I am an airtel customer who took 4g service from airtel and i informed airtel to deactivate my airtel 4g Service in effect from January 5th. I even called the customer service for deactivation and all i was told was to drop a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com which i did promptly. But they did not deactivate my service and i kept getting my airtel bills. Now i am forced to pay the bills Rs: 2345 without using the service. Serious action should be taken on airtel for the worst customer service that i faced. I have an email proof with time stamp (copied below for reference).     Dear Sir / Madam, On 12 April 2015, at 01:50:01 AM, make a payment Rs.449/= through NET Banking ( Bank Of India- txn ID : StUBP[protected] for recharge a net pack . A massage get from customer care on that day and time is "Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn ID[protected] of Rs 449.0 failed due to some technical reason. " But I had not get my money return back.

      Hi... This is to request you all to please look into this matter as i have been conned 2 times by airtel company. First time when the company sent me a message of offers available on my number

      Message from aa-650001

      Rs17=rs10 talktime + local +std mobile calls 1.2p/2sec for 30days. Benefit with in 1hr on airtel. Offer valid till 15-apr-15 call 121311 to activate.

      This message i got two time in this month (April) but i tall with customer care his name: thilak reference no is [protected]
      He told to me the messeges are wrong today offer will not available for ur number.
      Messeges received:[protected] time 02:32:52pm and again i got this messege
      :[protected] time 02:07:19pm

      So i thought to right a compliant against them in hope getting a right judgement for the same. Regards, purnachander mobile no - [protected]

        My balance of Rs. 49 have been deducted unnecessarily through my mobile no.[protected] and even without a single sms they have deducted my amount. I have also reported this matter to the customer care, they told me that some kind of service has been activated on this no. but i have'nt subscribe any service then how my balance got deducted. Therefore i humbly request you to please refund my balance.

First they told me that the balance is deducted because i o[censored]sing the net but there is internet balance in my mobile. Then they said that it is deducted because I called on 54321 which I haven't.This balance is deducted on 10.4.2015. I have already complained on about it on 198 but they are telling me the same.               Dear concern i have a airtel no with last 3 years([protected])now the concern is in my 399 plan(700 local min, 100 std and 1 GB data is free is i can use now in 9 march to 9 april 2015 i can use 50 MB more and they people can charge Rs 500 for 50MB ...and i can talk so many times in customer care and the people say charges is absolutely right and saying very rudely go what ever u want to do.so i am very upset about the charege of RS 500 just ro 50MB.

                Dear airtel i wanted to port my no into the idea and for that i have thought i should change my post paid plan in prepaid first, than i have requested to change in prepaid, but the same time i get to know that i can port my postpaid no in prepaid idea without converting in prepaid so i have again requested that don't change it keep my existing plan, but at the time airtel representative change my 999 plan into 399 without let me know . i have requested to port in idea and paid my outstanding amount 1100 and 400 in two transition. but my gprs and Internet services are closed by airtel, as per my 999 plan i would have 8 gb data but i don't have the any data, when i complaint in customer care they said u have to recharge of 175 for 1 gb data, as it was my compulsion to recharge that time because i had to use Internet meanwhile i have complaint to change my plan into my existing plan for which i was paying. in between airtel make my 1500 bill within one day . when i have never requested to change my plan. now they have barred my idea no and i was stuck in very dangerous situation where i needed to call urgent but i couldn't . i am suffering from emotional harassment by airtel. please help me out i cannot pay for airtel own mistake. my no is not working for any query please call at my alternative no [protected]

                  I have bought a new iphone and did a biggest mistake of my life. I have asked for Micro sim. And it’s been two days that my Phone is down I am not able to do any job. I have gone to Airtel office n number of times and they keep saying that it will be activated in 4 hrs. Its 2 days now and its not been activated. I have been talking to you have hired and who speak on 121. No one knows any process and no one is ready to help me. I have total of 5 Airtel no’s and 2 broadband connection in my family. You people are pressing me hard to switch to Vodafone. I am your esteemed 10 years old customer. I will not write any mail or call you know. Just file a case with consumer cell. Its up to you know if you want to activate my sim or not. I wish you can understand the pain of doing the job without a phone.                     I have 2 number . One is Bangalore number which I use to make calls and the other of jharkhand number which is used for connecting net through dongle. I recharged the Jharkhand number with 3g pack and I got the confirmation that the recharge was successfull and the amount was also deducted but it looks like 4g of data usage was not credited to that number . I have to again recharge it with 1gb and then that dongle started to work. I called customer care at 121 and the person said that he is transfering the call to his supervisor . He put me on hold for 10 mins and the call dropped. I again called customer care, another person said that it is jharkhand number and you need to dial [protected] . I dialed the number and it said that the number does not exist. I again called the customer care and this time i was transfered to a supervisior who said that they will get back to us by 6 :00pm yesterday . However no body still has not taken care of this . Can this be taken care ? I just want to know how much data usage can be obtained through 2 recharges and does that number has been credited with 5gb ??

