Yesterday I have done a 3G recharge at my number [protected] with 455/-. Company website showing that you will get 2GB data and also additional 0.5GB data too but in stid of that I got 1.75GB data only which is less than a regular recharge data(2GB) available with the company.. What can I do in this regards, plz help...

      I have raised a request with Airtel for transfer of my broadband connection No. 16588187 on 27th May 2015 ( Request ID[protected]. Me and my husband are calling them on a daily basis with Airtel Customercare and their Senior executives. Inspite of repeated calls on a daily basis no action has been taken yet. We were told that the TAT is of 5 days and today is already 9 th June 2015 ( already 12 days over) and still no action has been taken

        Hi Team, I took Airtel Postpaid SIM and i given Rs 300/- as a deposit amount. I closed the SIM on March 2015. they told that through cheque you will get your refund amount(Rs 300/-). around 4 months over i sent mail to airtel Team (Email Id: [protected]@in.airtel.com) many times but only getting a response that we are sending cheque for past 4 months.           The whole issue started with my internet services going down on 1 June. This was raised as an service request 56238802 in airtel. Despite multiple follow up with the customer care they kept postponing the issue after saying "As per our discussion it is postponed" when no body got in touch with me also and nobody seemed to be interested in even taking up the issue. Finally on 6 June night the issue was resolved after considerable loss of time, money and peace of mind for me. But among other serious violations of customer rights I saw Airtel was charging me much higher than what is stated on website and in ads throughout because I hadn't officially migrated to these plans . So I wanted to migrate to a plan that was available now in the market. I was already subscribed to 1649 80 GB 4 Mbps and wanted to change to 999 60 GB 4 Mbps. For what should have been a minor update and few minutes work the customer care person now refused to do this stating some back end issues. Now again I tried to reach back after 2 days and again they are not allowing me to change the plan and are not even giving me an option while I continue to pay extra. They also said I can't have request number so that I won't have a proof of this communication. Understanding this I kept following up our communication on emails and part of it is attached as proof. I have more email communications proving the way airtel is taking customer for a ride. I kindly request the authorities involved to take action against all the people involved or guide me in right direction so that airtel becomes answerable for this kind of behaviour from their employees.

          I had given an official Complaint about my Airtel Phone not receiving incoming Phone calls on a particular scenarios and not able to place calls to few numbers on a particular scenarios. It’s been 3 months since I had given an complaint and no one bothers to resolve the issue. From last 2 days, I’m not able to place calls to my Spouse from my Mobile Phone and requested Airtel to look into it ASAP. Not even a single person returned a call regarding the complaint. Who is gonna take a responsibility if anything happens to my Family as I’m not able reach them at all !!

          Airtel doesn't even bother even after complaining that I’m not able to call my FAMILY. I’m officially gone lodge a complaint with the Police and right authorities regarding this issue. If AIRTEL has such an irresponsible attitude towards human life, why should you even run the Company and advertise all the false promises everywhere. When I request for the Escalation phone numbers, you are giving the false information as well. I was given "+91 [protected]” on Jun 20th Saturday Morning around 9:15 am and when I try to call that number, it says, its available from Monday to Friday only !! How can that be an escalation number !!
          Just placed a call at 9:28 am on Saturday Jun 20th to 121 and Spoken to a Floor Manager by name Sarfaraz. I asked him the escalation number given was not working. He is least bothered and says that number only works from Monday to Friday and I cannot do anything now. When I requested for his manager, he says he is yet to come to office and officially confirmed on Voice Recording saying, I cannot do anything now..You just have to wait with no specific time frame even after pleading saying I cannot call my Family. This is how irresponsible AIRTEL is and Having Staff like Sarfaraz would only makes the things even worse !!

            Billing after my confirmation of disconnection of my Airtel Broadband connection

            Hi, I was using broadband connection with airtel landline number 43585602 for more than 10 years. In October 2014 I have given an online request to keep my number in safe custody since I will not be in town. The next day I received a call from your airtel person saying that the request was accepted and told me that I should pay Rs.500 as rent for keeping safe custody for 3 months. As said, I have paid Rs.500 along with the October month...

