This is regarding an issue faced by my with my postpaid Airtel mobile connection number : 81...97 This number is blocked from last 10-11 days in spite of submitting all documents last Thursday i.e. 5th Feb 2015. The documents were submitted at Phase 3b2, Near Indus Hospital, Mohali. Even after valid address verification again at my company address, mobile number is not working and blocked. After visiting the showroom again, i was told a verification is pending wherein I have to dial 59059 from my cell. However Airtel representative's fail to provide solution as how to dial when they already have disconnected the my sim, As per latest conversation i.e on 13 Feb 2015, Friday, a call will be made to alternative number for tele verification. However till now no call is recieved and airtel is now not even responding back to queries. I will suggest all, please think 100 times before opting for Airtel services.

Its very worst experiance i will surly spread bad awareness in the market against Airtel Bharti as customer. From last 6 moth i was not using this number [protected] i have disconnected because of some disputed done also i have filed complaint against on Consumer forum of India 3 times. Lots of times faced bad behaviour from Airtel recovery third party companies I already said go legally i have proofs i will prove my self in court but very un helpfull feedback they are continually harassing. TODAY you guys are done height hacked my mobile contacts called on all numbers and shouted used bad words in that some contacts are lawyers, IAS officers, Inspectors all are harassing because of this bad activity done by EXPERT MANEGMENT ( Thane West Naupada) tired party recovery of Bharti Airtel. I have filed NC at Rabale police station against Airtel Bharti & Expert Management ( MS SADHANA SING & MR PRASHANT VERMA ) in the foul of hacked my phone contacts and called on all VIP and normal contacts shouted, used bad words and harassed full day also filed complaint against MS SADHANA SING by their Police constable as well to used hard and bad words against him on duty. I have recordings as well. Today i toped up 250 INR second time and all money was deducted in three hours.upon my inquiry advisor hanged up on me with out explianing to me. Then i tried to call them three times.but they kept disconnecting my calls. Which is quite frustrating...I am throwing away my sim [protected]. The worst service i have ever had. If they keep overcharging whole india ...God knows how much illegal money they are making by cheating...

Dear sir.. My name is veena n my no. Is [protected] .Yesterday my balance was 1146 rs..n now its left with only 33 rs..my whole balance has deducted in one day without any ultimatum..i got no msgs regarding my deductions..the representative told me its deducted in internet usage from last night .my 3g internet pack was active although i m using wifi at my home.i got no msgs regarding dis usage...i want my money back to my account..plz revert me back asap..thanks

I recharged my prepaid mobile with rs. 199 unlimited 2g data plan. It has been just 2 days since my recharge.. it promised that I'll get speed o[censored]pto 40 kbps..but i am just getting 2 or 3 kbps.. i am not even able to browse.. when i called them they said sir you can't download in this plan.. Really?? These guys are so cheater.. they made the 2g scam.. and than they hiked the prices of 2g and there burden came one us.. But still they are not providing speed.. i wasted my 199 rs. They even cut my 15 rs while i was using airtel free one touch internet.

i m having prepaid airtel mobile no [protected], i had made online recharge transaction of rs 105 in which the money was debited from my bank account but the recharge was not sucessful, the transaction ID 824596 on 23/01/2015, but still the amount is not credited back in my account.

I have recharged an amount of Rs.330/- by online towards my mobile phone [protected] on 13.02.2015 vide refereence by means of net banking vide reference [protected]IG00PIHOJ1 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA O but it was failed and again i tried to recharge an amount of Rs.330/- again for the same mobile vide reference [protected]IG00PIHFX7 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA O. Again it also failed. So totally Rs.660/- was deducted from by bank account. Please credit the above amount in to my account as the recharge was not successful.

I had applied on dt.12.02.15 for conversion of my Postpaid plan to prepaid but till date the conversion not done, And I am facing lot of problems due to non activation of my old number. Airtel blocked our pre paid number ([protected]) without any prior information. This have been more than 45 days since we are approaching them to re-activate the number and have wasted lot of money and time on various wrong instructions of Airtel Customer Care. Now they are asking me to visit Airtel relationship centre to re-activate and take duplicate SIM. These customer centres are 150+ KM from my village. Many time I submitted them my address & ID proofs. Being a FEMALE and Rural customer I feel that I am harassed and no satisfactory reply is given by them. Please look into the matter and get the number re-activated.

After 68 Hours of Document Submission Migration plan is not Activated from Prepaid to Postpaid Connection.i have submitted documents at PSV SOFT SOLUTIONS, 8-2-191, PANJAGUTTA X ROAD .HYD-5000082. I am done with this kind poor Service without any Response.

