We have shifted our corporate CUG from vodafone after the persistent follow up from Airtel Executives. They have committed for 199 Plan and now after the porting they said as per new policy we can charge only at 299 for all the numbers. Despite talking to the Sales Manager the issue was not resolved. I feel cheated by Airtel in this regard and the explanations given were not satisfactory....

Please noted my problem. I port out from jio to airtel for better opportunity on date 25/07/21.all the porting process done by airtel distributer. On date 29th july my jio network gone &i put the mnp airtel sim to my mobile, till now no network comming Even after repeatedly switch off & sim inserting. Airtel people are lying like thieves. They vanish my amount of rs. 30949 and in response to my case they are just giving me 2 days of waiting, 2days of waiting, 2 days waiting, 2 days of waiting !!!

This pathetic ness is happening since the day of transaction. Even the authoritative officers are acting like that nothing wrong or unethical or suspicious is going on.
