Sie/Madam..I never asked internet service to my two prepaid numbers [protected]and [protected] and every time I am loosing huge amount for nothing after rechage..these two numbers are only for incoming/outgoing calls only to me and I dont required the internet serve to my these two prepaid numbers . I have my own internet connection at my house only that I use when I required...so please remove the internet service from my these two prepaid numbers so that should be easy to me fro the functioning of incoming/outgoing calls only. I am not seeking any kind of internet service to my these two prepaid number.Please do the needful and help me at an earliest.Thanks ...[protected]@gmail.com, ...[protected], [protected]

    Dear mr. Mittal,
    I undersign shrivas anand ramraj, from kharadi, pune-411014.
    I am using this airtel dongle (4g lte) and this network is down since thursday, each time i call the customef care i get the same answer (Sir sorry the unexpected downtown of services but i assure the services will be up in 3hrs) .
    But the company"s so called 3 hrs are not over yet.
    The latest update given is wait fr 4 hrs...
    Really., , , , , , , ,
    Alright, i did take the airtel connection for so called as the best services provider sh**t.!.!!.
    According to mr. Chairman (Mr. Mittal) internet service providers are earning just 1% revenue hence the rates should bounce to 6 times the present rate..
    Really sir.???????? So this is so called 6 times less services you are providing to customers..??
    Without even intimating the customer about the downtime o[censored]r (So called best services) you shut the entire network..
    Yess sir, , this is india(Fool the people) yes beacuse u know what the goverment does it too, yes ohh my god gues what ur airtel zero plan just got approved..!! Yuuppiiiee

    Sir dont u feel, your customer support staff face unnecesary heat by the customers on phone, whereas it"s not their fault because so called (3hrs gurantted uptime ) since thursday, of services is provided by the sh**t called managers sitting in their cabins ..
    Sir, instead of increasing the revenue by 6 times., , a humble request or sugesstion from your loyal customer...( please increase the technical staff by 6 times and please show the door to managers who are irresponsible for such technical glitch) so we as customers wont have to wait for 3days so called as the expected downtime.
    Yes according to them (Sir please wait for 3hrs).

      We brought a new number ([protected]) in a year back, That was used by some one before now old user massage (ICICI bank / TATA data card) getting still. I am getting headache. I call to Airtel : They have told me that you have to check ICICI/TATA. Where i got the mobile number from Airtel.

          I have never faced such inexperience with a custimer service before in the past but with airtel executive named that too senior mr. Devendra sharma he does not know how to speak to a client following are his verbetams: 1. We have patience level if it goes beyond that we will not handle any client. 2.he never allows customers to speak very arrogant as if he is doing favour on customers. 3. He says do whatever you want. 4. He challenges clients . 5. He makes false obligations he is arguing with me saying that i spoke for 40 to 50 minutes where as i said 15 to minutes i am on line with airtel with no resolution on the contrary he is challenging me nd using the words do not lie. Is this the way you guys work and give customer experience. When i asked him.you pull up the call records that i never said 40 to 50 minutes i said 15 to minutes he went on telling me a liar it is so offending that it made me abuse him.like hell first time i lost my professionalism with an unprofessional guy like devendra sharma.             I applied for new broadband connection, called Airtel executive (Sadaschian-[protected]) whose number was on poster in Smondoville Society. He came to take installation charges & docs immediately on 1st day and promised to provide connection on 2nd day. He keeps telling that he will get it done everyday. He also told me not to go to other providers for any connection, he will get this done soon. But I didn't get connection yet. If you dont know by when it will be done, they you simply should not promise customers about deliver of service.

              I am a regular customer of Airtel.Today early morning I tried to add VAS 34/- recharge after getting lot of instruction from No. 121311. I subscribed VAS 34 by pressing 1, again I was asked to confirm it by pressing 1 again. After that when I checked my balance it shocked me that the subscriber reduced the VAS amount twice i.e. 34+ 34=68 Rs. how cleverly customer are cheated! Then I tried to call the customer care executive, who received the call atleast after 20 mnts and in 2nd attempt.He did not listen me and told me that he was going to forward the call to senior. After some time I found only beeping sound was there, they had cut the call. Now my questions are for AIRTEL COMPANY 1. Why don't you remind customers if their VAS is going to expire, in the last 1 or 2 days. 2. I have both SMS received after subscription of VAS 34/- both are with same date and time. Pls remember atleast time gap must be there if I subscribed it twice. Because after following lot of instructions it is never possible to have a subscription with same time. Pls remember I am going to raise this issue to the consumer court. 3. Even if any customer subscribed it twice on the same date why don't you give the service extended. like if I subscribe a net pack worth rupees 249/- of 2GB 2G, and again I take the same 249/- net pack, then my total net pack which I receive will be 4 GB total. Are you getting no what I m saying.But your so called intelligent customer care Executive told me that I would get the VAS 34/- service only for 28 days and my another 34/- rupees went worthless and it would not be refunded. clap clap! 4. The sms which I received mentions that (Now enjoy Local mobile calls at 30p/min for 10 days at Rs.34. Create myPack dial *129*4#, Call 1294. Offers: http://airtellive.com/129store). that means not for 28 days it is going to expire after 10 days. again clap for you. well this was the case. I will wait for some couple of days for a positive response from you. I work in a very reputed organisation where we share our experience with thousands of people and employee. Now it depends on you how you solve the matter. thanks for reading.

