I am airtel customer for over 20 years. I have moved to USA recently but kept my two airtel mobile numbers, mostly for sentimental reasons. Since I visit India once in 2 years for few weeks, I changed my numbers to prepaid to keep them active at minimal cost. Recharging a mobile via airtel site is completely useless, 7 times already, money gets deducted and airtel site apologies for technical issue and refunds money after few days. Today already paid 3 times, money gone from credit card / bank account, not sure it will come back. Tried reaching to airtle support via 121 email and all they responds is call them, really from USA about a simple recharge failing. Not sure when Indian service providers will raise to global standards. I will surely move out during my next visit, so long to 23 years relationship with Airtel.

    Hi,

    My number [protected] airtel sim has became faulty and while getting replacement sim came to know that my name is incorrectly recorded as SHNU Nair R instead of Vishnu Nair R.

    Iam presently in Kerala and checked from a nearby customer service centre to change the same but they are saying as the sim is of Karnataka/Bangalore circle i need to visit there in person to get it done (even if i give an authorization letter to my friend they are not accepting it).

    Due to this covid situation iam not able to go to Bangalore in person to get this changed. Kindly suggest any other way in which the name in my record can be changed so that i can request for a replacement sim.

          I recharged with 100/- on 17 Aug 2021 . amount got deducted from my amazon pay balance but i was still not able to make any calls. i tried tried to make complaints but got no response. later i had to make another rechange which got reflected and now i am able to make calls but those 100/- of mine are wasted. i need to get a refund but am not able to get any resolution. i have tried to contact coustomer care several number of times.
          I would like to get a refund for the same asap.

            It's been 1 month now, and none of the airtel staff are responding to the issue that me and husband is having. On 28th of July our both Airtel Sim have stopped receiving OTPs and text messages even though we have recharged and the validity is still there. Reached out to regional managers, customer service but no solution. They dropped a mail asking many questions and steps to follow which we already did and told them. But there was no response or solution till date. I really want to sue them in consumer court because of the trouble they are causing us during this Pandemic and being abroad.

            No help from them till now. How can I sue airtel and give them a notice?
            I am having the same issue. Got a new postpaid connection..its been more than a month. I'm in roaming. And i cannot receive or make calls. The internet goes out of service at 1:15am every day since a week. I have written Complaint e-mails . But no response. Who else can we camplain to?

              I tried to recharge my grandmother number using airtel thanks app amount of RS.100 was deducted but recharge failed. This incident took place on 25 August 2021 and the payment was made by UPI.

                  I have taken new sim I even called to 59059 and got activation voice note but I didn't receive any sms back I even recharged but still sim isn't working very poor and bad experience

                    Airtel has reduced it's duration of bill due date by 2 days. Earlier if bill was generated on 19th of each month & payment has to be done by last day of that month & auto bill payment was executed. Now bill generated on 19th & pay by 28th of everymonth. Where as auto bill payment will be done on 30th & airtel is charging late payment charges. Airtel has not done communicated with customer on change of plan, neither allow us to pay without late payment fee or attend customer complaint raised by customer. They close your complaint ticket in after few days without resolution & also keep promoting ads like they are trying to achieve 0 complaints

                          I am using prepaid sim, usually I used to recharge "unlimited plan" ( like Rs 399/ 56 days). Due to my low usage of calls and data I have recharged "smart recharge" ( like for calls Rs. 79 / 28 days and for data Rs.48 / 3 GB) . After few hours I am checking my balance is zero.
                          So, I have called customer care and enquired about it. She said you have used the data that's why money is deducted. I am explaining her that I have call and data pack then why there is deduction. Replay I have got is " first they will deduct the money from main balance for data usage after the balance become zero the data pack will be start in use."

                                My sim was got damaged.So I went to Airtel for SIM SWAP of [protected] it's no name and address however they are unable swap. So i requested them to recreate the number but they not aware about the procedures how to process the request and how much time it will take.Shame on Airtel COCO they do not know the simple procedure.
                                I want my number back because my Mom use it and most of the time I m not in town so it's very difficult for her to manage things.Kindly help.

                                  I am using the Airtel Post Paid No. onwards from March 2021 . This was activated on March 2021.

                                  I regular paid the bill as per the Bill received by me from Airtel . My bill always comes under the Rs. 588. And as per the Airtel My credit Limit is fixed as Rs . 3500/- . and my bill was never crossed the credit limit as I always use the bill below Rs. 600/- .

                                  I used this Airtel Post paid no. regularly from March 2021 and regular check the amount of bill during my bill period.

                                  On 2 month, when bill generated from month of July - August. It was shocked to me that the Bill amount very much high for me according to my plan. After the enquired from the CCE, I came to know that the bill amount was very high due to the ICD calls .

                                  But the fact is that, I never activate the ISD call Facility on my Post Paid connections. And, my credit limit was fixed by the Airtel was Rs.3500 /- but as per the amount of generated by airtel was shown as above RS 4000.

                                  The bill shown by me was totally wrong and i started call to CCE of airtel after the talk they waiver above 3000 bill but they are not waivered more amount they said you make ISD and Special number calls.

                                  I am Digital marketer by the Profession. As per the record of my statement, my bill amount never crossed the Credit Limit . I never activated the ISD facility on my post paid connection . I never made any ISD call from my Number .

                                  So, sent me the correct bill which help me the make the payment .

                                  Revert me as earliest possible. Kindly do the needful for me and solve my grievance against the Airtel.

                                      I book my new airtel xstream fiber connection on 16 aug 2021, all the KYC processes and 3 months payment done on the same day 16 aug 2021.
                                      And now todays date is 24 aug and still my broadband not get installed in my home by airtel services. They just called and say that they will come today and tomorrow but their tomorrow never comes and still after 9 days my broadband not get installed.

                                        I processed a recharge for 448/- on August 18th
                                        My money got deducted from the bank but my phone number wasn't recharged
                                        The details below my transaction says RECHARGE FAILED AND MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED BACK IN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS
