On[protected], I had made a prepaid transaction (ID-952882) which was unsuccessful but money was debited from Canara bank account and refund has not yet been done. Please tell me the reason behind this delay.I even filed a complaint on airtel website(Reference No.-PR[protected]. They closed the complaint but money was not reimbursed even after this. Even today(24/04/2015) a failed transaction (ID= 344976) has had money debited from my bank account.
When do I get my money back. Do I trust you guys anymore?

Why have I not heard from the Airtel people till now?

    Airtel is getting worse day-by-day, airtel mobile #[protected]. They paid the bill on 1-jan-2015 Rs1170.57 and one fine day my phone stops working in February after inquiring they told, there was reversal on[protected] vide receipt # 52486947 and Airtel told that the refund will be processed in 40 days. Its more than 2 months still i don't see the reversal money in my credit card, confirmed with my credit card bank by sending the reversal receipt received from Airtel, they didin't find any money by that receipt #.       we are having Network Problems in our 2 Blocks which are our actual manufacturing units. Every time we have to come out to get signals and communicate. You had agreed for providing a Repeater / Booster kind of a thing, which will help increase the signal strength in these Blocks

CLOSE Re: CANCELATION OF BROADBAND [protected] & CANCEL UNINFORMED MONTHLY BILL (3) appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com To [protected]@yahoo.co.in Dear Sir, I received Bill dated 27-Jan-15 for my airtel fixedline/broadband ID [protected] which was not expected by me as I was told by your sales executive while selling 6 month advance rental plan that after 6 month connection will be over and plan will stop as its advance rental prepaid plan. So on 26th Dec 2014 our plan got over and so as a customer stop using broadband and switched off Modem. But suddenly I got bill on 27th Jan 2015 and it is so unprofessional when I called your customer care today that I was not informed either by call/sms/email while my prepaid plan transferred to post paid and also auto activated with monthly bill !!! I mean as a customer I must have been informed if my connection is still active and not only active also shifted in monthly postpaid connection. This is absolutely unprofessional and unrealistic and customers are suffering because of wrong commitments and miss selling. I have not used a single MB of data as I was in impression that plan is closed. If I was know that plan is active and shifted to monthly plan I could have either called to customer care for cancellation or used it if wanted. Its my request to close my broadband account from immediate effect and also cancel this January bill amount of Rs. 839.61. I am not liable to pay as neither I used any plan nor I was informed about reactivation of plan or auto transfer of advance rental plan to postpaid plan. Will be waiting for quick and positive reply.

          I had brought Airtel Mobile Wifir Router on 21st Ferbrary 2015 in Chandigarh, Punjab.On 23rd Febrary 2015 my router start giving problems, it get automatically switched off .I registers many complaint regarding this, not a single person visited my place and it has been 2months I have complaint 5 times to the Airtel, no response. When you want to buy it, they come to your home but once you purchased it, not a single person with come to your home to help or resolve your query. Worst Company Worst Service Worst Customer Support I would rather request everyone not a buy anything from AIRTEL

            I am using an Airtel post paid connection from KOLKATA, HOWRAH A C MARKET by the No. [protected], almost more than 1.5 year back I had called the customer care and registered the complaint regarding network coverage and there was no response from the company for next 3 months I used to call every day & every time I was assured that the network problem will be resolved in next week...and that never happened. I had visited the Airtel office for more than 50 times and lastly for fighting for long months some of the Airtel executive visited my residence and checked and found that there was seriously no network and has got some serious network issues to be addressed. i spoke to the nodal officer in howrah who had assured me that the complaint will be resolved in next couple of months but till date no solution has come out... Till date there is no progress on the same & I have been following up on the same on a continuous basis. Every time I get an answer that the complaint will be escalated to the technical department. Now I wonder that is there any technical department in the Airtel office?? for this my bills are also rising high day by day, inspite of giving a written cmplain still no actions have be taken...all the time the revert comes that there is perfect network and they found no auch issues.. I am asking u people how cn u say that it is perfect? Hav u visited to my olace now or after my COMPLAIN? No? I can say..just SITTING ON TABLE CHAIR AND GETING DEMANDING FOR U MONTHLY SALARY DOESNT MAKES SENSE I[censored] CANT SOLVE THE CUSTOMER PROBLEM I have submitted several nos.as said by your nodal officer who's facing network issues but still no actions.WHAT ARE U PAYING FOR TO D PERSONS U HAV KEPT FOR NETWORK DEPARTMENT IF THEY CANT SOLVE THE PROBLEM OR VISIT THE PLACE AND CHECK..i pay fo my Internet pack bt mtnot able to use it, ct download nythng...all d time i get a response The technical department is working on dis...being a MULTINATIONAL COMPANY does it take such a long period to fix dis prblm...VODAPHONE IS FAR BETER THEN U PEOPLE, at least THEY try and resolve the problem how soeva by putting repeaters or nythng devices which solves the problem..hope for a solution as soon as possible from ur side... pratik jain

