Dear Sir, Its with utter humiliation that I am to inform you that today at around 10.15am I went to you retailer store located at Udaipur, Opp to Shtala Mandir, Radhakishorepure, Tripura State but found only staff there . I told him that I have to change my AirTel prepaid sim card bearing the number [protected] in my name as its not working on my smartphone during the last few days. As advised I waited there for ten mins and then an young lady came( who seems to be a regular staff of that retailer store) and when I told my problem she asked me to produce a xerox of my EPIC which I did immediately. But after five to ten mins she asked me to produce a photo of my own and in a hurt I made a stamp size photo copy of mine and went there again with Rs 30/- as asked by that lady. It was almost 10.40am which is also the time for me to attend to my duty in my school. But once I produced the stamp size photo that lady asked me, " Why haven't you made it I passport size?" I told her politely that as its my own sim and I had produced my EPIC then it does not matter whether its a stamp size or passport size as my documents are with you since I took this connection. But she didn't pay any attention to my request and straightway told me that without passport size photo she wont give me new sim. At that time she was accompanied with another lady staff. . I felt extremely humiliated as it was an intentional attempt by your staff to harass a genuine staff. Moreover, I was late to arrive I my school ( Udaipur Ramesh Higher Secondary School) and that's why I could not attend my duties and was forced to take one day's Casual Leave. This is really obnoxiously harassing a common man for doing nothing. I beg your attention. In a fit of temper I left the aim card on the road and returned home with a pained heart. If someone gets this sim card and does anything I wont be responsible for it with immediate effect. I am also a frequent user of your 3G services through your special data simcards for the last two years. . But today's behaviour made me really insulted and now I am feeling extremely guilty as to why I took your service ao far. I want a new sim on the Sam number but I qont go to that store again especially after today's harassment. Soon after I went to the BSNL's Udaipur office to change my BSNL PostPaid sim which too had the same problem(No-[protected]) and once I produced the xerox of EPIC( Voter ID) the authorities immediately took my old sim and issuie me a fresh one and for that I only had to pay Rs 20/- and didn't even ask to produce my photo ( be I stamp size or Passport) .     After being fed up with Vodafone customer support, I decided to migrate to port my number 97****7035 to airtel. First they tried to port the alternate contact number that I had provided them. After realizing the goo[censored]p they started the process again. After a week I got migrated to airtel on 26 Aug 2015. I called up the designated number to activate my number to be greeted a sleep executive (my mistake I called up at 7 am and disturbed her !!!). She could not even read the number correctly at first. after some time I restarted the phone to realize that I am still not getting network. I called up customer care and was told that the status is "waiting for activation" and was told that it can take upto 24 hrs (which is ridiculous for a mnp process). I asked to speak to manager and was transferred to the customer care number again. I was then given a service ticket number and a nodal officer's number. I called the nodal officer, but it does not recognize the service ticket number. Mean while I am still waiting for the network to start on my number.

      I had applied new airtel landline and broadband connection on 14/08/2015 and the TBLR 7007627 in my name D Prakash. I had also given 1000 rupees cheque in the favour of Bharti Airtel Ltd. I haven't received the connection yet and the advisor is not picking my call his number is +[protected]. When I called customer service today they casually inform me that airtel can't provide connection to me. Incase if you have forgotten let me remind you that I have 2 landline connection and 1 mobile connection. Why the advisor checked the dp and told we can 100% provide the connection. I am requesting you to help me in getting my new connection. I have also given Rs 1000 cheque in the favor of Airtel.         I am using airtel 499 plan since 2month and i am very disappointed about the airtel network service this month i am getting so much problem ...not able to talk clearly and not able to use 4g ...only 2g so whyy i have to pay for this...pls explain ...i already comlaint about this 2 or 3 time...this month i am not Paying for that and going to change with other company...very bad experience ...bad service

          I have opted for corporate postpaid services from prepaid on  24, Aug 2015 and have submitted all the documents regarding the same. Although Address verification is completed and I have received the message for same still there is no network.
          I have tried contacting the airtel outlet as well they assured me that issue will be resolved in 4 hours still nothing has happened.
          Upon calling customer care they update that outlet have made "minor spelling mistake while typing in the billing address". Minor mistake Really!!!.
          This is not the behaviour expected from airtel.

