I am Airtel customer and using Airtel prepaid card ([protected]) .I am receiving repeated unwanted calls from Airtel for converting Prepaid service to Post paid service for last six months.I have informed to caller that I am not interasted in changing my status and delete my no from the calling list.

    Hi, My Mobile no. [protected](TN), I am using This Airtel number more 10 years; Last month unkownly done 145 Rs Rate cutter booster two times on Nov 19 & Nov 25, After that i called to Airtel CC and informed same, Thy replied after current booster expires 2nd booster will be activated. 2nd booster suppose to be activated from 17 Dec'14 ends 14 Jan'15. But my 2nd booster is not activated. I have called to Airtel CC and complainted many times and sent mail from Airtel Web site. So far no action has been taken. Complaint reference no. Via Email : PR[protected], PR[protected] Complaint reference no. Via Call : Many Now a days Airtel Customer Care service is very bad. So I Decide to Change the Network. Thank you Airtel !       Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that I have received access bill I don't know how you have send this bill to me this is too much as per my uses. As simply I have a postpaid plan of 149 and I data usage plan of 5GB unlimted of Rs: 249 for One month. so simply it will be 149+249=398 + taxes. So, Please modify the bill and send back new bill so that I can pay the amount. regards Vijay

I have also file three times complaint on ; "Need help We'll get back to you in 2 hours - Airtel - www.airtel.in/forme/home/needhelp" It is un fortunate that till date i have not get my problem solved.           I got a missed call from unknown number ([protected]) . On calling back, the reply from the other side was that they were from AIRTEL company and congratulated my win on a lottery ticket and immediately the call got disconnected. Later I realised that Rs14 was deducted from my mobile balance . On checking whose number it was, through true caller it read Shafique from Pakistan. Please interrogate on this number as soon as possible.

            I have Airtel 4G connection which was sold to me stating that the plan will not change and is fixed for lifetime, the plan was 10GB of data @999/- and post which there would be no additional charges but with reduced speed. Now, Airtel is forcefully changing the plan to 10GB limited data post which they'll be charging for each kb of data usage. I have raised this concern with Airtel customer care centre via multiple e-mails however they have come back that the plan now will not be changed and if I want I can switch to another service provider. I'm fine in switching to another service provider however Airtel is not even ready to pay for the modem buy back which they are saying that they don't do as per terms and condition but my question is that as per the terms and conditions they should not have changed the bill plan as well then. Before contacting them via mails I had a brief discussion with Airtel Custome Care executive wherein I was told that the plan will not change if I'm not fine in changing the same. Airtel in the first place did a mis-selling by not letting me know about the bill plan change in near future then I a false commitment stating the bill plan will not change and later on forcefully changing the bill plan. ( I have the all the mails from Airtel which I can forward as required) Request you to let me know if the bill plan can be changed without customer consent and is the service provider has full rights to make changes as per their wish.               Airtel retention department has offered me to do recharge of 6 month and it will valid for one year, I did the same on that day made a recharge of amount 3285 but till this date I have not got 1 year validity. I have called airtel many times unable to get any resolution for same. I am really very disappointed about all this just let me know what you guys wants for me ..I very sick of keep following each customer care for every time. Consider this is my extreme escalation for same.                 I messaged three times to AIRTEL for getting Unique Porting code with the specified format given as per the government, but they messaged back saying wrong format all the times even though format was right all the time. They deducted the balance all the time. I wish to take a legal action against them as they are notoriously famous for doing such balance frauds. I will move to file a petition against them in high court if not answered properly.

                  Dear Sir Airtel has again disappointed me by generating excess bill amount for the service which i have never used. I have called airtel's helpline many times but in vain. In my area signal strength is not even proper and my sim is in roaming so how can I use internet willingly or bimistakely . Plz clear me what should I do now. To file a case in consumer forum for poor service of airtel and negligence of customers complaint for barring him more than 3 days for the charges which he has never used or file an FIR that if I haven't use so who is using internet from my no. or airtel will investigate upon this matter. mob no- [protected]

                    Today, I recharged online using AIRTEL website for Rs.175/- and amount has been deducted from my bank account but even after 6 hours the recharge benefit is not received. I had subscribed for the special offer recharge for 2G internet for 28 days with 1.5 GB data

                    I have complained many times through dial 198 for-mob--[protected] on 18 nov 14 at 5:54 rs-50 were charged for burnitall game, whereas, neither i have asked nor used the same .Pl refund my rs-50 to my mob balance or to my sbi a/c [protected] . It is not understood that how a service provider can charged the amt without providing /asked any service and this is being done with thousands customers which is highly irregular.- nirmal kumar [protected]

