I have using this since Long, n I found it ver weak n tired, y?? This is my no [protected] n check !!! No offence but what going on? So sick internet service! ! Please fix it Why doesn't concerning about customers convenience ? Is that necessary to complain about everything thn they n their brain cell stimulate n.w the work on it, Or it was ma biggest mistkn wen I bought this sim No offence please concern about it Who has time That much to wait for every single page no man after payed money no 1 will appreciate. No offense. Please fix this asap, !!! :-/

    Hi, I have lost my mobile yesterday around 7pm. I have spent almost 30min to search and finally I've noticed I lost it. I reached Airtel office at 7.45pm. The security guard says, the time is over and he didn't allow me inside to process blocking my SIM. It's my office number and I receive Very urgent calls from Onshore. I tried calling customer care and again very poor service, they didn't respond properly.. I would like to Block my SIM and re-issue it with in a day. Is that possible ? Can anybody help out there!! My Phone Number to be re-issued :[protected]

      Woukd like to inform you that with in 6-7 months airtel revised my bill plan. I am using 6 airtel numbers and now I am fed up with airtel. Network problem increasing day by day and no changes updated in the network and now revising the bill plan again. I do not want to continue with airtel anymore. Please discontinue my services.         when i activate 3g data it will give speed and sometime it will fully stoped and when i will going to colplain sometime it willnot coneected and the agent told me there was a technical problem and they will dissconent call by self .this would we happen so many time and this is total wastage of my time and money nd if there is no action take i will going to heavy action about airtel ..kindly resolve my problem.

          Hi All, I was using a airtel datacard. Datacard number is [protected]. I am located in chennai. I was using this data card for 18 months. Since i moved to a new house i bought a Airtel Broadband. But Before paying the bill for my datacard i met with an accident and my leg git fractured. so could not pay my bills on time. By the time the collection executive came to my home second month bills also arrived. Total bill amount was Rs.2000. They told me that Pay Rs. 1800 and we can close the connection. So i payed Rs.1800 and recieved the bills. My connection also got disconnected. But now my wife is getting calls from Airtel customer care or the payment agency and they are tourchering her and ill treating her. they talking roudely to my wife. I need to raise a complaint. Can i go to court or what shall i do ? This is getting lot of disturbance for my wife. My mobile number is [protected]. Location Chennai

