    well we all know that without net usage these smart phones are nothing. So network provides the data pack for 28 days for certain amount which i do recharge every month, but when the validity of the data pack expires there comes the problem we get deducted from the talk time balance amount like anything for eg, usage of 10 Kb for some rupees.. The main problem is that no prior intimation is been given on the expiry date of the data pack which leads to loss of the amount in the main balance. Certainly we can't be aware of every month expiry date with this, so its the responsibility of the network to provide us the intimation message. But when i spoke to the customer executive they said that intimation has been given for which i didn't receive any information ..As a matter of fact i lost 107 rupees because of this, . When i asked for the refund they said its not possible since it was my fault for not having seen the net pack expiry.. i would like to know what can be done. this has happened for me twice. i do need the suggestions, thanks.

      Hi, I have purchased online plan "Airtel-UL-Super Max Plus 1099 9GB" from Airtel Broadband from this link http://www.airtel.in/broadband-and-fixed-line/broadband/tarrifs & had pay 1, 000 INR from my credit card. Before purchasing I have already taken confirmation from the customer support of Airtel is my area is eligible or not for the connection, they assured me that my area is eligible for the connection after that I have make my payment. After 2 days when I have not received any call, sms or email from the Airtel I made a call to the customer support, then they said my area is not eligible for the connection & I'll get my refund back within 20 days through the cheque, I ask to him why do I wait for 20 days, they said to me this is the procedure, I also ask question to him "before payment I have asked to your customer support in chat they assured me that my area is eligible for the connection but now you are refusing why?" They have no any answer of my question. I'm really very disappointed from the Airtel Broadband customer support & their working style which is very painful for the customer. So, the bottom of the line "First take connection then pay" otherwise you'll also wait so long for your own money. I don't know my money will return to me or not in 20 days but I hope for the best.             I was having a double data offer for my new phone Samsung A5 which I bought on 19th February 2015.On2015.On 20th February 20152015 I recharged my prepaid mobile with 3g pack of 1gb for 30 days As per offer I should have got double the given data, eeven if I activated by visited www.airtellive.com/offers but nothing credited into my account. Then i called customer care thy told me that iit will be ccredited to your account whwhen purchased ppack wwill expire whwhich wawas 21st mMarch. Nothing hahappened. Now pplease i am sending purpurchase bill aand advertisement of data offeroffer on mobile box. Mohammad Shafi

              I had made one recharge of rs. 1000 on 16th March through recharge it now, due to some issue with airtel network my money got deducted but there were no recharge took place. After calling your airtel customer care for numerous times, I got to know that my recharge did not happen and I shall get my amount back in my credit card within 7 working days. To follow up, I called yesterday; the person who received my phone was rude to the core and was unable to reply. I asked him to put me through someone who is either senior or any email id where I can share my issues. But the person just refused all stating that I should just talk to him. I found him extremely unprofessional thus decided to disconnect my call. After few minutes, your airtel guy called me from some personal no ([protected]) thrice back to back and only spoke nonsense. I then threatened him to give his no to police. After another half n hour or so I realized that all facilities from my phone has been barred for no reason. Me and my friend again called airtel delhi customer care no multiple times but failed to get any clarity. We were further assured that we will receive a call from airtel but that too never happened. Finally my sister visited airtel office today and we were shocked to know that my phone has been barred because that from Airtel has written that my phone has been stolen.

                on saturday i take postpaid number from airtel office they said number will be start with in 2 day.. And the number is not satrt due to this lose of my study. Then they said on monday sim will start agin number is not start.. And present day they said at 10 pm number will start and again number is not start.. 5 day has gone my lot of time is waste and they give wrong information tO me. I getting frustrated.. Plz take some strict action soo they can giVe right information in future.

                    I bought airtel sim on 18th March 2015 from the person named veera([protected]).Inspite of telling that i wont be at home after 9 the offical came for verification at 12 on the next day(19th march 2015) and went back without verification.The person who came for verification is not picking([protected]) up the call for then onwards. The address verification has been completed on 21st of march, 2015.Still the number is not getting Activated.I made 3 complains before for the same and the response was the no will be activated on 24th march 2015 but when i made a complain today(24th march 2015) the representative told the no complain has been registered to my number. i have already made a consumer court complaint for the same and the reference is 146769.4.2015.