            My cell no. [protected] Airtel prepaid, i was refiled rs. 158 3g net offer paln on 23 May 2015, before recharge i check on ivr offer, so offer is available, but when refil i get 200 mb and next 800mb not getting, i called again & again customer care, all staff saying benifit mb will back within one week, but after one week not getting mb, every care staff getting difference information. all staff saying you can wait 2 days, 3 days, 5day, what is this... This is total fake like cheating type.

Now I already consumed 3GB data and Now the problem of 3G speed is faced by me. According to the My Airtel android application there are not mentioning any speed related information. But now I was just called to Airtel customer service and got reply from them the plan is not full unlimited only the 3GB data have a better speed rest of data have not good speed it's only for suffering not for download & upload. So this things manipulate me. This kind of advertising manipulate the people and after they suffer the problem no one is available help.                     Sir/Madam, I had purchased a 4G wifi Dongle worth 2.3k with plan of Rs.1299 with 12 GB limit on 4-June-2015. It was told to me that the connection will be activated within 4 hours from purchase. But the connection is still not activated as I write this, its been 4 days now since my Purchase. The follow up with airtel customer care is pointless as they say we dont have your information yet and the local office of Airtel points to a faulty system which is why my data is not uploaded. 4 days of system not working! that's a lot of downtime. Please take this a complaint against Airtel for not adhering to their time of activation and no follow up after the customer has purchased their product. Not very pleased, Basanth

                      I raghugan sharma my phone no. [protected]. I am customer of bharti airtel from rajasthan circle. Yesterday (07. 06. 2015) they deducted my 32 rupees. When i asked them for reason they told me that this was your data charge while i have 10 mb data left in my account. I i have also told these things to them but they refused to return my money. They cheated me. I have 10 mb data left till now. And they not informed me why they deducted my balance till i didn't ask.

                      I called customer care ttwo times and got two different reasons for my balance deduction.once they told me that my balance deducted because I opened a big file but I have only 10 mb data left in my account. And other one told that my first account balance is zero so they deducted my balance.when I asked that what can I do with my 10 mb data.he told me that once you off your mobile data then on it again.and then I can use my remaining data.what hell it is? So it is clear that they're cheating customers.

                      What they replayed me. it is not the solution of my problem.
                      I want solution why they deducted my balance.And why they are not refunding my balance.

                        On 8 may, 2015 I recharged my regular internet pack of 150 rs from airtel application which includes 500mb of 3g data and 28 days validity. The application as of 8may, 2015 says the validity of internet package to be 28 days and benefit that I should get is 500mb of 3g data . But when I successfully completed the transaction, Airtel told me that my validity was 14 days only and I got only 450 mb of 3g data. Upon inquiry with customer care executive shailendra tiwari, he told me that airtel has revised data plan's validity w.e.f. 6may, 2015. But no information is provided to the customer within the airtel application which still says for 28days validity and 500 mb of 3g data(attached photo). I feel cheated and harassed by airtel since on one hand they encourage us to use their mobile application and on the other hand they put incorrect data and cheat their customers through it. When asked from the customer care executive shailendra tiwari to file a complaint for the same, he bluntly refused. I demand airtel to either refund my balance or grant me with full 28 days validity and full 500 mb of 3g data as promised by their mobile application else I shall approach to higher judicial authorities.

