Hello, My airtel number [protected] which is not activated and I was provided with SIM card on[protected]. i was told by the execetive that the number would be activated in 2 business days. Its been more than 2 weeks and the number is still not activated. I have provided with all documents and has been using this number since last 8+ years. All my back accounts and contacts are have been linked to this number. I have called the execetive couple of times, however there is no proper response. every time they say they will call and there wont be any response from the agent. I need this number to be activated as I have been using this number for very long time time. I need a resolution to this. Looking forward for your help!! Below are my details.     Dear Team, My airtel number [protected] was disconnected without my knowledge on12th May 2015. And learnt it was assigned to some one else as one of you numbers mis typed the number., without my knowledge. I visited Aundh branch Airtel, when they told this had happened, sat there for hours to find a solution to restore my number finally my number was restored on 14th May 2014 as a new connection cause of your mistake where. i had to resubmit all my documents again for the same, but all my privileges are lost because of your mistake. please check my old records iam an old customer with [protected] since 2007. i am a platinum customer with credit limit of 28000 had an add on number : [protected] my number was on do not call list i had STD, ISD roaming facility and ISD calling facility. i rcvd paper bill All my privileges are lost restore them as the mistake is from your end and i am the sufferer. i have been following up everyday for them to be restored to airtel vendor everyday but have solution on this so far and your first level customer care on 121 are very rude. i need this sorted out ASAP.

      I have been using the airtel connection for more than 15 years now, with the number [protected]. i am facing problem with its service for the past two years in my office area that is in Burra Bazar.There is no connection or connectivity in my phone in this area. i get no calls nor am i able to make one from my phone. my internet does not work in this area too. I have registered alot of complaints but no one has responded aptly to my problems and hence i am still facing this problem. please respond asasp.

        मेरे नम्बर पर दिनांक 11-02-15 को video tackis vada pake नाम का कोई सर्विस चालु मेरी गलती से हो गया और मेरे राशी की कटौती की गई । मैंने उसी समय customer care से बात किया और इसे बन्द करने को कहा। मैंने अनुरोध किया कि मेरे कटौती की गई राशी वापस करे। किन्तु राशि की वापसी नहीं की गई। आज दिनाक 22-05-15 को सुबह मैसेज आया कि आपका सर्विस को renewal किया गया है और इसके Rs 99.00 चार्ज किये गये हैं। मैने तुरन्त costumer care मै काेल किया तो बताया गया कि सर्विस बन्द करने संबंधी कोई जानकारी मेरे पास नहीं है। इसलिये सर्विस चालू है। विशेष जानकारी के नाम पर एक लम्बे होल्ड पर रखने के बाद बेहतर जानकारी के लिए अपने सिनियर को ट्रांसफर कर दिया गया। वहाँ भी वही बात दोहराई गई और चेक करने के नाम पर होल्ड पर रख दिया जिसके बाद उसने अनहोल्ड नहीं किया और पूरे 60:00 मिनट में कोल स्वत: कट गय। अब सवाल है कि जब मैंने उसी समय सर्विस बन्द करने को कहा तो बन्द क्यों नहीं किया गया। और बन्द नहीं करने के कारण सर्विस renewal हुआ और राशि की कटौती हुई। तो गलती किसकी?           I want to convert my postpaid no.[protected] to prepaid. i bought this no. 5 yeas back when i was in chandigarh . whenever i go to a airtel store here in bangalore, they say it cannot be converted here as it is from punjab circle. what a double standard policies you airtel guys have, a customer can pay bill anywhere but cannot get his no. converted to prepaid. How can i go to chandigarh now, just for converting my number .

            Dear Sir/madam, There was a theft at my residence at Navsari, Gujarat last night and my mobile, a dongle and a laptop were stolen. ( I belong to Assam but at present I am working in Gujarat and previously I was in Rajasthan) The dongle had an airtel sim bearing number [protected] (Assam). And the other airtel sim lost had the number [protected] . I have filed an FIR with the local Jalalpur Police station already regarding the theft.               I have applied(application no.: tblr 6943372) for a new airtel wireless broadband connection on 8th May'15. Its customer executive came to collect all the docs and provided the same with all necessary details. Then all misery started.After submitting 2 to 3 days there was no communication from them.Later on when we called them, they said that due to low quality photocopy of address proof they cannot proceed with the process.nobody from airtel had communicated about this to us. Later on they gave a email to provide a fresh scanned copy for address proof to proceed with process.Again a day passed but did not get a call from them.Later when we called them, they gave a second number of executive, to tell the grievance.Again we called this number(Mr. surya), he assured that we'll get the connection if we provide them a good quality photocopy of photo id.So again we provided them and expected this time we'll get a connection.So again we waited for two days.But after two days we came to know that they have rejected the application. Reason being that there is some technical issue in J P nagar as they dont have coverage till the place where we reside.So almost 10 days elapsed for an issue which could have been cleared on the very first day.

