I talk to airtel senior custmer care but he not any action in my problem

    I have written an email to airtel suport at ([protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@in.airtel.com) that my donggle is not working for last 2 months and I am not getting appropriate help if I call support desk. They registered my complaint and gave me deadline till 23rd March, but still my issue is not resolved. They have given me the reference number(C3GDC[protected] but if I am trying to track my service request from airtel site (http://www.airtel.in/forme/home/needhelp/complaint-search) It is showing no records found. This means they have just given me the reference number but it seems the complaint has not been registered at all. Please help as there is no one from Airtel taking this seriously. This is causing my office work to suffer.

      I have registered a complaint for network problem, request no. PR[protected] to Airtel. In the status of complaint, it is shown as complaint is closed, without even calling me. The way of treating customers is very bad. Need apology from the company as well as improved signals in my area (kalyan W)

        While searching song in the google, suddenly airtel nexgtv popped-up and deducted Rs125 from main balance. Immediately contacted customer contact for deactivation and refund but they denied for refund. Airtel is looting from customers for unwanted services and worst customer care support. Please deactivate and refund the same.

          i am received two massage from airtel recharge with rs. 99 get 1 GB 3G data for 28 days. I am recharge with Rs.99 on same day but I have received only 300 MB data regarding this I am filled complaint but after 72 hour that is not solved and till time not received my extra data so please solve this problem earliest if not I am taken higher action again customer court.               My number is [protected]. Airtel uses this cheap tactic of Autorenewing packs unnecessarily to get some revenue. When i already had an internet pack in use, airtel renewed my special Whatsapp pack for Rs.38/-. I want a refund of my money back to my main account after cancellation of the autorenewal.

                I recharged 3 prepaid Chennai numbers for full talktime of Rs 200 recently[protected]mine) and 2 others of my wife and father. I recevied balance of only Rs. 175. I have been recharging for same amount several years now and always get Rs. 200 full talktime. Suddenly they changed something at backend I am getting only Rs. 175 talktime irrespective of how I charged (online account, iphone app, android app and ipad app). The apps clearly mention Rs. 200 listed as first option among Full Talktime list along with Rs. 330, 440, 500 and 1000 (see attachment). I have wasted several hours talking to customer rep including supervisor but they wont just say anything properly. I have already started MNP for all my numbers including cancelling my mother postpaid and internet connection. Arrogant cheaters.

                I received a call next day from a number +[protected]. The guy said he is from Airtel and will give lot of credit to resolve my complaint and he asked for my bank, credit card number etc. Initially I thought someone is really calling from Airtel but then when he kept insisting on bank and credit card details I realised he is a fraud. What a fraud scam is going on using the complaints on this website!! Please beware and don't share any bank details if someone offers you to give credit on your account. As if it was not sufficient to deal with one cheater(Airtel) now we have to deal with so many cheaters.

                I feel sorry for the parents of the guy on how they have brought him up in life and he has to beg for money from others.

                  To The managing director, Airtel Subject: regarding leaving your services Dear sir, I have been an Airtel customer since the time I started using cell phone i.e approximately 10 years. My previous number was [protected] and my current number is [protected]. I have been saddened to inform you that I am really unhappy with the current services from your side and also I have been cheated by the officials of Airtel that work in local offices. 1. I am irritated by the 2 g services provided by Airtel. It's too slow. Not even whatsapp messages are being sent or recieved on time. Cricket scores are not being updated easily. 2. I was fooled by local Airtel officials who said they will convert my number to post paid. They even took 250 rs. From me . receipt for which was not provided. Following are the numbers of people who fooled me.. 1. [protected] the person I was asked to submit documents to. 2. [protected] pooja the person who first contacted me for post paid plan They sent a person to collect money. But when my post paid plan couldn't be done they never send the person back with money. When called again and again for return of my money the girl said senior is on leave . call later . Thanking you for the services.. I'm changing network.

