We recharged our data card number [protected] on 20th April, 2015. We were unable to connect to internet. We have called 121 innumerous times. First they said they will set it right by 10 am on 22nd April. We called 121 again and were told that customer care technical assistant will contact us within 3 hrs. But there was no call. We called again and we were told that customer care people will call us by 11.00 am on 23rd. Again there was no call. When we contacted again we were asked to approach the nearest Airtel branch. I told them if they are unable to solve the problem they should at least transfer the recharge amount to one of our airtel mobile numbers. But they said they can't do it. We went to Srirangam Branch in Trichirapalli. But we were redirected to Tennur. We recharged for some urgent purpose in a place away from home. We could not concentrate on our work and Airtel people made us run from pillar to post and never gave us the correct info why the sim is not working. Everywhere I confirmed that the connection was obtained in the name of my wife and also gave the address. Your people never informed us that connection was recycled after some time and dragged the conversation. We tried to contact [protected]. It is always switched off. Your people are lying. I have spent 197 on recharge of data card and spent Rs. 50/- to speak to customer care. Besides waste of time and money, I was put to lot of mental agony. If you don’t refund my money I am surrendering my Airtel landline and broadband along with three other Airtel mobile numbers. Good bye to Airtel and I shall never recommend Airtel to anyone and shall also dissuade my large circle of friends to keep off from Airtel who are big cheats.S.Parthasarathy([protected])

    Me and my family has four airtel connections namely [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. We are residing at Kakanagar, near India Gate, New Delhi, 110003 . We are facing acute failure of airtel connectivity which has led to a serious stage of irritation.Network is either not available or switches off by the time you prepare yourself for a call . Friends and relatives fail to contact us . Also certain important official communication does not take place leading to some mis-information.It is requested to look into the matter and resolve the issue urgently . A.N.       Hi, I HAD NO WHERE TO GO BUT HERE. NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER CARE EXEC. YOUR DSA DON’T ANSWER PHONES. Brief about problem: I received a call from Airtel’s registered DSA, “KARSHNI SOLUTIONS”. Saying that there is an offer for my Sim. A close matching airtel number will be provided to me as a Postpaid connection. For which I agreed [biggest Mistake]. They send an agent to my office to collect the documents, Id proofs and 250rs as Activation Fee. All this happened on the very same day. 21/4/15 There After they never called or contacted me or picked my phone. Its been 4 Working days from that date and I know nothing about my status. I dialed 198, they say I can not be helped before the SIm gets networks. But Whom do I contact for actuation of my SIm. The Customer Care Service was bad, they din’t bothered or cared to suggest me a way. All they did was to contact my retailer. Details of the sim card I received. SimNo.[protected] IMSI No. [protected] H-5 Card MobileNumber I was Offered: [protected] Does Airtel company don’t maintain his DSA details through which the company is doing business and the company is not aware that what the DSAs are doing with their customer ??????         Dear Sir/Madam, I am Amit Sharma using Airtel postpaid service for the past 5.5 years which iscorporate connection. This mail is regarding my bill discrepancy.In the month of March2015 I have send around 50 SMS but I wascharged around Rs. 5600 for MMS. I would like to raise the followingpoints which I expect a valid answer from your side. 1. How SMS is converted to MMS? As perAirtel Policy when message is of more than 825 characters, the SMS is convertedto MMS but in my case message is of less than 100 Character. (Screen shot ofrecipient mobile attached) 2. How same message to is delivered 20-25 times to same recipient? Ichecked the bill and found that the MMS has been sent to the same person manytimes. Some of my friends got the same message 25 times, otherfriend 14, other friend 19 etc., {I can give u a proof of also, you can checkphone numbers [protected] (25 times), [protected] (19 times), [protected](14 times), [protected] (20 times)}. 3. It was interpreted from your bill that Ihave sent 1100 MMS on 6-Mar2015 out of which around 1000 MMS I sent between8:30 AM to 9:05 AM and rest 100 MMS between 11:35 AM to 11:36 AM. Can aperson send 1000 MMS in just half an hour, and 100 MMS in just 21 seconds? 4.Does airtel is making fun of corporate customers? The billing problem isalso faced by certain other employees, but airtel doesn’t pay any heed tocorrect them. Mobile no: [protected] faced the same problem (there SMS arecharged as MMS. Also refer complaint of mobile no [protected]. I would like to highlight here, I hardlycrossed Rs. 1000/- in one or two times (I am presenting the various bills from[protected] below in which you can see my Amount). Including the festival season, I never crossed a bill of Rs. 1000/- per month. You are expecting me to pay Rs.7000/- which is almost my 9 months bill, that to wrongly interpreting the MMSservice which I didn’t used. I have sent 56 SMS to wish my friends and family, and I am ready to pay for that message. I hope the whole scenario will beperfectly understood. Please modify the bill accordingly and do the needful. .           My prepaid account balance is been deducted without my notice since last night. I recharge my account with sufficient balance but in no time it shows as balance is nill. I did few a times the same recharge to make sure it isnt my mistake but the balance is being deducted all the time .I tried to call the customer care by calling 121 but couldnt speak with the customer care executive. I also spoke to Kerala customer care and received a ridiculous response. This is not what is expected out of a customer "care" service!!! I have dropped an email hoping that I would receive a reply from the customer care service. Regards, Gayathri

            Dear Sir, My mobile Airtel postpaid number [protected] is to be change to Airtel prepaid. I submitted all the documents to your Airtel chakala gallery on 22.04.2015 and cleared the out standings . Till now my new sim card is not activated. I called to your customer care and they told that there had no request for changing the post paid to prepaid. They told me to go again to chakala gallery. This is not the right way to treat customers & thier valuable time. Hope you will take this seriously and do the needful. Thanks Wilfred Sequeira.

