Hello,
I don't have any idea how to talk to customer care for Airtel, by mistakenly I recharged twice on my phone number. I was already having the recharge of 599 and I was recharging my another Airtel no.. I kindly request Airtel to refund back my money as that another recharge of 398Rs is of no use to me and that's totally a waste of money and that's a sort of trap from Airtel side, If a person is already Unlimited recharge they should have given the options to cancel that immediately.

    Hello
    I tried recharging my phone with airtel thanks app. The money Rs 548/- got debited but it shows that the recharge is not done. Account name- santosh kumar tripathy

      I purchased Airtel Fiber connection on 14th of August and made the payment of 3500 (Ticket ID 92468692/Application # [protected]) on the same date. But after a week they informed me that, the installation is not possible due to the unavailability of connection in my area and a refund has been initiated which will take 5 business days. It's 1st of September and I didn't receive a single penny back and can't even reach them because they have cancelled the connection account number.

        My broadband was scheduled for shifting on the 30th of August for which I had scheduled a booking on the 26th of August asking them repeatedly that it is o[censored]tmost importance that the connection be shifted by Sunday, the 30th. I was called by a representative saying the shifting will be done in 24hours but nobody followed up for three days after that call. I reached out to the customer care helpline several times only to be informed that my order has not been lodged with the backend team. it has been 4 days now and my work has been suffering tremendously because of no stable internet connection. I have been given no docket number, no POC or any scheduled date on which this will be done.

          Broadband Internet - Shifting Connection

          My internet landline number is [protected] with connection ID [protected]_kk

          I made a request to shift my internet connection on 27th August 2021, I got confirmation from Airtel that the Engineer will be there to shift the connection the next day (28th Aug); but no signs of an engineer on that day.           My residence is at e-2/53 arera colony near 7 no stop on main road, bhopal m.P.462016
          net workis totally not available at residence and i am facing a big problem even temporarily i have purchased new sim of reliance jio to overcome this problem and if the same is not rectified i will be compeltely shifting /porting to jio services my alternate jio no is [protected]
          pl check and rectify the same immediately as already 31 daya is over with this problem and no response from your recently i visited one of airtel service centre with my problem they immediately suggested to me tp port to reliance jio
          i was surprised whether i wronly entered to jio service centre insted of airtel but i again checked it was airtel service outlet
          i could understand that although its airtel service centre but promoting jio service, its good jo is saving by not opening their service centre and working from airtel service centre, even one of the employee sid sir you dont have to do anything i will port it to jio immediately
          still being an old customer i replied i want to continue with airtel and pl replace my sim if it works otherwise i will come back to you for porting
          they have issued new sim but my connection is corporate connection hence it coud not be swap as email id was not registered
          again surprised when i am getting all communication like bill payment advise etc on email how our email id is not registerd
          they have asked me to submit request letter to include email id which i submitted on26.08.2021but till today email id is not updated and i could not swap fresh sim
          my net work is still in same conditionn

              My number is [protected] using this number from last 10 years now i am working in Green Park and facing Consistent voice breaking issues and extremely slow internet. The internet speed is extremely slow. I am getting speed of 0.2mbps. The voice quality is very bad. There is no way one can raise the complaints. The chat bot and IUR won't let you connect to the real executives. Need to switch to some other network.

                  Recharge done one week before due date but still they deactivated my number as soon as previous pack expired. I submitted request on Airtel app. They acknowledged payment but closed the request after three days saying resolved issue but still not reflecting recharge in my account.

                  Now four days without outgoing and they say issue resolved.

                  Extremely unhappy with Airtel service.

                          Hi, I did online recharge of 5000Rs Full talktime plan through my Kotak credit card in airtel website using my desktop pc for the mobile number [protected], payment of 5000Rs was debited from my credit card at 5.55pm yesterday (30 August) but still it's not reflected in my mobile balance, can you please look into it at the earliest, I need to make an very important international call hence please help me out,

                            Today (August 31, 2021) while transferring money from Gpay I got to know that I have to reactivate my bank account, so it required a SMS to be sent from a registered no.
                            As my Airtel services were down I recharged with 79Rs (Smart Recharge). Then I came to know I will not be able to send a SMS by this recharge as it say No SMS services.
                            So as earlier we used recharge, I did a 10rs recharge for sending SMS, yet I was not able to send a SMS. So I called customer care no.
                            The customer care replied me that the SMS service will be activated only after a recharge of Rs.129. So in fury I said I want to port my no. because you are costing me unnecessary service charges, he replied for that also I will have to recharge with Rs.129 as an SMS is must.
                            So it is just looting of costumers in the name of services. If a lay/poor person wants send an SMS in urgency will he go around and look for someone to recharge him with Rs. 129 as most of the work nowadays are on SMS (Bank, Adhar, PAN, or any registration work).

                            My complaint is against the Airtel company for unnecessary compulsion/ Mandatory recharges.
                            One side the Government says digital India, but it is not seeing how public is being looted by Airtel for uptake of Digital services. In this manner no poor person will be digital soon.

                              Hello, I have recharged a data pack of 131 few days ago and it's still not reflecting on my account the money has been deducted also it says recharge is done but it's not working nor it is shown in my data validity can you please do something about it.

                                I am using Airtel service over 10years and moved from one part of Bangalore to Kundalhallai area. From day one I am facing voice call issue, almost 40% of the day my phone shows no network connectivity. I tried 121/198, can't understand the message. Airtel Advertisement shows it reaches even in dense forest, but within Bangalore urban area itself we face such issues. Its not only me, entire community here has this issue. Also Airtel site does not has a sepearte space to lodge complaints.

                                  Airtel broadband name change

                                  Address: Plot no - 92, Jeevan Nagar, Jalgaon

                                  I took airtel broadband and want to change the name of the owner on the bill. I tried to contact customer care but its asking for number to enter. When I enter the number it says invalid. Please let me know what should I do or what process should I follow to change the ownership so that I get my name on bill.

                                    From past 2 days my Airtel Postpaid number is not able to connect to network tried various mobiles as well. Tried all the possible way to sort the issue but none of it worked. Contacted Airtel support they say sim has issues needs to be replaced but the thing is how come a sim that was working for more than 4 years suddenly got this issue. I asked to have it delivered in Covid-19 times and they I have to visit to Airtel office only to have the sim delivered and the place I am currently at has no Airtel office for more than 100km. How am I supposed to enable the number this is causing me huge problems
