Airtel you have the stupidest customer service ever!!! For some reason you have added somebody else's DTH account to my broadband account, for no goddamn reason, and I have been telling people, who you call your customer care executives, but just really with no brain activity to remove my number from that account. its been more than 3 months!!! how long does it take??????? And now, to make matters even more crazy and stupid my broadband account is reflecting under the DTH account holders name!!! Amazing Airtel!!! Brilliant! Brilliant!!! I could try to sort this out with your customer service, but like said they are ! And every time I ask to speak to supervisor, lo and behold they are all in a meeting! Doing what? peeling bananas for the monkeys you have working in your office?? No .. wait... let me take that back... monkeys have more brains! Seriously guys get your act together! Your customers do not have the time and the patience to sort out issue that not of their making!

      On 23/06/15 I got a call from airtel. Their represtative tell that u can use 3G service in ur area after selecting vodafone or Idea network. I agree for the pack but after pack activation I search the network there is no 3G network of vodafone but idea is there but idea didn't register i call 198 they that tie up with IDEA is withdrawn. They said that claim ny complain and said that they resolve my problem within 24 Houra but after 72 hr i m not able to use 3G service. Now on 198 they say that u not selecting vodafone 3G I answered them that there is no 3G network of voda how can i register it.Before pack activation they had tie up with vodafone and idea but after pack activation they said that they have no tie up with idea. I want my money whicj the activation cost 56 rs back. Refund my money and stop giving wrong info about ur packs.becoz it can damage ur status in market.

        In my mobile number Laila service is automatically activated and 35 ruppes is deducted from my account. While approaching Airtel customer care they are responding that no refund will be given. Calculating approximately if they deducted amount of 30 ruppes in average for 1 lakh customer per day they will get profit of 30 lakhs per day...What a stuipid thing doing for airtel customers by airtel network. Need proper answers from the Aitel finance team.

                June 26 12.41 am Mobile number [protected] No response from customer care since June 5th. Calls to postpaid platinum service are forwarded to prepaid section, but no one picks up the call. Connection problem or invalid imei message displayed and unable to check any balance. Deduction of currency for calling customer care even thought not a single person answers it even after waiting for 15 mins. Offers are provided but cannot be activated or used! Extremely negligent service. Poor customer respect. Worst connection.

                  We have applied for an Airtel connection on 9th June and paid 1000 Rs. It is really unfortunate that despite many calls nothing has been done till today. Our CEF number is TBLR 6978502 Airtel representatives have no idea what is going on and we are not getting any response. We have launched a complaint as we #56949454 but no response on reason for the delay We got an email from [protected]@in.airtel.com today saying another 48/72 hours to respond back to us This is pathetic

                    Done recharge of RC 97 on Airtel no. [protected] thinking of data pack, later realised that in AP, TG services RC 97 doesn't have any valid recharge, 97 have been deducted from my account. But did get any recharge. RC done on 25 June 2015 at 21.45.

                      My name is Gnanasri. I'm from Visakhapatnam. I & my husband are Airtel Customers since 10yrs. I have called customer care on[protected] at 10.20am &asked about roaming pack for more than a month. Then Mr.sachin kumar customer care executive replied me to recharge rs.196 val 6mnths. I have recharged my husband no. [protected] on same day evening at 8pm &surprisingly benefit he got is 250mb 3gdata. I called customer care again &gave the complaint. They transferred the call to supervisor & I told about the problem to him. Then he said we will take action on the concerned executive but I asked about the lost money & how can I get it. He told ' u cant get it back u have lost it'. Hw can I leave it like that as I got a wrong benefit for 196rs.. Please give me back my money into the account or my benefit. As the roaming pack is very necessary for us now.

                            Kindly be informed that Mr. Srinivasa, from Airtel Mob no [protected], gave me a call at about 1730h and said he is coming for address verification checks. This was for the 4G post paid data card that I had applied for. He came and asked my name. I said my name is Jasmini Chandran. He asked my job which I said. No of years of service. Then he asked me to sign on a form. The form had rows where it was mentioned that dongle provided etc. I told him that I have not received the dongle yet which was the fact. (Ms Kanthi Shetty, manager from Airtel Office had spoken to me and told me about the 4G plan. Mr Pranesh visited my house 2 days back, however he had not given me the dongle yet). I signed one form and gave Mr Srinivasa. He gave me another form and asked me to sign it. while I was reading the form, he suddenly pulled the form out of my hand and crumpled it. He also crumpled the other form that I signed. He started yelling at me at my apartment complex. He said I asked you to sign. Why are you not signing. I was shocked at the behavior. I have not witnessed such harassment from any official so far. I gave him all details he asked for. Iam an Air Force Officer with 19 years of service in defence and outside. I told him this is very shocking .He cannot shout at a customer. He shouted at me that he will stop my connection. If Airtel has such employees, it is very bad for the company.                               I called the airtel 121 customer care for more than 20 times today but everytime i was given a wrong information. Also my balance was detected by Rs. 200. And service was provided even after I visited the Airtel store. date of event 25 June 2015.

                                I have Airtel DTH connection with HD + Recorder STB. From last few weeks I am not able to do recording. "It gives HDD0001" error and description says unable to record, contact customer care. Another, issue is after 1-2 hour of continuous watching, setup box gives error and restart every 5-6 min. I have first registered complaint in this regards on 16th June (Ref No :[protected]. Airtel engineer came and confirmed that issue is with setup box and we need to change that. He ask for recharge for at least 1000 INR for same. We did that right away. :( He told he will come next day with new Setup Box. From that day, we are waiting to resolve the issue and there is no show from Airtel Side. On top of that they closed my complaint as resolved on next day, 17th June. I again called customer care and they have open new complaint on Saturday, 20th June with ref . no : 44764956. Till now no action taken on this. I again called on Tuesday, 23rd and got new ref no : 44839906 but as of Thursday, no call and no resolution. I have recharged earlier for 1 year plan and again for 1000 for setup box. With this, I am loosing ever day and not sure when my issue will be resolved. I need help from this forum and want Airtel to refund my full amount of recharge and 1000 for setup box. I will shift to some another provider. Very bad experience from Airtel. Regards

                                        I have make a request to close my dongle no [protected] Name: Anand Jebaseelan D R Completing the dues the request is taken 0n 25th April 2015 in Airtel showroom - SR No: 61543484 After 2 days a gentle man called and said it is closed Again i got a bill in next month Again i raised a complaint through the customer care on 27 th may 2015 - SR no: 62168323 After 2 days a new gentle man called and said it is closed, sorry for the error Again the third i got the bill - so as usual i have to call the customer care and make a request - SR no : 38102928 But still there is no reply from Airtel Are Airtel playing with the customer or cheating the customer by doing these type of activities Cant they have basic sense to close the deal This is the main reason i hate Airtel - Poor customer support and back end process This have to be done within 24 hours of time otherwise i have to file a legal action for these type of action It is totaling ridiculous and making me panic every month Please help us to get out of these type of activities I hope the concern higher officials will make action immediately and fix my problem Waiting hopefully
