Hi sir I took a new sim in chennai. Its not activated. I went to retailer and given other documents. Even though its not activated. Now i again went and ask the retailer. Sir even though I have not subscribed sports pack, Rs 10 has been deducted from my account balance at 11:45 am on 14/02/15 vide Txn ID N[protected]. The high speed data transfer rate mentioned are not met, or better said as never met. Airtel broadband speed test shows that photo sharing is faster with upgraded speed plans. But upgrading speed didn't affect the upload transfers at all and the download speed is not consistent either. When questioned, their response was that the issue was due to my system. checked up with call centre, who informed that sim what i had in my mobile does not match with my name and address. I lost the mobile which the had airtel SIM no [protected]. I want to block the sim .

Please block the sim and as well deactivate all the data....
