In this regard, I have submitted 4 complaints with Customer Care executives but nothing has been done and I am unable to receive my important messages sent from my bankers.     I am from chennai. I have ported out from my existing service provider and moved to Airtel from 10th of May 2015. My connection was activated on 11th of May and from the date of commencing my Internet was not working. I called to customer care on the same day, They replied back seeking 48 hours for rectifying issues. Now almost more than 20 days my problem hasn't been solved. I have even mailed to appellate officer which is of no use. My 1st month bill has been delivered and now they are asking for payment. Worst ever service I had in the recent time. Can some one tell me how to escalate to higher authorities ?

      My 4G worked very well for about 2 months but then it started to disconnect frequently and now it has completely stopped working. Despite many attempts to get some help (SR62154257, SR62238660, SR62238660, SR[protected] all I get is people ringing me up asking endless stupid questions and making promising of sending a service engineer. After 8 days no service engineer has visited my residence to solve the problem despite it being clear from the start that there is some sort of hardware problem. Airtel seem to have a lot of poorly trained support staff who really don't give a [censored].
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Still no 4G and still no visit from a service engineer. I am starting to doubt they yactually exist.

          Dear Sir, An amount of Rs. 449 has been deducted on 26th May from my Credit card while recharging for 3G internet my no. [protected] . on 29th May i tried to recharge again from my SBI internet banking Name: Rakesh Tripathi transaction reference no. [protected]IG0ACHOFS8 for Rs 449 money was deducted but recharge failed. 3G internet pack was not recharged, later on after some time, i have recharged for Rs. 249 in both cases . Kindly credit my account with Rs 449 ( twice ) which was deducted from my account and recharge failed at your end. I tried to contact at[protected] many times but could not speak to customer care executive. Rakesh

              I live in Sector 21, Gurgaon and having an Airtel connection in my Mobile. For the past few days, 3G services in the area have been worst. This is happening on a periodical basis (3G services are hit 2-3 days every week.), and when I called customer care regarding the problem, they told that it i a temporary problem and will be sorted in 4 hours (it's like they have scripted answer for every type of problem) and they have been saying this for every week. whatever be the case they have same scripted answer that it is a temporary problem and will be sorted in 4 hours and then nothing changes. Please look into the matter. Airtel, Please have some dignity. You are the largest mobile service provider in India atleast better your customer care. (I have had worse dealings than this current situation with Airtel, If this continues you may loose your customer base and obviously I'll be forced to switch to another network.

                My Airtel postpaid mobile no [protected] recently giving lots oftrouble- To start - Ot was not getting network connections - I visited Airtel outlet at Mayur Vihar Phase @- got SIM changed - It did not get network connection for two days - had to visit same office to get it operational ( Network connection). SMS was blocked as a result of SIM changed- it got operational on request- Today The number is a again open for Emergency Call only - I cannot make calls or get important bank functioning carried on as a result- May I request you to kindly inform the actual problem- why it has become so eratic that I face problems even after bills are cleared well before last day of payment?

                My Airtel post paid mobile no [protected] recently, is giving lots of trouble- To start - It was not getting network connections - I visited Airtel outlet at Mayur Vihar Phase 2 and- got the SIM changed - It did not get network connection for next two days - had to visit same office to get it operational ( Network connection). Next I found that the SMS facility remained blocked as a result of SIM changing.
                It got operational on request only.
                Today The number is a again is open for Emergency Call only - I cannot make calls or get important bank functioning carried on as a result- May I request you to kindly inform the actual problem- why it has become so erratic that I face problems even after bills are cleared well before last day of payment?

                  I use airtel only from accessing internet. i used to recharge 2g plan of rs 176 of 1GB with 28 days validity. My problem is that due to very slow speed i can not use my full data. I can use only 300-500 mb, rest of data go useless. The company should either provide enough speed to use 1 gb data in a month or extend the validity of the pack up to 3 months . Airtel and other comparies are looting consumers by not providing low data usage plan with 1 month validity. Low data usage plans have validity of 14 days only.

                    respected sir/madam, my airtel sim ( [protected]) is not working properly since yesterday. i am unable to make or receive calls . its showing "UNABLE TO CONNECT" all the time.. even i am unable to contact the customer care number of airtel from my sim. but the matter of concern is that its receiving messages properly. REQUEST:resolve the problem on priority.

