I have airtel number [protected] and was using it fine untill I got a call from the Airtel promotions team in November 2014 and I requeted them to change my rental plan to Rs. 99 minimum rental plan as I was not making outgoing on internet henceforth.

I was expecting my rental to change but found out in my bill that it was not done and then later during the month of December I called up complaints team and registered a complaint for it and also wanted them to look into the call and also change my rental plan again.

The call was made to 198 on 14/12/2014 and I also wrote an email communication from my email id [protected]@hotmail.com to [protected]@in.airtel.com as per my conversation and wrote an appreciation mail for Vishal the person from airtel who handled my call thinking that he would take action on it or change my rental to 99 atleast immediately then.

Now aritel has diconnected my outgoing and incoming, and continued to charge rental of Rs. 399 and also late payment penalty and are tortuing me to pay the entire amount. I want to use this number and would like to pay according to the 99 rental which i have spoken about twice and written an email also.

Otherwise this is not the 1st time aritel has cheated me but this time I would rather go to consumer court and also bring this to the media on how Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal has started the cheating business to get funds for his daily expenses.

what is the status on my complaint

The dongle issue is such that I have used for only upto October and Bill was dispatached and when i lost my wifi 3G data card in NOvember i immediately gave a call for it but Airtel has kept billing me and now their collections call me using harsh language and say you have to pay 3600 Rs. as you have used the number, No one ever called from airtel that you have lost the data card and sim card, sir would you like a new one or given any solution, they all say your data card is insured etc etc while selling and now once sold, your only meant to be harrased by the company.

plz reply dear airtel customer care as I am waiting for a response rather than just making calls from your collections who give me new story everytime and say i promised to pay or I have already paid,

Also regarding the [protected] number, they after taking multiple requests to change the rental plans, do not accept it but give me new rental policy to get more money from me and give excuses that the old Rs. 99 rental policy is discontinued etc etc etc etc.

Plz reply on this as I have given multiple emails and also complaint to customer care twice.

    I have an airtel prepaid sim card with the number [protected]. I bought this sim card at Airtel office, Kalidasa road, Mysore. I requested for the activation of 3g on this number on 3rd/4th Feb 2015. However to this day, it has not been activated. Each time I visit the office and/or talk to the customer care executives, I have been given a lame reason and every effort of mine has turned futile. Once, even the airtel employee blindly ignored me when I was talking to him and continued scanning through his images on his phone. The customer care is pathetic and drove me to a point where I bought a vodafone connection and everything worked out of the box. Please kindly help me with this regard as I have recharged my sim card with money and don't want to lose it as I am pretty sure after that money is emptied, I will surely switch to vodafone.

    I was out of station for the weekend. I observe today that my phone connects to Airtel 3G without me doing anything at all! so finally after 20 days, 3G ! PS: I will still switch to Vodafone as I have lost trust in Airtel and doubt their customer care.

    I was contacted by an Airtel Representative on 16th Feb to confirm my complaint. On 17th, I got a call from a local Airtel representative informing me that they had activated 3g on their end and It was some problem in my Handset and I should restart my phone (as if I hadn't tried) The representative was in no positin to hear me out.

    Meanwhile at the local airtel store, I was told that my sim might be faulty and I needed a new sim. So, I agreed to that and bought a new sim card. After activation of the new sim card, the problem still persisted! A waste of Rs 50/-

    Furthermore, I was shocked to see that all my 2G data usage was charged to my 3G account.

    PS: I am using the same handset with a vodafone sim and 3G to update my complaint!

      AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE SELLS PERSONAL DETAILS FOR MONEY OR FOR SAKE OF
      GOOD RELATIONSHIP.

      My Name is

      I already raised a complaint about Airtel employees
      leaked/sells personal details to people they know... I had word with
      Airtel Pune and a lady spoke to me and told me it cannot be done by
      any employee.I too believed and i never bothered...Again its happening
      a person who shows my msgs and call history of mine a 3rd time that
      too from SOLAPUR CITY AIRTELl...That lady came and told me that she is
      having my all my message details and call history in her hand...saying
      that i have all your details ie. i got message, what time i replied
      how many messages i sent, how many message i got from which no, how
      many hours i spoke to particular no.etc... Note: she said she has a
      very good TOP contacts in Airtel as she already worked there

      One more note: Already Airtel person spoke your supervisor and
      he told that is not possible and they are SAFEGUARDING their
      employees...BY GIVING ME NO OF SOME EXECUTIVE WHICH AGAIN HAS NOT ANY
      EXTRA OPTION FOR DIFFRENT COMPLAINT WHICH LEADS TO DISCONNECTING THE
      CALL.

