Dear Sir/Madam, I have requested to your Mr Sandeep Kumar Patra, Airtel Office Berhampur, Mob no- [protected] regarding up gradation of prepaid connection to post paid by submitted Rs 300/-, photograph, identity proof and residence proof on dt 20.11.2014. On enquiry, your rep regularly make fool of customer by giving false assurance. Two & half months have passed but still he is giving same assurance. You please check correspondence ( messages) with him between my prepaid mobile [protected] with his mobile [protected]. Airtel is a very reputed company and i heard that it is a customer friendly company. Customer satisfaction is motto of the company. I hope company shall address my problem positively.

    i am a existing user of prepaid [protected] under 40paisa per minute plan which i wanted to shift to 1ps per second plan i charged 24 rs on 24th jan 2015 transid[protected] and on 6th feb 2015 trans id[protected] still the plan didi not change which u plz verify and confirm this is not the way to cheat people as i am being charged 40ps even for 10 seconds of talking please revert back i have not got any proper reply from your custome execuitives who i thing are l-boards please refund my 48rs which you have eaten

      I would like to bring this to your notice that i was provided Airtel 8 Mbps connection with wrong commitment. I was told that i would get 1000 local minutes free with Airtel 8 Mbps plan costing 1299/ month. After getting my first bill i found that i was billed for all the local calls i made. I raised this with Airtel customer care. I got 2 calls from Airtel escalation team but no solution was offered. The complaint number is 53293996.I am really frustrated with the fact that nobody is willing to help. Airtel is such a big brand and i don't except such a poor customer service from you guys. I proposed two solutions to Airtel escalation engineer: 1: Add 1000 minutes to my existing plan 2: Give me 25GB plan at Rs 1299/- He was not willing to take either of the solutions. Rather he was OK if request for termination. It was really surprising that you couldn't event attempt to retain your customer. I thought of bringing this to your notice to see if at all i can get any help.         Sir, I have done online prepaid recharge for 330 rupees full talk time.After i completed online transaction airtel page says "sorry Transaction could not be completed.Regret for inconvenience".I have lost money in this manner 7 to 8 times.If they could not process they should say site maintainence problem at the first page only before doing transaction.But after i have lost money they are giving a sorry request and not even bothering about money lost.           I got my phone recharged for Rs.100 on 06/02/2015 from airtel mobile website(m.airtel.in). As advertised on airtel website(http://www.airtel.in/mobilesite), this recharge should provide a bonus talktime of Rs.110 which is yet to be received. Ms. lavanya mistri, Senior Supervisor & Avinash Gupta, Floor Supervisor Airtel West Bengal customer care talked to me and informed that despite of the advertisement being live on airtel website they will not take any responsibility for it and the offer doesn't exist at all, very rudely and in an unwilling state to help.             sir, today at 12:21 pm received message from airtel that my data pack has been ended & from now on for using internet i will be charged from my account balance. At that time i realized that my data pack has been ended, now when i checked my balance, i found that balance of about ruppees 200 has been deducted from my account balance. I was very angry so i make a call to customer care & they were obviously trying to protect themselve. I asked them few questions: Firstly, that without having my permission why did u charged from my main account & you are informing me after more than 1 hour by sending message. Secondly, when we are in a call, when balance is nil u disconnect the call in the same way why u did not disconnect internet connection. Thirdly, when direction messages were received i did not saw them & i thought that they were coming because of lost of data connectivity so i did not saw them that also means i did not press OK on direction message so i did not confirmed to use internet connection. At that time they should stop my data connectivity but they did not do that. Please, Please, tell me what should i do...

