sir, We have been recharged 2g pack from www.airtel.in for my mobile no. [protected] (Trancation Id[protected] of amount 175/- and we have been recived confirmation from your site, but we have not been recived service, we have been contact to you custmer care (Bijender Kaur) but she have not manner and Sense for dealing the custmer and she said me that she can not help me reagarding this matter.     Sir, we subscribe my dth tv pacakge for Ala-cart monthly subscription charge Rs-170.00. I have Recharged my dth a/c for Rs-170.00 as on 25/05/2015 & as on to day [27/05/2015] show my balance are only 112.00 as per Company IVR system & all channel are closed from airtel dth, I am shocked . pl solve my problm.

      Dear sir, My Name is Bijan B Biswal, I am MD of NNB Services Pvt Ltd, My mob no is - [protected], I have 4 landline connections. One of account no is - [protected] IN this i had internet connection. and on 20th April, 2015 i have complained for removing STATIC IP. with complain no[protected]. And same the static IP was discontinued. As I was using Static IP for last one year, and it was expired on 19-April, 2015. And that was SUnday. at the time of connection it was told me that " at the time of renewal, i will receive msg for renewal, and if i permit then only the static IP will continue". But i have not received any type of communication. On 20th April, 2015 when i found the static IP is working, i called 121 and lodged complain.And my static IP also deactivated. and i specifically asked, whether airtel will charge for STATIC IP. they told "NO". And my billing stated on 27th. AND i found you charge RS 5000 for static IP. I talked with 121 again, but they told, they can not do anything. i paid the amount, only the mothly amount that i regularly pay. This is unjustified with me. Today i received one email regarding this and asking for RS 5512/-. may i know when i am not using Static IP, and it was told clearly to me that i will not be charged for static IP, then why you are charging money for static IP? you are requested to look into this seriously and remove the payment for ststic IP.

        I got 1400/- as bill for the month of May. How it is possible? I have never downloaded any videos or any pics and I just use this internet for Facebook and what’s up. I don't think those both will not cross more than 1GB. As per the plan I am eligible to use up to 2GB of 2G Data. I have observed from last 4 months there is a lot of variance in monthly Bill's. Why this much difference in this month? There is something wrong is happening I need an explanation for this month bill as it is not bearable. Mine is TCS corporate connection and I am regular bill pay customer without any delay. I need your quick help and verification. Here my wonder is I will not get a proper signal in my home, with that signal there will be no internet service only then how it is possible to get that much amount of bill? If I am keeping my mobile inside the pocket in the next moment signal will go to Emergency calls mode. Inside the home signal strength is single point. Even I have raised many complaints for the signal problems. I guess you can get those details using my number. Below are the complaints that I have registered on Network issues, those are simply closed by saying that it was resolved. I don’t know what the resolution they have made was. Reference No.60077639, 60044596 I am not the only person facing this network coverage issue. All the Airtel customers in my locality (All are corporate Users) are facing the same problem. We are really fed up with the signal. Because mobiles are getting worst with this signal fluctuations. For the same issue I have registered a complaint on My Airtel Complaint Portal (Reference Number : PO[protected] ; Logged date : May 26, 2015 02:00) there is no response from your executives till now. I will be available at any time, Please call me if anything more details are required. Mobile No : [protected] I hope at least this complaint may go forward and I am expecting some minimum response form Airtel because still I believe Airtel is the best Telecom service provider.

            Owning prepaid card([protected]). Reactivated the 3G (on 22nd May 2015)by recharging and after few hours lost the internet connectivity but my 3G plan is active. I have called Airtel customer service many times and tried according to thier advice by changing phone settings, etc... also logged complaints(PR[protected], PR[protected] through thier online complaint portel but they had closed the complaint after providing some other settings.but still same issue. Now today(26 May 2015) i recived a message form airtel that they will update me on 28 May 2015. Why? already 4 days validity is gone. wasted nearly Rs.10 by calling customer care and my precious time but still my issue is not resolved. please help me.

                    I requested for MNP no [protected] to airtel office. Initially from 4th May to 15th May I did not receive any single simcard from Karve Road office so asked them for alternate store address or any solution. Customer care person given me two incorrect addresses in between which i visited and found closed so I made complaint to 121. Then I received follow up call from Mr. Mobin (Mobile No. [protected]) and he explain me the process and requested to visit the store as he will make available sim from one other store near Karishma Society. So I submitted form on 16th May 2015 which was verified by Karve road branch and forwarded another store and again verified. I continuously inquired regarding status and requested them to update regarding same. On 19th they said process from our end is completed and you will received completion within few days. So I waited and again inquired to the bsnl office where their response was that we haven't received any such request as on date. Again when I inquire I have assured that there is no problem and the usual process time is 7 days so it will be completed. Then I have again visited airtel karve road office and after long discussion with them I have told that we will give status by tomorrow morning by 11.00 AM. On 26th I received a call as stated and message was given to me the process is completed your no will be activated within few days. On the same day I have receive call from Mr. Mobin at 4.00pm saying that we have received rejection and this cannot be completed so you will require to do the complete process againl and exact rejection is unclear. Then I tried to again complaint on 121 but they do not cooperated hang up the phone and havent registered my complaint.