      1. I spoke to an Airtel Ex-employee and asked about it he said it can
      be easily done and they can see all details that what time what
      message sent, received, called, received call, what no.etc...
      2.He also told me that even they can see and read all messages what
      and all i received and i sent to whom and what by just raising a mail
      that the higher heads telling that customer is fighting for message
      charges etc...
      3.He is clear that if you complained they have to find who logged in
      to get my details but simply Airtel is avoiding and protecting their
      employees...
      4.Its conform that Airtel customer care sold my details unofficial and
      the ex-employee told me to get that person and give complaint Airtel
      can find out easily that who logged in to get my details...
      5.He also told me to raise complaint to DOT...


      I WANT HELP TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AS THIS IS VERY HIGHLY
      UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR OF COMPANY WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTED BY AIRTEL
      GROUP.

        Why do I receive a NO Service line on my screen-top? I'm afraid it has been happening much too often to my comfort. I've always trusted Airtel to be the country's No.1 mobile service.

        Let me explain the problem. All of a sudden, an advisory appears on the screen, with the caption 'Network Lost.' The message is rather curt: "Your selected mobile network is no longer available. You can choose a different network in Settings."

        Am I being forced out of the network of my choice? Airtel should explain.

        Is it too much to expect that the consumer gets the normal service without such frequent interruptions in service.

            The AIRTEL is an big cheater revolving around whole earth. My Number is [protected] . i am a AIRTEL customer.On 11/Feb/2015 6.40Am activated. This is the one day pack . it has 25MB of 2G data usage limit. But whenever i was used the pack, my main account balance was reduced. i was only few calls (less than a minute). Only i was received long incoming call in the period of Internet usage. It approximately Rs 75. It should be refunded. i am attaching the proofs. Consumer Please help us to recover from this cheat.

                  checked up with call centre, who informed that sim what i had in my mobile does not match with my name and address. I lost the mobile which the had airtel SIM no [protected]. I want to block the sim .

                    The place has turned into a junkyard. Every next day I find wires lying around which have injured several people including me.

                        i have recently recharge from airtel.in website from my account https://www.airtel.in/myaccount it show 1GB at 99 rs iin special offer. but after recharge i got International Roaming that not waht i want then thought i did wrong then recharge again but not success. 2 Times my balance deduced from bank account ever your senior customer care don't know where is my account on airtel website. I want my money bank or change plan to 1GB 3G i don't need any other than this.My details are follow. Mobile Number: [protected] TransID:[protected] time about 5pm TransID:[protected] time about 10pm Recharge 99 rs two times total 198 rs. Date of recharge 12/02/2015 I don't expect this kind of service from airtel.Hope you take action on this.Check attachment also Regards

                          My mobile no. is [protected]. We gave our consent to move from IDEA postpaid to Airtel Postpaid Family Plan. One Mr. Teja, [protected]/[protected], field executive came to our home and delivered three SIM cards for my above mentioned Mobile number and to [protected], [protected] Gowri Devi and [protected](Prepaid to postpaid) Ramya. Idea has released my number yesterday morning and I had inserted the SIM card given to me yesterday i.e. on 11.02.15 at about 10 am. So far it is not activated. Yesterday I had tried to contact Teja, but calls were not going to his number. I had contacted Mr. Samson, [protected] who I understand is the Team leader. After verifying, he has informed me that wrong SIM card was delivered to me and asked me to go to Airtel outlet and get another SIM card. I was to provide address proof and Photo again at the outlet and got the new SIM Card inserted at around 7.45 pm on 11.02.2015. I was told that in 4 hrs it will be activated. Even by 11 am today, it is not activated. I gave a message to Teja, as Mr. Samson was also not responding. Teja told that in Kharkhana Airtel outlet, they have activated my number with some other SIM card and promised to delivered that SIM card by 2.30 pm today and other 2 SIM cards by 13.02.2015. Till 6.30 he did not turn up. When contacted he said that he is nearby our home and he will come in 10 to 15 minutes. When he did not turn up even at 7.30 pm, I tried to contact him and he did not answer the call. I had tried to contact Mr. Samson and even he was not answering the call. I feel that I made a mistake in trying to migrate to Airtel. But now I am in a fix. At this stage I could not go back to IDEA. How to solve this problem. My profession is entirely dependent on my Phone contacts. Any loss that might happen to me, because of this irresponsible behaviour on the part of staff of Airtel, I will have to claim from Airtel.                             I was checking my balance in number [protected] then i got a message that get free offer worth rs 7000 on screen there was some code like x402x22# there was no where mention that rs 30 will be deducted neither i was asked to confirm by pressing any key. Soon after i called customer care in 198 then i have talk with Mr Jitender who very rudely talked and not satisfied me. My complaint is that please return my balance ofd Rs 30 to my number [protected], i dont want this service .