                          Hello I have taken 4G airtel connection [protected] and it was assured that 4G connectivity is available across all the place in bellandur, I don't need to go for any testing, since when I have taken connection it doesn't work at my place I have logged a complaint 61887010 on 13th may, still no resolution for the same, I have escalated to their appellate as well, still no result, they keep on saying we are working on the issue Airtel representative came twice at my place and checked and found, there is no network, so if there is no network connectivity then why 4G connection is being sell out, it is complete cheating Airtel should stop selling 4G dongle connection till then they don't fix coverage issue, also they should return money they have taken for dongle

Mobile Number - [protected] Date of Recharge[protected] Recharge Amount - 255 As per the website i would have got 1024 MB of 3G Net for 28 days validity but i just got 753 MB for 20 days of validity.                               We are using Bharti Airtel Broad band services for more than four years. (account no[protected]. We'll be utilising only broad band services and we wont use land line for communication. Intially we started with 599 plan and then upgraded to 699 plan.Now the plan has been upgraded to 749 plan. We'll be receiving bill amount as 842(749+12.36%service tax&1% others). But from December 2014 onwards the bill amount becomes high(Rs 1065) and I was thinking that the plan might have been upgraded. But later on verifying the bills, I realised that they have added extra talk time services(Rs 199+Taxes) for our account which we were not at all requested and needed. When we contacted the customer service they said that they got our consent through phone and I asked for proofs from them. They rudely said that proofs are not available and wont be provided. They also added that extra added service will be removed from our account. Hence to conclude the matter I paid entire bill amount for feb'15(Rs 1230 along with penalty). But they've not removed the services and charging us for the service which is not required for us. Till last moth I've paid the bill for Broad band services alone regularly(Rs 842). When we ask them to remove talk time service or broad band connection itself they ask us to contact show room. When adding extra services neither they don't get any proper consent from us nor they asked to contact show room . But when I ask them to disconnect the service they are saying that we've to contact show room only. How could they add extra service&extra amount for our account without our request & consent? It is their fault and when we request them to rectify it they are not doing it. How could I pay bill for the services which we are not utilizing. I was paying the bills regularly. Due to their fault, it comes problem in payment of bills. But till last month I paid for broad band services alone regularly. Now they are calling and informing that we've to pay Rs.2718(including late payment penalty) immediately. When seeking for clarifications and rectifications they are not providing us. How come it is possible for us to pay extra amount and penalty for the thing which we never did?Its them who added unnecessary services and charged extra.This is completely unethical. Now they are asking too much amount to pay. Till now they are not regularizing the bill. I'm really frustrated after communicating and explaining them.I can provide all the payment details and billing details if required.I kindly request to look into this issue and take proper action against their irresponsible and lethargic action.

                                  I have recharged my cell number [protected] on 18th May 2015 with transaction ID[protected] with Rs 449/- for internet usage (3G). But since that day I was unable to access the internet. Further, my mistake again I have recharged the number with Rs.249/- (Transaction ID ¿[protected] on 5th June 2015. But when I clicked on the internet connection option, I am getting message stating that dialling but internet connection is not established even after waiting 15 to 20 minutes. I have not expected this type of poor quality service from Airtel. If my complaint is not resolved and my account is not credited with Rs.Rs.649/- as I have not used single paisa for internet purpose than I am forced to apply for number portability considering the poor quality of service & file complain with regulatory body (TRAI) and consumer court. Awaiting for your kind response and hope that my complaint will be resolved at the earliest CC to: Appellate Authority for kind information Response from Nodel Officer: his is in reference to your email dated 6th June 2015, regarding 3G issue for your airtel mobile number [protected]. Basis your email, we would like to inform you that as per our records we have found proper usage against 3G data. Hence, we regret the infeasibility to reverse the charge in this regards. My Email to Nodel Officer Dear Nodal Officer, It unfortunate that in spite of the fact which I have brought to the notice of concerned, the nodal officer of a reputed institute is giving a false statement stating that I have used the internet data services. Kinldy provide me the statement o[censored]sage from 18th May 2015. As I have not received the satisfactory reply and service from the airtel, now I am forced to bring the matter to the notice of consumer forum and TRAI highlighting the poor and pathetic service offered by airtel. Further, I will not use the service of airtel and apply for number portability of cell number [protected] and [protected] if my concerned is not resolved immediately

About a year ago when we are asking the supervisor about 3g network he is saying in one month I will give u the 3g speed.
