I have been trying to change my post paid airtel connection from post paid tp prepaid since Jan 2015. First they replied that I have to visit any of their offices in AP only. On my return to AP on[protected] I started visiting their offices . Since[protected] I have been visiting airtel offices at Musheerabad and Narayanaguda Hyderabad. But they are refusing to convert my Mob. No. [protected] from post paid to prepaid . I have already complained to AIRTEL and they gave a Ref. No. [protected] on[protected] but there is no response from them since then.

For 4 numbers we didn't we use and already we told to Block the Number, but your are charging the Rental amount for 3 mobile numbers & 1 DC number. Moreover we are not receiving proper Bill from your end. There is no no reply & response . Like these We are facing so many struggle by using this network, for your information we are stating that we are going to change the Network. 1.[protected] - number, now not in use 2.[protected] - number, now not in use 3.[protected] - number, now not in use 4.       Iam using airtel prepaid mobile number from last 3 years . Today I was surfing net, then suddenly an ad promoting airtel videostore pop up, i click on back button but I dont know how this service get activated and i got a message telling about activation of service and deduction of 15 rupees. I immidiately called 121 customer care and deactivate this service, i ask respective customer care representative to refund my money, he rather than refunding my deducted balance starts arguing with me and said that it was my fault so i had to bear this loss of deducted balance. I am really annoyed and disappointed by this behaviour of such a reputed company and i strongly demand my money back as the service is not used .
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      As the service is not used by me and i immidiately call 121 Customer care to deactivate the service, paying for the call at 50 paise per 3 minutes, so it is my right to get my money back.
      I hope my Money will be refunded as soon as possible and if not, then i must be provided with a valid reason to take any step.

        Hi, I was using Airtel Post paid No. [protected] from previous few month back but due to unexpected bill i was port my no. to other operator, my concern is this i was port my No. On 9th Jan.2015 but i have not received any mail of My bill till Date so that i make that payment and unfortunately my no. is now restricted due to unpaid. i want to say that there is last bill that is Rs. 586 this is unfair amount this is Internet charger for 1 day only this is totally unfair i want to reverse that amount which is charge for Internet uses for 1 day. total amount is Rs.1508 Please reverse my amount otherwise i have to port my all airtel connection i using many airtel connection but never face problem like this.i requested to you please do the needful so that i would make the payment.

          I feel like cheated by Airtel. They are charging me for the services I have not requested for and top of it no one from Airtel is responding. On paper they have nodal officer, appellate authority, 121 and many more. However, all exist only to meet compliance. Government orders have no meaning for them as they have own set of rules and regulations.

            Dear Consumer/Airtel, we have been experiencing the problem repeatedly. Yesterday(18/3/15) night 11.36 Pm i was activated the Rs 5 Airtel Internet Pack with 25MB for a day . But i used the pack, 12.07 Am (19/3/15), just an half an housr, there is no download just used whatapp and some browing. At the time of internet day pack recharge they have taken Rs 5 and the remaining balance Rs 163 (screen shot attached) . But after an 20 minutes, i got deducted Rs 30. when raised my concern to Karnataka Airtel customer care, they have replied imporper manner, they are telling whereever want you can raise the complaint. you can't claim your refund Rs30 in anyway. so that i am going to apply for the PORTING to change some other network due to bad way of airtel cheating. Immediately concern teams shoud investigate the problem give me the refund back. On my first complaint i provided evidence of deduction Rs 75 main account balance- No response or any action was taken by airtel. on my second complaint, i am alos providing evidence, Rs 30 deduction from main balance- i hope there is no action will be taken, just they will add comment as action was taken already. We belive consumer complaints, we dont believe Airtel cheating organization