                                One month back I got a call from an Airtel representative about some exciting Post Paid Plans from Airtel.Considering my current consumption of the services with my existing service provider it looks cool to me and I fall pray to the same.
                                Within a few days an executive([protected]) came and he did all the formalities, provided a new sim and it was being told that the new services will be active by 14 days max.But it was almost one month nothing has happened .What is more disappointing is the representatives behaviour towards the customer as if you have been taken for granted.They didn't asnwer my call and even if they answer they don't have any idea of the connection status.I called AIRTEL helpline they too were unable to give a satisfactory answer why the new connection has not started since all the verifications and everything is ok according to them.Instead they were assuming that my existing Service Provider might have rejected my post paid plan transfer request.Again I called my Existing Customer Care helpline and came to know this is not the case.Frustated and disappointed I fed up and choose to stay with my Existing Servie Provider.Atleast they are able to provide satisfactory resolution to all the problem raised.
                                This is really a very bad impression for the new customer base and it should be taken care of .A service might take some time to get activated but the attitude of the representatives should be changed they should not make assumptions and delegating the issue to one another.

                                    Respected Sir / Madam, I undersign Harishchandra Patil having sim card converted from BPL LOOP MOBILE (Mobile no. [protected]). I had received 1st bill Rs. 265.11 apart from that Rs. 200 is charge about Internet charges. After complaining it is deducted from Rs. 265.11. I paid the same. During the first bill they promised me they would not charge again but they didn't, again in second bill I faced the same issue in next bill. I received a bill no.[protected] dtd. 06.12.14 of Rs.343.82 including Internet charges (which is not used by me) Several times I requested them again and again regd. the not uses of internet & request to deduct the internet charge, I will pay entire balance amount of the bill Rs. 143.82. Then without any informing me they closed/cut off my mobile network, which very disappointed me. I was having your 3 nos. of Airtel. Yesterday I received email for payment of Rs. 592.09/-(showing outstanding amount). Kindly let me know what should I do? Kindly deduct my charges (which is not used by me) from the bill. I want an earliest reply from your end and my issue should be solved, waiting for your earliest reply. Regards, Harish Patil

                                      On 8th/ 9th Jan 2015, I received call from Airtel only (two days continuously received call by that Executive only), Airtel Executive offered me a plan As mentioned below: 1000 Min's STD 200 Min's Local 80 Min's Roaming 500 MB Data 30 Paise Local Call on all network incl. Landline 40 Paise Local Call on all network incl. Landline 40 Paise for Call Making on all network incl. Landline in Roaming 50 Paise for Call Receiving in Roaming It seems to be a good offer so I Port my Vodafone no. [protected] to Airtel. Its now 10 days gone & today a different plan activated as follow: 200 Local Calls 750 STD Calls, 0 (Zero) MB Data 50 Paise Local 60 Paise STD Before activating my SIM, I had words with a Executive name Diksha reg. plan she had given me assurance that "only the offered plan to me will be activate on my SIM". In evening, I had words with CCE and a Senior @ Airtel Rahul Agnihotri and he denied to activate the plan that offer to me. After this I called once again in Airtel and when I requested to Executive to forward the call to Senior and put the receiver on side and not forwarded my call to senior. Also that CCE and Rahul Agnihotri behavior was very Rude. Whenever I called in AIRTEL some Executive told me that only the offered plan will be activate after SIM activation and some Executive are denying. Afer few mails, a senior person Shiv has committed to me to provide the below plan 399 monthly rental 300 local min 675 std min 270 mb data 30 paise local call (only for 4 Months as the Executive paid 4 months Pack charges) 40 paise std (only for 4 Months as the Executive paid 4 months Pack charges) Now when I enquire, I came to know that again a different plan is activated on my no. as: 399 monthly rent 100 local min 600 std min 200 sms + 200 local mins 269 mb And today when I have words with executive amrita, she had given a new turn and included if I want anything else other than activated on my no., she cant provide to me as this for corporate.In last 20 days, none of the executive told this that this plan is a corporate plan

                                        Your looting representative Anandan ([protected]) visited my home and sold 3G Dongle device for Rs.2300/- with airtel 3G SIM Card. The service got activated, but I couldn't get the internet speed as offered by airtel since there is poor connectivity in my home. I immediately escalated the same to airtel and Anandan to cancel the services. But he hasn't cancelled my services. Now Anandan is afraid to answer my phone calls / SMS since he has to refund my money as promised by him. So, if you are planning to buy broadband dongle from airtel, please be aware of fraud services, and looting representatives. I have made several request to cancel my services and get refund for the dongle, but this guy is not picking up my phone calls and not responding to my SMS. Thanks Babu