                    I am using pospaid airtel some popup notification came in my mobile i pressed accidently, but its activated some application and charged 125rupees, and immediately deactivated the application and contact cus care support regards this they said it is one time charges it will not refunded how without using the application charges debited, and worst response from cus care officer, how charges debited without any confirmation, steps of activation need for this kind thing they cheeting us by provide one click activation

                      Hi, I have subscribed for a 3G (60mb)plan for Rs 23 . The plan got activated but I am not getting 3G speed. The network is still showing E(edge) whereas it should show (H+) i.e. 3G I have also checked the 3G setting on my phone multiple times and found them correct. Last weekend I had taken the same plan and it went fine . I also dialled 198 customer care, but it was of no use as the customer care guy did not know what to do and transferred call to his senior, kept me on hold for around 20 min and then disconnected.                               There is a scheme in Airtel Money if we pay electricity bill we get 10₹ balance in Prepaid account. I payed last 4 times electricity bill payment from my airtel money number [protected].But I have not got benifits of scheme. I complained many times in Airtel Money. But they told me to complain Airtel Prepid. If I call Airtel Prepaid, they tell me to call to Airtlel Money. Please solve comlaint.

                                  I have been tried to recharge for my prepaid mobile account +91 [protected] through online at three times and it’s not been successful due to the technical reason. But the amount has been deducted from my Credit card. The Transaction details which are failed to recharge have mentioned below.                                   I have been received an email from this site after the complaint here. It’s stating that the representative of company will replay me within several days.
                                  I got a call from a person who introduced him as a company representative next day. He called by this +91 [protected]. He said that he calling behalf of Airtel customer care and he want to take an immediate attention on my request since it has been escalated through Indian consumer complaints forum. He asked my Bank and credit card details to pay back the amount. Unfortunately I disclosed my credit card number, Name and CVV number as I am new user of Credit card. I got a doubt on that person since he has asked my date of birth and other information also. I have disconnected and called to my Bank immediately and blocked the card. I got three calls from the same number when I was communicating with banker. So guys, Please disclose any personal or confidential information here since it can reach to some fraud hands also .

I didn't recharge this account last 9months due to recharge rate is Rs.325. But last month february last week call was came from AIRTEL head office, Mrs. PRIYANKA was told me, "One Offer for you - If you will recharge Rs. 209 for the same pack/month, & from next month recharge only Rs. 199 / month" I recharged Rs. 209 on 26th feb 2015. but my recharge was finished before the complete of one month on 15th march 2015. Then I was called on 15th march 2015, nobody can take action on this, then again I was called on 19th March 2015 almost all 10-15 times on[protected] / [protected]. Every time pickup the phone & when they listen my name then keep the phone down. Then I called to Customer care[protected] & talk about this, they are also not take care about this, then I asked about Consumer Number regarding for complaint, but they told me, we don't have consumer no. This is my Humble Request to you, please take action on this. My Contact Number is [protected].

                                    I got a sms from company.which says to recharge with rs79 for 1 GB data.I have recharged with rs 79 but received neither data nor any balance.When I called their custumar care no. They refused me to any type of benefits.So my money went totaly waste.

                                      Hi, From my CITI bank credit card, a fraud payment of Rs.5, 040 has been made to Airtel PYMT-BIll today -20th MARCH @ about 12.30 PM. 588932 is the Authorization Code provided to me by the Bank. Could you please reverse out the amount and credit it back to my credit card. Appreciate your help on the same. This seems to be an online transaction done using my card details.

This started in Nov 2014, The 4G number was Activated then followed by my Port in number which took almost a month to activate as the PORT in number submitted by the Airtel representative was incorrect. This happened for 2 instances, and lastly my number got activated, Then I had issue with Internet connection followed with the getting one of the Prepaid Airtel number added to my plan family. But my 4g number was not added to my plan family, I had been continuously chasing Airtel outlet for information, but no positive response. Now another issue was regarding the invoice for the my plan family, no sms notification or email on outstanding bill received. Being worried of overcharges I went to Airtel Outlet and asked for the outstanding about and payment due date. Payment due date was already passed as notified the executive I made the payments however no receipts or bill copy were provided. I raised these concern at Help at Hand with above provided references that raised additional issues for me. My request was to have 4G number added to My plan Family, with a given parent number. I cleared all the outstanding unbilled amount as requested by Help at Hand executive. Now the request was closed with a change request, which removed my other 2 numbers from my plan family and a new bill per number is generated. My simple request was to add the 4G dongle in my plan family or to have it included in a consolidated bill for primary number [protected]. I never said I need to remove my other numbers from my plan family and have a separate individual bill per number. All numbers back under my plan family with immediate effect. I need Airtel to fix these issues and get all the things aligned along with compensation for all the issues I faced and this non professional customer approach from Airtel. NOTE : The same email had been sent to Nodal officer and customer care email address on 18th March however still no reply or acknowledgement received. Regards Nadeem Baig
