I have my small basic mobile (not smart or android) chennai based number [protected] . I was havving my 2G connection and today in Bangalore in a roadside shop recharged it further for Rs 201/- expecting the balance to go to Rs 300 + . But to my horror it shows a very small balance talk time Rs. 82.99. PF RS177.88 ( I do not know what PF is ) Talk time Rs 1.00. What is all this ? another message says that 3G is activared. Who wanted 3G? I never wanted 3G. I want to remain in 2G only. I thought the balance would be above 300= If this is the way airtel loots poor customers like me, I better not have a mobile and shall be happy with a BSNL landline only. Make it urgent and restore my money of Rs 300+ from airtel K.S.Srinivasan

    I have paid the advance amount 1000rs for broadband connection.. It's been 1 month no one had called me to install the collection.I raises many complaints with customer care, no one has taken action properly. I called customer care about 20 times.

      Hi, My sim still not got activated inspite of repeated followups and chasing. Its been more than 4 days and it still isn't activated. The assurance from the airtel person to get this activated before 5pm today also failed. I never thought that airtel will have such worst customer service and the customer has to run from pillar to post to get one connection activated. This is very disappointing and frustrating and the service levels are pathetic to say the least. It would have been better on my part to go ahead with vodafone with whom I have a good relationship. The service levels and the kind of response received from the Airtel staff will be shared with other members on the social media platform so that other customers do not fall to the cheap tricks and tall promises claimed by big companies.         I had an internet balance of over 1.5 GB and a balance of around Rs 190. But airtell deducted it all from my account without any so usage or any thing. This is a big shame for such a big company. U cannot keep your customers happy. There is no point in making false claims of giving best service to your customers when you cant even keep them with you and help them out. I hav been severly hit by financial blow from your side. You people took my over 1.5 GB data and around 190 Rs balance. I feel so cheated by airtell. Please see if you can help me now by returning the same.I tried a lot to reach your customer service support but all in vain.

          On 26-April-2015 at near about 6:11 AM I recharged mobile no [protected] with amount 60 and 100. 60 recharge failed. 100 recharge successful. Transaction detail of amount was INB/[protected]/CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTION/. Airtel not reverted 60 in my account. Please revert my failed amount.

          Amount reverted. Thank for Airtel customer care. But how recharge success and amount not came. It is serious matter. Thank to consumer complaints service.

I have taken new airtel prepaid mob connection no [protected] on 25 Apr 2015 .from Air tel relationship centre at Crossing Republic, Ghaziabad and I am residing at Paramount Symphony, Crossing Republic. 2. My mob no is not working properly.I am facing problem in receiving incoming calls.When someone tries to contact on my no, it does not get connected. 3 I have aiready lodged complaint vide reference no PR[protected] and PR[protected] however problem has not been rectified tll date. 4 I am disappointed by this poor service kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.               Hi, I am karuppuchamy, I have requested Airtel to activate my international Roaming pack. I was unable to call them from the location where i was so i have sent the request by their online request. But they have not activated the pack so around Rs.[protected] Bill has gone to 13000. I feel very bad about that... i have been the airtel customer for more than 3 years but they have not responded to my queries propoerly. They are giving the same explanation for all my mail. Now i am in notice period also. I cannot pay that much i lost much for medical expenses too. Eventhough they are asking me to pay the amount. I dont know what to do.                 Hi sir /madam I am a prepaid customer of Airtel from 2010 from Chennai . Recently I had a bad experience with Airtel as when I was trying to recharge an amount of Rs.201 thru airtel money (remaining balance of airtel money) I was surprisingly got a message that the amount not credited to my main account instead some Internet plan activated . When I reached customer care i got a responds that its an offer got activated with my number which is a different state plan ...And the plan is for Rs.201 3G activates for 2 days ..which is just absolutely a cheating ... request a resolution to credit the amount to my account either extend the validity .(Iam using a plan Rs-197 for which 1GB 3G for 28 days )... looking for a resolution thanks ...