                        I bought an Airtel Sim no. [protected] at Bangalore ( Cunningham street) on Friday 20th March. Firstly the verification call was given ONLY on Monday 23rd March After verification the sim was activated. I wanted it converted to Micro-Sim. I called 59059 and my details were verified. I was told not to call any number and after 15 minutes I was given a micro-sim which has not been activated till NOW. Hope you would be able to resolve the issue . I called 121 & was connected to Divya and she said it would take minimum of 24 hrs. to activate. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE My alternate number is [protected]

                        I approached the Airtel store in Marathahalli, Bangalore on 27th May 2015 to get a micro SIM instead of a normal SIM which I was using for my mobile number [protected]. The process was very fast to get the Micro SIM - submitted the ID proof, address proof and photograph, and at 5:55 PM on 27th May I got an SMS from AX-AIRSIM reading &#039; Important Update: SIM change request has been initiated for airtel mobile [protected]. If not requested for SIM change, SMS NSIM to 52212 immediately&#039;. When I took the new micro SIM the staff at the store informed me that the new SIM would activated in 4 hours. But till now it is not activated. I contacted the customer care by phone and e-mail and both informed me that they do not see any SIM change request against my account and asked me to contact the store from where I bought the new micro SIM. I am completely confused now on what to do.

                        Few days back I changed my Tata DOCOMO SIM from normal to Micro and the new SIM was activated in 30 minutes, then why it is taking some much time and effort to get the same service from Airtel.

                        I would request a solution i.e. activation of the new SIM card at the earliest possible.

                          Airtel sucks! Once I bought a recharge coupon and when I enterd the code it said "code invalid". I lost my 20rs. Another day, I bought an internet card of 120 MB for 25rs and activated it. But when I started using internet, the data balance just disappeared. That happened to me twice. Recently, I bought a internet card of the same price and activated it. I again bought an internet card and just clicked on two links and the data balance suddenly became 45 MB. This is real . Airtel really sucks!

                              Hi Team, I am Birbal and my mobile number is [protected]. Today i recharge my number with 102 rupees recharge which gives me 300 MB 3G data. Recharge was successfully and even after that I used my data and my balance got deducted from my main balance. Please do the needful for the same and refund me my amount as soon as possible. now a days i am facing lots of issue with airtel. if it is like that then i will move to other operator.                                 After recharging it, i was devasted to find out that i didn't get that offer as promised. So after knowing that, i immediately rang up the customer services. They said to me that, the servers are down due to maintanances and also told me to wait for atleat 4 hours... I wait for atleast 5 hours and again contact the customer services. This time the main Senior supervisor they told me that the offer has been expired. The main reason for recharging this Rs.449 3g pack was due to the offer.                                   On 22nd march 2015 i paid rs 250/ to the Delhi vender for recharging my above no..and recharged successfully but later i come to know that the number was disconnected due to five months gap.May i know how it was recharged successfully .Nonactivation of my mobile number causing a lot of inconvience and discomforts .Kindly do the needful to redress my grevience and let me know the status.                                     I have had a post paid connection from Air Tel since 2002 (Mobile no[protected]. I changed it to a prepaid in 2007. I have been living in the UK for the last 8 years and my family have been keeping this number active in Chennai by making a few calls and texts every month. Last week I found that my connection was disconnected. I wrote to the Chennai Nodal Office on email and they told me that it had been blocked because I was making 'telemarketing calls'. The last call made from my phone was on 30th jan - This was to book a gas with Indane. Air Tel disconnected my phone on 13th March - without any prior warning. 1. Air Tel did not intimate me by email or text or call that my number would be disconnected 2. Air Tel claims that I have made telemarketing calls - which I deny. They have no evidence to back up their claim that my number is being used for telemarketing. I have exchanged emails with them since last week asking for proof - the time, dates and numbers to which these telemarketing calls were made. But they have not been able to provide proof. 3. I have asked for a direct number of someone I can talk to in air tel. No answer so far All I get is the same email saying that my number has been blocked under NDNC barring. I have all my bank and utility bills linked to this mobile number. I have exchanged over 20 emails with Air Tel in the last 6-7 days and I am getting the same ridiculous reply from air tel. They are not being helpful. Really don't understand how my number which I have had for 12 years can be blocked as air tel have no evidence to back their claim This is not my first bad experience with Air Tel. End of last year I sound that my number was suddenly in someone else's name. Though I had been the owner since 2002. Had to go through all the paper work again. Get my old Sim disconnected. And get the same number back in a new SIM as a new account

                                        Respected Sir, This is to inform you that I, Supra Ghosh of Sankrail-Ramchandrapur-Howrah-711313 is not able to send SMS since6/7 yrs.I had lost my father a month ago and all his responsibilities are on me(ie-gas booking, electricity bill payment etc.) I am facing lots of problem for it. Whether i am not a Indian citizen? or a criminal.Why I will suffer for it After collecting all the documents, enquery the company had started my Airtel mobile no.-[protected].