Respected Sir, In connection with above subject I want to inform you that on 27/05/2015, I received a call from your company’s executive named Shri Ankit Gupta by no. [protected] on 08:00AM. He informed me that my SIM No;[protected] has won a lucky draw among 2 crores numbers on event of Shri Sunil Mittal’s Son’s Birthday. Then I asked him for confirmation whether he was real an executive of Bharati Airtel Ltd or other fake call. He replied with his address, post and informed my SIM no (18 figures) which is written on behind part of my SIM Card. Then I have put trust on him. After that he explain the thing and call for recharge of Rs. 550/- as a activation charge in[protected] among this 5 digit contains the number which lies behind on SIM Card and other 5 contains company transaction code which was given by Shri Ankit Gupta) i.e. That was not a regular Mobile SIM No. Then I inquired to him for further verification and my confirmation, as a question will be my money and time as well because I am an employee. He replied that he is a full time fully paid executive/Account Manager of Bharati Airtel Ltd at Dadar Head Office, Mumbai. And whenever I called him a tone was tuning of Airtel Company saying “kindly beware that you have called a respectable officer, kindly talk with him with full respect”. Then after a basic call ring will be gone. That one thing that is why I have put faith on him. Therefore I recharged of Rs. 550/- as an activation charge in above said Number on 09:20 AM from Amreli. Then a message has been received with Transaction ID [protected] and I have been said a call will be received by another person very soon. He demands for this transaction ID and then after a process of transfering a whole amount in my bank account number will be processed in 15-20 minutes. As per he said that this is the only amount which should I have to pay. He has said that this is the only amount and after that total money of Draw will be transferred to my account no : [protected] standing at IDBI Bank, Amreli Branch after 15 - 20 minutes of this activation charge. I have received more than 10 calls before I have remitted amount of Rs. 550/- at mobile shop. After about 1 hour I have received another call from Shri Ankit Gupta saying that amount of 5, 25, 000/- is not a small amount hence I have to deposit Rs. 6, 200/- as a Government Security in Bank of Baroda or in Punjab National Bank. I said that I am not able to deposit as I am an employee and date was running 27 and my pay will be occur on every 1st on each month. But he sticks with his explanation and transferred the call to his higher supervisor/manager. Now I have contacted by another person who indroduced himself as a Account Manager of Bhrati Airtel Company . His name is Shri Amol Singh. He informed me that all the transactions related to finance is running in the name of Shri Amol Singh, Account Manager. I said that I am not able to pay such a big amount then he console to me that kindly take some money from another person for a short term and put faith on us We are not fraud persons. He said that this is the last amount to be deposited by me and as well as I deposit the money in PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK in the account number [protected] of Shri Amol Singh, The Account Manager of Bharati Airtel LTD, thenafter in 5-11 minutes total amount of draw transferred in my IDBI Bank A/c NO urgently. He said that he has my name file and he was waiting only for this transaction only after he can further process. Then I was going to PNB, Amreli Branch and deposited Rs. 6, 200/- in Amol Singh’s A/c Number on 27/05/2015 on 11:00 AM.   After 30 - 35 minutes, I was informed twice that amount of 5, 25, 000/- is not a small amount hence I have to deposit Rs. 10, 300/- as a Transaction Deposit in Bank of Baroda and this amount will add in main draw amount i.e. I will get Rs. 5, 35, 300/- . I felt cheated and as I have deposited amount of Rs. 6, 200/- earlier so I have no choice because my money has been gone to Amol Singh’s A/c Number. So as a broken person tries for some survival I asked him so many time that would it last transaction? He said with full consolation and told me not to worry about my money. Therefore I was going to Bank of Baroda and deposited an amount of Rs. 10, 300/- on 02: 00 PM, 27/05/2015 in A/c Number [protected] which belongs to Shri Deepak kumar Narayanbhai SOLANKI, another Accout Manager of Bharati Airtel Company Ltd. I waited and waited and at last I was said that due to technical error and because of server is down I will contacted between 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM. A call has been received by me at 09:30 PM saying that my procedure has been completed and I have to wait for next day.   A very next day on 28/05/2015, 09:30 AM, I was informed by Shri Ankit Gupta that as an Income Tax Charges an amount of Rs. 15, 400/- which has to deposit by me in above said BOB account number. Sir, I have been totally broken down by your company’s this kind of policy. I was informed for pay continuously after and after whenever I had completed transaction, a new charges will come into existence only after completion of transaction.      Sir, as I mentioned above that I am an ordinary employee and belonging from lower middle class family. I am not able for such risk but as I mentioned in earlier that Rs. 16, 500/- have already been credited in your company’s account manager’s bank account. As a result, I hardly arranged for deposit amount of Rs. 15400/- and done a transaction in Shri Deepak Kumar Narayanbhai Solanki’s account no. at Bank of Baroda, Amreli Branch on dated 28/05/2015 at 11:30 AM. After that as per my belief an another call received from Shri Ankit Gupta mentioning that I have to pay the amount for Rs. 9700/- as donation to Bank which was demanded by the Branch Manager of SBI, Dadar Branch (IFSC CODE: SBIN0000353). Now I had no choice. Again I refused to deposit such type of big amount and told him that I will contact nearby Police Station and file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Co. Ltd. “ for cheating, money laundering, public mentally harassment, waste of time and money” and cut the call. After 5 minutes, he told me to talk with the owner of Shri Sunil Mittal. I talked with you i.e. With the Shri Sunil Mittalji . And you also consoled me and said me that this would be the last amount to be paid and you suggest me for my benifit that if I am holder of a ration card then after I have to deposit Rs. 5, 200/- in above said BOB account number. Then you had transferred the call to Shri Ankit Gupta and he asked me for Ration Card NO. I told him the number and I deposited amount of Rs. 5, 200/- in your account manager’s account in Bank of Baroda Account on 28/05/2015 on 02:30 PM.   Even after I had been told that as I am not belonging to below poverty line I have to deposit remaining 4, 500/- . I was exhausted totally with this kind of harassment but my money was entrap in your company hence I had to deposited. I had been permitted for deposit on the next day and he told me that I can do on next day i.e. on 29/05/2015 without any problem because I have not even a single rupee on that day . On 28/05/2015, 07:00 PM, on 29/05/2015, 09:00 AM, I asked to Shri Ankit Gupta that kindly confirm that this would be last transaction. He replied positively as so far. Then I did transaction in Deepak kumar Narayanbhai Solanki’s account at BOB Amreli on 29/05/2015, 10:00AM.   Now, I was infromed as so far your company’s officer have done to me, they told me to deposit late charge Rs. 5, 200/- on 29/05/2015 . Then I refused not to do any kind of transaction further regarding to this. Forty Two Thousands One Hundred Fifty Only   Calls have been received from two numbers :[protected]/[protected], Airtel Office Phone Numbers. Belonging to Bharati Airtel Company’s executives.       Kindly tell me Sir, how kind of policied your company have? Are these right ? Even all these things happened with me I request to you for refunding me only those amount of Rs. Which were deposited by me in your Company’s officers’ accounts time to time. This is my humble request to give my money back to me and oblige to me.               Hi Team, My name is Rishi Agrahari (Customer ID: [protected]). This email is to bring in the notice of the irresponsible behavior of the entire Airtel Customer Care team as well as AR Global Services (who have been given the responsibility of handling customer complain). The below point will highlight the major mental harassment suffered by me which is because of ignorance from the Airtel DTH team in providing the services to me: 1. I have been using the Airtel DTH connection for past 3 years now and I have been facing the issue to error connection (Error Code B-001) every 2 month after getting the connection. 2. Everytime I have been paying Rs. 150 - 350 which is over and above the regular monthly charges of 410/- for Mega pack. 3. I have few bills saved with me which is the proof of the services given to me on the following date (starting from latest bill):- 4th April 2015, 24th March 2015, 4th January 2015, 19th November 2014, 27th September 2014, 29th June 2014 and many more in the past but in the regular intervals of 2 months. 4. Every-time there is a assurance given to me that the problem will be resolved permanently but till now I have not got any solution to this problem. 5. One of the most pissed off moment for me was yesterday's & today's incident (i.e. 2nd & 3rd June 2015), I had to call the customer care again with the same kind of problem as regular on 2nd June 2015; however, this time my call was transferred to a senior customer care (named Sayeed or Saeyad) and he assured me that I would be given a call back on 3rd June 2015 from Airtel to discuss the issue in detail. 6. On 3rd June 2015, I received a call from Airtel (this time the customer care name was Gurdeep) and he said that I would be given the best possible solution from them. Again even he informed me that the engineer will investigate all the issue with proper check of the DTH connection, he said me to be available at home in the evening before 6:00 PM; however I insisted to send the engineer by 7:00 PM as I would not be available before that time, but he kept on saying that it will not be possible for him to send any engineer after 6:00 PM. Finally, I agreed to his point and assured him that I would be at home before 6:00 PM so that my problem can be resolved. I had to take a half day leave from my office just to ensure that I reach home as per suggested time and I came home at 5:15 PM. But to my surprise I kept on waiting for the engineers call till 5:30 PM and no one called me to inform when would the engineer be coming for problem resolution. (All the interaction with Gurdeep is recorded by me on my mobile & FYI the interaction ID is[protected] which you can refer for further information about the interaction) At 5:30 I again called the customer care and enquired about the visit of the engineer but again I was informed that the engineer would surely be coming to my place at 6:00 PM and post that I again called them at 6:53 PM, at 7:01 PM, at 7:32 PM, again at 8:44 PM but as regular, finally no one came to solve my problem. In the end I tried to contact the engineer to ask when would he come to my place and he simply ignored to come and ensured that no one would come to solve my issue as the time is 9:00 PM and they have gone home. I was made to take leave from my office and even that was not take seriously & today I really feel pissed off by the services given to me by Airtel DTH.

