Money is debited but still not recharge is not received.

I made a recharge from Airtel thanks app of 249. I paid it using dabit card. Following the formalities I paid it, and bank also send me the massage that 249 is dabited. But the company didn't gave me any massage assureing that my recharge had done. Even my recharge is not reflecting on my Airtel account.
