I have submitted my my complaint 15 days back regarding false billing of Airtel mobile internet charges for Rs 4933.10 . Airtel posted the complaint on 14.05.2015 but so far the complaint not resolved by Airtel. Kindly take immediate action to resove that issue. Thanks & Regards, Gouri Shankar

    I had been using internet facility on my mobile since last one year. since last 15 days i am facing problem in internet usage at my home. It works well at other places. Had complained earlier also but no resolution from the airtel staff incharge.

      Dear Officer, I am fed up with airtel service.. my mobile number is [protected].. Last week I did recharge of rs 199 for data service of 1.25GB after checking on *121#→ Data service → 2G → 199 RS 1.25 GB for 28 days.. Balance got deducted from my mobile.. it was 400 rs and after deducting my account balance was 201.. but the data pack was deactivated.. I tried calling customer care and explain them all that happened.. but nothing happened.. everyone got the same answer we will escalate it and it will take 48 hours.. in even spoke to their seniors they to have the same reason.. some of executive even told the plan got acctivated at night and it got finished in the same day, which is illogical.. some execute even told that their is no plan as such, Airtel customer service is so pathetic that it takes 5-7 mins to get connected to executive and many of the time while transferring the call to senior the trainee disconnects the call.. so we need to try again.. for next 7-8 mins.. when I applied for porting airtel executive called and agrees that he will credit 199 in 24 hours.. but now it is 72 hrs and no action is taken.. Retention Executive gave me the tracking number as QRCTSO[protected] its not the matter of 199 rs.. but it hurts when you use same number in airtel for 7-8 yrs and this is the service we get in return.. please do the needful..         I took a WiFi internet broadband connection from Airtel on 05/04/15 costing me Rs. 4950/- including tax with the stipulation that i won't have to pay a single rupee till the 5 months period of the entire package is over. Now I've been getting emails and sms from the company demanding Rs. 561.15 as tax. Thus I complained the local authorities and they assured me that the said amount is not to be paid by me as my broadband plan had different conditions. Still I'm getting SMS and emails threatening to discontinue my broadband connection. I demand that the emails and SMS should be stopped immediately.

            I have called Airtel since my Mobile data was not working it stopped suddenly. on 18-may 2015. they registered my complain and told that my issue will be resolved in 5 day (this is very long time since i am paying for this service). And on[protected] i got message that my complain number #62005453 was resolved.(There was no confirmation call done by airtel not even mail.). so i restarted my phone but mobile date was not working. so i again mail airtel regarding this and they re opened my ticket and again i was give the Resolution time period as 5 day .. till day i have not received any call.. Today i called Airtel customer care. they said my issue is still open. after 5-10 min executive gave me nodal officer number. i called that number but IVR saying they work till Friday. I think this is how Airtel works. and even now i paying for there services.
            Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I have tried by putting sim card of vodafone and my data service was working fine.. The issue is with airtel side... there is no issue with my cell phone .. I have given them multiple calls but there is only one reply.. Your ticket is open and will be solved in next 5 day.

Not need such customer, can't you use brain etc when I told her I am hospitalized I will pay bill with over late fee In 4 days once discharged as I m unable to pay online .                 my name is mohd. idrees ansari. my prepaid airtel no. is [protected]. the connection is of lucknow uttar pradesh. i bring my sim here in saudi arabia so that i could get the sms of bank transactions and other notification but its not working here. before bringing the sim i have confirmed from airtel customer care that sim will going to work. its still not working. kindly do the needful as i am facing too much problem....

                I have recharged my Airtel digital TV with 12 Months HD subsciption by paying Rs.6500 in March 2015. The subscription is valid till Feb 2016. Its been more than 2 weeks and the number is still not activated. I have provided with all documents and has been using this number since last 8+ years.                         Dear Team, My airtel number [protected] was disconnected without my knowledge on12th May 2015. And learnt it was assigned to some one else as one of you numbers mis typed the number., without my knowledge. I visited Aundh branch Airtel, when they told this had happened, sat there for hours to find a solution to restore my number finally my number was restored on 14th May 2014 as a new connection cause of your mistake where. i had to resubmit all my documents again for the same, but all my privileges are lost because of your mistake. please check my old records iam an old customer with [protected] since 2007. i am a platinum customer with credit limit of 28000 had an add on number : [protected] my number was on do not call list i had STD, ISD roaming facility and ISD calling facility. i rcvd paper bill All my privileges are lost restore them as the mistake is from your end and i am the sufferer. i have been following up everyday for them to be restored to airtel vendor everyday but have solution on this so far and your first level customer care on 121 are very rude. i need this sorted out ASAP.

