My airtel sim and mobile number [protected] not working despite full year validity . 10 days back i was planning to port my number to another carrier but i got a request from airtel to keep going with them . i gave a thought perhaps i should wait for some more time with them despite i knew bad network which is frequent from last 3 months.
and this was my mistake perhaps. i made a full year validity recharge of 1498/- and network gone progressively as i recharged it . 1st the outgoing and then incoming and now full network though the my my airtel app shows full validity and recharge.
how disgusting to note that a day before i was on with this network & all of a sudden you are disowning your customer despite a valid sim .
its really shameful on part of airtel -wasted my whole day of transactions ! please refund back my amount asap

    Hello! This is the 2nd time I'm making a complaint since I got no resolution to my previous complaint. I made a transaction on Airtel's website for the recharge worth Rs. 449 dated 3rd May '21 for which the amount got debited but I was told my recharge failed. So, I contacted Airtel support regarding that and they assured me to proceed with a new recharge transaction and that the old disputed transaction's amount will be refunded back within 15 days. I waited for the time being and still hadn't received any amount. So I contacted Airtel back and now they told me they haven't received any amount from my end and should contact my concerned bank. I later contacted HDFC Bank regarding this disputed transaction and was assured they'll look into it and will get the amount back by 15th July '21. I was contacted by the Bank again this time stating that Airtel has provided all documents regarding the issue, that they received the debited amount & that the transaction was successful. In actuality however, it was the transaction records of the 2nd successful recharge that I was told to Airtel confirmed and not the first disputed one. Contacting the support is causing me a lot of strain and mental agony and I'm tired of going through this now. It's been nearly four months and still I haven't got any resolution for the transaction amount either from Airtel or from the bank. I would really appreciate it if my amount gets refunded at the earliest or else I'll have to go with legal proceedings. I have attached all the communication I've received from the bank and Airtel as well. Also I am attaching my Bank statement for proof of transaction.

      I have taken airtel fiber connection, which is bad from 12th September 2021. Red light is burning in it. Regarding the complaint of which I lodged a complaint several times with 121 customer care continuously from 12 September 2021 till the evening of 18 September 2021 but no solution was found. Just daily assurances were being given that today will be right, tomorrow will be right. Even their local LCO Prateek Singh and local service manager Ashish did not pick up my phone even once, I have suffered a lot for the last seven days, the validity of my plan is also getting exhausted but till now no solution has been found.

        Today I recharged my airtel mobile no [protected] via google pay and money was deducted from my bank account but till now i didn't get any messages or recharge. Help me to get out from this. I did special recharge of 399 rupees for 2 months.

          Hi there,

          My sister's money is been stucked in the airtel wallet and she couldn't transfer to anyone and can't make shopping online
          and it says the transaction is failed. !

          We need this a quick resolution and a response from airtel or else we need to cancel our services with Airtel !.

            I have recharged my number [protected] by Rs 399 today as on 18th September 2021 at 8:59 Am online using debit card but unfortunately the amount was deducted while my number didn't get recharged.
            For referrence :-

              Dear sir,
              i am the customer of Airtel Fixed Line from 2007. my Telephone no is [protected] named Pawan Kothari, C/o Mohta Medical, Raipur. We are enrolled to receive Only Detailed PAPER BILL but from last 30 months we are not receiving. Raised complained several times (almost every month on date 25-28th). complaint Call center always essure to sent Paper Bill in next 5 days, but never received it once. I also several times requested them to send me a letter mentioning "airtel is not able to send Paper bill", But there is no solution.
              why are they not sending us a detailed Paper bill, is there any GHAPALAA?
              kindly look after the matter and order them for provide Paper Bill regularaly.

                I have my Sim registered mistakenly in my First and last name. My middle and real name is non existing for them so they say they cannot re issue it. Who has a name Mohammad Khan ? I remember to submitting my passport for porting from Tata Docomo to Airtel or for re issuing at some point. A not so trained professional will commit this mistake but who expect it from a reputed company like Airtel. There had been no fruitful response from Airtel Moradabad. I expect it to get resolved soon.

                    I moved to Poland a couple of months ago. Until yesterday Network was working fine. I was receiving messages with basic plan . I had recharged it for 3 months. Suddenly it is showing NO SERVICE. I tried calling them. Upon calling they are saying that the SIM HAS BEEN CORRUPTED. They are not properly telling how can I get new sim with me being not their. And it’s difficult to call customer service when u r abroad. Request you to please check and help us on this

                      Blocked incoming calls and sms for no valid reason

                      Its a rule that once your pack validity has expired your incoming services will be barred after 7 days. Now despite recharging, airtel has deactivated my incoming services and when reached to customer care they first raised a complaint on my behalf to solve my issue and next day when enquired for complaint status they said that I have to resubmit documents.                       I swapped my SIM today as it suddenly stopped working. The retailer charged rupees 150 rupees for the same.
                      I got a message from Airtel stating thay my request has been submitted and the retailer will charge maximum rupees 25 for the same. Could you please clear what was I charged for?

                        Hello sir i have done transaction on 3 sep 717 first it was declined but ammount debited same i thought it will refunded back so i did again 717 transaction it was declined too than i switched off my phone thought it was my phone issue than to check loaded 1 rupee to check and that was declined and all money debited now i raised complaint and now after 2 weeks they say ammount was credited but ammount wasn't credited at all i have all the proofs of ammounts plz help me regarding this

                          Hi am having airtel prepaid sim card in UAE and regularly recharged to keep active and having an active international roaming pack as well. however, for the past couple of days am getting "No Service" in the network signal area.
                          No response to the email send to airtel customer care. need urgent rectification of this issue.

                              Retail store sold the airtel plan sum of rs 2696 as an offer price of 1800 the actual plan expiry should be one year but with in one month the plan shows as expired. I called the airtel customer care and registered the complai but the customer executive says it was a breach done by retailer . Recharging the customers saying 1800 for one year plan and then cheating by updating them with one month plan . I was wondering the airtel app also shows as one year plan validity at the time of recharge and within one month the app shows the plan expired. In order to enquire more on this I called customer care again and the breach happened on the airtel system. Not only me more than 1 lakh people were affected due to this issue said by customer care I have all the records spoked to them ready to share at any time .

                              We all see airtel as a trustable network. But the recent breaches happened to their system shocked us . Airtel failed to keep their security safe . And as a trustable customer we are affected due to this still we have not got any response and resolution from airtel . The customer care keep on saying still they have not received any update on higher authority. Please check and resolve this issue not only me my family and friends also affected due to this issue and we are totally dissatisfied with the airtel service due this this issue happened. Please check and do needful . Thanka

                                  I have been writing e-mail since 9th of July regarding the bill amount of my mobile no.[protected], that I had already paid on 24th June which is not reflecting in my account. I had even submitted the credit card statement reflecting the payment. I had written to billing department, nodal officer, appellate authority, visited the airtel store 4 times, still the line has been Disconnected since a week.