              I HAVE REQUESTED FOR MNP FOR MY EXISTING AIRCEL NO [protected]. I WANT TO SWICH IT FOR AIRTEL. I SUBMITTED MY COMPLETE DOCUMENTS AT BERHAMPUR, ODISHA AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE CENTERE (INCHARGE MR GOPI) AT GANDHI NAGAR BERHAMPUR ODISHA. LAST 6 DAYS BACK MY AIRCEL NUMBER DISCONNECTED AND PORTED MY NUMBER TO AIRTEL. BUT IT IS VERY SAD TO SAY WHEN I PUT THE NEW AIRTEL SIM INTO MY MOBILE PHONE, I SEE THAT SIM CAN NOT REGISTER. LATER I GET TO KNOW DUE TO WRONG SIM NUMBER ENTRY BY THE AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE I COULD NOT GET NETWORK WHICH WAS PROVIDED BY AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE. PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER BECAUSE THE ABOVE NUMBER IS MY BUSINESS NUMBER. IF SOME BODY DIALING MY NUMBER THE VOICE SAYS LIKE "THIS THIS AIRTEL NUMBER IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE". NOW THE AIRTEL CARE PEOPLES ARE CARELESSLY RESPONDING ME ABOUT MY UNSUCCESSFUL PORTING.

              Dear Sir/Madam, Thanks for your support. For your kind information I would like to inform you that I know it has been already ported to airtel network, but after ported I incerted new AIRTEL sim in to my mobile, which was provided by Airtel Office, Berhampur, Odisha. Later I get to see CAN NOT REGISTER SIM. The next day when I inquired this matter to Airtel Office (where I requested for porting), the Airtel centre incharge Mr Gopi. along with his executive lady officer checked in their system and told me the wrong sim serial number entered by airtel office. The serial number displaying in their system is completely different from my sim serial number provided by Airtel Office Berhampur. So as they required I again submitted my Id & address proof and a passport size photograph. But still 5 days passed the concerned customer service lady appointed at Berhampur airtel office is only responding me that she has emailed on this matter to their higher authority to correction the wrong entry of serial number and solve the issue. I have asked her to provide her higher authority's contact number but she has not given me and telling me wait for some more days. She could not reply me the exact date or time to solve my matter. I have told her that the said number is my business number for which I have faced loss of lakhs of rupees for communication fail. Please take this matter as an urgent basis to solve the matter. For the mistake of Airtel office due to their wrong entry of sim serial number the issue created. I could not understand a big brand in telecommunication is doing such an useless customer support.They are not caring the people. Thanks

              Myself Deepak Naik, presently i am using vodafone network, I have received call from airtel executives by requesting for Port. I have agreed and submitted docs though an email. Later i have received SIM card also. but there was no response from them. If i call back to same number they are disconnecting.                 I made a call to Airtel customer service for a 4G dongle. They sent me a sales person who sold me the dongle and convinced me to opt for 3g & 4g combo plan. Next months she came picked up 4 months bills as advance and did not post it for months. Airtel barred my account on Feb 26. Then when I raised the concern to 121 they reactivated my account but the amount was not processed yet. The sales person is not reachable, her manager could not post the payment. Right now I have been robbed in fair daylight. Is it possible not to trust the same person who sold the product to pay for bills?

                    I am a resident of Chennai, and I have a very limited option of broadband services, so I chose airtel. Initially their service was good, internet was decent, service was decent, but over time all their standards dropped severely. The past 3 months ive had the Most frequently disconnecting internet service Possible. They sent their good for nothing service advisor who has promised me atleast 10 times that the cable has been cut and replaced and they fixed it. The internet will work for the evening, by 9-10 in the night it's gone. I'm bloody Fed up. DO NOT GET AIRTEL. EXPENSIVE IS ALL THEY ARE.

                      Dear Sir/Mam, I have got airtel dishtv installed on 7th march. The executive (sales) charged me according to mega pack which includes every channel and have applied a downgraded pack. This dealer have been procastinating the change of plans since 7th and is not pickpicking up the phone.. Have talked on customer care. Issue resolved but irresponsible behaviour of airtel dealers.

                        I had done recharge of Rs. 198/- at 6:30 PM on 18/03/2015 through net banking. On internet as per your tariff on the home page screen you are offering 650 MB data on the recharge of Rs. 198/-. But till 30 min after the recharge i have not got the balance. then i called to customer care no. Mr. Santosh Varma told me that "we are offering 25500 sec airtel to other mob. on recharge of 198/-. then i asked him for 25500 sec which i have not received till yet. then he cut my call. I have all the details of transaction with you, all the screen shots of your tariff which is shown on your web site. kindly suggest how to get my balance either 650 MB data or 25500 seconds.