                Worst Customer Experience !! Being a Corporate client we thought Airtel India would provide us better service. But they proved us wrong. PRI Line is not working since 11am in the morning. Have already registered a complaint but no response yet. This is the 7th time it's happening in the last month. The Relationship Manager which was assigned to us, never picks up the phone. I asked him for the Escalation Matrix and what he provided me was with Random Numbers of Random people in an excel sheet out of which some are not even working !!! I guess the only option which they've left us with is losing us as their client. Won't recommend Airtel to anyone ! They had their people call at 7 in evening when the business day was over.

                  no call is made from all the airtel users' phone in my area [shish ram park uttam nagar nd-59 ] from past 5days. we are even unable to make call to the customer care number anybody who calls us says that the computer is showing our phones busy but it is not so . we are facing a lot of problem due to this situation and the company is not paying any heed to the previously submitted complaints on their websites. if needful action is not taken within two days then all the airtel users will port their sims to vodaphone

                    For the last 5 days no signal to the dtv, the id. [protected].
                    I registered the on line complaint vide ref. No
                    Dt[protected]
                    Dt 43745973 latest on[protected].
                    Specifically, i mentioned the airtel registered mob. No and an alternate mob. No. . On[protected], receive call from airtel customer care that they are sending technician by 9 am. .
                    On[protected], at 12. 30. Pm somebody from airtel called to the registered
                    Mob no. Unfortunately the mob was on silent mode, in which the registered mob sim is inserted. But specifically i mentioned another alternative mob. No in the complaint formate, and nobody called to that mob. No which was in general mode.
                    At 2. 30. Pm i found the missed call from the airtel technician. I called him immediately. To my surprise his reply was, your complaint was closed from the customer care.

                    It is surprised, a complaint was closed without proper enquiry.
                    And i am charged to the unviewed dth on daily basis.

                    Further i come to know that thousands of customer facing the same problems from the airtel dth.
                    No proper service centre to attend the complaints locally.

                    Only centralised customer care centres at 4 or 5 places for the entire indian operation.

                    So, customers don't have alternatives other than to shift to other dth operators. Even if experience the same fate, only govt has to enter into the matter, since it involved with crores of voters

                      I have requested for airtel broadband on 20/08 but till today no one aware about the status, even your executive are not aware of the situation.

                      Mr. Zaid one of your executive in defence colony is so irresponsible and unprofessional that you should have a look on that.

                      Initially he refused to process my application, as per him their is no network connection but when I told him that airtel broadband is already working in same building on different floor then unwillingly he has to process my application.

                      I understand they are into sales and by processing my application their sales will increase but still I am not able to understand why they are least interested in processing my request.

                      Mr. Zaid told me that they will activate my connection in 72 hours but till now I am not aware of the status.

I tried to dial 198 again the Autogenerated voice asked me to dial 121 Please suggest the direct number to lodge the complaints and speak to the customer care executives... Our time is valuable. As the money spent by us is been deducted without our information it is ur responsibility to give valid reason. But by dialing 121 will not give solution to our problem

                              Corporate postpaid airtel number not working

                              every day we are follow up the Mr Sohail (sme.[protected]@gmail.com) but his not given response & not received any phone .

                              On[protected], I had made a prepaid transaction (ID-952882) which was unsuccessful but money was debited from Canara bank account and refund has not yet been done. Please tell me the reason behind this delay.I even filed a complaint on airtel website(Reference No.-PR[protected]. They closed the complaint but money was not reimbursed even after this. Even today(24/04/2015) a failed transaction (ID= 344976) has had money debited from my bank account.
                              When do I get my money back. Do I trust you guys anymore?

                              Why have I not heard from the Airtel people till now?

                                Airtel is getting worse day-by-day, airtel mobile #[protected]. They paid the bill on 1-jan-2015 Rs1170.57 and one fine day my phone stops working in February after inquiring they told, there was reversal on[protected] vide receipt # 52486947 and Airtel told that the refund will be processed in 40 days. Its more than 2 months still i don't see the reversal money in my credit card, confirmed with my credit card bank by sending the reversal receipt received from Airtel, they didin't find any money by that receipt #. You had agreed for providing a Repeater / Booster kind of a thing, which will help increase the signal strength in these Blocks

So on 26th Dec 2014 our plan got over and so as a customer stop using broadband and switched off Modem. But suddenly I got bill on 27th Jan 2015 and it is so unprofessional when I called your customer care today that I was not informed either by call/sms/email while my prepaid plan transferred to post paid and also auto activated with monthly bill !!! I mean as a customer I must have been informed if my connection is still active and not only active also shifted in monthly postpaid connection. This is absolutely unprofessional and unrealistic and customers are suffering because of wrong commitments and miss selling. I have not used a single MB of data as I was in impression that plan is closed. If I was know that plan is active and shifted to monthly plan I could have either called to customer care for cancellation or used it if wanted. Its my request to close my broadband account from immediate effect and also cancel this January bill amount of Rs. 839.61. I am not liable to pay as neither I used any plan nor I was informed about reactivation of plan or auto transfer of advance rental plan to postpaid plan. Will be waiting for quick and positive reply.