              Hi, I have requested for migrating my postpaid number [protected] to prepaid at Marathahalli Airtel relationship outlet – Bangalore - 560037 on 31/1/2015. Further to that, my postpaid connection got deactivated on 3/2/205 at 7 PM, but the prepaid SIM is not activated even after 48 hrs, and even spending many hours with customer care executives and sitting at Airtel Outlet. when I am contacting customer care, I am always receiving a reply as they are unable to see my details in their application hence they can’t activate my prepaid connection and I need to contact Airtel showroom, But when I am contacting Airtel Show room they are saying that they have already updated all the details, hence they can’t do anything further.               This issue is still persisting. This prepaid connection got activated on 6/2/15 at 7.30 PM after having a call with Airtel technical team, after then I made 200 rupees recharge as well. However, the next day Saturday 7/2/15 around 8 AM again I lost the network signal on my SIM card, when I have contacted customer care executive they were saying its a Vodafone number ( I have 4 years Airtel postpiad bill statement with me) and when I asked them to provide a complaint number they were not willing to give any complaint number as they were saying that they couldn't find any details about this number (but I made 200 rupees recharge on this number and made couple of calls after activating this in prepaid connection).

              Even after making many calls to customer care number no one was able to provide any support or solution. Yesterday I have received an email from Airtel stating that this number status is showing as free number and I need to re-submit all my documents again to Airtel showroom so that they will activate this number, only if this number has not allocated to anyone by that time.

              As suggested by Airtel customer care team I have re-submitted all required documents to Airtel Relationship outlet at Marathahalli in Bangalore.

              I would request Airtel to activate my prepaid connection at the earliest.

              Yesterday I received a call from Marathahalli Airtel Relationship outlet, and they were saying that this number can't be activated as this number status is showing as recycled. I really don't understand how this can be happened as this number I had been using past 4 years in Airtel postpaid connection and Airtel had activated this number in prepaid connection on 6/2/15 at 7.20 PM for 12 hours also I did 200 rupees recharge too at that time.

              Now I am not getting any response from Airtel regarding the activation of this number or the amount that I have recharged when it got activated in prepaid connection ( I hardly used 20 rupees out of 200 rupees).

              It's been more than a week since the number got deactivated and l couldn't even make any bank transaction and receive any important calls due to unavailability of this number.

              Further to sending an email to Airtel appellate karnataka division on 13/02/205, I have received a call form them on 14/02/2015 at 10.30 AM and they have collected my new PrePaid SIM card number and told me that my prepaid connection will get activated within 24 hours. But even after 48 hours still this connection is not activated.

              As usual, again I have received a call from Airtel appellate karnataka division and asked me to send photo of the SIM as they couldn't find my SIM card number in their application ( I was wondering how Airtel Relationship outlet can provide a SIM card without keeping any information about that).

              As suggested I have sent the photo of the SIM card and waited another 24 hours.But after that no more response from them. and still my SIM is not activated.

                    I've been using an Airtel 4G LTE connection for 2+ years now in B'lore. My CPE B592 device abruptly stopped working one day, and I was struggling to use it all of January 2015. I made multiple calls to the Airtel helpdesk, and would get stock replies that the problem is being looked into. Ultimately they sent some engineer over, and he said the device needs to be replaced. There is no other option. I agreed to this, and on the helpdesk's and an Airtel showrooom executive's recommendation, I bought a ZTE device. The freaking device did not work after multiple attempts. I lost the 2, 000 rupees I initially paid to purchase the earlier device, and this new device for which I paid 3, 000 rupees also looks like going down the drain. Because Airtel, being the scamsters they are, do not refund anything. They only know to suck the blood out of you. Now these people are singing a new tune, and telling me that there's some network issue at my location, and it's gonna take 90 days to have this sorted. I've terminated the connection, and asked them to get back to me once the problem is sorted, if at all. I'm writing here so any potential new customers stay away from this scam. This is like a siren call to avoid, avoid, avoid this company like the plague. I really hope there's more competition in this sector, and new players like Google enter the Indian market so arrogant companies like Airtel bite the dust and become history.

