airtel has withdrawn 2GB 2G free internet facility on my mobile number [protected] & [protected] saying that this facility has been withdrawn from the market. But I can prove that this facility has not been withdrawn from the market as I am still using this facility on my other airtel numbers which my family members are using and still my friends are using the same facility than why it has been withdrawn on my these two numbers only. When I wrote this to appellate officer they have sent me the below reply:

They have already started charging Rs 100 for 3G 300 MB internet. Kindly provide me 2GB 2G internet facility again or else fully withdraw it from the market.
