Dear Sir/Mam, sham fool your customer care no. your tally caller not satisfy replay given to customer and behave very rudely and shut the phone harsh way. My probelm is not a small. last night between 10-11 pm i was try one pack activate from airtel no. *129*4#. the pack detail is calls and sms pack try for activation in my no. [protected]. i was try so many times in this one hour but all time one msg show in screen this is " UNKNOWN APPLICATION" Or INVALID OUTPUT ETC... I FEEL THE PACK IS NOT ACTIVATE SO I WAS TRY SO MANY TIMES IN THIS HOUR. but no one msg i can received from airtel site for a activation i a was not confirm the pack is activate or not. i was try customer care no. but no body responding here. any how, in morning 12th june, 2015 i was try customer care no. at 7am in the morning. one person came in line and shutting me and put down the phone. it s name is vikas something and he said go any where and complain for me i am not worry etc... anyhow i was again try 121 and talk to another person. he listen all and last line he said please talk to my supervisor after 1/2 an hr or one hr. how funny... why are you listning all things if you are not conceren of this??? after that i will try soo many times to talk to supervisor but my call not pass on him. and also deducted my charges. recently i recharge of Rs 100 and 86 rupees credit in my mobile but after few sec my balance again deducted and rupess shown 24 in my mobile. what i do sir please help me. Rs. 300 is a not a small amount. and nobody fool again again one pack activate in same time. if the verification is wrong came to your site what i do and what do teh customer. so many customer face this problem with aietrl. if the pack is activate one time and msg not come from airtel co. site for activation and customer again try this so why a single line include there that is " already pack activate but msg soon shortly" i feel this is the technique for money decution for the company benefits.       Yesterday (4th day of my bill cycle), I straight away received an email showing 97% of my mobile internet data used up. My mobile internet is OFF from past many days as I use WiFi at my place. It is really shocking and I am unable to understand as to how this is possible. Never thought airtel would cheat it's customers.

        Hi, On June 1oth I had time made 2 recharges. 1 for Rs 200 for full talktime and Rs 201 for 1.25gb 2G recharge for [protected] for Swagata Swamy However I was charged twice Rs 201 for 1.25gb 2G recharge. When a complaint was filed on 11th June (complaint#[protected] the executive Priya who took the 1st call and confirmed on recorded line that by 12th June 2015 I would be receiving a refund of the same in my bank account. However today (12th June) I was contacted by a Malayali speaking supervisor for a resolution but understanding my impairment towards the language I was routed to a Hindi speaking supervisor Nandini who was utterly rude and sarcastic and not at all helpful tried to convince me that it is my fault that i ad not deactivated my auto renewal of 1.25gb from last time. Hence Airtel is right in deducting the same, completely disregarding the fact that just the other day her executive promised on recorded line that it is a technical error on Airtel's part and a refund for the money deducted was promised on a recorded line by Airtel executive. The supervisor was inconsiderate and was not ready to empathise/sympathise with the customer. Her toe on the call sounded as if the customer was lying and disrespected the fact that Airtel did not send and reminder for deactivation of any auto renewal service before charging. When requested to provide the customer complaint email address and the corporate address to file a complaint to Consumer Forum, supervisor placed the call on mute. This incident shows utmost insincerity and unethical behavior towards Airtel customers. I would like to get the refund as promised and an action taken against the executive and supervisor as a compensation for mental harassment and being financial discomfort.           its very disappoint to being a part of Airtel Caf. AIRTEL CAF customer support is HOPELESS. They never ever revert back on mail . The site name which they provide is nevework, I really dont know were to contact.

            I have AIRTEL, SIM No. [protected] & using internet. Due date of recharge was 01/06/2015 & about 2000MB were balanced. Recharge has been done with Rs155/- (500MB+28 days validity) ondue date ie 01/06/2015.But balance 2000MB did not carry forwarded. For clarification, when contacted on CUSTOMER CARE, unsatisfactory reason was given.                   My phone number is [protected]. In the past few years, I have found multiple times that my email id has been wrongly stored with them as [protected]@gmail.com. I have absolutely nothing to do with this ID and I have informed cus care multiple times. Later, the bill was coming to correct email id mail.[protected]@gmail.com. I recently switched to paper bill and then back to ebill. When changing back to ebill, I informed to customer care that the email id he stated was wrong and the officer said it was changed. Again for the past two months, it is being sent to the wrong email ID. I escalated a complaint in their website . I received this email from them "We acknowledge receipt of your complaint, your reference no. is PO[protected] .We shall get back to you within 2 hrs." on May 27th. No communication from airtel after that and still the bill is going to wrong id. I was shocked to find that the ticket has been closed long back without any action or communication to my email id. It's unacceptable that they are sending my phone number and personal bill details to some other person for so long, and also I am having to pay the bill without receiving the bill. What action can I take against them for exposing my sensitive information to someone else for such a long time?