They charged me with the amount of 50 Rs which was supposed to be free as per customer care services. So may I know that will I get my money back? AFTER NOT STARTING MY MOBILE I HAD VISITED AT UR WEB WORLD BUT THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT POROBLEM IS FROM RELIANCE COMPANY, AGAIN I WENT RELIANC WEB WORLD THEY HAVE SHOWN ME ALL CLEARANCE FROM THEIR END. Currently I am enjoying rs., 1555 plan, ie, 12 gb unlimited 3g for 28 days. The following problems are detected encountered by my HTC Desire 816 dual: 1. 3g data rate is quite low than cried, generally 170kbps 2.multiple connexions detected during internet activities which resulting in faster data deductions 3. Frequently changing of signal bars though I am fixed in my armchair in Bagnan 4.                                 Hi Team, I am here to report a complaint after a long wait for a call from airtel on my complaint for mobile # [protected]. I have been using 4G data on my mobile for past 3 months. I am on a airtel post paid my plan along with a 1GB 4G data booster. Since i bought a new Redmi note 4g mobile, i activated an offer to get extra 1 GB 4g data free along with 1 GB that i am paying for.So i have total of 2GB of 4G data on my mobile. In May, i have used a total data 1.2GB out of my 2 GB. But in my bill they didnt consider the free data, just charged for data more than 1 GB. I have called to Customer care couple of times and they said they will arrange for a call back from backend team in 2 hours. I have reported issue thrice but i didnt get a call till today. Its been 9 days and my bill due date is coming closer. I am really pissed off with your tricks in billing ( This is not the 1st time i am facing this). I really wants to close my account.                                   I have changed my mobile number from Aircel to Airtel through MNP.I have paid my last aircel bill after MNP as said by airtel customer representative.But for this they charged fine from aircel and delayed in MNP.But i have not paid the fine as the delay is from aircel side.After a month later when i started using Aitrel.My number is barred.When i asked the reason they said i have not paid the bill of my previous service provider.So i got frustrated and complaint to airtel nodal officer.On the officers order my number is activated and they asked me to pay the amount pending and mail them a copy of the receipt.So i did the same and mailed airtel a copy.Again after a month later my number is barred stating the reason i have still pending amount to be paid for previous provider.I have called customer care and said that i have paid my bills and submitted the copy last month.Inspite of this again the customer care is asking the copy of the payment second time which i have send already.Now they have barred my number.Dont believe in these type of providers who do all advertisements and never care about customers.