                          I have been using the airtel connection for more than 15 years now, with the number [protected]. i am facing problem with its service for the past two years in my office area that is in Burra Bazar.There is no connection or connectivity in my phone in this area. i get no calls nor am i able to make one from my phone. my internet does not work in this area too. I have registered alot of complaints but no one has responded aptly to my problems and hence i am still facing this problem. please respond asasp.

                            मेरे नम्बर पर दिनांक 11-02-15 को video tackis vada pake नाम का कोई सर्विस चालु मेरी गलती से हो गया और मेरे राशी की कटौती की गई । मैंने उसी समय customer care से बात किया और इसे बन्द करने को कहा। मैंने अनुरोध किया कि मेरे कटौती की गई राशी वापस करे। किन्तु राशि की वापसी नहीं की गई। आज दिनाक 22-05-15 को सुबह मैसेज आया कि आपका सर्विस को renewal किया गया है और इसके Rs 99.00 चार्ज किये गये हैं। मैने तुरन्त costumer care मै काेल किया तो बताया गया कि सर्विस बन्द करने संबंधी कोई जानकारी मेरे पास नहीं है। इसलिये सर्विस चालू है। विशेष जानकारी के नाम पर एक लम्बे होल्ड पर रखने के बाद बेहतर जानकारी के लिए अपने सिनियर को ट्रांसफर कर दिया गया। वहाँ भी वही बात दोहराई गई और चेक करने के नाम पर होल्ड पर रख दिया जिसके बाद उसने अनहोल्ड नहीं किया और पूरे 60:00 मिनट में कोल स्वत: कट गय। अब सवाल है कि जब मैंने उसी समय सर्विस बन्द करने को कहा तो बन्द क्यों नहीं किया गया। और बन्द नहीं करने के कारण सर्विस renewal हुआ और राशि की कटौती हुई। तो गलती किसकी?                               I want to convert my postpaid no.[protected] to prepaid. i bought this no. 5 yeas back when i was in chandigarh . whenever i go to a airtel store here in bangalore, they say it cannot be converted here as it is from punjab circle. what a double standard policies you airtel guys have, a customer can pay bill anywhere but cannot get his no. converted to prepaid. How can i go to chandigarh now, just for converting my number .

                                Dear Sir/madam, There was a theft at my residence at Navsari, Gujarat last night and my mobile, a dongle and a laptop were stolen. ( I belong to Assam but at present I am working in Gujarat and previously I was in Rajasthan) The dongle had an airtel sim bearing number [protected] (Assam). And the other airtel sim lost had the number [protected] . I have filed an FIR with the local Jalalpur Police station already regarding the theft.                                   I have applied(application no.: tblr 6943372) for a new airtel wireless broadband connection on 8th May'15. Its customer executive came to collect all the docs and provided the same with all necessary details. Then all misery started.After submitting 2 to 3 days there was no communication from them.Later on when we called them, they said that due to low quality photocopy of address proof they cannot proceed with the process.nobody from airtel had communicated about this to us. Later on they gave a email to provide a fresh scanned copy for address proof to proceed with process.Again a day passed but did not get a call from them.Later when we called them, they gave a second number of executive, to tell the grievance.Again we called this number(Mr. surya), he assured that we'll get the connection if we provide them a good quality photocopy of photo id.So again we provided them and expected this time we'll get a connection.So again we waited for two days.But after two days we came to know that they have rejected the application. Reason being that there is some technical issue in J P nagar as they dont have coverage till the place where we reside.So almost 10 days elapsed for an issue which could have been cleared on the very first day.

                                    Dear Sir, My self Nikhil Kumar Agarwal my airtel mobile no.[protected].Address. Near Sri Ram Jay Ram Mandir, Balughat, Muzaffarpur-842001 I have made a recharge on 14th may 2015 Rs.300 in which i get Rs.315/- talk time on20th may i found that i have balance approx 280 or 290 (+) but on 21st may i found that my account balance becomes zero.kindly provide me full detail.or refund my balance. another problem is jb mere baat hui ni customer care say 21st may eveng 6pm to 10.23 pm than my balance deducted all time why.kindly take an action for the above request as soon as possible . call back arrange for these detail provide me.

                                      The link debits bank acct but does not credit the payment acct amt is being withheld till numerous complaints are made and very slowly refunded. I have been submitted to this harassment from last month. i am being misled by airtel 121 once i was even given a false complaint no. Immediately after my payment is made and my acct debited i am hounded by messages to pay bill for 4g [protected]
