My Airtel prepaid mobile service stopped working for past few days due to the error Simcard registration failed. Tried using a different phone but never worked. I tried contacting Airtel customer care many times and none bothered to look in to this matter. I am currently in Al Khor (Qatar) and cannot be able to go back to India, because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I have never got an update and every time they say the problem shall be resolved in 2 days or 7 days but it never does .my phone is dead now and I cannot get any messages e.g. OTP as the SIM is registered at many places like Banks and Adhar Card and other. This is not acceptable since this is the main number my family and relatives use to contact. Also they had been charging the amount monthly.

Since it is too late I want some higher authorities from Airtel to look into this and do the needful ASAP. I want Airtel to compensate for the loss that they have made to me and should pay for the difficulties I had to gone through because of their poor service.

      Hi Airtel Team,

      i was lost my sim card and i took duplicate Sim on 15 July'2021.

      Name user : Ramesh

      and have recharged the sim on same day and have recharged 49 on 17th July'21 and after some day on 27th July'21 My SIM was Blocked and not working

      So, I have visited many time to Airtel Office but no use as per your Airtel team update user DATA Not Found in the system.

      So, Kindly proved the correct reason for sim block and proved the solution

        I have recharged my Airtel number with rs.100 and yet Airtel doesn’t allow calls.
        Customer care number do not address it.

          I have tried to make calls from my Airtel Pre-paid, the outgoing as well as incoming calls automatically gets dropped after 13 seconds. I have checked the network and APN settings all look good. Requesting your assistance asap as I am not satisfied with the service

            Hi,

            I'm using an Airtel sim for last 4 years, I got my 4G sim in Chennai, India. Two years back I came to Australia and brought my sim with me as I need it for otp and other transactions. For the last weeks I'm getting No Service in my Airtel sim and due to current covid situation, I'm stuck here. When I checked with Airtel customer care, they are asking me to bring the sim with an Aadhar card which is impossible. I cannot leave my job here and come to India for this issue. I also emailed Airtel care explaining my issue but no response yet. Please advise how can I fix this issue. I badly my sim working with the same number.

            Ps: my sim is currently in India, i sent it via my friend who left to India.

Is vajah se tower hataya nhi ja rha h aur uska kam daily basis pr kiya ja rha h usme 100 meter ke ander minimum 50 persons ki aapatti ke bawjood b ise collector ki sahmati se lagaya ja rha ise turant karyawahi ki jaye najdik me aganwadi aur oldage home b hai .                 VERY POOR SIGNAL OF AIRTEL WIFI AND RESOLVING THE ISSUE

                Airtel wifi connection no.[protected] which is with fibre cable is not having proper signal and speed. This issue has been raised to Airtel customer care but no action has been taken by the Airtel representative. Some times speeds goes extremely down and receiving the signal in very close area from modem.e. 7-8 feet is poor. Airtel is only having the interest to recover the bill bit Services is provided is extremely poor. More surprisingly, they asked HAPPY CODE WITHOUT RESOLVING THE ISSUE AND complaints closed without resolving the problem. One engineer came from Airtel told that this problem persists till that time when all existing cable of internet is not replaced with Fibre cable.

                It is not out of place to mention here monthly charges has been hiked from 475 to 575 stating the speed will increase on replacing the cable but speed has gone down and signal is extremely poor and rather than resolving the issue, different excuse has been made by Airtel technician, engineer.

                IT IS REALLY CASUAL APPROACH AND UNREMEFIAL ACTION IS SHOWN BY AIRTEL.

                WHEN AIRTEL IS NOT RESOLVING THE ISSUE PERTAING YO SPEED AND RANGE, cases is closed.

                It has been experienced that most of the time engineer/ technician came and do something but problems persists or re-occurs and root cause has not been find out to resolve the issue properly.

                Regretfully, it is stated that this issue has been intermittently raised but any concrete or remedial action is still awaited.

                In view of above, kindly look into the above issue and do the needful to avoid any re-occurence of this problem as it is happening repeatedely.