                    I tried calling them to enquire about the process to convert from micro sim to nano sim but then they took the phone reciver and cut the call twice.So I decided to go to the office directly to my surprise the person there asked me whether I am using a post paid or prepaid (I am using an prepaid) and informed me that cannot convert it as we dont have stock And he was asking me to convert to postpaid to get an nano sim from them. Are prepaid users not airtel customer!!! Very poor service from airtel!!. Went to Selaiyur airtel service center near Punjab national bank

                      I had cancelled my account via calling the customer support on Dec 24th, 2014. I also got a confirmation reference number. I paid the Dec 2014-Jan 2015 bill too. However, my account (as per Airtel customer service) is still active and not yet cancelled. I keep getting plenty of calls from Airtel to pay my dues. I have explained clearly that I have cancelled the account, but airtel customer support persons deny the cancellation and say the service is still active. I do not understand. Why should I pay the dues for Feb, March, April of 2015 when I had already cancelled the account in Dec 2015!

If the total amount is not credited within 24 hours I shall be contrained to approach consumer forum for redressal of the issue.                           Hi Team I had visited the Jayanagar 9th Block Airtel Showroom on 13th April and met Mr Asib for a new SIM card(No is [protected]) and Datacard connection(4G LTE).I had submitted all documents asked by him(2 copies - one for SIM card and another for Datacard). I was told by Mr Asib that there will be only one address verification for both data plan and SIM card activation the next day(14th April 2015).The address verification happened on 14 April, Yet the data plan and SIM card was not active. So, again I visited the Jayanagar 9th Block Airtel Branch on 15th April for the same. I spent almost 3 hours in the branch to get the datacard activated on my system. Datacard started working the next day - 16th April. I was told by Mr Asib that SIM card also will be activated max by 16th April 2015. I was informed by Mr Asib to call up 59059 and wait for 30 min, post which the SIM will be activated. Till Now, post 8 days of waiting - the SIM card is not active!!! I called up the post paid customer care number[protected] and was told by customer care executive - Ms Shruti that address verification hasn't been done yet for SIM Card!!! The verification has already been done on 14th April itself for both Datacard and SIM card - Why is there a need for another one! I get this information after 5 days!!! Inspite of me visiting the branch so many times.!! Truly disgusting ! I want to register a complaint against Mr Asib, Mr Bharghav (Jayanagar 9th Block Showroom Executive) for misguiding me and not giving correct information. I get a reply from 121 on 19th April, informing me to visit the Branch again to submit the documents. As informed, I visited the Jayanagar Branch on Monday(20th April 2015), Spent almost an hour to speak to the Branch Manager - Mr Bharghav(cc'd in the mail).Mr Bharghav informed me that the number will be active within 8PM on 20th April. Till today - 23rd April, I still have not got the SIM activated !!! Now, few minutes back, Mr Bharghav informs me that it will take few hours to get it activated as there is some IT issue!!! Its a Frustrating experience for me...I have visited the branch almost 4 times, spent almost 8 days, followed up with the team over calls everyday to just get a connection activated!!! PATHETIC Service !!! Well, is this the kind of service Airtel provides to its new customers??? Even before activation, I am harassed in this manner, I don't know what kind of harassment is in store if I get the connection.I DONT WANT this connection to be activated...PLEASE CANCEL THE ACTIVATION of the number - [protected] Never will I recommend anyone else to get AIRTEL connection - HORRIBLE SERVICE and IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF who doesn't know what needs to be done!!!