            Respected sir i have recharged online 3-g internet pack of rupees 96/- on my mobile no. [protected], on the date of 19/08/2015 through(www.airtel.in/personal/mobile/prepaid/easy-recharge-enter-number) and payment mode was sbi internet banking, before paying online payment Bharti airtel send me OTP no. 64407280. My sbi Transaction reference no.IG0AOBGMW6 for Rs. 96/-. But my mobile no.[protected] still do not recharged for 3-g internet pack of rupees 96/- I have call to customer care about above said grievance, but she replied that no such online recharge in being processed by you. sir may kind interfere in this matter to give me justice by giving back of deducted amount or recharge for 3-G internet My mail id is arvindmalviya663.[protected]@gmail.com moile no.               Automatic Recharge Happened without my confirmation. I tried to recharge using USSD for 3G data for 255, but gave insufficient funds message. After adding sufficient funds 600 rs., I recharged manually with 255. 255 is charged and I got 1 GB 3g data. after sometime on the same day, 255 recharge again happened. Really afraid to add funds to the number, dont know for what reason they will charge. Anyone can help me on this

                  Im really very very unhappy with airtel services. Im using the postpaid number([protected]) and asked for prepaid conversion on 12th August 2015 and till now nothing happened. Im surprised is it really taking 15 days to finish a small request??? I want to tell my worst experience with your Neelangarai showroom in Chennai. I dont know why Airtel opened a showroom there. They simply route the customers to other showrooms. Finally with the help of Vijay from your Airtel bangalore, i have submitted my photo and documents in that showroom on 12th Aug, But nothing happened.. I have called Asha from Appellate team on 17th Aug, she said no update from showroom yet and asked me to wait for 2 working days and promised me that bill will be waived off. Again on 20th, I called Appellate team and spoke with Diana, again she said samething and asked me to wait for 3 working days. and on 21st Night, guy from Airtel Showroom, Neelangarai called me and asked for Documents, bcos the documents which I have submitted was not clear after 8 days. And again I called today (25th Aug) and Spoke with Kumaran, Appellate Manager, He said bcos of documents not clear my request is in pending. Does it take 10 days to find the documents are not clear? Why no information to from day 2...? I need a call from Airtel higher escalation team...

                    I got my number ported from Vodafone to Airtel. It was very careless attitude of Airtel executives that they delivered a wrong SIM at my address. The SIM number of the SIM which is with me and the one with the Airtel is not matching . I have called them hundreds of times to look in to the matter since the Airtel number is my official number. Also the customer care executive (Ankush Gupta) talked in a very rude manner . Till now, resolution has not been provided. Also, because of their careless attitude my number is still out of service .                           In my Village we are facing problem regarding mobile network. because there is no tower of any service provider. Even in the range of 10 km. My village population is almost[protected]. So if you set tower it will help you to increase your customer and it will good for us to enjoy best services. So please set a tower so we can use and enjoy your valuable services.                                 I am a Airtel customer. I have got ported in to Airtel from Vodafone trusting their quality network. But now I feel totally cheated by the frequent call drops for the past one month. And I called 121 to report the same. But that gave me highest irritation. I could not reach any option for contacting customer care personnel. I do not why they changed their IVR like this. The highest point of irritation reached today when I am talking to my client about 6 times I had to call back within 10 mins. I feel totally cheated by Airtel. Imagine what my client think of me!! Go to hell Airtel!! My Number: [protected] Operator: Irritating Airtel And I forgot to mention, just 10 mins before I called 121 for 4 times and even 2 of those calls got dropped. Moreover, I am not in Karadunga Jungle. I live in Bangalore and My handset says full Airtel tower/signal. Airtel... Don't cheat your customers!!

                                  Sir, Again airtel did it's swindling. I use airtel 3g in my no., [protected]. Recently I recharged top up of rs., 255 to use 1gb 3g for 28. I used the SIM, bought on behalf of my sister's name, rozeara khatun, in my HTC desire 816 which is net metre enabled smartphone. From last two days I found airtel wrongfully deducted approx 450mb 3g data. With less usage, today I found a pop up msg showing that I have used 267mb 3g data and current balance, only 14.99mb.                                         I am Dr Vijaya Wakodkar w/o Dr T. D. Wakodkar we are using three Airtell connections exclusively for internet use but sorry to say we are not happy with the service you provide us, reason being that the service is very poor and no body there to lesion and rectify the problem .
                                        The number [protected] isbelongs to Dr T D Wakodkar in his clinic is not in service since more than one month many complaints registered but nobody bothered still it is in nonworking condition.
                                        Second number is of my clinic [protected] is off and on not in service always giving trouble I am fade up of the scenario.
                                        [protected] is my residence no has the same story always out of service you can check the bills payment we paid, we are very particular and regular.
                                        Your costumer care no always out of order, costumer complaint service is poor Now I think this is too much to say and decided for opting the other option of other brand
