I have Bill dispute with Airtel. According to me the justifiable legitimate amount is Rs 5177/- and Airtel is demanding Rs. 23, 279/- They confirmed activating international roaming and then send me international roaming charges. This is clear cheating and fraud. Since 9th March they are calling all my relatives, friends and family and giving threatening calls in abusive language for extortion of money. They are threatening my family with kidnapping threats. Airtel is adopting all unethical and illegal practices. I have complained to Nodal Officer and Appelate officer also. They replied with apology but the threatening calls are still coming.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Request your intervention. I have also lodged police complaint. I wrote email to DOT, TRAI, Min. of Telecommunication, Secretary DOT. But Airtel is not stopping this nonsense. Please Help.

First of all I will request you to thoroughly scrutinize all my communication through email to Airtel from 5th August till date.
I have two numbers [protected] which is use for Voice calling and [protected] for Data Card.
Against [protected] Airtel is demanding Rs. 23, 279 whereas legitimate amount payable is Rs. 5, 177.32Against [protected] Airtel is demanding Rs. 39, 000 without any detail itemized bill issued till date. I had requested for International Roaming (Malaysia) Voice Pack for Rs. 1, 500/- for 15 days and Rs 999/- for Data Pack for 15 days as quoted by Airtel Ms Sumithra dated 5th Aug.2014. Please refer my confirmation to activate these two services by email dated 8th Aug.2014 to Airtel. On 10th Aug. 2014 I had called Airtel on 121 customer care services to reconfirm activation. Airtel confirmed the service has been activated.
Airtel has billed me for Full Roaming Charges which is illegimitate. Throughout my communications with Airtel since Aug 2014. I am requesting for scrutinizing the bills by Airtel which Airtel is not doing.
Since 9th March Airtel have started harassing my Family, my Relatives and my Friends for extorting money. The dispute pertaining to Billing is between Airtel and Mr Vijay Shelke and it is a Civil Matter. There is No reason Airtel to give all my CONFIDENTIAL contact numbers to Recovery Agents of Airtel and do the abusive and threatening calls to my family, relatives and friends. This harassment is still going as on date since 9th March 2015. The calls are made from following numbers and the names of callers are also mentioned.
Shweta Tiwari, Sadhana Singh, Ms Shreya Shukla, Amit, are continuously making threatening and abusive calls from Airtel numbers i.e. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
Let me inform you that we have recorded voice of all these calls and all of my contacts have obtained itemized bills wherein these numbers appear. I have atleast 15 persons who have given their statements to testify the abusive and threatening language used by Airtel.
We have already lodged Police Complaint in Borivali Police Station. We are Filing case in Consumer Court.We are collecting and justifiable documentary evidence against Airtel for Airtels Criminal Acts of Threatening, Extortion, Harrassement, Abusive Language, Kidnaping and Torture. Now, I would only like to request you to advise your recovery agents to stop calling my contacts and threatening. I am in Malaysia and returning back to India on 17th April 2015. I would like to come to Airtel Office and discuss with you in person and clarify the mistakes of Airtel in billing.
Let me inform you that Rs 70, 000/- is petty amount for me. But I will not pay until Airtel produce justifiable satisfactory documentary evidence.
Once again I request you to wait until 20th April 2015 until I come back to India and discuss the matter. If this threatening calls still continue apart from legal action I will also approach Media with all the justifiable documentary evidence I have to expose Airtels unethical and illegal practices to harass consumers. I am active social activist of Borivali-East and active worker of one of the major political party. I have discussed to my party and have also decided to conduct Peaceful Protest March to Airtel HQ accompanied by Media in first week of May 2015.
I will be personally approaching all statutory authorities and SEBI to conduct investigation into "Airtels Ethical Code of Conduct and Governance".
I will personally approach Honbl. Minister of Telecommunication, Min. of Home Affairs, DOT, TRAI in New Delhi to look into this matter seriously.
I will personally approach and plead Honerable Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi and plead for justice. And I will request him to investigate the unethical practices and system adopted by Airtel.
I am requesting you once again to pull up these recovery agents and stop harassment. Kindly reply me with your mobile number so that I can call you and talk to you.

I told him that only Rs 5, 177.32 is the legitimate bill and I am ready to make the payment by cash immediately subject to confirmation email from Airtel accepting billing mistake and agree to accept the amount of Rs 5, 177.32.

I emailed him all the trailing emails of communication with Airtel since August 2015. Talked to him over the phone and he was convinced. He promised to take up the matter with Billing Section and send me corrected bill within 15 days.

Regret to inform you that I have to take stern action due to unethical
practices adopted by Airtel an reputed organization. The problem was for

documentary evidence to prove that Airtel is guilty in its action. The Law will
take its own course of action. However, if from immediate affect the harassment
calls do not stop to all my contacts I will approach media where I have strong
relationship. I will also post the issue on Facebook, Watsapp, Twitter and all
social sites which are viewed my millions in India and abroad. I have a million
contacts in my network who have agreed to support me on this matter.