                  How I hate to see this standard response from airtel. I had escalated to nodal officer and she assured me that my email id is updated correctly. Yet, as of today, the bill goes to the wrong id.

                    I was using vodafone postpaid service till 20 th April. I got call from Airtel customer care to port the number to airtel postpaid, promising the better tariff plans. Customer support promised me that i will be getting 600min of local/national call, 100 local/national SMS and 1GB of 3g data for rental of 299/- under corporate plan. Upon agreeing, customet representative came to my work location and collected all the documents required for it. I was ported to airtel postpaid on 25th April succesfully. As i checked the plan tariff on 5th May, i was getting charged for the internet. from then till now i have called customer care atleast more than 20 times. I have also written mail for the nodal, customer relation ship managers. But nobody have resolved my complaint till now. Everybody in airtel are enjoying their sweet time, not giving proper answer and by not mentioning the single point of contact for the issue. Sometimes i got the answer from the customer care executive to ask the guy who have given the sim card. These people just show the exciting offers at the time of porting and they literally ignore, neglect customers once after the porting. I recorded each call with customer care but unfortunately i have lost them with my old mobile. my cell no:[protected]

                      Hi, Since 2 days there is a problem with Airtel signals in JP Nagar 2nd phase area. I was not able to do any outgoing calls and not able to receive the calls as well. But i am receiving the sms, and even mobile data also working, only the problem with calls. I have checked with my colleagues whose are using Airtel for them also same issue.                         My Mobile No.-[protected], Name-G. Appi Reddy. Changed from Postpaid to prepaid owing to the problem with respect to VAS charges on 18/05/2015. Cleared all the due as on 18/05/2015 before converting to Prepaid. bill came again. Why did they give prepaid SIM without paying the complete bill. This is ridiculous as i have not made any out going calls after 18/05/2015. But still bill came. Kindly clarify as early as possible.

                          Issue :- As per my understanding and my billplan the cost of per call is 30paisa but in my bill, amount has been charged as per 50 paisa/- and calculation is also not correct. I have complain more then 3 times but no one has provide me the correct solution. Whenever I called on 121 for solution, They always told me that they will arranging a call but till now I haven't received any call.

                            Dear Sir/Madam, I am using Airtel mobile connection with 3G.My number +91 [protected].Whenever using Mobile Data/internet I'm get a 2G network only.I already complaint to Airtel Customer care.There is no any response. Need a clarification. And I request to public please avoid Airtel 3G connection. Nowadays 4G also started.Good not connect the people via 2G/3G properly inside of metro city(Chennai).This is service/Cheating customer.

                              Im facing internal 3g coverage issue from last 6-8 month where im not getting 3g coverage internally even my area is also not congested, i have complained many times but the issues has not been resolved on permanent basis last two times i have spoken with airtel appelate and airtel nodal they raised there hands and said we can provide you this much coverage only when i said i will to go to trai they said you can go toTRAI from this it shows they are not bothered to resolve the issue Here point to note is after couple of mails i direclty called to appealate he was rude and to mention here he even said you can do wht you want when i said i will have to port and approach trai this is not expected from appealllate number that to from number one operator What is the use o then level o having this 121 then nodal then appeal when appeal behaves this way what can we expect from 121 and nodal. My complaint number is CMOUD[protected]

