Hi, this is Nav Gaurav, a post paid customer ([protected]). On 03-03-15 I have received a SMS at 3.00pm regarding resubmission of documents to purchase point (Airtel Store, Hariom Tower, Circular road, Ranchi-834001) to continue outgoing services. Thereafter I rushed to purchase point mentioned above at 4.00pm and resubmitted my documents & photo and completed all formalities. Executive over there name Neha has assured me that my services will not be interrupted as documents has been submitted by me. But to my utter surprise, my outgoing services is interrupted since yesterday evening 8.00pm. At this point, I do not know what is happening. Either she (Neha) has given me false assurance or I need to stop services from Airtel. If this is the quality of service then I really feel sorry for you people.     Dear Sir/Madam, My wife is receiving calls from no. [protected] since two months in breaks, my wife avoided it but the guy seems to be persistent and rash.Also, he seems to be with a group which includes females and he talks in a vulgar manner, when I take the charge of the conversation he gets into a really cheap and vulgar argument, we searched this forum and found out from the link "http://deleteprice.com/traceMobile/trace.php" that the number belongs outside India probably from our troubled neighbour.       Dear team,

      I have purchased a prepaid SIM no [protected] bearing serial no[protected] on 26th of feb15 n all the valid documents were given to the salesman of Airtel outlet. Since then I have been regularly chasing with customer care team n get fake assurence every time that it will activated within24 hours n so n so but the result is its still not activated even signals also not coming.

      Since I marked several mails to them but I come to know that there is no one interested to help their customer.

      Pl do something at your end n get me out of this...

        READ FROM BOTTOM UP :) Hi Airtel, Just to be clear… there was no “billing discrepancy on Data usage” the data was clearly used as I use what is available.. the discrepancy was in the functionality of your website and in how it processed an upgrade twice without verification or an email or even a sms letting the customer know that something has gone wrong or that he just got charged twice for a service he only wanted once. You can file OT[protected] however you like, but it doesn’t change the fact that a customer was not supported in a proper way and that it seems that the level of simple logic, reason, deduction or just plain moral… has gone lost on a company like Airtel.           Hi Team,

          My prepaid#[protected] is converted from postpaid to prepaid connectivity 15days ago. Post this convertion, prepaid connectivity is not getting activated.

          I have visited airtel store(Kormanagala4th block) twice and got update from the Airtel team that my number will get activate in 24hrs. But my number is still inactive state from past 15days.

          Request you to do the needful on priority basis.

              I SHARIQUE UMAR using Airtel Dth last 4-5 years, but i was really very surprized by fraud activity of Airtel Dth Engineer that came to my home on my complain. I registered a complain on Airtel Dth cus care on 27-02-15 that i am not receiving signals in my DTH, they told me ur problem will be solve in 24 hours max. on 28-02-15 and u have to pay 150 Rs. for it. I agreed on it. Next day engineer came to my home, and after watching only 30 seconds he told u have to pay 150+160 Rs. bcz 1 o[censored]r device is not working. I denied for it, bczz i was feeling that he is trying to cheat me. After that he called to his distributor and he transfered called to Airtel Officer, both of them called me in a rude and bad manner more than 20 minutes, and pressurizing me to pay amount. when i denied to pay any amount extra more than 150. After that he did not change my device component and fit my older one, that was working properly, There was no issue in that component. just changed some settings, than he charged 150 Rs as service charge, but his fraud activity failed.                 Hi I wanted to raise this complaint/request long ago, but the customer service that Airtel is extending to us is far too ridiculous. The guy that got my broadband set up responds no more to my calls regarding the future of my plan. The problems are many. Let me list them here: 1. What I had paid for was a Rs. 1299 per month plan. The next month, I received a bill for Rs. 1459. The bill says: Rs 160 as tax. 2. I kept the plan since I had no option. Tax was made to seem 'imperative'. 3. Recently, I received a pamphlet that said that the plan I had, was a 20 GB plan, whereas I am still getting 15 GB of data, as earlier. What fraud is this? 4. I have phoned airtel's customer service to disconnect my connection but they wouldn't listen to me. Apparently, they have a complicated bill cycle thing going on that makes it difficult for one to disconnect. The payment has to be made by the 16th of a month, while the data recharge gets done on the 27th. 5. I am unable to pay Rs 1500 each month for a 15 GB plan and wish to disconnect. I am not in a position to pay the current bill that says Rs 3000. Kindly help.

                  With regard, iwould like to bring following fraudlant to your notice.

                  My airtelprepaid balance rs 128/- has been deducted in one go for usage of internet,
                  Whereas no internet has been used by me . Last 5 transaction shows usage in kb’s (Without data plan) and i don’t know how 128 rs deducted. I called two times customer care executive but they have no answer except for uses of internet. Today one executive called me from no [protected] and told me that ‘’you have used internet and we have surprisegift for you. I disconnect the call and checked the balance which shows 0.02
                  Paisa left. I again called customer care they replied you have used 8mb
                  Data. I never use this mobile for internet and i don’t know how balance has
                  Been deducted. Please look into this. I m using airtel services since 2001 and
                  Have full faith on you. Please help.

                      I was using number [protected] from past 4 years. As I was out of country from last 5-6 months so the number got deactivated on 13/11/14. However I have cleared the total amount of Rs. 1873/- against this number on 25/12/14 and gave the request for activation the same day. The executive at Airtel Relationship centre told me that the number will get activated in 48 working hours and gave me the sim as well. I have submitted the documents at the Airtel Relationship centre BG-28, Aditya Mega city Mall, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad on 25/12/14. Since than they were saying that we will activate the number within 10-15 days, but now they are saying that this number has finally got deactived so i could not get the same. This is a VIP Numbers so Airtel wants to sell this number at Premium so not issuing this number to me. Generally all the numbers are retained by Airtel for 90 days afeter deactivation. I dont know why it doesnt happened in my case. Moreover i want to take airtel to the consumer court for the same. Kindly help me with the above matter as this is also my customer care number.                         Past one month i am trying with Airtel to change my postpaid services to prepaid or deactivation shall be done, since i am out of India further i am requesting them to take email actions, so for i have sent 55 emails to Airtel appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com and [protected]@in.airtel.com. But no one is taking any action on my request, just they sending their standard emial message, without taking any action, further month of Feb.2015, they are asking me to pay Rs.805/- without using any rental services. Please Refer my below email message sent to Airtel on my issue. 1) Please read our company submitted NOC letter (Original/stamped/signed) dated 27th January 2015, which is very clear that as per my (Elangovan) request Airtel should provide the service, further more company will not take any responsibility on this. 2) I have clearly requested that Airtel should take action to change my postpaid to prepaid services for my personal use purpose with a Safe Custody facility is free of cost. 3) Airtel refuse to take action on my above 2) request. 4) Hence I have requested Airtel to stop my services immediately to avoid any monthly rental/CUG/old Bill plan etc, till date you have not taken any action on this. 5) Further cancelling this services is purely my request, my previous employer will not issue any further NOC letter for your own requirements, since original NOC letter message is very clear that as per my request Airtel should provide the service, further company will take any responsibility for the further billing/services. Also I am enclosing here with your itemized bill to my number ([protected]) for the month of Feb.2015, for your immediate reference and further action pl. I am ready to pay the charges applicable till my call made on 28th Jan.2015, further I will not pay your Monthly charges of Rs.598.00+ taxes. (Rental for CUG/ROAMING/3G ETC) So for they have wasted my valuable time and doing nothing, i need some external service provider support to close this issues, please help.                           Whenever i try to do an online recharge, I am always getting an error. Unable to recharge through Airtel site. This happens too often. I am really uncomfortable with this.Site can be down once in a while but it is too irritating if it happens too frequently.Please do the needful.

