I wanted to filed a complained that Mr anuj of your company employ give waive of RS 695 on the bill of 3395 money pay by me is RS 2700 book no. 045 and payment receipt 1911367 and they again send the bill included with waiver RS of 695 and now our this month and previous month bill become 2265 included with RS 695 unless u will not solve our problem will not pay Your bill and I will not pay any other charge like late fee this will be pay by MR Anuj or by the company i[censored] will I solved my problem then will pay the bill

    India's greatest cheater airtel telecommunication nowadays cheating there long term and privilege customers. They providing all the worthy and cost benificiary offers to the subscribers who are all joint recently and rarely using customers offers like : 1. A2A 10p 1month for 4rs 2. 1GB data at 131rs 3. 2GB data at 197rs we are spending more money to utilise the same plan . In what ways we the regular usage customers are become least considerable members. I personally called to customer care several times and ask for this offers and why this of diversities are rolled out now a days, but they didn't respond properly. Dear airtel users who are all using this service provider for long term kindly raise your voice against the company and we all are get the same discounted offers everybody without any diversity

      Sir, As on 30/03/15, 11:11AM my prepaid mobile ([protected])balance was about Rs- 220 /- & 203 MB data left over. At 1200 Hr I fpund that my balance & data were finished then I contacted to customer care, he told me that your data pack was finished at 11:11 Hr. So your whole balance was deducted between 11:11hr to 11:43 hr due to usage of internet by you. Sir, once I was not surfing or downloading anything even auto updation was also switched off then how my whole balance was deducted within 32 minutes and in between no notification given by service provider. I am very shocked by this as my whole family is using Airtel service. Sir please do needful in favour of me.

        As I want to port out, as per customer care I have already applied for CUG plan stop of Mobil no.[protected] on 27/03/2015 and they sms me that it will stop on 29/03/2015 but till date not stopped by them, for that I have talked to customer care two times(first on 29/03/2015 and 2nd time 31/03/2015) but they said you have to wait as your complaint is in process how many days I have to wait ?

          Dear Airtel I, I am not sure how much money you are deducting from prepaid customers.I have to reload my account almost every 3-4 days with 200rs for just making some local call to mobiles.My mobile number [protected].Whenever I call the call center guys say you are using internet.I use seperate package for internet.if by any chance my internet account go out of credit immediately youl wipe my full amount without any intimation or any of that sort.Complained 100 times.no response.Please just check my recharge history this month(March 2015) atleast and just see how many calls I made and how many times I recharged .Please do necessary action immediately and give my money back.             Hi, Myself Joy Jain, i had called on the 12144 number to get my problem solved but the the service providers person who was on the other side on the call whose name is Mr. Rahul Narute spoke to me in a very bad language and he was very arrogant while speaking. i told him this is not the way to speak to the customer he still continued the same, when i told him ill complain to your senior about this he immediately transferred the call to Kisan Yadav.. that means he was not at all scared of the seniors nor he was scared to get kicked off from the job. This the attitude of the service provider person. i would likean immediate response to it

              sir/mam, my name is opendra singh and I am Airtel's regular customer. I got a massege on 17/03/2015, the massage was if I recharge 99rs. I get 1GB data for 28 days.After read the massage I done recharge within1 hour. but I didn't got 1GB data I get only 300 mb data for 14 days. I was call to customer service 198 but they ignor me and dont setisfied me. so what I do sir/mam. I have that massage in my inbox till now. help me

                  Sir, Being an Air Force personnel with a transferable job, I am an airtel customer for more than 5 years from various circles. It is the customer support and the positive attitude of your personnel of the previous circles (Delhi NCR& Bihar) that prompted me to stick with airtel here at Sirsa Haryana. On 29 Mar 15, I have recharged with Rs.77/- in my mobile No. [protected] after going through the self care (*121#) and checking data services. When I checked, the offer was 500MB 3G data for 14 days. Accordingly, I immediately recharged through SBI freedom installed in my mobile. Message received as "recharge successful, talktime credited 0.0" etc., When I checked data balance and validity it was shown as some 600+ MB and validity 29 Mar. I approached your customer care executive and then his senior yesterday itself and today. They say I have done a wrong recharge and no benefit can be given. It is requested that either the full amount may be refunded or a regular talktime or 3G data may be credited to my number. Looking forward to a positive response from your side

                    Sir I am Ali Azhar and using No [protected] since 15 years. Now on[protected] they deducted Rs 40 from my account vide txn ID N[protected] for airtel nexgtv for 10 days which I never asked. Now again today they have renewed it for 30 days without my consent and deducted Rs 125 from my account. I am now being harassed by Airtel. Getting 121 is very difficult and is a full time job to complain them still I managed to reach them but they are not registering my complain nor refunding my money back which was deducted from my amount without my consent and with out the services being asked for and without using it. Kindly redress my complain and get my deducted amount refunded at the earliest. Sincere regards. Ali Azhar

Company gives us at regular interval tariff plans .on this basis i activate my tariff plan Rs -14 STD+local calls at 30/p for 90 days. But after the recharge of this tariff plan of Rs-14 company give me 1 day validity of 30/p local call. i complaint to airtel costumer but he dos'nt give me satifactory ansews.                         If the recharge is unsuccessful any person in his/her right mind would attempt to do it again. If the transaction is under progress...the same same should be displayed on the screen. thats their error. but the customer care SUPERVISOR claims that to be my error and says "I should have waited for 10 minutes after the attempt." I should wait for 10 minutes to get a mere 26 rupees recharge done from you? Are people mad to get the same pack recharged twice? Cant they see the error? I got an Airtel message pack recharge done on[protected] t 12:00. when I tried to pay through the amount through mobile banking I got a message that the transaction was unsuccessful. so I tried to recharge it again. It was done immediately. But, after 5 minutes...the amount got deducted again. I called up the customer care and spoke to them. They transfered my call to the supervisor. His name is kondalrao/ kondalraju. I explained him everything and then he says I should have called up before. I told him I called him up now and then he says cant refund.

