This is for your kind information that the following deduction had made my Prepaid connection of my mobile number [protected] without incoming and Outgoing calls :-1. Rs.0.75 on dated 16.04.20152. Rs.0.75 on dated 20.04.20153. Rs.0.75 on dated 24.04.20154. Rs.0.75 on dated 25.04.20155. Rs.0.75 on dated 26.04.20156. Rs.0.75 on dated 27.04.2015Total Rs.4.50 deducted from my prepaid main balance.I have talk with airtel customer care many times. All time airtel customer care representative told me that I have receive call in roaming but actually I have not received any calls.Kindly take necessary action to refund my deducted money as early as possible.     Hi, I have recharged through Citibank Websited for 325.00 rupees two time. I ahve received the message twice as a rate cutter has been activated. But still not yet activated. I am unable to contact your customer number also. lot time i tried to talked to cutomer care executive. He accepted and tell that the issue has been resolved with in 24 hours. Still not yet cleared. Please find the below message which is received from airtel.       Dear Sir / Madam I bought AIRTEL sim and it was activated on 23/4/2015.The airtel person received Rs 150 from me. But it was not recharged and it should be done by company people.i e First Time Recharge. as of now it was not done. I called to customer care they told i should contact to the person who sold the sim ( Airtel sales person ). But that person is not available for phone or at his shop. Now the sim is not able to use for making call. since 4 days am not able to make call from this number. I mailed to many IDs of the company but no response from them.         Hi, I had 13mb of 3g data when I started to browse onto airtel site to make another recharge. The recharge failed but 92 rupees was deducted from my main account. Next day when I recharged for 3g that 13mb was carried forward. My 3g data validity was till 26th of April and I was doing the operation on the same day at 01:30 AM, which is well within the validity period. I called the customer care for an explanation for balance deduction but they keep saying some absurd reasons which were irrelevant. I am completely disappointed with Airtel service and I want a refund of my balance. My airtel number: [protected] regards, Saran

Getting regular message...this no is not valid..even though I am receiving call from the same no..i called ur cce after waiting for 15 min her and was change the phone ..pls, confirm the same with ur call record...she was asking me to mind my language...pls...do the needful to avoid any legal consequence...

            I am an old customer of Airtel using Airtel Mobile services for my whole family for the last many years. Till recently, I was satisfied with the services provided by AIRTEL but as soon as I switched over to Rs.999/- plan in the month of Feb 2015 (on suggestion of your staff at Shopprix Mall, Noida), my never ending phase of problems started. These are listed below: 1. Earlier I was using Rs.499/- plan for mobile no. [protected], with separate plans for two other numbers as [protected] (post-paid) and [protected] (pre-paid). 2. As suggested by your representative at Shopprix Mall, Noida, I opted for Rs.999/- plan with a request to make [protected] as PARENT no. and the other two numbers as ADD-ON numbers 3. Plan was activated within 48hrs but with [protected] as PARENT or MAIN number and other two numbers as ADD-ON. 4. Since the new plan is activated, all incoming calls on [protected] are shown as UNKNOWN calls without displaying NAME or NUMBER of the caller. 5. I have checked the instrument by putting another SIM and the incoming calls are displayed correctly with an alternate SIM in my mobile phone, which is being used with [protected]. This confirms that there is no issue with the mobile phone instrument. 6. I have approached AIRTEL outlet at SHOPPRIX MALL 3-4 times during last 3 months, however, even after sending emails to so called higher-ups, they failed to attend to my complaint. 7. Every time I am going for a complaint they are asking for fresh address proof as well as photographs, which I have already provided thrice during last 3 months. 8. Regular calls are received on [protected] for outstanding payments, even after clearing all the dues.This has resulted in over-payment of approx.Rs.1600/- against Rs.999/- plan we have been offered. This is causing regular harassment to me and my family. 9. High speed internet (3G) offered under Rs.999/- plan has never worked on [protected]. Due to this we are being over-charged for the services (fixed charges of Rs.999/-) even when we are deprived of the facility due to failure of AIRTEL. Ms. Sakshi, your representative at SHOPPRIX MALL, Noida has done her best to help me in this regard, however, the persons sitting at the BACK-END offices have completely failed to resolve the 3 issues I have high-lighted in the email above.                   Sir, My phone is dead for the last 3 days on account of the referred subject. Initially it was informed that the change will take only 3-4 hours inconvenience. I have complained at least 3 times to your customer care and no solution . every time they repeat 72 hours.. I dont know why? Now I regret of having an Airtel connection. No responsible person / service.