                Dear Sir, My self Nikhil Kumar Agarwal my airtel mobile no.[protected].Address. Near Sri Ram Jay Ram Mandir, Balughat, Muzaffarpur-842001 I have made a recharge on 14th may 2015 Rs.300 in which i get Rs.315/- talk time on20th may i found that i have balance approx 280 or 290 (+) but on 21st may i found that my account balance becomes zero.kindly provide me full detail.or refund my balance. another problem is jb mere baat hui ni customer care say 21st may eveng 6pm to 10.23 pm than my balance deducted all time why.kindly take an action for the above request as soon as possible . call back arrange for these detail provide me.

                  The link debits bank acct but does not credit the payment acct amt is being withheld till numerous complaints are made and very slowly refunded. I have been submitted to this harassment from last month. i am being misled by airtel 121 once i was even given a false complaint no. Immediately after my payment is made and my acct debited i am hounded by messages to pay bill for 4g [protected]

                      i filled an online form for new postpaid connection and after which i received the call from airtel then they told me that on other day they are going to send their exicutive for form filling and security deposit the other day the exicutive came and i filled the form and submitted the security amount i.e. 250rs after this he told me that verification will take place and gave me a blank sim so as to choose the no from given list he gonna provide me later.After that on action took place i tried calling him many times but his mobile no is off then i called on the reference no he gave then i talked with him and he told he is from airtel and all after that he also didnt even pickup my calls.I tried calling customer care then they told me that sir it might be fake or something then just let me know one thing how did they now that i want an postpaid connection when i filled the form online on airtel official website.please answer it their contact no are anil-[protected] rahul-[protected]

                      Same case here.

                      I have requested to convert my prepaid mobile no ([protected]) to post-paid.

                      One of document collecting staff Mr. Jeet mobile no ([protected]) came to my home and collect all required document along with 250/- Account pay cheque No (000003) on 30th may 2015.

                      Still my no is not converted to post-paid, but amount is deducted from my account.

                      Document collecting agent now not pick up my phone to provide me status.
                      Nearest Airtel store or customer care also not providing me any status of my request.

                      How can I get my mobile convert to post-paid ?
                      If not possible then please revert back my amount to my account.

                        This is in regards to the bill of my mobile number: [protected] for the period – 17th April – 16th May, 2015. I have received a bill of amount INR 1460.54, when I checked my bill I see that there are Internet charges of INR 900 (4784.10 – 3884.10) levied. During this period I have received a message about the Internet usage closing my available limit, After this I have send a message to ‘51619 – ACTIVE Data 250’ (Received from Airtel) to activate additional 1GB of data also I have received a confirmation from Airtel about the activation. When I have already subscribed a 250 IGB data plan how can I be charged for additional usage. This kind of service is not being expected from Airtel I also need an explanation for the message that you sent to the customers, if there is a difference in the Getting Internet services activated and smart bytes why was it not communicated in the alerts that you sent to the customer, by this at least customer will be aware about the action that they have to take. Be very clear with the communication that you sent to the customers your mistakes are leading a loss to the customers and goodwill of the company.

                            On March 2015, I have applied for an Airtel Broadband connection(16 Mbps VDSL) for my home and full payment including the installation cost was paid. Before the installation i was informed by the airtel customer executive that the above mentions plan(16 Mbps VDSL) is available in my area and hence i have opted for the same. At the time of installation the technician have informed me that the above plan is not available in my area and provided me the 8 Mbps plan. When the bill is generated for the 2nd month it states that the installation charge is not paid and it is pending my side. A complaint has been raised(#[protected] with airtel for the same. Even after raising the complaint i haven't got any response from airtel and also the installation amount which was initially paid has not been refunded.                                     Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that i Kulwinder Singh Resident of Amritsar wanted to tell you that yesterday i got my SIM Card exchange from one of your outlets at MM Malviya Road Amritsar and gave them money. While i was returning back i received a hearing that i havent paid my money of Rs 100. I went back and told them to look at the CCTV cameras but the reply was the OUR CCTV CAMERAS ARE NOT WORKING. Then they told to pay half the money. Which i aslo denied but later on i paid money. But this is to Inform you that the talk is not of Rs 100 but the feeling of Betrayed by your company. I would never recommend anybody for airtel now and also planning to change the company. I really feel because if this has happened to me this could happen to anybody and everyday i think so from your outlet.                                         On 15th May at about 10-00 AM I made a complaint in your Airtel office that I have paid Rs 200/- as prepaid recharhe of my Mob No [protected] through netbanking five days back i.e on 10th May, 2015. But no SMS message has been received. The official of Airtel contacted me saying that the amount has not been received and that he will get the amount refunded through ATM. I presuming that the person is from Airtel told him my ATM no. But surprisingly he withdrew Rs 31000/- through my ATM. Pl send me the names and addresses of the officials who were on duty from 10-00 AM to 1-00 noon on 15th May, 2015 as the fraught has been committed with the help of Airtel official
