I am residing at chromept- chennai. i had applied for the broadband connection a month ago and i receive a call from your representative, and they came and ask me to fill the form and he gave me the acknowledgement slip for my payment RS-1200+motnhly charges for plan and he said with in 48 hours you will get a connection and modem. next two days i was trying to reach him he was not picking up the call.
and next day i called tohis santhome branch office they said there was some connection issues thats why its taking time sir, please wait for a week time.

After a week time i called to the branch and they given one more no to conntact for the further process and they said wait for two more days after that no one was able to reachable
i spent around 150 rs to making all these calls
Day before yesterday some one called me and said please ask any one from your to street to apply for a airtel broadband connection and i said i am not going todo that so please cancel my application and he said OK

i thought airtel company mobile network company and they are doing MLM business
i received the SMS that pls provide your bank details and cancelled cheque leaf and we will refund your amount of RS 1000 i paid around 2000. please assist.

        I have purchesed prepaid sim 15days back bearing no [protected].only after one week message receivedstateing recharge successful for RS84/.on 25.7.15.so for the same is not activated There is no out going till today inspite of my repeated approach to the outlet cousing much inconveniance.

          I am facing worst service from Airtel after i ported from KA to TN circle. I am not getting proper benefits when i do recharge; so many mails i sent to 121, nodal and appellete officiers. They are taking more time to resolve each of my issues. So, strongly recommended that, not to port to AIRTEL.. its better to go with other operator.

            I have been paying airtel for a 4G plan for the past 6-7 months but they have me under their 3G plan for the entire period.
            when i approached the Customer Service they blatantly refuse any wrong doing.

            I have all the proofs and communications documented in emails. They are so cheap that they even take the time to delete the portion of the email that proves that they have goofed up.

            Someone called from Airtel asking me to pay the bill and that they will refund the late payment fees as the whole thing has been in dispute but the Customer Service is again in a mode of Denial.

            The Customer Service does not even bother to read the context of my request or the case's history, instead they respond telling me about 4G mobile network when the entire email chain is about a 4G dongle which is supposed to have a 4G plan (and I am being charged for it every month religiously) but they have activated a 3G plan for 6 months ..

            I think the management should be tried in a court of law for not providing skilled Customer Service for millions of customers and trying to get away with hiring half witted fools with no sense.

            But my complain is that they sold me a product and gave me another and have caused me immense amount of stress and grief trying to get it resolved. I requested for the contact for their escalation team twice on email and the Customer Service has failed to provide that too.

            They need to learn a lesson on who they should hire and what they should be trained on, else millions will suffer like me (or maybe already suffering).

            Do something before they become a National Disgrace

              I had submitted a cancellation request for airtel[protected], which said cancellation will happen within 7 days. I got a call on the same day where an executive asked why was I moving from airtel. I informed I got a better speed with more data download for a cheaper price, why would I not switch. In the same call I was offered a plan of 899 at 16Mbps for 40GB limit and that it would be activated in 24 hours and the plan would be adjusted in the same billing cycle as per pro-rata basis. Even after 5 days nothing happened and when contacted customer care, they informed me only the cancellation request is recorded and nothing else. I asked what is the status of the cancellation request for which there was no update and another request for cancellation was created[protected] here it says the concern will be resolved in 46 days- which is more than a month. Initial request said only 7 days and why does this take 46 days? who will pay for this 46 days? What happened to the intial request? What happened to the offer that was promised?

                  I am facing some issue my wifi. It keep on disconnecting. I called up their call center did troubleshoot and booked up a truck roll. I never received a call neither I got technician at my home. Is airtel is living up to his reputation. This frustrating.

