Hello I moved from Airtel to Vodaphone, I went to chrompet showroom (chennai) to pay 370INR but the shop person swipped for 3700 instead . Since then I had been running & emailing but there is no one to answer me. Till date payment is not transferred Dated :05/11/2015 05:28 PM I have registered your request for refund of excess amount. Your reference number is SR61838321. Let me assure that the same will be closed by 07:10 PM on 31/05/2015. Dated :05/11/2015 12:35 PM This is in reference to your email requesting for refund of excess payment for your airtel number [protected]. I understand from your email that you have not received the excess payment in your airtel account. I wish to inform you that there is an excess amount of Rs. 2699.35/- reflecting in your postpaid account. I can arrange to refund the amount directly to your bank account through NEFT. thanks thiru

    I have 950 mb internet balance in my Airtel number [protected]. My net is not working at all showing the error message connection not available. I have called 8-10 times to the customer care. Every time the gave me different excuses also said 4 times to do the settings manually and my net will get immediately started but still the net is not working & the validity of internet pack is up to 14 June. I had called many times but still net is not working at all. I am using Nokia c505 handset

      Dear sir/madam, I HAVE DONE PORTABILITY IN AIRTEL FROM RELIANCE BEFORE 13-14 DAYS AND TILL NOW MY PHONE HAS NOT BEEN PORTAL WHILE I HAD GOT A MSG, FROM AIRTEL COMPANY THAT YOUR PORTABILITY HAS BEEN DONE. AFTER NOT STARTING MY MOBILE I HAD VISITED AT UR WEB WORLD BUT THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT POROBLEM IS FROM RELIANCE COMPANY, AGAIN I WENT RELIANC WEB WORLD THEY HAVE SHOWN ME ALL CLEARANCE FROM THEIR END. SINCE LAST 3 DAYS I AM WONDERING HERE AND THERE AND MY CELL NUMBER IS NOT ACTIVATED TILL NOW. MEAN WHILE I HAVE GIVEN ADVERTISEMENT IN NEWS PAPER FOR PROPERTY SELLING AND I COULD NOT RECEIVED ANY PHONE BY WHICH I GOT HUGE LOSS. NOW PLEASE PROVIDE ME COMPANSATION OF LOSS AND PANELTY.

        sir, my mobile number is ([protected]) my service reference number is CWRCH[protected] registered on 31-may has not been solved till date, and also i had recharged with 19rupees on[protected] for all local call @30p/min valid for six days initially and will extend till one month validity but now i am being charged more for all my calls and my validity has also not been increased...

          Dear sir, My airtel prepaid no., [protected] is suffering from harassment from the service provider. Currently I am enjoying rs., 1555 plan, ie, 12 gb unlimited 3g for 28 days. The following problems are detected encountered by my HTC Desire 816 dual: 1. 3g data rate is quite low than cried, generally 170kbps 2.multiple connexions detected during internet activities which resulting in faster data deductions 3. Frequently changing of signal bars though I am fixed in my armchair in Bagnan 4. Endpoint data rate decreases fast when reaching at the last of my download content. 23kbps recorded. furthermore, I think airtel wistfully do this to show the increased data rate of 4g. plse help me fast to keep off me from this thief. thanking you roquibul

            Hi Team, I am here to report a complaint after a long wait for a call from airtel on my complaint for mobile # [protected]. I have been using 4G data on my mobile for past 3 months. I am on a airtel post paid my plan along with a 1GB 4G data booster. Since i bought a new Redmi note 4g mobile, i activated an offer to get extra 1 GB 4g data free along with 1 GB that i am paying for.So i have total of 2GB of 4G data on my mobile. In May, i have used a total data 1.2GB out of my 2 GB. But in my bill they didnt consider the free data, just charged for data more than 1 GB. I have called to Customer care couple of times and they said they will arrange for a call back from backend team in 2 hours. I have reported issue thrice but i didnt get a call till today. Its been 9 days and my bill due date is coming closer. I am really pissed off with your tricks in billing ( This is not the 1st time i am facing this). I really wants to close my account.               I have changed my mobile number from Aircel to Airtel through MNP.I have paid my last aircel bill after MNP as said by airtel customer representative.But for this they charged fine from aircel and delayed in MNP.But i have not paid the fine as the delay is from aircel side.After a month later when i started using Aitrel.My number is barred.When i asked the reason they said i have not paid the bill of my previous service provider.So i got frustrated and complaint to airtel nodal officer.On the officers order my number is activated and they asked me to pay the amount pending and mail them a copy of the receipt.So i did the same and mailed airtel a copy.Again after a month later my number is barred stating the reason i have still pending amount to be paid for previous provider.I have called customer care and said that i have paid my bills and submitted the copy last month.Inspite of this again the customer care is asking the copy of the payment second time which i have send already.Now they have barred my number.Dont believe in these type of providers who do all advertisements and never care about customers.