                      I had taken a new 4G LTE connection yesterday, the concerned executive came from Airtel gave the demo for 4G and collected all the sample documents and gave me a SIM saying that it has to be inserted into the 4G instrument and pay the amount to the concerned engineers. But today 2 more guys came from Airtel and told that the SIM which was given yesterday is not correct and they gave a new SIM and left taking the old SIM, i want to know what is happening, will my new connection be activated or not? very pathetic service.

                        i was used MNP service from aircel to airtel in may 6th, 2015.In that airtel sim incoming properly worked, but out going calls not working .i called 15 times airtel customer care even they are saying sorry for the convenience but not give the solution till now .this is the worst service from airtel.today may 26 till now i didn't get the solution.i spoke with anith nagercoil team leader, he said it will work on may 26th. i need solution for this you team need to take responsibility for this .i submitted proof in 2 times. my number is [protected] NAME: N.ARUN KUMAR with regards

                          Today I have recharge my wife's mobile no [protected] with 125 Rs for 2G after getting the information from internate. But after recharge it is showing for call rate reduction. I have the print out of that offer. Now customer care also denying for the same. Either I have to go to consumer court or I want the specific offer.

                            We have been told that if you take Airtel my plan worth Rs. 399 + 99 (for add-on connection) You will get 540 minutes for both the numbers + 1 GB 3G data for both the numbers & 200 Extra minutes would be free for 1st number i.e [protected]. we have also been told that inter calling (1000 min.) would be free the numbers which fall under my family plan i.e [protected] & [protected]. We had also been given a mobile no. of referencee who was going to recheck what i have been offered from executive. Numbers are [protected] (nikita) & [protected]. Nikita contacted me & confirm with me the exact plan which i have been offered by the executive over phone, We have confirmed the plan & then we go ahead for Portability of both my numbers. But now today i got to know that my actual plan is 540 local minutes + 1 GB 3G data + 200 local minutes free for [protected], which i would be sharing with [protected]. I have been misinformed by Airtel & their executives. i am writing this mail Just hoping that you people will help me out with solution. awaiting you prompt revert.

                              I have using Airtel Network since last 5 months company has offered free internet initially 3 months after that got call from Airtel Customer Care regarding continuous of internet services i have clearly denied and requested for discontinue the same in month of march however i came to know that airtel are still charging the same for 2 months Rs. 250/pm and 65/pm extra charges. the total extra charges Rs. 250+250+65*4=760. i want back it or adjust against bill amount.

                                I recharged online and didn't get the said offer..when called customer care...first they kept me on hold for 8 min...then they start reading out a single sentence for every question I ask...the executive supervisor name is parvez...such a idiotic fellow..first bad experience from Airtel.. Thought I would complain about it for continued good customer care support from Airtel..as I being a Longterm customer of airtel

                                  airtel customer care sent me a message about a month ago according to which if i recharge for 92 rs then i get 1gb 2g data for 28 days. so today when i tried to activate this, airtel charged me full 92 rs but provided me with only 200mb data which is valid til 6th june. why did you people scam me? IF YOU DONT REFUND MY 92 rs WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS I WILL BE BOUND TO DRAG THIS MATTER TO THE CONSUMER COURT. MY NUMBER IS [protected]. refund my money!

                                      Hi there, This escalation comes to you with a mixed emotion of your services.. i bought a new wingle last month, it worked superbly well till i exhausted my data limit..i.e.6 GB.. post which i realized i need more data, so i took smart byte of 1 GB. Ever since i exhausted my data, the internet speed dropped down drastically, even after buying smart bytes, the speed never came to usual speed before data exhaustion. Today i have started my new billing cycle and even the speed is pathetically slow.. When i called up the customer care no, the executive seemed rather lost about the product and has been giving absurd reasons/justifications for low speed. eventually after wasting my 10 mins, she transferred me to the technical dept quoting this is technical query. The technical guy has simple answer, your data has been exhausted, and dont know why smart bytes aint working. I was given no of some Nilesh Gandhi based out of Mulund, Mumbai for my rescue.. but poor guy had one line to say, come to store or else we cant help...how courteous is that! Apparently after the entire dilemma m still suffering from bad internet.. now the WIFI blue light on my dongle doesn't even work.. it shows only 3G light blinking.. WIFI hardly works.. when connected like a data card it gives you a minuscule speed to operate. i can't connect my phone or any other devices like the first month wherein i was very happy with the services. please help me sort this issue. thanks Ravi Mehta [protected]