                    I had an Airtel Postpaid connection. I ported out my connection to Vodafone w.e.f 11 July 15. In the final bill an access charge of about Rs 400 has been charged (wrong calculation of discount component for last day, 11 July 15) which was not advised to me earlier. When I contacted local Airtel Showroom, I was rudely declined the resolution (by their representative, Mr Ashish) saying that they serve only loyal airtel cstomers and not ones who have ported out to competition. Airtel website or call center can not help as the number is no more in their records. I have written to nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com also and am waiting for the response. Please help to escalate the matter to right agency so that I can release the correct payment and maintain a healthy credit history. Thanks and regards

                      I have buy a SIM from a shop on 02/07/2017 named kalimata telecom the phone number is [protected] . The sim is not activated till now when i ask the shop owner he say due to GST its not getting activated . Is it possible that due to GST SIM is not getting activated and he also reply till 06/07/0217 its not getting activated .

                        Date of recharge is 31 july Transaction id is 388226 I recharge my mobile data with airtal mobile app(See attachment) .After that i got a msg and my airtel app shows me data balance. But when i use data its start deduct my main balance. Iregister complaint to [protected]@in.airtel.com but it send me a strange reply that you do't have any data plan thats why your balance is ducted.                           I send this following email to Airtel support on 20/6/2015 -------- "Hi, I subscribed internet plan for rs 250/- only. But my data usage is showing by that is too much. I didnt received any gentle reminder of my data usage, i received this email and message after reaching data limit of 1266MB and now you charging extra money that is 750 RS. Its happening again second time with me. Before this i ignored but now its too much. Please fix this issue because I am willing to pay that extra amount. " But they disnt agree on there mistake and not the send me an ebill for rs 1190.54/- They are not responding properly and forcing me to pay this bill at my end but fault is at there end. They didnt send me any notification or alert message before exceeding the data and this happened 2nd time again with me. At the first time i ignored but now i can. i will not pay this amount of bill. I need my actual bill. To much frustrating services by Airtel, They will not admit there mistakes anywhere always try to charge much or try to deduct your mount in prepaid balance. They will never provide you a appropriate solution and will not fix your issue. Here, In attachment i am only attaching a single email proof, if required then i can share complete email thread, which i had with Airtel. Please help.

                            Airtel gave wrong information about my internet pack and said me to use internet free, but it charged me Rs.200(avg) after that Airtel activated a Rs.250 as per their choice and charged me Rs.250. kindly take a complain as I tried many times to give complain but they are not taking any complain . I don't have more time, so please help me to refund.

                              Dear Customer Support, Its been so long since I have been trying to get hold of someone at Airtel who can at least respond to the problems I am facing because of your "Efficient Customer Care" support, as I have already written this mail to several of nodal officers, mail ids are mentioned below and some screen shots are attached 1. Vivek Sharma dthnodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com 2. Manish Goel dthnodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com 3. nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com If you can spare some time and go through the trail mails. I am once again re-iterating my problem: "I have recently shifted to Vatika Lifestyle Homes Sector 83 Gurgaon and residing at N1 601. I have placed a request to install two Airtel DTH set top boxesat my place in two different rooms. I got a call from Mr. Abhay (May be the dealer +91-[protected]) and Mr. Shailender (Actual installation guy +91-[protected] / +91-[protected]) for the same and when the latter (Mr. Shailender) visited my flat, i made him aware of the situation that Vatika is allowing only single wire from roof to the flat and that too internally, so if you can support two set top boxes (at two different rooms which are required to work at the same time) through one wire. To which he said that he has never done so but he can give it a try, to which i said that i will give you back both the boxes if the system fails and not able to fulfil my requirements. After that he gave it a try and put the system on trial for 3-4 days but as expected things did not work. I asked him to take back both the boxes and refund my money as it is of no use, to which he is straight away denied and asked me to contact the Dealer or Airtel. And saying he can take back one box and other things which are not at all logical. Its been more than 30 days, since i am requesting this gentleman to refund and take back the stuff but to no use. I want to use Airtel but if there is no solution to my problem then i will go ahead with some other operator who can provide me with a better solution. As other service provider like Tata Sky and Dish etc. are supporting two set-top boxes through one single wire. I request you again to please refund my money and tame back your set top boxes. And i would like to suggest strongly, not to employ such unprofessional people as they will only help spoiling the image of a brand like Airtel. Kindly look into the same and provide me with a solution." I am writing this mail with a hope to get resolution to my problem. Looking forward to get at-least a response.                                 Hi All, I got my number ported to Airtel Karnataka on 26th of July. Ever since then my mobile internet is not working . I tried reaching out for help from the service provider, on 121, Airtel store and every possible point of contacts. However from anywhere and everywhere what I ever got was wastage of time, unreasonable turnaround time, fake reasons almost everything but the solution. And lastly when I approached the Airtel store in order to get a NOC so that I may get this number ported to some other service provider within 6 month of portability they even declined the same. So please let me know that what options am I left with as a consumer, # As per TRAI guidelines I can’t change my service provider in within 6 months of 1st portability # Airtel has not given me a solution in 8 day time frame.(And not even willing to give as per there “Tech. Service Executive”) # As per there misleading “Tech. Service Executive” am using the second SIM for the same number.(Had to buy new SIM ) # Also I am supposed to pay for the services which I have never used, just because is so called “Airtel’s My Plan”. Just let me know that if Airtel has got license as an telecom operator or license to harass and rob customers. AIRTEL GOES VERY WELL WITH “ANY PROBLEM, NO SOLUTION” !!A sad Consumer!! Aditya Kumar

