I am airtel prepaid user of no [protected] issued from Karnataka.. I am tired with the insuffient supply of 3G network in my area .. I Have been paying for 3G network and u are supplying 2G network which is kind of cheating with the customers.. Always when I call customer care they r just saying to see my settings but my settings are properly. I request u to provide 3G service in my area and improve ur network conditions...

    This is my complaint to Airtel DTH ------ (my a/c no. [protected])------ My 1st Reference no. DT[protected] & other request no. is 44779739. My complaint is below. Sir, No channels are been telecasted since 17/06/2015. On switching on the television and the set top box it is informing that the Error code is B001. Kindly solve this immediately. My recharge amount is fully paid. This is unsolved till today. I once again request you to take immediate steps.

      I would like to share that I am having Airtel prepaid connection [protected] from past 7 years. Kindly note I have received alert messages on June 16, 17 & 18 that there is an offer available for 3G data back, it is 2GB data on Rs 253 with 28 days validity. I have recharged on 18-06-15 with Rs 253, whereas I have received only 1.5 GB, asked Airter retailer, he replied that the balance 500 MB will get added later. As I haven’t received the same, called Airtel customer care executive on 19-06-15, 7.30 PM and received a complaint number (CBNRD[protected]). The contents of the message is that my query will get resolved on 23-06-15. As I didn’t receive balance 500 MB data till today, I have called your executive today 08.15 PM, explained all the above conversations in detail enough, your executive replied me that the offer is not applicable to me and disconnected the call without getting my reply. Request to resolve this issue on top priority. I need my query to be resolved judicially with in 27-06-15 Please treat this matter most urgent.

        Sir, I have recharge my mobile number: [protected] amount 300 on saturday 20.06.2015 in the morning and I have also recharge 3G after 0.50mb remaining 3G data we have internet connection closed in mobile same day. After that I have again 99 recharge for 2G data after that I have check balance its is showing 1 Rupees only. And I am everytime suffering for call droping..           Activated channel without asking

          Respected Sir, I have Airtel DTH Connection with customer number [protected]. airtel DTH service provider have activated top-up channels without asking my permission and leaved a charge on customer. i have complain through mail regarding this matter to the airtel Customer Care but they are not replying. please take some action regarding this matter....

          Dear sir, I am your recently subscriber of dth services and my id is [protected]. I want to let you know few fact s about your service. I had been using tatasky dth service since last 8 years. One bad day I got a call from your customer care service that they want to provide me your dth service with low coast set up of 1230 rs with better services and I believed the same and switched to airtel. As on 22nd May I got installation. During this installation your airtel distributor charged me cash 240 rs in advance monthly fee and still he didn’t credit in my account also the next day I got error no.6 in few channels. regarding this I asked your technician in verbal communication he assured me that he will visit as soon as possible and resolve the problem but next 8 days he didn’t visit till I made a call to your customer care and next day he visited and changed the setup box but I didn’t get any single channel with error 16. I asked him about this and he answered me that it will be started automatically but it didn’t. Then again I had to make a complain and got reference no 4422764 on date 8th june. Again he visited with new set up box but couldn’t solve the issue. He told me that he will visit next day with new setup box but after two days again I had to raise complain no. 44588461 and also I want to let you know that how your complain resolves in 24 hours that your technician inform a number which displays on tv and customer get message that issue is resolved merely based on the display of a certain no. but actually the issue was not resolved but they believe the number displayed on TV not on the customer who is still saying that problem is as it is . Well he every time assured me that next time he will arrange set up box. Also I perused regularly to your TSM Mr. Vikas but that also could bring no result. So I request to you that stop harassing me further and refund me my money which I wasted installing such a nonsense product with no service no customer care and even no functioning at all.             I me and my husband using my airtel postpaid connection since 2013 and no doubt the service is too good. we recently shifted to Noida sector 99, and from that day we are facing continuous issue with the airtel connection. due to this single problem we are facing several issues in our daily life, as lots of my bank transaction failed just because of not getting the OTP on time, i could not contact any one in case of any emergency. my mother in law living with my 1 year daughter alone at day time, she is facing the same issue, could not contact any one if any help required. we dont think we are residing in a remote location, to bear such signal issues. my airtel data card is also not working on same location. please do need full, if it is not possible at airtel end thenplease make it clear that signal issue can not resolve their. at lease after this response we could reach for any other servic provider. your prompt action will be appreciated.               4G SIM is not working in IPhone 5s, didn't get proper response to resolve it.

              Airtel sent me new 4G SIM twice by post at home. Their executives called me various times and asked to insert new SIM and enjoy airtel's 4G services. Being curious I inserted new 4G SIM to my mobile. It was supposed to activate within 10 mins, but its been 4 days my SIM is activated but no signal at all. I am not able to make or receive a single call since 4 days. I called customer care many times, but they couldn't resolve my issue.. rather...

              Hi Team, Few days back i ([protected])got promotion call where I activated plan to reduces voice call rates. According to that plan my local call rate would be 30paisa/min and STD will be 35paisa/min. It also charge me 18 rupees immediately from my mail account.Now its more that 48 hours, still you are charging me 80paisa/min. Plz do needful asap.

                  Sir I got my mobile recharge for 300 on 21 may as I was assured best offer for full talk time of Rs300 with recharge 0f Rs300 But co credited 264 with the assurance rest will be credited with in day or two.On checking I found no such credit.Yesterday I enquired reply was it will be credited with in hour.On checking no such credit was given. I have made so many calls to 198 but in the last they refused with remarks it is not applicable for me.It is a 420 with the customer.I have waste so much time with 198.So services and response of co is not good on expiry of this amount I will switch over to other co.Matter be enquired for satisfactory reply.