              Service has been activated. In spite of paying my bills to my old service provider, my call has been disrupted.I did not receive any mails or call from airtel for my complaint on service disruption after paying my bills.Please provide the reason for this, as i have already mailed the receipt copy and why the system is not updated with this.Can you assure that your system has been updated with the details of closing the pending bills for my previous provider and will not face this problem again since this is for second time.

                I like to bring in your notice that I use Airtel prepaid services and my mobile number is [protected] and today(02/06/2015) at 18.57 Rs 60 has been deducted from my account as service charge for some AIRTEL NEXGTV which I was not willing to subscribe but subscrbed accidentally due to clicking on a confirmation button on a webpage generated automatically afterward I contacted with customer support executive at 19.10 on the same day for the same issue and request him to refund my money which was unfairly deducted but he was totally uncooperative and he even refused to register my complaint and give his ID . I hereby request you to avoid such unfair deduction in future and refund my money and I also expect apology for such unwanted trouble.

                  With reference to my phone number [protected], it has been disconnected without any notice abruptly. I called customer care and found that this has been recycled and cannot be retrieved. I have been actively using this number on international roaming, I had currency balance available, even received/made calls, SMS in the last week. Airtel cannot be disconnecting my connection like this without any notice when I have been using this number for more than 8 years. This is a huge impact on my business and this kind of misconduct from Airtel cannot be tolerated. I want this number activated right away. All my accounts are highly dependent on this number. I will never recommend Airtel to anyone. Recycling without a valid reason and prior notice is totally unacceptable.

                    I was happy with 3G data and all of a sudden in 29th May I received call from Airtel saying change 3G to 4G service with same option which I did and on 31st May I received a Sim Card and my original number was replaced with new one and on 1st June I got sim card activated, on 2nd called several executives for not getting 4G services, at the end at 1545 spoke with one of the executive who in turn advised me to purchase a Dongel while I have a IPAD 4.

                      I have using 3G internet connection and the speed is so poor to compared to 3G. and there is no action taken by company after 48 hrs of complaint. They have confirmed by message tht your issue is resolved but i dont see any kind if improvement in data speed

                        I was using 85 CUG plan, but latter got it upgraded to 199 CUG plan.In 85 CUG plan, my local tariff was 10p/min, but when my plan got changed to 199 CUG plan, my local tariff got changed to 30p/min.Even the airtel executive never told me about such a difference in call rate while explaing the plan.PFA bill, where in for 5sec of local call has been charged as 50 p.Even if i go as per my plan, charges should be 30p/min for local calls, but you guys have charged me 50p/min.Then what is the use o[censored]pgrading the plan, i was happy with my 85 CUG plan.My total bill till 22 May'15 cannot be more than Rs 410, but you have charged me Rs 854.59.When disscussed with Airtel customer care, they told a call will be scheduled to discuss the same. BUt till date i havent got any calls.Am really not going to pay a penny more than Rs 410, untill you revert back my plan to 85CUG.Also i need a revised bill where local tarriff should be 10p/min.Coz its nowhere my fault if your executive is not capable enough to highllight the importat points while explaining a plan to customer.If this is the case am gonna disconnect my airtel broadband network too.So kindly revert back my plan to 85CUG or share revised bill where local tarriff should be 10p/min.

                            Dear Team Since last 3 days, I have not received data summary for even a single session for my Airtel mobile. Last time i got summary, my data balance was 225 MB. After that money deduction from my main account started and Rs. 50 was deducted. What sort of blatant cheating is this? After this I made a 2GB recharge of Rs. 455 yesterday and in 4-5 sessions after that also I have not received any single data usage summary. Can you tell me that what is going on. Your Call center supervisor told me that he will transfer Rs. 30 to me but I have refused that. Are you treating me as a beggar. I want you to refund me atleast 300 MB data for which I have not got any summary. I truly think that data billing is incorrect and Rs. 50 deduction from voice is a cheating. Thanks Somil Chaturvedi

                              My number has been recently transferred from company to my name and hence i have submitted all the docs to the executive. But my outgoing call has been barred mentioning reason Customer is not contactable / reachable. But I am staying in the same house as in the address proof 205, Pristine Paradise. No body came and talked to me (as my family stay at home all the time) nor any body called in my phone nor alternate number.

                                dear sir/mam, i, rashmi joshi, have been using Airtel prepaid sim in my mobile- [protected], for the last one year. i have recharged it on 01 june 15 with rs. 300. After that i could made only two local call and there is no money in my account now. i don't known where my money has gone. please help me as this has happened with me before also. i want my money back in my account n the assurance from Airtel that they will not use my money without my audio concern.                                   I have rechage my airtel no. - [protected] of Rs. 179 and MyTransaction ID[protected] and i got also conformation message, but after 10 or 15 minute i get one message transaction was fail due to some technical error. so what happen my money also deducted from my account, so please help me.
