I have received my complaint yesterday but unfortunately no one has addressed my issues as of now…trying to make myself full by giving unnecessary false promises.

Kept me on call hold for more than half hour.
Extremely disappointed.

Sir, in 12nd july 2021 i submit a complaint to airtel payments bank mail id i, e.[protected]@AIRTELBANK.COM .
But the problem is solved tody . And then when i made a transaction it says LIMIT EXHAUSTED...
MY ACC NO IS [protected]...

I have done the recharge on 22nd July 2021, but till now it has not been activated. I have attached the receipt of the successful recharge.

Hey, I'm using an airtel SIM whose number I have given everywhere in my official documents.
I don't use the number much except receiving OTPs and sending my Bank SMS.

I do recharge of ₹49 every month, which gives me talktime of ₹38, but I am not able to send SMS.
On calling airtel they told me, that they don't provide SMS sending service in lower packs. They only provide SMS sending service in Unlimited packs...
