Hi, I have subscribed for a 3G (60mb)plan for Rs 23 . The plan got activated but I am not getting 3G speed. The network is still showing E(edge) whereas it should show (H+) i.e. 3G I have also checked the 3G setting on my phone multiple times and found them correct. Last weekend I had taken the same plan and it went fine . I also dialled 198 customer care, but it was of no use as the customer care guy did not know what to do and transferred call to his senior, kept me on hold for around 20 min and then disconnected. My airtel number is [protected] . Thanks Abhishek .

I had need using Airtel broadbanbroadband ..while on convention there agent told me will have 1000rs refunded amount after 4months minimum use ..now I m disconnecting and they where rerefusing to give. I m student. If this kind of thing I knew thn why should I prefer airtel... I want u ppl to help me so that this tytype of private company to fool customers Varun [protected]

          There is a scheme in Airtel Money if we pay electricity bill we get 10₹ balance in Prepaid account. I payed last 4 times electricity bill payment from my airtel money number [protected].But I have not got benifits of scheme. I complained many times in Airtel Money. But they told me to complain Airtel Prepid. If I call Airtel Prepaid, they tell me to call to Airtlel Money. Please solve comlaint.

              I have been tried to recharge for my prepaid mobile account +91 [protected] through online at three times and it’s not been successful due to the technical reason. But the amount has been deducted from my Credit card. The Transaction details which are failed to recharge have mentioned below.               I have been received an email from this site after the complaint here. It’s stating that the representative of company will replay me within several days.
              I got a call from a person who introduced him as a company representative next day. He called by this +91 [protected]. He said that he calling behalf of Airtel customer care and he want to take an immediate attention on my request since it has been escalated through Indian consumer complaints forum. He asked my Bank and credit card details to pay back the amount. Unfortunately I disclosed my credit card number, Name and CVV number as I am new user of Credit card. I got a doubt on that person since he has asked my date of birth and other information also. I have disconnected and called to my Bank immediately and blocked the card. I got three calls from the same number when I was communicating with banker. So guys, Please disclose any personal or confidential information here since it can reach to some fraud hands also .

                Dear Sir / Madam, I the undersigned Mr. SANDEEP PATIL is customer of AIRTEL DTH & my Customer ID is [protected]. I didn't recharge this account last 9months due to recharge rate is Rs.325. But last month february last week call was came from AIRTEL head office, Mrs. PRIYANKA was told me, "One Offer for you - If you will recharge Rs. 209 for the same pack/month, & from next month recharge only Rs. 199 / month" I recharged Rs. 209 on 26th feb 2015. but my recharge was finished before the complete of one month on 15th march 2015. Then I was called on 15th march 2015, nobody can take action on this, then again I was called on 19th March 2015 almost all 10-15 times on[protected] / [protected]. Every time pickup the phone & when they listen my name then keep the phone down. Then I called to Customer care[protected] & talk about this, they are also not take care about this, then I asked about Consumer Number regarding for complaint, but they told me, we don't have consumer no. This is my Humble Request to you, please take action on this. My Contact Number is [protected].

                I got a sms from company.which says to recharge with rs79 for 1 GB data.I have recharged with rs 79 but received neither data nor any balance.When I called their custumar care no. They refused me to any type of benefits.So my money went totaly waste.

                  Hi, From my CITI bank credit card, a fraud payment of Rs.5, 040 has been made to Airtel PYMT-BIll today -20th MARCH @ about 12.30 PM. 588932 is the Authorization Code provided to me by the Bank. Could you please reverse out the amount and credit it back to my credit card. Appreciate your help on the same. This seems to be an online transaction done using my card details.

This started in Nov 2014, The 4G number was Activated then followed by my Port in number which took almost a month to activate as the PORT in number submitted by the Airtel representative was incorrect. This happened for 2 instances, and lastly my number got activated, Then I had issue with Internet connection followed with the getting one of the Prepaid Airtel number added to my plan family. But my 4g number was not added to my plan family, I had been continuously chasing Airtel outlet for information, but no positive response. Now another issue was regarding the invoice for the my plan family, no sms notification or email on outstanding bill received. Being worried of overcharges I went to Airtel Outlet and asked for the outstanding about and payment due date. Payment due date was already passed as notified the executive I made the payments however no receipts or bill copy were provided. I raised these concern at Help at Hand with above provided references that raised additional issues for me. My request was to have 4G number added to My plan Family, with a given parent number. I cleared all the outstanding unbilled amount as requested by Help at Hand executive. Now the request was closed with a change request, which removed my other 2 numbers from my plan family and a new bill per number is generated. My simple request was to add the 4G dongle in my plan family or to have it included in a consolidated bill for primary number [protected]. I never said I need to remove my other numbers from my plan family and have a separate individual bill per number. All numbers back under my plan family with immediate effect. I need Airtel to fix these issues and get all the things aligned along with compensation for all the issues I faced and this non professional customer approach from Airtel. NOTE : The same email had been sent to Nodal officer and customer care email address on 18th March however still no reply or acknowledgement received. Regards Nadeem Baig