                I am not getting 3G network on my phone properly and there is so much fluctuation between 3G & 2G, as i have lodged the complaint many times in this regard but all in vain. I want senior people of Airtel to intervene in this matter else i will bound to drop the services of Airtel.                   This is a complaint regarding mismatch in what is being offered in My Airtel app and the benefit extended to me. I get messages giving links to install My Airtel app almost daily. I have installed this app sometimes ago. On[protected] at 07:12 AM, I logged in to My Airtel app and in All Packs-Calling Section saw an offer described as- All Local Calls @ 1.6p/2sec Validity: 56 days for Rs. 105 online recharge. When I clicked it I was asked to Select Pay option. I selected Debit Card and Rs. 105 was paid by me for All Local Calls @ 1.6p/2sec Validity: 56 days as described in My Airtel app. But to my huge disappointment, I got a message saying TransID:501916Recharge Successful on 18-Jul-15 07:13 AMMRP:Rs 105.00STax:Rs12.89 Balance:Rs236.37Validity: 14daysBenefit:3000 LocalNight A2A mins My complaint is that all I wanted was All Local Calls @ 1.6p/2sec Validity: 56 days as described in My Airtel app by online recharge of Rs. 105. But instead I got Benefit:3000 LocalNight A2A mins with 14 days validity which is of Nil utility to me. I am sorry to say that for what use Airtel is giving this facility of My Airtel app. I am hugely disappointed and would like to forfeit even my pending balance and would prefer to PORTOUT if the benefit which was shown in My Airtel app is not given to me or refund is not made to me. I am attaching screenshots of My Airtel app and also the messages which I got after online recharge.

                    Two weeks back I applied for a Broadband Internet Connection online and had called customer care requesting for urgent connection as some important work was getting delayed. The respresentative said that it will happen next day but there was no communication after that. After several mails and followups, the documents were collected and I was told that within next three days the connection will happen. Its almost two weeks since I paid the money and there is a poor response from Airtels Customer care team. A very poor and improper service.

                        My airtel mobile no is [protected].I am facting coverage problem I am residing at West Patel Nagar.I am not able to dial any number neither receive any call.Your service is pathetic.We have 5 Airtel numbers and none of them works fine because of your extraordinary service which is useless.We are thinking to switch over to Vodafone if we get same service.We are your loyal customer but if your network doesn't work we have to shutdown your services.Request you to look into this I did complaint to your call centre but no conclusion as usual.Hope someone will listen and rectify our problem!

                          I recharged whatsapp pack and I can see balance is 200MB. When I turn on and turn off Data in my phone, it always charging from my main account balance. I tried contacting customer support but no one is picking up calls and they are even charging for those calls also. I waited and 15min but there was no response. Im very disappointed with service.

                            Ave 2 Airtel connections since long ( [protected] & 9650...) with an average monthly billing of around Rs 2000 each.

                            Had called up the customer care at 121 on 20th June for an upgrade of data package from 3 GB to 5 GB. It was assured by the executive that there is an offer of the 5GB plan at Rs 700 which was accepted at my end.


                            I just received an alert today that my 3 gb has expired and the data usage would now be charged at applicable rates.

                            Called up the customer care to find out on why the plan has not been upgraded last month and the reply was that the executive did a mistake and I was told that they would update it this month but the charges would be Rs 850 per month as the old plan does not exist now.

                            Have raised a email complaint with the Nodal officer as well but no reply from that end also since morning.

                                  I want to inform you that i have joined bsc academy rohini branch on 3rd july 2015 for bank po classes and on 14th july i got a call from institute that your batch timings got changed.previously it was 10-12 in morning now it changed to 11-1. I joined this institute only because of the timings. I work in Rbs and my office timings are 12:30-9:30. So it was not possible for me to continue with new timings but when i told them they said that you are the only student who has problem with new timings so for you we cant help it. After all this i sent a mail to bsc academy head office regarding this matter and they told me that they will ask rohini branch to refund your fee.when today i visited my centre they r not even attending me and saying that we will refund only 50% amount and that also when we get this in written from head office.i have attended only 5 classes and the classes were supposed to be for 3 months. So y they refund 50% fees. I request you to kindly look into the matter.

                                    I hold around 10-15 lines with airtel and everything i use including dth is from airtel. There is one customer support executive who is such a rude lady who called me regarding one of my landline bill payment. I politely spoke to her the first time she called and she was rude to me by all means. And the latest call she made is such a super highlight that she insulted me with her great words. I wish to surrender all my current lines with airtel if this lady is not going to ask an apology to me. I wonder how airtel functions in such a cheap way!