                      I have done a recharge with Airtel website for 200rs on march 30th 2015, totally two transaction, one success and one failed. i am looking forward for the refund on failed transaction I already raised complaints many time on Airtel, these are the two trans ID:[protected] &[protected] Whenever I called Customer support of airtel they keep on postponing calls, and repeating the same answer that i have to wait for 7 working days. But already 17 days gone. i want to file a consumer case against Airtel company for holding my money against their policy and treating my call with very bad manner. Maximum time given by the company after the disconnection was 30 hours but still the new sim given by the airtel relationship center in dayanad vihar, east delhi is blank. All my documents are complete and i have to regularly visit the airtel outlet for the concern but they are saying in chorus that they are not getting reply from their back end team. I have mailed on [protected]@in.airtel.com 8 times in succession from my emal id [protected]@gmail.com and havnt got a revert from them in 24 hours though there max time for reply is 2 hours. I am facing huge losses as i cannot take calls from other party due to the disconnection of my sim and want to sue airtel for these anticipatory losses and want the activation of my sim as soon as possible to resume my work My airtel no.                               Hello airtel I made my phone recharge with Rs. 249 for 3g internet access but instead of internet package i got free STD mins. I talk to customer care executive more than 4 times with my airtel no. [protected] but instead of making my problem solved they argued with me and disconnected my calls. i am regular user of airtel but now i will not recommend any1 to use airtel connection i will make this issue viral on the social networking sites and will ask every1 not to use this connection. Now no more you guys are cheating the customers and this is not at all good... Don't trust airtel anymore... Rightnow i have 3 airtel connections but now i will change them all.

                                Dear Sir, i used an Airtel Mobile Number [protected] since 2006, then i port it into IDEA in Dec.2010, Now i am using IDEA cellular service, after that airtel issued a SIM with Same Mobile Number in 2012 in Sonipat area, so airtel customer having only two facility That was Out going Calls And Massaging only, he know that well calls on that numbers always received on my IDEA number so he miss used that number, i complaint for this to airtel showroom and give them proof for miss using, then they take action on that and they apologise for that mistakes of issues a ilegal number, Now in feb 2015 i request for MNP to convert my number again in airtel to avoid this types of problem. i received a Code for PORTING, i submitted my document in airtel office, they give me a SIM and say its takes 10 days to activate. after that they said that this number is already in airtel since 2013 . they issued that number in 2013 to mr. kartar. now this time my service from IDEA is banned on 18 feb 2015 because of porting, and airtel is not going to activate my number, nmy number is banned i am not receiving any call, atleast i am i am suffering a big loss in business. i also resisterd a complain to S.P. hissar and S.P. bhiwani, but no any action takes place

                                      PH [protected] Using this prepaid number more than 5 years and no problem at all. 3 months ago i moved to another address in hoshiarpur city of punjab and in my new home there is a big issue of network.in my family we have 5 airtel numbers all facing same issue call gets failed voice break a lot i am complaing to customer care from 3 months to check what the techinical cause is but no result. they have one answer problem in your phone or sim restart phone or put sim in another phone we have done all these things but this is unacceptable solution we have 5 mobile phone with airtel numbers all mobiles cannot become faulty at same time when we go to other location in city we can talk properly how phone and sim become ok in another location your team sitting at back end check network automatically sends sms network connectivity on your phone ok so i request you rather than harrassing and giving unaccetable solutions arrange an engineer who can make visit at my location and check what the technical cause is and rather than employing stupiid girls as techinical assitants employ trained people who have some sharp mind and and can understand what customer is saying if you have some manners and customer service skills for serving 5 year old customer who port from another network 5 yrs ago send engineer to my address within in a week street 6 Dashmesh nagar Dagana road HOSHIARPUR PUNJAB else we all in family have no option left to port out to other network as all others are very fine here i would have port out quite long time ago but i was to see your customer service and it is worst from 5 years you are eating our money and when i need service you become worst this is last try bye and make fraud claims that you are best company in india you cl
