balance deduction of rs.125 for a service which i already unsubscribed

On my number [protected] airtel nexgtv was activated for rs.20 for my 5 days on 4 may 2015. After that i replied to deactivate this service that was STOP TO 155223 at 9.09 A.M 4 may 2015. When today 10 may 2015 i recharge my number with rs.250 the same service cut rs.125 from main balance... i called customer care two time but no one helped me...even the seniour person disconnected the call by saying that it was your mistake... No proper network coverage in the city residential area

The signal shall be full, but one cannot use the network to call even for a minute. Even when the #-G Internet facility is activated, one seldom gets the H+ network. Complain regarding Data usage

I'm very disappointed by your service. My current bill dated on 6th March, 2015 shows me an amount of 1236 Rs. According to your customer care executive they have charged 800 Rs for using 80 Mbs extra which did not included in my data plan. I didn't receive any alert message from Airtel and despite this I've checked several times on the day before my bill renews. It showed a data usage of 1005 Mb out of 1024 built in plan for past 2 days....

Not getting my problem solved from last 2 months

There is two numbers with CUG connections.One person stays in chandigarh and one in delhi, there is problem in calling, whenever chandigarh person calls on delhi numbers it says that particular number is not valid.But it works from delhi side.Its getting frustating.And i am not getting solution of this problem from last 2 months. i keep on contacting customer care people, but they sometimes reply so bad and escape it to get it done....

Not responding to my query properly and