I submitted all the documents to your Airtel chakala gallery on 22.04.2015 and cleared the out standings . Till now my new sim card is not activated. I called to your customer care and they told that there had no request for changing the post paid to prepaid. . This is not the right way to treat customers & thier valuable time. I am customer of Airtel since a very long time. i loved the customer support and services of airtel since i am using it. but today i am disappointed because you people has changed my bill plan from 199 to 225 in last month billing cycle without any kind of information and sms. i have not been intimated about the changes of bill plan and terriff and free minutes changes. so i called the executive for details and then had a talk with senior executive Jai Singh who is not even listening me properly and not even assisting me properly. Just because of his bad behavior and hell alike assistance i wanted to discontinue my airtel services and want to disconnect my airtel connection and all other connections i am running. Currently me and my family members are using 7 Airtel Mobile no's under same Teacher Plan and now because of that guy and his stupid support i am going to disconnect all my numbers from Airtel. Bye Bye Airtel Keep these people with you so customers can leave Airtel whi are using their services from more than 5 years. My worst experience till date on Airtel.                           [protected], as per my plan they give me some benefits like min., sms, data use but they cheated purely with his complete monopoly. Airtel calculated min into call rate, sms with per sms rate, data use with per kb paisa rate on that note they charged service tax

                              sir I have wrongly recharged an amount of Rs. 200 through Internet banking on the web site http://www.airtel.in. The same amount was recharged on [protected] wrongly, but my mob no is [protected]. In airtel easy recharge service there is a option for refund of money for wrong recharge but there is no such facility for wrong recharge directly from the airtel site by the customers. So this in not the justice for the customers. I have complained to the a airtel customer care executive but they refused to help and saying that this option is not available.so the company is cheating to the customers.

                                My airtel postpaid number [protected], they sent me the wrong bill which is to high. Main concern is that they modify my bill in terms of calls charges, sms charges & data use charges and total of these amount they charge tax ( tax on bill as per call charges) In that case they charged extra service tax on total calculated amount

                                  For my personnel use I would like to take 2 new Airtel postpaid connections with CUG plan activation. We have contacted to Hyderabad Airtel agent (Srinivas -[protected]) to take new connections. I bought 2 Airtel connection(98******22, 98******68) from him for 600/- with one time activation charges and I have given 2 photographs, necessary documents all to Srinivas. All most one week has gone activation hasn't done.. I called to Airtel customer care and enquired what is the status, they said that address is not traceable it is in pending. Again I called to Srinivas and asked him what is this, he said no problem wait some time. I went to nearest Airtel store and enquired who has done my address verification, they were helped me with one number and I called up him and address verification has done. In this process 3 weeks has gone but no sim card activation. I called to customer care and enquired what is the status again. they said your sim cards are activated and those are in use, you can call to 59059 and finish televerification for your activation continues. I got shocked sim card has not get any signals, how could I call 59059, how could I do televerification. Between I use to call Srinivas for daily updates, he is trying to avoid me. Again I went airtelstore and has done enquire, why is happens like this. They have checked my sim cards and informed me that your connections are not activated on this sim cards, those are already in use on another sim cards. Again I called him up asked what is this, he said sorry sir its my mistake.. Those two cards are with me I will give you today evening.. From last 2 weeks im calling him, I will give you this morning or afternoon or evening time. He is saying some place to collect cards.. But he is not coming there.. I told him that if you are not able to give activated sim cards to me, please revert my money, photographs and documents. No response for that yet all and I didn't receive any thing yet from him. I got frustrated to call him, with my time and Bus charges to meet him. Please take necessary action on him(Srinivas, his mobile number is [protected]), I need activated sim cards or my things back.

                                      Dear Manager, This is to bring to your notice that from the last 2 months I am trying to port my number from Reliance to Airtel (Postpaid). My earlier number is a corporate number and all the relevant documents have been submitted from my company to the Airtel vendor(s). I tried to port my existing number from 2 Airtel shops firstly located in Yelhanka (Bangalore) but as I didn't get much positive response from them my company HR has contacted other vendor located at Indranagar (Bangalore). In the meanwhile 2 times my MNP number got expired, I generated new one, resubmitted the application, called the customer care and vendors but nothing has happened. Also my billling has been regular to my earlier vendor, this time I paid twice the amount of my bill so that my application does not get rejected due to non-billing. By this time there is nothing from my side that I have not done for porting my number to Airtel. As on today after 16 days of my contact to the last vendor based at Indranagar, Bangalore the status says that my reference verification is pending and CRM order creation is in progress. Is this my responsibility to do these things? It seems that your company don't give priority to porting numbers and this is not your preferred target segment. If you are not taking it seriously, atleast please inform me clearly that this is not possible so that I may try from other companies for the same that have CUSTOMER CARE in place. I expect at least a response from you (positive/negative). A day back I submitted complaint to Airtel online with complait number OT[protected] but till now nobody has cared to call me back. If this is the status of promptness and customer care with Airtel, I'll advise my all Friends and contacts to never go for Airtel services.
