwan distt. Kanra h.p 176047.

                        Please find the status of these Service Requests: SR 61438708 and 62934772 as closed and it reads "No Network Issue". I want to know who is the right person to get the information about how the customer care has updated "No Network Issue" and closed the SR without resolving it. SR 63066649 is still open and have no idea how many more SR will be opened to resolve one problem. Many mails from my ID was sent to 'nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com' and 'appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com' but still the network issue was not resolved. The connections is barred and still the data usage is reflected and bills are getting generated. I have invested 3000 Rs for purchasing the Airtel wifi 4G device and got 1 signal with the speed is even poor than 2G. As per the last communication mail sent from Airtel where they are not able to contact me for fixing the issue but their payment recovery team has no problem in contacting me. ----This is in reference to your e-mail dated 08th August 2015. We tried reaching you on [protected] on 09th August 2015; however we were unable to establish any contact with you. Kindly write back to us with an alternate number. Further, a written confirmation is required from your end to activate the airtel number [protected], in order to process your request. Regards, Mohammad Qasim Customer Services bharti airtel limited ---- Please refer to the last update from 'Alfred Habil' where it was written that the issue will be resolved by 21st July. Today is 17th August. 2015. I am still waiting. I have communicated with following airtel executive but each time the contact person is changed: Mohammad Qasim, Alfred Habil, Sunita Lekhwar, Mr Amit and others (in the different mail chain sent to Airtel).

                          I got sms on my number from airtel, in this they mention a postpaid plan 600 mins, 300sms, + 1gb 4g data for 399 rental contact[protected] Sameer... I call on this number talk with mr vishal and they send there person to take my id proof. That person came on 04/08/2015 take my id proof and 250 rs. or tell me the no. active in 1 week. and today is 17/08/2015 no. is not active and they r not attend my call, they r doing wrong with us.. plz take same action against them. no.                             I am a customer of airtel from so many years. My name is Saurabh Arora. I live in Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. My contact number is [protected]. On 14 august morning, there was no network in my phone. I thought it would be temporary problem but it was not. I went to airtel they told me that since it is a prepaid number you have to get a new sim. I had to make so many calls but i was not able to do so. On the contrary what happened that some people called me and a person named Sunil who lives in Pandav Nagar, New Delhi. He told me that he lost his number and airtel issued this number to him. I got a new sim from airtel on sunday at 12pm and they told me that your sim will be activated in 4 hours. At 7, I called the customer care they told me that your sim is activated. It will start at the end of the day. But nothing bulged. My sim did not get activated. I was trying so hard all the time and finally my sim started around 2pm on 17 august. That person was making calls from my number and my balance which was around 140 it turned out to be 0 and when I contacted airtel regarding this they said we are not responsible for this issue. We cant do anything. Its not our fault at all. We cant help you out. They dont even tried to find out a solution although it was completely their fault as they issued my number to someone else. Its been such a bad experience with airtel in last 3 days that i cant express it in words. So torturous it was. I would not have demanded a compensation but they way they talked when i asked them to return my account balance it forced me to ask for it. Sir/Mam I need a compensation of Rs 1000 as talktime in my account. I want a reply as soon as possible because I am really upset with the acts of airtel from the past 4 days.                               I had requested for porting my AirTel postpaid number(+91-[protected]) from Mumbai to Bangalore circle as I had moved to Bangalore. Porting request (Id AM742763) had been generated on[protected]. It's been 9 working days since I had raised the request. Status of my MNP request is showing as NO MNP REQUEST RECEIVED when I checked it online today . The operator has delayed my MNP request intentionally regardless of several reminders. The intent is to charge me for roaming by getting things delayed.

No. (CINDL[protected]/[protected]) they assured me that they will resolve the problem within 72 Hrs but they did nothing.

                                  My email ID : jatin0272gmail.com Mobile Number : [protected] I have 4 connection of Airtel but the Airtel network is very bad in our area. I complaint 3 times to airtel (reference no. 63790611, 63906181 and[protected] and all the time they give me 4-5 working days for resolve the problem but they not resolve the problem. If they people are not able to solve the problem of their customers than why they challenge on social media that introducing airtel 4G – the fastest network ever. I attached herewith some screenshot for 4G network speed and after that can airtel give me lifetime mobile bill free. But first resolve my problem because I do not want free mobile bills if they not able to solve the network related of their customers.

                                        I live in 5th Cross, 13-G Main, H.A.L.2nd Stage, Indiranagar, which is heart of Bangalore city. The mobile phone signals inside my house is quiet bad, its around 10 asu all the time and outside my house in the open area its around 15 asu. I have tried with different handsets and different SIM cards of Airtel, the condition is the same. Its not only with me who is facing the issue of poor signal, if you visit here, you will find most of the Airtel sim card users in my neighborhood standing outside their house talking over their mobile due to poor signal strength. I have tried with different handsets and different Airtel SIM cards in my house, the issue is the same of call drop and poor signal strength. My wife uses Reliance CDMA sim, the signal strength on her mobile connection inside the house is strong and reception is very good. Please do the needful to strengthen the signals at the earliest else I may have to migrate all my Airtel connections to some other service provider.