                            Number:[protected] Everytime I dial *121#, I get the messae "Error occured(538).Please try after some time". I do not recieve any OTP as well when I try to pay on any site through my credit card. I also tried sending message "OTP <last 4 digits of the card" to 5676791, Hoerver, the same error message showed up.Please help

                              Dear team, This is to inform you all that Airtel is unnecessary deducting my Internet balance by 60-70MB each day for no reasons, I have been keeping a track with screen shots to prove also would like to inform you that same complaint was made on 198 helpline, the advisor said he will transfer to supervisor but disconnected thrice.                                 Hi, My Name Punittam Kumar Mishra Airtel No [protected]. I wants to convert my postpaid to prepaid because currently I'm in Chennai and my number is from Delhi. I'm not able to afford airtel in roaming. I had complain to 198 customer care but he told me that go to airtel shop with document and apply but I went to airtel shop one of airtel representative told that we not able to convert Delhi number in prepaid in Chennai and I'm not able to go Delhi for this purpose. So please do extra care on it otherwise I'm not going to pay any bill of airtel.

                                  Sir, I took a new mobile(moto g2) which came with airtel 3g offer for 2 months each 1gb. I got the offer for 1st month and for the second month it is not activated. When I called the customer care. The person was telling I moved sim to another handset, so the offer was cancelled, if it is like that then they should mention it in terms and condition, but they have not mentioned anything in t & c. I feel cheated by this company. Please help me in solving this issue. Thank you

                                    I took new Airtel HD Connection in July 2014 in Navi Mumbai. I purchased New Activation Card from Vijay Sales, Vashi, Navi Mumbai for Rs. 999 They told me to call Customer Care and book your Installation Order. Customer Care persons discussed various packages with me and I have finalised 1 year package for Rs. 4550 in which initial 1 month was free. Now in Febuary 2015, I am getting the message that amount has been exhausted and recharge immediately. I called up Customer Care, they told my 1 year package was never activated, your package is daily deduction of Rs. 17 approx. and now amount is exhausted. Question is why package was not activated. They are saying Dealer did not activate the package. How Dealer is coming in between when I have only purchased the Card and I only contacted Customer Care and ordered for Installation. Second Version to it is that I did not called up Customer Care to activate the 1 year package. But how would I know that I need to do this. Did someone inform me about this. There were 4 stages in this: 1. Called up Customer Care for Installation 2. Discussion with Customer Care about package and finalizing package 3. Installation done by Technician 4. Activation Call to Customer Care after Installation and verifying Customer details and payment made. During all the above steps, no one told me to do any additional activation, any call to Customer Care or anything else. Now Airtel is syaing that you did not call up Customer Care for 1 year package activation. How on earth do I know that I need to call Airtel for the same when during all of the above steps. no body told me to do so. I think in my dreams, this should have happenned. And secondly when I have not opted for any package, how this Daily Deduction is activated. Did they inform the Customer of the same. Airtel should compensate for 4 months loss or keep my account active for 1 year as per the payment made.

                                    Customer Care is offering Rs. 350 as waiver in this case.

                                    Why and how this is calculated. Sorry but not acceptable. Either it is 12 months activation or status quo remains. I am not a beggar I am only asking for my right for which I have paid.

                                    This clearly shows some where Airtel is at fault.

                                    My stand has been vindicated.

                                      I was shocked to see a debit of Rs. 99/- against ir99 of Airtel on 3/7/2016. I had this problem earlier also but ignored. Can some one guide me on how to go about it to get the refund and stop such looting by Airtel in future..
                                      I am always out of india and do make a call using my number [protected] to keep the line active.sometimes I get promotional calls which if attended I am charged roaming charges.Then when there is a transaction frequently, why should AIRTEL charge ir99?

                                        Dear, I was using one Airtel No. [protected]. The bill was generated in excess for variou charges. I wan neither sent any bill or reminder. Suddenly i came to know that company wants around rs. 3500.00 from me. I got a call that if i do not pay the bill, then my known will be called for non-payment of bill. Two days later, i came to know that one of my know was called from [protected]. Airtel should immediately inform me how can they bring the third party for dispute between company and consumer. How my call details were shared with someone. Who will be responsible for it? Regards
