4G Services

MOBILE DATA SERVICE

I was using 85 CUG plan, but latter got it upgraded to 199 CUG plan.In 85 CUG plan, my local tariff was 10p/min, but when my plan got changed to 199 CUG plan, my local tariff got changed to 30p/min.Even the airtel executive never told me about such a difference in call rate while explaing the plan.PFA bill, where in for 5sec of local call has been charged as 50 p.Even if i go as per my plan, charges should be 30p/min for local calls, but...

No Data Usage Summary and money getting deducted from Voice Account

My number has been recently transferred from company to my name and hence i have submitted all the docs to the executive. But my outgoing call has been barred mentioning reason Customer is not contactable / reachable. But I am staying in the same house as in the address proof 205, Pristine Paradise. Payment not revert back after error coming in online transaction.

no data plan with low data and 1 month validity

I use airtel only from accessing internet. i used to recharge 2g plan of rs 176 of 1GB with 28 days validity. My problem is that due to very slow speed i can not use my full data. I can use only 300-500 mb, rest of data go useless. The company should either provide enough speed to use 1 gb data in a month or extend the validity of the pack up to 3 months . Airtel and other comparies are looting consumers by not providing low data usage plan...