                  I have been trying to port this mobile number 92XXXXXXX576 from Tata Docomo to Airtel since April 2nd. After several visits to nearby airtel showroom and few calls to customer care, the number was ported out of docomo network but still there is no Airtel signal in the mobile and the airtel executives are asking us to "just wait". Its been a week since number was ported out but don't know why its taking so long for Airtel to provide service. The calls on the docomo mobile are also cut off and right now we are left with no mobile service at all in that number.

                      D/S, This has your kind notice that I have facing some unacceptable problem on my mobile account, sir, I used the said number which is issued on my mother's name (Kampori Devi) from couple of years, I have noticed that unknown person made some ISD (international) calls from unknown mobile number, but your system deduct the money from my account. In this regard I already launch several complaints as well as contact with customer care executives and explained each and every thing that I had not been called any ISD/international call from my number. Now the interested fact is that after all ISD calls has been locked by request, the problem is continue, and the balance is deduct from my account. Therefore, I request to kindly short it at your earliest and the deducted money credit in my account. Also request to you kindly provide me the all call details from April onward.

                            On 2nd April I had applied for new connection then airtel person contacted me and told me about plan then again another airtel person contact me and told me about another plan, and she told me a "corporate plan" there benefit was 800 local and std minutes and 200 local and nation sms, but my company was not listed for corporate plan, I had told that thing but she told me that there is no any issue you just pay 350 Rs. for this plan and I will be activated this plan on your number, then I was agreed for that plan and she told tomorrow our airtel person will come and you will give just your id proof. On next day airtel person came and I gave him my documents. Now my request is I have already serve 26 days but I haven't receive any call from airtel regarding my number and that person who gave me this plan she is not attending my call. On April 8 I called her that time she told me within 2 and 3 day you will get a call from airtel then your number will be activated and but I didn't receive any response, I had 18 - 20 time called her on 13 April, but she is not picking my call, then on 16 April she attend my call and I told her all problem then she told me that for again port, then I requested to port pin and I received and send to airtel sale lady on 16th April, but again already 12 days passed but I didn't receive any response on my request, that lady again not picking my call and today her phone number is going switched off, then I contacted to document's boy senior person but he is not picking my call and disconnected my call, I really disappointed form airtel service, and I don't want to go in Airtel circle, please help me how can I get back my money and complaint against that lady. I really frusted from all that kinds of known sense.                                 Dear sir, Purchased one SIM card(M No-[protected]) from a shop near Axis bank ATM, Sham nagar, Khayala Road New Delhi -18 & submitted all required documents on 15.04.15.In the night of same day verification was done by Airtel regarding Identity & Address & the number got activated.After 3 days phone got disconnected by you.Till then everyday I am visiting to that specific shop and your Jail road Airtel office but nobody has the solution & making fool every time .If Airtel has no data how that specific number was working for 3 days and incoming & outgoing call made on several numbers. Pl look into the matter & revive my number immediately.If required I can submit the documents again.I have already 2 mobile connections & one DTH connection of Airtel in my family but this time it was very bad experience.I suspect misuse of this number & my ID also.Pl do the needful.                                     Fixed line no-[protected] I paid my bill on 1st April and on 17April I got a message stating that my 15GB data usage is over.We are a family of 4 members and all 4 are working my data usage never comes more than 2 or 3Gb in a month and they this time they said that 15 GB got over in 15 days I called customer care delhi to know the data usage they said that they do not have any detail and to check in website.I informed that I had submitted complaint that my online account was not activated and that complaint was registered 2 months ago.They informed site was under updation.Site has been under updation for 2 months. This is a very bad experience from Airtel Im happy with Airtel wifi but customer service of airtel is incompetent to answer any questions and to provide any support. MNC level support is lacking and the data usage and consumption report is ridiculous Will switch to tikona or vodafone

                                      I have called customer service and asked to cancel my post paid connection ([protected]) and have already cleared all the dues. To my utter surprise it is still connected and I am getting monthly bill. I am not liable of giving the bill for this month as I have already asked to cancel in the month of March, and it is your carelessness to continue the connection. Please disconnect the connection or I have to take further steps for this harassment.
