I am using Airtel postpaid connection since much time, I choose plan via airtel sales person of 249 rs per monthly rental plan but few month ago my monthly rental was increased from 249 to 274 Rs. without informed to me so please take some action .

    I recharged whatsapp pack in 43 rupees toady morning(on 01.07.15) at 6.53AM.Message received that recharged successfully. but when we using whatsapp then amount deducted from airtel main account.Whatsapp package 200MB not display in my mobile. I already contacted 2 times airtel customer care. But result is nil. Transaction ID is 953891, dated 01.07.15

      I have done a recharge of rs. 186/- towards net pack on 29 jun 2015 still my netpack is not activated. I tried to contact customer care but of no use no response from them. . I have been using this airtel from 2009 i always face these kind of problems how can you expect me to refer to service others.

      Kindly resolve the issue either recharge netpack for my prepaid no. [protected] or else refund the amount to my account

      Fyi i tried to attach a copy of the transaction of recharge done through my account but could not able to attach.

        Hi I have ported to airtel on[protected] and to my horror, people who are calling me most of the times get an error message as 'Number doesnt exists' or ''Please check the number dialled . Now after compaling to airtel also they have closed the request as completed . This issue was spoused to closed withing 20 hrs but more than 40 hrs and no resolution, Additionaly i am they are now saying no issues from their side, where as even from airtel numbers i am not getting calls I am stuck on this network now which i am apying etra for a better service and now paying for not getting incoming calls . Kindly resolve the service asap or i want to switch back to my previous network . Complaint number '62887019'

        As per my discussion with airtel technical team, this issue is from tata docomo side where they have made some wrong configuration of number after mnp porting out .

        And airtel team is working with them to resolve the issue .

                Details mentioned below about recharge which I have done on 01st June 2015 Mobile number: [protected] Txn Id: 943853 Rs: 249/- Today I recharged from Airtel Apps for internet pack i.e 249 3G to get 1.5Gb and amount has been deduct from my Account and its showing recharged failed and still i am not able to utilise the net services What is the use to download the Airtel Apps if we are facing such an issue Bad experience of Airtel Apps. It is better to recharge from PAYTM apps. So plz refund my amount i dont want to wait till 7 days as per your executive anurag have told me.

                  Dear team . Today i revived a msg " Update: Service change order no . 9854160 /10067404 for airtel mobile no [protected] has been submitted on 25-Jun-2015 13:30:33 . To check the status of your request anytime, SMS SERVICE 9854160 to 121 ." After calling 121 i got surprise that i got 3g plan activated on my both number ([protected] [protected] ) :) :) who was the man who activated the 3G/4G plans without my concern . i already warn you many times that i dont want any gprs or 3g /4g plan than why are you looting me with out my knowledge. Please be aware i m not going to pay any bill if i see 3g plan charge :) Whats the problem with you . why are you activating 3G/4G services . again and again on my both number [protected], [protected] . have you gone mad . or i should move to other network .kindly tell me clearly because in One month there is 3 time you activated 3g service without my concern . this is ridiculous . Shame on you Airtel further i would love to inform you i have to shutdown my both number if i seen this kind of activity in future on my both number .

                      my number Airtel Prepaid Mobile #[protected]. I have been calling the customer care for the past 2 days and go through the IVRs but when i want to talk to the customer care executive by pressing 9(as instructed by IVR) the recording say you will be charged for the call.and connects when i agree to it. But since then it dint connect me to the representative. this has been happening for a while. and i have been losing money from my account. I would like the forum to investigate and resolve this issue and take strict action against Airtel. this is no only me but for my another number also [protected]. please take strict action for call drops and return the money back

                          I am having a post paid data card [protected]. I was getting only 100 Rs per month as I was not using it. And I was getting mails and sms regarding bill every month. Till April 13th as per the SMS received from Airtel my outstading amount was 224 + data usage of 300 MB exceeding the lower limit. ie. 224+Aprils 100+April 300MB = 500 Rs approx. And I removed the sim from my Tab to avoid extra charge. But unfortunately AIRTEL DID NOT SEND SMS /Email regarding the bill and I thought it wont be more than 500(outstanding). Now I have received call from Airtel and the bill is 1300 Rs. I came to know that April bill alone was 850 Rs. I am not sure how is my April bill 850 when i stopped using it when I exceeded by 300MB??? Why did not I get SMS or email from the month of April to intimate me regarding bill? How would I know that bill would be 1300 where last outstanding was jst 224? Dont you thin its your responsibilty to remind the user about the bill? Please revert as soon as possible.

                            I have applied for new Airtel postpaid connection on 16th June, submitted all the documents, and all verifications done successfully, but the SIM card registration is failed, and this issue is there form last 1 week, no from receives the call, and also disconnect the call. 3 times I have visited to the centre also, everytime, they said it will be done in 2 hours.But the issue is still there

                              I am having Airtel postpaid connection [protected] from last 10 years. I am facing Network problem ZERO SIGNAL from last 20 days where i stay ( 4A Cross, 3rd Block, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar ) my reference number ( [protected],[protected]. First day when I logged complaint, I have been told that my complaint has been registered and our executive will contact within 4 hours but even after 72 hours nobody contacted.


                              Last week after constant follow up a network enginner came home to inspect and told will update nothing happened later i received a call from a manager ( After i called up customer care and requested ) and again I complained about no network zero signal, then I was told that there is a network issue where i stay and Airtel will fix it.


                              When will airtel fix it it is already 25 days after my complaint and why is that I need to pay the bill when i dont have network or service from Airtel where i stay.


                              It is so annoying that no one can reach me( Elderly Parents) and neither data please fix it ASAP or only other option is to port to other network as other network has good signal at my place.

                                Hi, From my Citi bank credit card ( last 4 digit 3153), a fraud payment of Rs.5, 040 has been made to Airtel Payment yesterday -30th June, 2015 @ 4.52 pm. 318392 is the transaction number provided to me by the Citi bank. Could you please reverse out the amount and credit it back to my credit card. Appreciate your help on the same. This seems to be an online transaction done using my card details. The first time it was increased, the excuse of taxes was given. Now their executives don't even feel the need to intimate and when asked, say that the reasons for increase are confidential.                                     I am Amrut Godbole i hv launched a complaint previously with airtel about very bad network strength at nasik area bt it hasn't been taken care of even after repetitive calls & complaints with airtel's customer care service, not a single executive or their seniors were able to solve the problem or give a satisfactory solution for the same. They told me that problem will be resolved within 48 hrs but it has passed more than 1 month & problems still remains the same i can say the intensity of network fluctuations are increased by several times since then. Now i am feeling sooooooooooooooo irritated that there is no response to a complaint from a telecom company who claims to be number 1 network in india. Its a shame that they are not able to solve the problem or even to justify the reason of it. I request to please take some strict actions against airtel telecom on this particular issue.                                       I recharged my net pack from *567# and rs. 153 was deducted twice from my main balance. i called the customer care but they 'cannot see any transaction against my contact number since sept 2012'. I sent multiple emails, but no revert. this has happened third time in past 4 months. I have been using Airtel since 2006. If this is the customer service for old loyal customers, it proves that the company is degrading and customer service has gone for a toss. I want my refund back at the earliest. Forget about winning this customer, let us start with providing resolution first.