                                    I like to bring in your notice that I use Airtel prepaid services and my mobile number is [protected] and today(02/06/2015) at 18.57 Rs 60 has been deducted from my account as service charge for some AIRTEL NEXGTV which I was not willing to subscribe but subscrbed accidentally due to clicking on a confirmation button on a webpage generated automatically afterward I contacted with customer support executive at 19.10 on the same day for the same issue and request him to refund my money which was unfairly deducted but he was totally uncooperative and he even refused to register my complaint and give his ID . I hereby request you to avoid such unfair deduction in future and refund my money and I also expect apology for such unwanted trouble.

                                      With reference to my phone number [protected], it has been disconnected without any notice abruptly. I called customer care and found that this has been recycled and cannot be retrieved. I have been actively using this number on international roaming, I had currency balance available, even received/made calls, SMS in the last week. Airtel cannot be disconnecting my connection like this without any notice when I have been using this number for more than 8 years. This is a huge impact on my business and this kind of misconduct from Airtel cannot be tolerated. I want this number activated right away. All my accounts are highly dependent on this number. I will never recommend Airtel to anyone. Recycling without a valid reason and prior notice is totally unacceptable.

                                        I was happy with 3G data and all of a sudden in 29th May I received call from Airtel saying change 3G to 4G service with same option which I did and on 31st May I received a Sim Card and my original number was replaced with new one and on 1st June I got sim card activated, on 2nd called several executives for not getting 4G services, at the end at 1545 spoke with one of the executive who in turn advised me to purchase a Dongel while I have a IPAD 4.