Respected Sir, In connection with above subject I want to inform you that on 27/05/2015, I received a call from your company’s executive named Shri Ankit Gupta by no. [protected] on 08:00AM. He informed me that my SIM No;[protected] has won a lucky draw among 2 crores numbers on event of Shri Sunil Mittal’s Son’s Birthday. Then I asked him for confirmation whether he was real an executive of Bharati Airtel Ltd or other fake call. He replied with his address, post and informed my SIM no. (18 figures) which is written on behind part of my SIM Card. Then I have put trust on him. After that he explain the thing and call for recharge of Rs. 550/- as a activation charge in[protected] among this 5 digit contains the number which lies behind on SIM Card and other 5 contains company transaction code which was given by Shri Ankit Gupta) i.e. That was not a regular Mobile SIM No. Then I inquired to him for further verification and my confirmation, as a question was of my money and time as well because I am an employee. He replied that he is a full time fully paid executive/Account Manager of Bharati Airtel Ltd at Dadar Head Office, Mumbai. And whenever I called him a tone was tuning of Airtel Company saying “kindly beware that you have called a respectable officer, kindly talk with him with full respect”. Then after a basic call ring rang. That one thing that is why I have put faith on him. Therefore I recharged of Rs. 550/- as an activation charge in above said Number on 09:20 AM from Amreli. Then a message has been received with Transaction ID [protected] and I have been said a call will be received by another person very soon. He demands for this transaction ID and then after a process of transferring a whole amount in my bank account number will be processed in 15-20 minutes. As per he said that this is the only amount which should I have to pay. He has said that this is the only amount and after that total money of Draw will be transferred to my account no : [protected] standing at IDBI Bank, Amreli Branch after 15 - 20 minutes of this activation charge. I have received more than 10 calls before I have remitted amount of Rs. 550/- at mobile shop. After about an hour I have received another call from Shri Ankit Gupta saying that amount of 5, 25, 000/- is not a small amount hence I have to deposit Rs. 6, 200/- as a Government Security in Bank of Baroda or in Punjab National Bank. I said that I am not able to deposit as I am an employee and date was running 27 and my pay will be occurred on every 1st on each month. But he sticks with his explanation and transferred the call to his higher supervisor/manager. Now I have contacted by another person who introduced himself as a Account Manager of Bhrati Airtel Company . His name was Shri Amol Singh. He informed me that all the transactions related to finance is running in the name of Shri Amol Singh, Account Manager. I said that I am not able to pay such a big amount then he console to me that kindly take some money from another person for a short term and put faith on us, we are not fraud persons. He said that this is the last amount to be deposited by me and as well as I deposit the money in PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK in the account number [protected] of Shri Amol Singh, The Account Manager of Bharati Airtel LTD, then after in 5 to10 minutes total amount of draw transferred in my IDBI Bank A/c No. immediately. He said that he has prepared a file of my name and he was waiting only for this transaction, then he can do further process. Then I was going to PNB, Amreli Branch and deposited Rs. 6, 200/- in Amol Singh’s A/c Number on 27/05/2015 on 11:00 AM. After 30 - 35 minutes, I was informed twice that amount of 5, 25, 000/- is not a small amount hence I have to deposit Rs. 10, 300/- as a Transaction Deposit in Bank of Baroda and this amount will add in main draw amount i.e. I will get Rs. 5, 35, 300/- . I felt cheated and as I have deposited amount of Rs. 6, 200/- earlier so I have no choice because my money has been credited to Amol Singh’s A/c Number. So as a broken person tries for some survival I asked him so many time that would it be last transaction? He said with full consolation and told me not to worry about my money. Therefore I was going to Bank of Baroda and deposited an amount of Rs. 10, 300/- on 02: 00 PM, 27/05/2015 in A/c Number [protected] which belongs to Shri Deepak kumar Narayanbhai Solanki, another Accout Manager of Bharati Airtel Company Ltd. I waited and waited and at last I was said that due to technical error and because of server is down I will contacted between 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM. A call has been received at 09:30 PM saying that my procedure has been completed and I have to wait for next day. A very next day on 28/05/2015, 09:30 AM, I was informed by Shri Ankit Gupta that as an Income Tax Charges an amount of Rs. 15, 400/- which has to be deposited by me in above said BOB account number. Sir, I have been totally broken down by your company’s this kind of policy. I was informed for payment continuously after and after whenever I had completed transaction, another unexpected new charges had been charged only after completion of transaction. Sir, as I mentioned above that I am an ordinary employee and belonging from lower middle class family. I am not able for such risk but as I mentioned in earlier that Rs. 16, 500/- have already been credited in your company’s account manager’s bank account. As a result, I hardly arranged for deposit amount of Rs. 15400/- and done a transaction in Shri Deepak Kumar Narayanbhai Solanki’s account no. at Bank of Baroda, Amreli Branch on dated 28/05/2015 at 11:30 AM. After that as per my belief an another call received from Shri Ankit Gupta mentioning that I have to pay the amount for Rs. 9700/- as donation to Bank which was demanded by the Branch Manager of SBI, Dadar Branch (IFSC CODE: SBIN0000353). Now I had no choice. Again I refused to deposit such type of big amount and told him that I will contact nearby Police Station and file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Co. Ltd. “ for cheating, money laundering, public mentally harassment, waste of time and money”. As positive response was needed but I received negative saying that If I wish to contact Police, I am free to lodge a complaint and after that the call cut off. After 5 minutes, he told me to talk with the owner of Shri Sunil Mittal. I talked with you i.e. With the Shri Sunil Mittalji . And you also consoled me and said me that this would be the last amount to be paid and you suggest me for my benefit that if I am holder of a ration card then after I have to deposit Rs. 5, 200/- in above said BOB account number. Then you had transferred the call to Shri Ankit Gupta and he asked me for Ration Card No. I told him the number and I deposited amount of Rs. 5, 200/- in your account manager’s account in Bank of Baroda Account on 28/05/2015 on 02:30 PM. Even after I had been told that as I am not belonging to below poverty line I have to deposit remaining 4, 500/- . I was exhausted totally with this kind of harassment but my money was entrapped in your company hence I had to deposit. I was permitted for deposit on the next day and he told me that I can do the transaction of deposit the amount on next day i.e. on 29/05/2015 without any problem because I have not even a single rupee on that day . On 28/05/2015, 07:00 PM, on 29/05/2015, 09:00 AM, I asked to Shri Ankit Gupta that kindly confirm that this would be a last transaction or not. He replied positively as so far. Then I did transaction in Shri Deepakkumar Narayanbhai Solanki’s account at BOB Amreli on 29/05/2015, 10:00AM. Now, I was informed as so far previously, they told me to deposit late charge Rs. 5, 200/- on 29/05/2015 . Then I refused not to do any kind of transaction further regarding to this. Forty Two Thousands One Hundred Fifty Only Calls have been received from two numbers :[protected]/[protected], Airtel Office Phone Numbers. Belonging to Bharati Airtel Company’s executives. Kindly tell me Sir, how kind of policies your company have? If all these fair to me? Even all these things happened with me I request to you for refunding me only those amount of Rs. Which were deposited by me in your Company’s officers’ accounts time to time. This is my humble request to give my money back to me and oblige to me. With the hope of positive anticipation.