                                    Date of recharge is 31 july Transaction id is 388226 I recharge my mobile data with airtal mobile app(See attachment) .After that i got a msg and my airtel app shows me data balance. But when i use data its start deduct my main balance. Iregister complaint to [protected]@in.airtel.com but it send me a strange reply that you do't have any data plan thats why your balance is ducted.                                     Thanks for acknowledge my complaint but the same thing did by [protected]@in.airtel.com and they are still working on it form past 3-4 days.
                                    For past 5 days i am not able to use my Internet properly.
                                    Please refund my deduct balance ASAP and increase my data plan validity Or refund my whole money.
                                    I am airtel user form past 5 years. its very frustrating actually.
                                    Now i want to port out from airtel please tell me procedure.

                                      Myself kumud ranjan bearing [protected] had recharged my no through rs 220 on 24/02/2015 and payment refrence - [protected]G00QMHVP8, SBI INTERNET BANKING, after recharging they deducted my complete balance and my balance is shown me nil, after wards i tried many times to customer care to know the matter, but they didnt listen me. Due to illness i didnt complained at that time, but today i have to know the exact seen of my matter.kindly look this matter as early as possible to resolve it. whatever is solution let me inform on my alternate no [protected], then so that i can move to the higher authority. thank you

                                        I was using reliance postpaid services and i decided to port to airtel because there were network issues in my office when i was using reliance . It took 9 days for the porting to be done, post which my number got activated last Wednesday, but i was unable to receive calls and to send or receive messages . I am an executive level employee of an online agency and i have missed many important calls because of this . I tried enough to get my work done, but the people at airtel would only keep asking for an extra 24 hours every time i called them up . It has been 5 days and i've missed a lot of important calls . Now, along with my services resuming ASAP, i am looking for compensation and an apology mail from airtel post which i will close this case . I am reasdy to appear in court and my company legal department head will lead the case . Expecting a response ASAP.

                                        Ok, so I'd got a call from this number [protected] from some Mr.Prashant yesterday, who promised to provide a resolution in the next two hours and it was 3 P.M, at 6 P.M i called him back twice and he did not answer .
                                        Today, i called him up 5 times continuously, the only thing that he managed to say was that the team is working on it . Since 5 days i've only received vague answers from Airtel . OWhen i asked him for his full name, he told me that it was none of my business and that he is working on my issue . On further investigation i found out that he was Sr.Executive of the escalation team . He did not talk properly and was not providing any details . After much requesting, i finally convinced him to call me back, he said he would do so in 15 minutes . Now i have tried calling him up 8 times already and he has not answered my call .