                            I have taken a connection on Sunday evening from Airtel shop and the shopkeeper has given me a connection with 3G and a sim card with number bearing [protected]. But two days have passed and the number has not been activated. I completed the form and gave id proof my xerox of passport and a signed the photograph in the form.                               Dear Sir Recently I shifted from Reliance to Airtel, by opting number portability for ([protected]). Submitted my Documents on 15/04/2015. And today i called verification department and confirmed my address according to Adhaar card which I have submitted. The verification executive told that thanks for the verification and i can make outgoing calls after 15 minutes. But when I tired making outgoing call by evening the voice msg says that i dont have option of making outgoing calls. Called Airtel customer care executive, and shocked to hear that my verification came negative. How can they say that that verification is completed and i can use for making out going calls. and all of a sudden make my verification comment as negative. This is totally negligance on their part of verification. They owe me an explanation on what basis they have commented negative for verification I think i have made a mistake by opting portability to airtel for their CARELESSNESS IN VERIFICATION Regards Balaji Shankar [protected]

                                  HELLO SIR, Since 05.04.2015, my outgoing messages have been blocked. Messaging is an important part of my business, since I have to update my vendors regarding the prices of my services every now and then. I have been doing this since 2011 and there weren't any issues but now abruptly and without any prior notice the network provider has come up with this submission that my messages have been blocked as I have been added to the TRAI spamer's list. I requested them to get it unlocked or at least show me the way to do it myself and how to avoid it in the future but all in vain, no one has bothered to revert back or correct. Kindly help me. Request is approved and as per procedure I lost my vodaphone signal on my phone and then I insert Airtel sim, But still from past 38 hours, my phone didnt get the signal. I inform same to Airtel Store ( From where I get the sim ), but still didnt resolve my queries.They are just making me fool by saying it will work after 4 hours and then after completing 4 hour again tell it will work tomorrow. But still issue persists. Today also they tell that its escalated to higher level and will after 4 hours.                                     Today again.. Full Day these peoples made me fool... and at the end of the day, they told that whatever we gave you sim card, Its number is not matching with our data. Its my third sim card.
                                    They are torching me mentally. I am mentally harassed with Airtel.
                                    Airtel people again Swap SIM without any notification at the time when I was roaming. It impacts my Business and personal life.

                                      On 4th April, 2015, i get a notification from Airtel saying my bill amount is due for INR 6606. On subsequent calls with the recovery agent and payment of this amount, I was assured that my connection has been disconnected permanently. I was also assured that my deposit amount of INR 5000 will be repaid as within 5 - 7 working days. On 14th April, I get the bill of INR 1444 for the same connection. I have been calling Airtel but nobody seems to care except for the payment of this amount.

                                      A. I am appalled by the fact that they did not cancel this connection.
                                      B. I am even more shocked to see that they dont care about anything else other than their payment.
                                      C. I want them to waiver the latest bill and refund my deposit of INR 5000.
                                      D. I wish to see these blood sucking pirates bought down to their knees.

                                      In the SMS which i attached clearly shows that I have asked for my security deposit back after making the last payment. This was sent to the agent who worked for airtel handling my issue. His name is Raghunandan.

I am shocked where does I lost 18GB in 4days. I called up to customer care they are not even talking properly they are rude at times when I asked how this could be in 4 days I have lost 18 GB data and did surfing only. they are not giving proper answer and cut the phone.                                         Airtel stealing Wifi broadband Data I see 4GB data showing consumed without any usage .There is no Solution by Airtel or help from Airtel.They blaim back customer saying your usage is high. today I watch one movie and it shows 60GB data consumed, just few months back I used to watch movies, do my office calls video calls with 3GB data usage in 24hrs. This is an abolute fraud.

                                        Never thought Airtel is also involved in Data usage scams stealing customer data.
                                        Airtel stealing data. I am shocked, every morning when I wake up I found message that I have used 1.25 gb data without touching mobile over night.
                                        My airtel number is [protected].Airtel is stealing data since last 4 days.I am getting new data at 12:00am but it is showing 90%of your daily data limit has been reached at 12:40 even when I used it only fir whatsapp.Today also it is consuming much data even when I am not watching videos.
                                        Airtel is stealing my 1.5gb data I have only used 1.16gb but it says that I have used all my daily data it's happening every day now...
                                        Airtel is stealing my data, I've complained it at the customer care, on first instance if call a executive and a senior executive was of almost no help and told me to keep my data off. They are so unaware of the fact that messaging apps are so much necessary for business or individual purpose and it needs internet to work. I've called to complain again and did so and was said it would be taken care of, but nothing has been done. I've watched a movie on Airtel xtreme yesterday, just one movie o[censored]sual movie time span and it consumed 10 GB data and that too with degraded video quality. My 118 rs pack has only 1.7 GB data left after that, befor that a 56 gb pack went of with its 3gb without any usage. Daily data are getting over like anything. I woke up to see that there's 500 mb used up without the phone being touched during sleep at night. This is utter theft and ignorance, Airtel is stealing data, they are not looking after thefts and leakages. This network should be banned and boycotted as they pretend to be helpful and genuine to its customers which they are not.