                        Airtel sales executive Ravi @ [protected] came to my residence on 23/12/14 for new connection of 4G advance 3999 rental plan and i'd submitted my documents and made the payment of Rs.4480 (inclusive of 12% service tax) but its not activated yet. Verification was completed on 25/12/14 by one of Airtel executive ans was told it will activite by end of the day but its not done yet. I'd approached to customer service # [protected] and even their office at Gurupanpalliya, Bangalorebut they are not willing to help. I also approachd to the sales executive Ravi and his Manager Rajeev @[protected] but its not helping to progress for activation. I have tols them that if I need to re-submit my documents then I can but no comments fro them. I need either to activate this service or refund the amount but they don't seems to be care at all.                           On dated 19/12/2014 I have by mistake recharge on no. [protected] of Rs. 140.00 and after in 10 minute i have send request to debit same amount Rs. 140.00 and that amount is debit in number. Same rupees have to transfer to other Airtel no. [protected] but that amount is not credit to the number i have call customer care many many time but all time they gives technical reason and any of our executive will call but I don't received any call from the company. I am small retailer and making recharges and zerox in my shop. I request you please do needful as early as possible.

                            actually i bought an airtel sim card on 24th dec 2014 and he said it will be activated by 24th night itself... but according to the proof problems that age is not sufficient it was rejected..thats OK.. and again on 25th dec i gave proofs.adn every thing is ok... and it should be activated by 26th...and again on 26th my sim was rejected again...??? i want my sim to be activated before 30th whatever problem it was so please show me a solution to get my sim activated please thanking you AIRTEL...

                              I am B.Sudhakar, having an mobile number [protected] with airtel connection. I have paid an amount of Rs. 440/- asking for a package. I have received the same by airtel on 23/12/14 online. it shows that the amount is dedicated balance, I could not understand what it is. Again to see that my sms for 210 messages to be activated, I have asked for the same and same is deducted from my balance of to the tune of Rs. 20/-, still the same is shown as not actived. I understand airtel is fraud I am planning to move away from the airtel, if my issue is not resolved with immediate effect

                                Hi Team, I am the customer since 7 years an whenever i complain they resolve the issue and again after sometimes problem started.This is the reason i switch backed from postpaid to prepaid because i had to face the poor customer service when i called the customer care desk. Yesterday i called around 5 pm and spoke to a Sr.. Customer Executive regarding my complain and he was unable to resolve the case and not even escalated the call and left me distress and i now decided to share this instance to the Consumer Forum Court. Issue:( i checked in Airtel website where it was mentioned the RC79 is for one month roaming free and it was not working after the successful recharge also hence i called the cc and Anupam told that he cant help me and i have to do RC38 inorder to get the priviledge of free incoming calls when i am out of station. I asked for refund also he denied so not alternate options provided aswell .I wanted to share this instance before i highlight to consumer court.Revert back to my mail asap. email ( sharique.[protected]@gmail.com) Mob:- [protected]

                                  Hi. i am bernise. my number is [protected] & [protected]. Yesterday i made a call to 121 and given a complaint that the messages are not going from my mobile numbers. Mr.Sravan might be a supervisor, asked me to check the message centre number. and i did the same. i told him that i sent 35 messages yesterday morning to my friends but no one received. he said the other person receiving is not the concern thing to them. he says that their system is showing 35 messages sent. i told him pl check with message sent person. he said that it is not his duty. than i asked him if someone is recieveing the messages than what is the use if iam paying amount to the messages. he said that concen is not to him. again i asked him to reactify the problem. he said that he is not concern if some one is receiveing or not. he is only concern on his system what displays. like that he dragan the matter up to 22 minutes. and cut the call. still now the messages are not going . i have a recorded evedience to prove this.

                                      Dear Sir, This is too Inform you that I'm Gaurav Dutta Customer of Airtel Post paid Service having no. [protected]. This number is Using by me from Past 3 Months and Past 2 Bills was cleared by me But On Nov Month I got bill No.[protected] Amount of Rs 1707 and this bill is not justify for me and that time I logged disconnection request 59198576 on 3rd of December and that time someone retention agent commited me waiver of Rs 1500 But from that date to till now nobody post this waiver and continuously collection team called me for payment clear. And they also confirmed me about that waiver but nobody post this waiver. I'm very very fed up with airtel bill and harass. And now i got bill from Airtel of Rs 663 But At the time of Retention Call I told that please stop my 3g Internet service and my actual bill is 299 my Plan and 25 Sms Pack and so why Airtel Add other charges in my bill... I'm your Gold Customer and look at the kind of service I am getting from you… Its’ been one month that I am trying to get my query resolved but till date nobody seems to bother !! I have talked to each of you but none of you is bothering to resolve my case…You guys tell me that you will call but you don’t call…U don’t even write back… My Mobile Number : [protected] Alternate Number: [protected] PLEASE LOOK INTO IT VERY VERY URGENTLY !!
