Airtel from IDEA Network, The Detail are below:

This is to bring you kind notice I have been taken
PORT to Airtel recently, but the Service of the Airtel CUSTOMER CARE is Not
been GOOD or able to resolve my TECHNICAL PROBLEM, Since last 24 hours i have
been continue tried to get my MOBILE ACTIVATE BLACKBERRY SERVICE on [protected],
but No one can able to put thing in Right Direction & nor even ready to
registered my complain when requested to forward my issue.
I have even tried to get connected on 7070 since
Blackberry Customer care also could not resolve my Problem to activate my BBM
Services, though I have released my PIN from IDEA also. When tried to Speak from my Airtel
alternative MOBILE NO [protected] the customer care have talk arrogantly &
MY CALL IS BLOCK to TALK NOW CUSTOMER CARE for Further more call cannot be done
to register my COMPLAIN for the Matter of Service related to PORTED NO
[protected] /, This is what I felt very sad & felt I have made
Blunder mistake to have port to AIREL.
I am just writing this mail to bring your kind notice
how is the SERVICE is been given my your CUSTOMER CARE EX that even I CANT
SPEAK or Make Register my further complain to 121 or 198 from my MOBILE NO
[protected].
For your ref You can very verify & confirm the How
many time I have call & why the MY CALL IS BLOCK to CUSTOMER CARE from
[protected] .
Since my all connectivity of MAIL & MESSENGER is
not activate on [protected] I am losing my value service which have tunised my
image in business for delay in response to all quarry from my customer. Kindly
confirm if matter cannot be resolve I have to forced to stopped all SERVICE of
AIRTEL what I am using in my end.