                  I am not able to recharge my airtel prepaid sim online.

                  While recharging online I get an error - "We are sorry. An unexpected error has occurred. Our technical staff has been automatically notified and will be looking into this with utmost urgency"

                  I am facing this issue for the last two weeks.

                  Also, I am not able to recharge it via the Airtel Thanks app. At the end, I get message of recharge not successful.

                  Tried 121 and 198 - not helpful.

                    I am one of the Airtel sim User since long back. Now I am In Dubai, since last month it s not showing its tower when sim is in mobile. I used to get messags only relation to my Bank, telephone like from India... I used to recharge for the three months plan like Rs.384...

                    Mobile banking is connected with that number, now its not possible to do.
                    This happens from July 18th 2021. Great missing if this number is not activated.
                    May I request you to do the need ful to activate the sim.
                    Hope u will do the needful and ur early action will be highly appreciated.

                      I have been taken new sim card on 14thAug2021 with Airtel. However, they have allotted the recent time used number to me. I am getting messages daily which are actually indented to previous user. Not sure what basic checks they made to resale the same mobile number. When i login to some applications its already registered and I am able to see the previous owner details and in many places like Banks etc this number is registered and they will send messages or call to me which are actually for old user of this number.

                      Kindly help or advise me how to deal with this.

                        Hello,

                        As I have left BHARTI AIRTEL LIMITED on 05/05/2016 and now I need to claim my PF but my Bank details are not correct so I did KYC by updating bank details. but approval is pending from Airtel.

                        Need PF amount on urgent basis.

                          We opted for Airtel Xstream broadband connection (6 months plan) and made payment on 13 August 2021 (receipt attached).

                          We have made numerous calls (more than 10) to the concerned representative of your company on[protected], but till date our connection is not yet made.

                          This kind of pathetic service from such a reputed brand like yours is not expected.

                          We’ve already lost 5 days of non availment of your services due to poor service from your end.

                          We demand full refund on immediate basis or confirmed deadline for installation. Moreover, our end date for renewal should be adjusted accordingly from the date of installation.

                            Airtel network has been requesting to recharge for monthly validity for 28 days. I tried to recharge for my number at minimum pack only and search 49rs plan 28 days validity is no more now in app & website. then How can Middle class peoples can recharge with minimum amount ? There are suddenly changed the minimum amount 49rs plan to 79 Rs plan? Other network are giving minimum amount of recharge for validity pack. Only Airtel Network is suddenly changed, Always Network issue with airtel then No proper response from airtel care if we need any service request. Airtel management & network wants to improve more. Please dont go for 5G, 6G, 7G etc.. please provide good network and best service team for india.

                                  मैं अपने net bainking के लिए लॉगिन कर रहा था मगर sms send नही हुआ जब मैंने airtel कस्टमर केअर से बात की तो उनका कहना है कि मेरा pack अनलिमिटेड नही है इस लिए मेरा sms नही जा सकता जबकि मैने में एकाउंट में बैलेंस रखा है अब sms के लिए 129 से रिचार्ज करना पड़ेगा में एयरटेल की मनमानी है कृपया action ले

                                    please confirm without any false promises...

                                    My xtreme fiber connection has also been stopped due to non providing of internet connection by your team.

                                    This is very bad experience for me from Airtel, even after paying the desired amount of Rs1580/- on day 1.

                                    *"AIRTEL has not provided me the broadband connection, till date and cutted down the services of D2H, even after the payment of desired amount of Rs1580/- on day one (i.e. 27.08.2021)"

                                      I am user of Airtel prepaid for last 2 years but suddenly a few days back my Airtel sim card network gone out completely, I waited for a few hours and then I did normal restart and reboot .. I did clean the sim and put it back and after that I tried factory reset to my mobile phone but unfortunately nothing worked .. I put other sim in mobile in that port which worked fine but Airtel sim is not showing any signal I need it back really soon, pls help me