Executive Called me for 4G connection demo on Friday - I gave him time on Saturday 5 PM - He didnt show up. Worrying about what happened, I called him back. He said he will be coming in 2 hours as he got stucked somewhere else. As this is always possible.. I waited for him. He didn't show up. Again on Sunday, I didn't get any call from him. So I gave him a call back - He didn't receive my call. So I texted him.. if he can come today - he calls back and asks.. Who is this? (WTF..?) I explained everything, he remembered me and tells me that he will come on Monday morning 9:30 AM - Guess what. He didn't show up again. My question is - Do you guys care about Customer's or not?

In 2009, I took an Airtel corporate SIM card with mobile no. [protected]. I paid a refundable security deposit of Rs 300/-. I closed the SIM card in 2014 after paying all the bill dues. Ideally, I should get back my security deposit, but company is giving some useless excuse to return my money back. i have recharged for 297. The amount has been taken from my account. but i did not receive any charge for that. W can accept it is normal that mistakes can happen either from their side or my side. When i called the customer support number they are not at all providing proper answers. PFB the replies i have got from them-

i have called them for more than 5 times evreytime they would ask me about the issue. i Have asked them to create a ticket and provide me the tkt number so far nothing has been created.

One fellow is asking me why are you calling me again and again. Is it emergeny yes it is emergency.

So far i dint receive a single thing from them. Is this a way you treat the customer. I am not fighting for the money. just a proper response if this process can not be processed tell me frankly why are making the customer running behind you. Kindly do the needful.

In the month of Jan'15, I have recharged my wife phone no-[protected] ( Which I had kept for emergency use-during my office hrs) . After recharging, few days latter hello tunes service activated and rs 200.00 deducted from balance. Which was shocking to me as my entire budget was disturbed. Today I approached for deactivation of service with customer care no 121 - Junior officer talked me, and I was not agree for stopping the hello tune service without reversal amount and sr, after that he has transferred the call to Sr.officer after waiting of hold calls ~10 minutes. I talked in similar manner that hello tune to be de activated with reversal of amount. For reversal of amount Sr.officer was not agreed. But I too also not agreed that without reversal of amount service should not stop. I have requested him stop the service with immediate effect along with amount reversal on pro-rata basis. But again I got surprised that hello tunes de-activated without reversal of amount. This is totally matter of doing the business in un-ethical way. Also it is the breach of faith with the customer.
My request is this such type of business enhancement practice's should not take on place. The business should have transparency in the system. Request you to look in to the matter.

I bought a post paid connection Airtel Mobile connection from the Indiranagar Airtel Store in Bangalore on 14th Feb, 2015. The sales person "Sajid" promised the connection to be activated by 7 PM the same day. The connection still wasn't activated by 11 AM on 15th Feb, 2015. When I went to the store again another member of the staff "Nagaraj" told me the connection will be activated by 2 PM or else he will personally call me up to sort the issue. Till 3:30 PM neither the connection get activated nor Nagaraj called. When I went to the store at around 4 PM and I was promomised that connection will be activated by before 12 PM on 16th Feb, 2015 and if not then I can take my money back. When I asked for the same in writing Nagaraj declined the same, declined to share the contact number of the store manager, declined to share the mail to their customer care and laughed on my face when I asked when asked for customer complaint head's number. If Airtel does not wish to add new retail customer's they are entitled to do so but do not take their money and then be rude to the customers.

My name is BINOJ BABU and my mobile number is [protected] and when I called to customer care on 10th February, Tuesday @ around 8:30 for knowing the details about balance deduction. I just called to 198 and that lady who pick the call transferred to senior level escalator which she told me. The girl who spoke to me in a rude behaviour and she told me that she doesn't care weather any customers change their connection from Airtel to any other service provider. and she told me that her name is Neethu and spoke to me like we say 'get lost'. Is this the way you are providing the service to customer care? she didn't even send me the reference number of that particular call. I want to know whether you gave punishment to that lady or not.. If i couldn't know further details about necessary action on my complaint i'll move on to consumer court against that lady and Airtel. And me and my friends will change from Airtel to idea. Today I received a call on my registered mob no. from mobile no.[protected] (Delhi Circle) she said this call from CITI Bank Credit Card Verification Dept. for your card verification she told me my 16 digit CITI card no. [protected] and ask for validity and CVV. I give those info to her after that she said you will get verification OTP and ask me to share with her and I did that after that I found amount Rs.4970 has been debited from my credit card by AIRTEL BILLDESK. Call timing on 14th Feb 2015 afternoon 5.10 PM. From Internet I came to know that this a very common fraud practice of Airtel Money/Billdesk transactions. So I request you to revert the transaction and take necessary action immediately. You may also suggest me to means for reverting the transaction immediately.