                      I am using an Airtel no. [protected] And on Thursday[protected], even i had enough balance which was more than 30 rupees, am getting an automatic call that " you don't have enough balance so to get an advance of Rs. 30 press 1 and to get Rs. 10 press 3 ". I tried for 1 hour to make a call but could not success. So i thought of calling to customer care where i talked to a person name YOGESH, who told me that my call will be forwarded to technical head, but that was a lie and my call got hanged up. Then i tried a lot to get in touch with customer care but couldn't. Then without any other option i follow the procedure to get the advance talk time of Rs. 10 as told to me by that machine. After that i was able to make a call again. But since this Friday morning[protected] i am again getting these automatic machine voice telling me to take advance talk time. I don't know what AIRTEL is planning, but right now i am quite frustrated and going to throw this Airtel sim if requires.

                            Recently I purchased a data plan for 3g service. I had made a recharge of 152 which give 350mb 3g data and 350mb 2g data. After 2-3 days, I had a balance of 108mb of 3g data left and switched off the data connection. After an hour I switched on the data Connection again for checking some of my banking queries using the netbanking application and after doing that I disabled the data connection. And found out that the 3g data of almost 100 mb was over in mere 5-10 mins. So for this purpose i called customer care and even he hung up the call saying that he will transfer the call to his senior. This is a very bad customer service as Airtel is only cheating it's customers

                              Very Good Morning to you all, This mail is regarding my complaint issue to Air tell Wifi Dongle Connection on number[protected]. During Purchase of your Airtel Dongle it was clearly informed that that dongle can be free and unlocked anytime during my request. Also as your prior confirmation by your associate only it was proved that it can unlocked. Don't try to hide the truth behind your greediness, as per TRAI and Government guidelines only "none communication device like Mobile/Dongle or communication media if purchased by customer cannot be locked till consumer really interested for doing so." There is no privileges for Mobile operator to use it for own good sake. Than why you are creating your own rule if you can lock (by OEM supplier) you can unlock also don't try to fool consumers, this our own citizen of India. What you try to proof by fooling our own nation people that you are very clever and can play, trick and conspire with your own citizen people emotion. Such a shame on you all This Airtel Operator have cheated me badly on the name of providing me new dongle and confirmed 6gb will be free while I will purchase a new dongle of Rs 2000/ Same I purchased it on 18th Feb-2015 and they said it need to activate my 6gb while initiating it portal airtellive/offers There I hardly used 1 day the complete 6gb went in drain/data all used, Airtel people said I have consumed 6gb withing a day.and I need to pay more to use Airtel Company is cheating on name giving 6gb but reality they are misguiding customer via providing only 2 gb maximum and after these they show that I have used all 6 gb. These trick they are using only for selling Airtel Wifi dongle. In my case also, after my 2gb usage they disconnected my Airtel wifi connection and showed I have used all. Atlast I executed mail to their nodal and appellate Authority but till now I didnt have response from their end. They arent acknowledging my mail even. So my pledge request, please look into this crucial and harmfull matter since customer also getting cheated on name of 6gb where truth Airtel is only giving 2gb on name of 6gb Mine great warm regards to you all.                                 I have a complaint that i have an AIRTEL prepaid mobile number of DELHI and which i was not using since 1 month but when i suddenly used this SIM on my mobile since then it's not working ... Network Signals are still coming very nicely but it's showing "only for Emergency calls", i want to know the reason. why is this being happened ? According to me the justifiable legitimate amount is Rs 5177/- and Airtel is demanding Rs. 23, 279/- They confirmed activating international roaming and then send me international roaming charges. This is clear cheating and fraud. Since 9th March they are calling all my relatives, friends and family and giving threatening calls in abusive language for extortion of money. They are threatening my family with kidnapping threats. Airtel is adopting all unethical and illegal practices. I have complained to Nodal Officer and Appelate officer also. I am requesting for scrutinizing the bills by Airtel which Airtel is not doing. Since 9th March Airtel have started harassing my Family, my Relatives and my Friends for extorting money. There is No reason Airtel to give all my CONFIDENTIAL contact numbers to Recovery Agents of Airtel and do the abusive and threatening calls to my family, relatives and friends. This harassment is still going as on date since 9th March 2015. The calls are made from following numbers and the names of callers are also mentioned. Let me inform you that we have recorded voice of all these calls and all of my contacts have obtained itemized bills wherein these numbers appear.
