I am facing problems since two weeks. I had recharged my number with -1GB 3G data on around 28th feb 2015 -then again I recharged 655 MB of 3G data on 3rd march 2015 -again I recharged my number with 655 MB of 3G data on 5th mach 2015 -on 8th march I again recharged my number with 655MB 3G data In the same period I had a talktime recharge of Rs 250 and Rs 210. Problem: I had only used whatsapp (with image/video auto downloading off) as well as all other applications were blocked. So whenever I opened my data connection for some minutes(2-3 min) and used whatsapp, then after switching data connection off I had a data deduction of around 100MB-200MB at a go. Also my talktime balance of ( Rs.250 + Rs.210 ) became nil without making any call. I had a talk with the customer care executives and also with the senior executive, but all in vain. No satisfactory response was provided to me. Also they didn't give any reference number for future assistance. Please look into this matter as soon as possible or I'll go to the customer forums and lodge a complaint against the company. Thank You

    We were out of town during the Holi Holidays for 4-5 days. we reached back on 9th March. I received a message that my DATA plan has exhausted. I want to know how is this possible when we did not use it. Is Airtel fakely billing me or someone else is using my broadband connection. I want to disconnect this broadband connection and will also not pay the bills until unless the investigation is done for the usage of the data plan.Can anyone come and check the lines or the exact issue. Now they have billed me for over usage.

      Actually the problem is that my mobile number ([protected]) got disconnected on 1st feb 2015. Later as per the instructions given by Airtel Customer Care team, i submitted all the required documents and taken a new SIM for the same number on 24th Feb. But the same number is activated to some other person on 26th of Feb. How can my number is allocated to other person??? and asking me to take another sim. No proper solution from airtel team. Request you to provide me the solution.

                I had cancelled my postpaid connection on 28th november 2014 and got a tracking number of [protected] also cross verified that cancellation request has been put. Also i had cleared all my balance till date, so that cancellation is processed. Customer care guy said that no more amount is pending and in case bill is generated please ignore it. Following month i got bill generated and i called customer care for follow up, they said no request has been place and when i gave them the above request number they also agreed to it . They infact raised another request with number[protected]. Also said if you get call from billing team ask them to just refer the note section. From last 15 days i am getting daily call to clear my bill of RS 2247 which i have not used. I have not used my connection post 28th Nov Board band Number is [protected]

                  i had 3 post paid airtel connections i used airtel service for more than 10 years now i took a smart phone in Oct 2014the bill was 2800 in november 2015my average montly bill is 300 Internet was activated by default and was not informed to me bill amount was 2800 i got a message of data usage and i contacted customer care they said may be mistake i got the message why was the service activated by default if i wanted it i would have activated it i had to pay 10 times more to shift to vodafone why are these service providers troubling customers like this

                        Hello, I have moved from Airtel 3G to 4G with new connection and I was requesting for disconnect Airtel 3G connection but Airtel is not deactivating my post paid connection and I requested many times over the phone as well as in email to (nodalofficer.kk) to deactivate my connection but always I do get response from Airtel customer saying server is in down they will call back in 4 hours but I never get call from Airtel for the same. Today I called around (12th Mar 2015 01:15 PM) spoken to Ramesh and Even last Wednesday (4th Mar 2015 01:05 PM) also called to customer care person Durga and she also gave me same answer like she will call you back in 4 hours which I used to hear from Airtel every time even though I did not convinced with their answer he/she said they are helpless as facing some technical issue and will surely call back but I did not a get a call. It is really bad experience with Airtel Customer care and they are not sharing higher official numbers to escalate further on the same. Thanks, Jakki Reddy

                              hi this is vinod kumar on 27th feb 2015 at around 7:00pm i have called to airtel customer care for small information there i asked about the 3g offers rate then poonam srinivas has intimated me about the offer of 156 rs rc 3g 1gb data for 28 days validity then i recharge with 156 rs then i got 500mb for the 1st tym and another 500mb for the second time here the main problem occur here our employee did not mention me the correct details of rc 156 he told me that total 1gb validity is for 28 days later i have seen my balance then the validity is showing that our 3g balance will be expired on 12th march so immediately i have dialed to the customer care again on 10th march 2015 at 08:40am then mr.irfan took my case and he immediately transferred my call to the supervisor Mrs.SABIRA she explained me about the case clearly then i started asking her that becoz of your employees wrong information i have recharged with rc 156 so what is the solution i asked THEN SHE RUDELY ANSWERED ME THAT IF HAVE ANY COMPLAINT IS THERE U HAVE TO MAIL THATS ALL NO COMPLAINTS WILL BE SOLVED HERE AND I CANT HELP YOU IN THIS CASE (she said these words to me very frustratedly with out giving any respect to the customer) at last she told me that she is arraigning me a call back option from airtel still now i didn't get any call back from airtel so plz take this matter as a serious issue and solve my problem immediately

                                Hi, For some reasons I need to have my own call log detais ( Incoming ) for my fixed landline. I have talked to the different representatives over phone and they have plainly refused to do the same. What they suggested, I should raise a FIR. Now, question comes in, why I need to raise an FIR.                                       I received message of offer from Airtel " 500 MB 3G data on Rs 49 valid for 14 days & offer can be availed up to 24th March, 2015" followed by instruction everytime i drip call allowing me to use the same. I availed the same following instructions for 3 times . They credited me 500 MB data. On 4 th & 5 th transactions done on 8th & 9th March, they just credited 150 MB data with validity of 1 week. I complained on 121 regarding non credit of 350MB data for recharge done on 8 th Marxh on same day after 4 hrs on which they replied that there was no such iffer and the same could not be credited. Later they text me which goes on "(1/2) Namaste!Thank you for contacting us.Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile ...has been resolved to your satisfaction.Your Ref.no.is CBNRV[protected] registered on ..(2/2) 09-mar-2015 00:44" but my problem was not resolved. Also on yhe same day i received dame instruction reply with 1 to get 500MB 3G data on Rs49 validity 14 days to which i applied and debited my balance of 49. This time also i get 150 MB data. I again complained to 121 executives and they told me to visit nearest Airtel store. I visited Airtel store near by me which is at Laxmi nagar, vikas marg, opposite to Herra sweets, delhi-110092. She told me that system is down and i will forward the complain and the same will be resolved soon. She also told me that i will get call regarding this within 24 hrs. Later on same day i again received msg from them "(1/2) Namaste!Thank you for contacting us.Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile ...has been resolved to your satisfaction.Your Ref.no.is CBNRV[protected] registered on ..(2/2) 10-mar-2015 23:40". My problem still not resolved as i didnt get the balance of 350 MB data for two transaction. About the offer i had also received message from them "रु49=150MB+फ्री 350MB 3G डाटा, 14 दिन के लिए। रु198=1GB 3G डाटा, 28 दिन। अतिरिक्त लाभ रीचार्ज के 1 घंटे में। ऑफर 24-Mar-15 तक रिटेलर द्वारा या कॉल 121314" on 3rd and 5 th March.

                                      Regarding the complain above, i just got a call from [protected] at 5:24 PM asking the snap shot of the message received about the validity of the same but she didnt gave me the address to send that snapshot. So i have attached here the same. Please find the same.
