What is wrong with airtel network in kohima, Nagaland ? Company is giving good updates on this and that offers on internet and monthly talktime packs but what is the use of that when the company cant offer us a legimate calling network and internet speed ? If any Official members of the company are seeing this, please know this that the consumers(public) are ready to even pay extra money for a good calling experience and good internet speed and please know this that we are not interested in your funny Ads, or eye catching offers or which are useless if the network and internet speed is slow...The company has one job to do and that is to provide a good network for the consumers in case the company forgets what they are all about ...
Stop robbing us of our money and fix this issue !!!

          Last date:21/09/2021, I had mobile recharge on Airtel thanks app through union bank of india visa debit card ending with 5162 two times, first time show transaction failed then retry for second time also airtel thanks app show transaction failed. But meanwhile bank delivered sms that amount 383 is debited from saving account one by one I.e. total amount in rupees 766. Then in bank statement shows two transactions for same transaction I. D.
          I sincerely request you please refund debited amount in union bank saving account immediately.

            From past two months I'm receiving my broadband connection ebill with name 'Mrs Jyoti kumari' and I'm not married. I have send multiple mails with self attested ID proofs to company but didn't received any reply. Please do correct it and remove 'Mrs' from my name.

              I have been using Airtel infinity 299 plan and this month the company sent me a bill with changed plan. I have not consented to change my plan from infinity299 to infinity349. Upon calling the customer care, they informed me that the company has withdrawn the 299 plan. The company is indirectly forcing and harrassing the customers to automatically switch to another plan without their consent. Why should I be forced to pay Rs 50/- extra?

                  I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for Rs. 79 on 19th September 2021 and received an SMS with Transaction reference [[protected]] and airtel19/tn/prepaid txn [[protected]]of Rs. 79. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

Kindly take action against the following SMS senders otherwise you are in violation of TRAI rules.                         3rd day of porting my sim into airtel but network is fluctuating and there is a latency in network at night, if I recharge my sim on time it's the responsibility of airtel to provide me best service

                                My airtel sim and mobile number [protected] not working despite full year validity . 10 days back i was planning to port my number to another carrier but i got a request from airtel to keep going with them . i gave a thought perhaps i should wait for some more time with them despite i knew bad network which is frequent from last 3 months.
                                and this was my mistake perhaps. i made a full year validity recharge of 1498/- and network gone progressively as i recharged it . 1st the outgoing and then incoming and now full network though the my my airtel app shows full validity and recharge.
                                how disgusting to note that a day before i was on with this network & all of a sudden you are disowning your customer despite a valid sim .
                                its really shameful on part of airtel -wasted my whole day of transactions ! please refund back my amount asap

                                    Hello! This is the 2nd time I'm making a complaint since I got no resolution to my previous complaint. I made a transaction on Airtel's website for the recharge worth Rs. 449 dated 3rd May '21 for which the amount got debited but I was told my recharge failed. So, I contacted Airtel support regarding that and they assured me to proceed with a new recharge transaction and that the old disputed transaction's amount will be refunded back within 15 days. I waited for the time being and still hadn't received any amount. So I contacted Airtel back and now they told me they haven't received any amount from my end and should contact my concerned bank. I later contacted HDFC Bank regarding this disputed transaction and was assured they'll look into it and will get the amount back by 15th July '21. I was contacted by the Bank again this time stating that Airtel has provided all documents regarding the issue, that they received the debited amount & that the transaction was successful. In actuality however, it was the transaction records of the 2nd successful recharge that I was told to Airtel confirmed and not the first disputed one. Contacting the support is causing me a lot of strain and mental agony and I'm tired of going through this now. It's been nearly four months and still I haven't got any resolution for the transaction amount either from Airtel or from the bank. I would really appreciate it if my amount gets refunded at the earliest or else I'll have to go with legal proceedings. I have attached all the communication I've received from the bank and Airtel as well. Also I am attaching my Bank statement for proof of transaction.

                                      I have taken airtel fiber connection, which is bad from 12th September 2021. Red light is burning in it. Regarding the complaint of which I lodged a complaint several times with 121 customer care continuously from 12 September 2021 till the evening of 18 September 2021 but no solution was found. Just daily assurances were being given that today will be right, tomorrow will be right. Even their local LCO Prateek Singh and local service manager Ashish did not pick up my phone even once, I have suffered a lot for the last seven days, the validity of my plan is also getting exhausted but till now no solution has been found.