                          Hi, This is Sailesh Reddy and my mobile number is [protected]. I made a request one week ago for migrating from prepaid to postpaid. A guy has come and collected all the documents and collected rs 300 as well. But till now it was not done and when i called the helpline number [protected] there was no proper information and moreover i was told that the request was cancelled. I dont know what was the reason behind cancelling this request after collecting rs 300 from me. I using Airtel since 5 yrs and my minimum bill would be rs 800/month. I was upset with what had happend. Now i am going to raise a complaint in consumer court and also moving from Airtel to Vodaphone due to its worst third party verification vendors. I request to you to file a complaint on Airtel for harassing the customer and pay back the amount i.e 300 i have paid to Airtel.

                            Dear Sir, I have been using Airtel connection from last 8+ years and I have been facing signal issues since last 3 and 1/2 years with Airtel. Regarding the signal problems I am facing, I have raised enough and enough complaints with Airtel call center / services team. There wont be any proper signal for both GSM and 3G services with Airtel (only 0 or 1 bar). Even after numerous complaints which I have raised with Airtel, there is no corrective action taken by Airtel or its services team although they claim to have taken necessary steps. God only know what steps they have taken, but result is nothing but NULL. Time and again they keep giving false promises that the service will improvised and please wait for 2-3 months. Without providing any proper service, they keep advertising about their brand-products and services in this area. They keep luring the consumers with their false offers and I have raised enough complaints with Airtel but all efforts turned out to be fatal. Without properly setting up the infrastructure to support consumers, how can they advertise and sell their services. Airtel has to shut their shops in this area and first invest on infrastructure so that consumers are served properly. . I request your team in directing Airtel through which they rectify the ongoing problems and also behave responsibly with consumers in future, if they fail to do on immediate basis I request you to take this matter seriously to next level and help the consumers by implying penalties on Airtel. my mobile no.: [protected] address: #55/4, SR manor, Shiridi sai nagar 4th A cross, Munnekollala, Marathahalli Bangalore - 560037.                               I have activated 3G services on my mobile number [protected] last month and it has been working fine. After my exceeding my data usage i did top up of Rs. 300 and for 2G network. Even after complaining twice and thrice to customer care my query has not yet benn resolved and those illiterate executives sending mails and sms stating my query has been resolved. Not only these the executive i spoke to me told me that i have already consumed part of some mb already from 3G network pack, How and when is the question??????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Please find attached screenshots where i have received sms and on top you can see network bar where it is clearly showing 2G.

                                Hi sir, I am Nand kumar dubey one of your Airtel prepaid user's having very mobile number : [protected] bought this airtel sim from one of dealer's in Vashundra Ghaziabad up (west). shop name of that dealer is : JBS mobile communication shop no. 7 LGF, sector 13 parsuram chowk near fauji clinic Vashundra Ghaziabad He commited me to provide 35 paisa outgoing calls for local and STD on 128 FRC. but I am not getting the same. I have complaint this issue in Airtel help line complain no. is :CWNGC[protected]. and also one o[censored]r call center agent blocked my airtel no. without my confirmation I am hoping help at least from ur side.

                                  Hello sir, I am Tanmoy roy, from west bengal, my mobile no [protected], , balance deduction with out any cause from my main account balance..your customer care excuitive don’t have manner.many times I called customer care but didnot not pick up my call.when they were received my call..they said you were activated this facilities but I didn't activated any facilities. ? Or your senior excuitive have very bad manner..so please do something

                                      We have been using Airtel Broadband connection for the past 6 years. Last November (2014), we decided to opt for some other service provider and called the customer care for Cancellation. The Executive suggested we can hold on the cancellation request for a month( No charges will be made) and we can revert back to Airtel in case we are satisfied with the other service provider. When I called back on December 2014 to proceed with the cancellation, they said they didn't receive any such cancellation request and started sending me monthly bills. Again we raised a cancellation request and they the cancellation team will get in touch with us since the customer care executive cannot raise a ticket from their end. We received no calls from Airtel and they kept on sending us bills every month. This is been going on for till February 2015. Now they say we have raised the cancellation request only on February and I have to pay 3 months bills for the service which I didn't use. When I called in again, the customer service executive said "We are not concerned whether you used the connection for the past 3 months or not because Broadband connections are postpaid" I am deeply distressed and appalled by the way Airtel treats its customers. Kindly help me take action against Airtel. Reference number:[protected]

                                        Hi, This is Nagesh Chaoukekar From Mumbai..I was facing some Airtel SIgnal related issue with my Number [protected] from 24hrs on28th March, I was unable to access my Internet for whatsapp and other services. SO I tried to call on helpline, I had tried on 198.(So called Complaint Centre number).. The call connected to Some Mr. Sachin..which was in Pune..I was told him full story about my issue. You cant imagine that what he told me..He told me very arrogantly don't do time pass, tell me fast what is the issue.and he is not ready to given transfer to supervisor.. .. I was very surprised that How can Airtel company appoint that foolish and nonsence donkey to provide the services to customer..this conversation happened on evening after 5.30/- pm.SO plz pull out the recording of the call..Tell me what was my falult..And speciallly I want to talk with that representive in conference in front of his supervisor.. So all depends upon u...If i Didnt received any call regarding this i will go to really consumer forum and sue on you guys...Reallly...