                        Hi, I had changed the prepaid account to postpaid account last month. But the information regarding the account was wrongly commited to me. The details which I was commited were: Rs. 299 plan - 900 local/std calls, 500 mb 3g data and roaming incoming free. But now, the executives are denying from this plan. The details of the executive who sold me this plan are as below: Name - Raj Mobile # [protected] I want immediate action should be taken for my complaint and I am not going to pay the bill until the issue is resolved.

                          My name is Budhaditya Chatterjee. My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I am very disgusted on airtel. Suddenly I have been notified via sms on 09th Jan, 2015 that “LAILA has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- rupees has been deducted for 7 days. I never want it. I stopped the service immediately by going to our nearest airtel customer service centre in behala. Then again next week I got the sms that "LAILA has been activated” and I went to the customer care and stopped the service and the same thing happened again next week. 3 times in 1 month and when I got the bill as my number is post paid Rs.105 has been added to my account. My question is why Airtel is doing this kind of cheating. I am completely disgusted on Airtel. Please change the bill and reissue the corrected one.

                              Hi, My name is Ashish Vishwakarma, working in cognizant gurgaon, haryana and I raised one request for changing my plan to rental free plan 99 rs. from my existing plan C36 CUG 349 and they committed that you can re-activate this plan later and now I want to reactivate this plan then customer care executive saying that we are unable to process your request as you are already activate myPlan. The bill plan can be changed only to myPlan, if myPlan is already activate. What is this ? Why don't you people told me earlier this ? This is the second issue I am facing while associated with Airtel which is frustrating .                                     From yesterday night (3th February, 2015) my mobile no [protected] (Pre Paid) has stopped working. Incoming calls & out going call have been blocked. I contacted customer care in the night & they informed that my SIM in blocked & they failed to give any reason for this. I also went to Airtel Centre in Sector 4, Dwarka, Delhi they also were not able to give any firm response on this. I failed to understand that this SIM I am using from last 10 years then suddenly even without information how come they can block my SIM ????? AIRTEL Sector 12, Dwarka office advised my to port my no to Vodafone. Is this correct ??? This SIM I am using from 2005 & suddenly blocking this SIM has caused lot of disturbance in my schedule & this is so frustrating that nobody at AIRTEL service centre have any clue & solution to my complaint. I can easily buy a new no from other service providers but still want to wait for my queries to get resolved at the earliest. Today I gave my photo ID’s at AIRTEL Sector 12, Dwarka office but no assurance is given of the time frame for this problem to get resolved. I need this matter to get resolved in next 48 hrs failing so I will be forced to take new SIM of other service provider.                                       sir my no [protected].mere no pe 12 ka recharge tha or mere no jayda paisa kat gya . puchhne pe bta rha hai ki aapka 12 ka validity 30 din ke liye hi tha but mere pas message hai 45 days ka. some money is extra deducted from my account. maine complaint kiya tha customer care ko waha se solution to nhi mila lekin unhone kisi ko mera no de ke dhamkiyan dilwaya hai sara bat record hai mere pas wo bta rha tha main airtel office holi gate se bat kar rha hu uska no hai [protected]. aap batao main kya karoon .ya to police ke pas jau ya aap hi batao

                                        On 03.02.2015 at 23:49 when I was sleeping and my mobile was lying on the table, Rs.35/- was deducted on account of Video Store service activated without any request from my side vide Transaction ID No. N[protected] which is undue deduction of Rs.35/- from my prepaid balance of [protected]. When this fact informed on 121 to Airtel representative on 04.02.2015 vide complaint no. [protected], further Rs.3/- (1+2) was deducted on account of informing their mistake. First time representative hold on for 4-5 minutes and cut the call on account of giving the call to senior representative. Second time after holding for 10 minutes, senior executive told that after deduction of balance even by default they will not credit the deducted amount. It is requested that please credit the undue deducted amount of Rs.35/- plus Rs.3/- = Rs.38/- to my prepaid balance of [protected] immediately.