                                    I have replaced my normal SIM with Micro SIM due to my new handset requirement on[protected] at Edayarpalayam pirivu, Airtel Relationship Center, Coimbatore. I have submitted all the required documents . However, till now[protected] my microSIM was not activated. I have called customer care more than seven times and visited the same Airtel Relationship Center(Edayarpalayam pirivu, Coimbatore) Two times ). While taking that sim that showroom girl said sim will activated within 4 hours. But till now no response.

                                      I took a post paid connection [protected] and the physical verification failed since I was supposed to travel outstation for an urgent matter for a duration of 4 days. I called up airtel toll free number and informed the same before I left. [protected] is activated on 29th April. Suspended on 2nd May I was asked to go to relationship center to resubmit Documents and I was not in a position to do it. Airtel executive advised to go for a new connection and to use the same dongle and I took a new connection again from airtel [protected]. I spoke to customer care executive on 13th of May when I got a bill for [protected] he said it will be waived off, To make sure things fall in place, I also have sent a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com "I have received a bill for this number [protected] which was suspended since the physical verification failed since I was supposed to travel outstation for an urgent matter for a duration of 4 days I never used this connection. I spoke to your customer care executive just now and he said the bill is waived off and not required to be paid . Please make sure your system is updated with the same " Airtel never informed me I am supposed to pay the bill. Never corrected the wrong understanding provided by customer care executive. There was no replay from Airtel for the mail other than an auto acknowledgement, On 9th of June I received a mail from Airtel stating "This is to bring to your notice that an amount of Rs 831.47 is overdue for payment for the mobile services availed from Bharti Airtel Limited [BAL] towards mobile no. [protected], account no. [protected]. We are not in receipt of the said amount, despite sending several reminders through telephone, SMS & personal visits. The non-payment amounts to violation of the terms and conditions of the Customer Application Form [CAF] which forms a legally enforceable agreement between you and BAL." I spoke to airtel customer care executive today on 10th of June and to his supervisor (he said so) and they were not even ready to admit it was a mistake not to replay to my mail. Now I am forced to pay the bill and I am forced to go to relationship center to pay the bill. More over I am Insulted telling a non payer of bills.

                                        Call Drops/Number not reachable/Voice breakage

                                        I have been using corporate Postpaid Airtel connection from last 10 months. The most frequent and common problems which we face in a metro city like NCR are 1) Most of the time when caller tries to reach me on my cell phone, he gets an automated revert "Number is not reachable". Although my office is in KG Marg, Cannaught Place (heart of the DELHI city), but still i am not reachable for the caller. It frustrates me the most as sometime...