                      Hi, I have converted one of my postpaid number to prepaid, I have done all verification and done first recharge also but still I could not able to do any outgoing or incoming calls from newly converted SIM even I could not able to reach out customer care executive from that number by calling 121. But I have called to customer care many times from my another postpaid number but still they are saying that technical team need to provide update on this until that your mobile will be like this only we can not help on that and we will escalate like this only they are saying. So please make it as high priority and look into it ASAP because due to this suspension my work getting affected and am getting loss My mobile number: +91-[protected]

                          Dear all, This is about Airtel Hello-Tunes (which in itself is total waste - full of advertisements). Last month I had activated it on my Samsung Galaxy S4 ([protected]). After I realized that it was as bad as it gets, I deactivated it 2-3 days before it was to be renewed, by sending STOP to 155223 (shown in picture). And today, it got AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED (shown in picture). WOW!! This time I called 155223 and stopped it through a maze of dumb options. Again it gave me a message, that it has been discontinued. And again, within 2 hours it got AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED. (shown in picture) This time I called the 121. No facility to talk to customer care. Then I found out 198 was the complaint helpline. I finally reached to customer care after hectic search, and they told me, "SIR, AAPKI AIRTEL HELLO-TUNE AAJ BAND HUI HAI. WE'RE SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE. AAP KOI AUR INFORMATION CHAHTE HAI?" They didn't even hear my problem, forget about trying to solve it. And kept giving me the same lame statement mentioned above repeatedly, as an answer to all my questions. WOW AIRTEL!!! (Y) A very good way taken by the company to snatch even more money out of our pockets, for their services, services - I'm sorry, I can't describe in a decent language. It will be very satisfying if this problem is looked forward to, as I'm sure there'll be hundreds of more victims like me. Awaiting Response.                             My name is Rajeev Trivedi. My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I am fed up with Airtel. They are doing cheating. On 27 May, 2015 I have done 2g data recharge of Rs. 42/- for using WhatsApp through airtel website (encl. detail of 2g data pack). I switched on my mobile data and opened WhatsApp chat at the same time. Then I switched off my mobile data. I saw, the amount deducted from my main balance. To confirm this, I have taken screenshot of the deducted amount and repeated the same process again and I found cheat done by Airtel, the amount has been deducted from my main a/c balance. On 29th May 2015, I have done talktime recharge of Rs 100/-. Till 31st May 2015 they deducted near about Rs. 60/- from my main a/c balance so far. I don't know why Airtel is doing such type of cheap things. I want my money back with compensation. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. Thank you!                                 I have a postpaid connection. Since last three months, wrong bills are getting generated, where they are showing that my data usage exceeds 1Gb due to which they charging. I am tracking my data usage till the last minute of the month. Though in the previous to months, I have been able to get waived off the unnecessary charges but now again this thing happens third time in a row. I really don't have time to speak or write to them everytime. Not sure why they are generating wrong bills everytime. Kindly help me out with this.

                                  Airtel have been charging me late fee of Rs. 100 in my postpaid mobile bill every month for last couple of months. My mobile number is [protected] When I called last month, around the 1st May, they agreed to waive off the Rs. 200 late fee. But, they have not done so and additionally added another Rs. 100 making it a total of Rs. 300 late fee over tha last few months. All this, even after I have paid on time. I only made a late payment in Feb 2015, as I couldn't due to the untimely hospitalisation and death of my father. Even, then, when I called citing the reason, they agreed to waive off Rs. 100 late fee. I am really disappointed and do not trust these people anymore.

                                        We are having corporate postpaid sims of airtel (cug sims) provided by railways at Siliguri railway diesel shed at siliguri pradhan nagar the network is extremely poor and we are not able to have a proper conversation in any case pl get it rectified as it is affecting our output in a great deal