                    I am Airtel Customer from past 6 years. I was fed up of Airtel service and got my broadband disconnected, continued with landline. Due to limited usage of landline I applied for disconnection of landline. Tthe resolution team called me, on 15th June, and offered a plan of 549 (3GB broadband at 2Mbps) and offered an additional discount of 100 Rs to regain the customer. So the plan they offered was : 449/ month : 3GB (2Mbps/512 Kbps) 99 top up : Unlimited local and std calls Total Monthly Rental : 548 + tax I was convinced with the above plan and asked them to upgrade my account. They said the plan will be upgraded by 18th June. But I did not receive any upgradation call and called to customer care and they took a new request and said the plan will be activated by 22nd June. The issue is not resolved yet, but I receive a sms saying the bill Plan is revised as 649/ month : 7 GB (2Mbps/512 Kbps) which I have not asked for. I call to customer care and they say the plan offered earlier is not available and have to go with 649 Plan. Why is Airtel fooling its customers like this? I have called the customer care 6 to 7 times but they have not even bothered to call back once to resolve the issue. When we apply for disconnection they call and give some offer. Then they push the complaint for 10 to 15 days and we have to keep waiting, making calls to customer care and listen to their stories. If Airtel cannot offer what was promised by them Why keep the customer waiting and then force the customer to take the plan Airtel offer?? Pls do not go with Airtel. There are other service providers who offer good customer support at economic rental plans.

                        I have requested for Airtel broad band connection. My airtel account number [protected]. Reference number is 56750292 They charged INR 1000 towards installation. Because of their technical issues they couldn't give connection. They asked me to send cancelled cheque so that they will refund into my bank account. I sent that on 15/06/2015 to mail: [protected]@in.airtel.com But there is no response from them. and amount not credited. They said in 48 hrs amount will get credited into bank account once they receive cancelled cheque. Asked them not to send cheque as it takes long time. But no one is responding.                           Dear sir/madam With reference to the above subject, I request the company to issue me a duplicate sim of my airtel up east prepaid number [protected] which I have lost two months back and even after continuously visiting and requesting to airtel relationship store for the sim I got vry unresponsible and shameful responses from the airtel representatives. They have made excuses like sim is not arrived yet, unavailability of the sim at the airtel ware house, etc. I am visiting airtel stores for my duplicate sim from one and a half month and now I got tired. The company must has to look and resolve the problems of its existing customers instead of running behind for the sake of making new customers.

                            I checked the data plan in airtel site providing 1GB in 251INR.But it gave me 650MB on my recharge.I asked the same to customer care but they replied its been changed since 20th June.I recharged it on 22nd June. But their site was not updated till the evening of 22nd june, the time I recharged. So I request for clarification of same for the anomaly as this is sheer cheating and fraud of the company.why would customer pay for their mistake?

                                On 29 May complained to customer care. All hd and several other channels not working, engineer. Ansari naseem on checking informed lmv not working and charged 150rs +845 fr the part, did not give receipt saying airtel will mail the receipt.later I checked the tv, channels were still not working, several days and. Calls later Ansari came checked the dtv on terrace saying new lmv not working, several complaints later raj Shukla your senior executive rudely says entire Mumbai and mah is not getting hd channels and engineer will come only when it's sunny, filed a complaint again today, engineer saif Ali sorted the problem saying Ansari has never put a new part, it is the same old part.i would like my money refunded along with a months refund for both tvs and compensation for all the mental stress including being on hold for minimum 15 minutes on every call .on complaining to supervisor AbhiShek mishra after listening to the entire complaint he says he cannot help us in any manner.

                                  Sir My Airtel mobile Number ([protected] issued from Punjab) has been de-activated by Airtel wef 13 Jun 15. My SIM is showing signal, but giving the message that not registered with network and still is having the balance of around Rs 70/-. I am on roaming presently. My this number is registered with my Bank as well as Sbi Card. i am facing the problem, to operate my bank as well credit card. I have registered my concerns with Airtel helpline vide PR[protected], dated 20 Jun 15. I have also given e-mails to [protected]@in.airtel.com, but no solution till date. Please help

                                    real theif in india are telecome company and first position to airtel hello i an shubham goyal my airtel mobile no. is ([protected]) facing a problem for airtel services for very long time. choosing airtel service is the wrost part of my life as it unnecessary cut the balance sometimes every month from 20 to 300 rupees for uneven purposes. now this time they cut 30 rupees from my account.when i talked to the coustomer care centre they firstly take the call after a long wait and when i told about the reduction then they said you have used your net to activate it. as i have not touched my phone at that time and the person who i m talking is a very rude towards me as he wants to bite me because i called in care. and he refused me said you should drop the airtel services.and he cut the phone while i m speaking. after again i called them another person also said the same thing rudely and he transfered the call to someone and that person is just a real bastered as he said rudely and misbehaved also and said the same thing again and again and he also said you all people dont know to use the phone.and when i said i will complain it to counsumer forms then he also aid go to hell and he did not give me any complain no. as their are no rules for that and said do whatever you want to do. and no. of such cases of airtel every month is more than 3000.as they try to run the company by our company. if anyone is thinking of choosing airtel i suggest please do not choose airtel as they are real theives which work in aircooled offices bloody hole airtel and their representatives.