                            Dear Sir, I complaint to airtel (Airtel relationship manager, Mobile No- [protected]) regarding network problem in my office area. My office located in Udyod Vihar, Phase-4, Gurgaon, Haryana. I regular fallow up from last two month but no result. I am useing the corporate airtel plan, we have more than 100 numbers of Airtel, from last two months I am getting complaint by my office staff that in office area network voice breaking, phone netwok showing good network but when call by some one on our number, he is getting that the mobile phone that you are calling it's not reachable. We have sale office in gurgaon and our mobile communication is very important for our business. I call several time to airtel regarding this problem but geting no solution. I have oney one and last option that is MNP to other oprater, that I don't want to do. But if airtel not give service we have to move some other oprater. In my office area airtel already installed the Booster, my be it's not working. I communicate to airtel regarding the booster that send some one to check the booster but no one come to my office.                               The owner of the phone is using this phone for LIC policy sales purpose, and when people deny to take the policy they are badly abusing them. If Bharti telecom didn't take the action we have to go to police and lauch a complaint to TRAI. Today some one called to me on my office no. [protected] and abused a lot. Kindly do the needful to stop all this.

                                I DR NAMRATA SAGOLE USGING TATA DOCOMO NETWORK FOR LAST 5 YRS BUT DUE TO NETWORK CONNECTIVITY I WANTED TO PORT TO AIRTEL FOR THE SAME I HAD SUBMITTED NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO AIRTEL EXPREESS NEAR TELEPHONE EXCHANGE NAGPUR. I HAD PORT FIRST IN THE FIRST WEEK OF FEBRUARY 2015 & PAID ALL MY AMOUNT TO TATA DOCOMO WITH EXTRA MONEY ON THE SAME DAY. I PURCHASED AIRTEL SIM FOR 250=00. I RECEIVED CALLED FOR TATA DOCOMO FOR THE SAME NECESSARY TALK WAS MADE BUT WHEN I CONTACT MS MEGHA MESHRAM IN YOUR AIRTEL OFFICE SHE TOLD ME TO PORT AGAIN BUT MNP WAS NOT DONE THEN AGAINS ASKING FOR THE SAME I DID MNP PORTING AGAINT BUT WITH NO RESULT. SO ON 18/03/2015 I SENT MY PERSON FOR ENQUIRY MS MEGHA MESHRAM VERY RUDLY TALKED WITH HIM & BLAMED US THAT WE HAD'T PAY TATA DOCOMO BILL. BUT AT EVERY TIME WE MAID PAYMENT & GAVE THE RECEIPT TO HER. I AM SHOCKED TO HEAR SUCH WORD FROM HER. NOW WHAT ABOUT THE DOCUMENTS & PHOTOS WHICH I HAD SUBMITTED IF SOME ONE MISUSE IT. PLEASE TRY TO SEE THE PROBLEM & SOLVED IT AT THE EARLISET.

                                  Dear team, I have very very bad experience with Nellore (Andhra pradesh) near madras bus stand show room. I gave documents and paid money to convert my post paid number to prepaid. And I got the prepaid sim also . They said it will converte in to 48 hours.its been 20 days but it did not happened. When we visit the showroom and ask they are saying that system is down. Every time same answer. Such a care less employees and management. Please do take an action and solve my problems. Also please close this store or change the employees and take new ppl who can do work for the customers. I made many calls to 121 to complaint abt it. One of the complaint no#60715015.

                                    My name is Suresh. My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I am tremendous worried and disgusted on airtel. Suddenly I have been notified via sms on 18th march, 2015 that “LAILA has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- rupees has been deducted for 7 days. I never want it. I stopped the service immediately.

                                      I have made a recharge on mobile no [protected] by airtel online recharge portal http://www.airtel.in/mobile/prepaid/recharge-online of amount 171 for 2G Internet by choosing region UP East. But this no belongs to UP West. Now I want to refund my money as soon as possible.Transaction ID is 694562.

                                        hi sir, my name is rakshan raaj and my contact number is [protected], ... i am in need of 4 airtel broadband connections and i have requested airtel to provide us feasibility. but airtel is not providing us. airtel man says that he need reference of 15 people then only he will put connection. where i will go and search for 15 peoples, if they provide feasibility then only people wil buy connections but these airtel people are asking me to take 15 connections. airtel is waste and worst service provider and worst customer satisfaction.
