We have shifted the house before three months. I was not in hometown, and in my family they dont know what to do. Today i recieved a call from airtel. Sir is my fault too, but pls i need a consession on this. I cant able to pay the whole amount i can pay some penality for that 50% Of that amount but not the whole amount sir. We also using airtel landline, broadband and posaid connections from airtel. Pls help us in this.

        I am porting my mobile no. [protected] from Vodafone to Airtel on 26.12.2014. As per norms i received the new Airtel sim on given of Rs. 300/- and necessary documents to customer. Though the outgoing call facility was activated on 29.12.2014, incoming call facility and SMS service was not activated till date. When i contact to Airtel Customer Care they are advised me to take a duplicate sim from Airtel Store by producing my documents and Rs. 25 again. My other mobile no. is [protected]

              I am unable to call some tatadocomo numbers from my number:[protected] from the time i bought this simcard, I called customer representative many times but they did'nt helped me, Last time when i called them and asked to send me the complaint number they told me that issue will be resolved within 48 hours. Its have been a week since I called them, still I am unable to call tatadocomo numbers. There service is really getting worse and worse.

                Mobile no.[protected] This number is My dad Name- krishna Iyengar, we converted this number from idea to airtel in the month of dec, till now the connection is not given, it says Number is not in service. from past one week i am continously working with the customer care but no response, i never expected airtel service to be like this.

                      Sir Today I search on airtellive.com for mypacks &after login my a/c Ifound a 2Gdata pack of 2GB with 28 days validity for Rs 155 so I recharge my Mobile no [protected]. for Rs 155 by mobile banking mode but I did not receive my data pack till now and not any talktime balance in my mobile a/c.So please do something .                           I have received call from this number [protected]. I accidentally picked up the call and the person started by saying that "YOUR NUMBER HAS BEEN SELECTED IN A LOTTERY" I immediately disconnected the call. Please look in the matter seriously and take necessary actions

                            Dear Sir/Madam It is the 1st time in the time period of last four or five years where from I am using this number ([protected] ) that Airtel made me surprised in the starting of this New year by sending the bill of Rs;3808. From the last four to five years I am using the same service from your company but my bill never got exceeded more than Rs:500, I failed to understand that in the starting of New Year instead of providing any special offer to your regular customer I received the bill of Rs:3808. Sir bill detail shows that I have used the internet service more than I used in every month, but I used it as I was using in the every month from last few years.                                 I have been using airtel 2G internet connection from past 3 years. Last month, i.e., Dec 2014 bill has shooted up 5 times. For 1 GB 2 G internet per month charges are Rs 175. This month I got shocking bill of 1300. When I complained they Airtel customer care, they are saying there was internet usage. Logically, I should receive a alert message as my internet reaches 80% of the plan which I have enabled, if it has crossed more then 100% why they have not send any alert message or email.

                                    my customer id is [protected]. there was a problem with my airtel connection one month back.. and i called customer care, they said it will be chargeable.. i said i am not going to pay as just one month back only i have replaced my settop box(this was another problem it got solved after lot of fighting and paying 500 rs for that). the executive suggested me to pay 200 rs to the engineer and the same would be refunded as recharge to my account. i have called more than 5-6 times every time with long hold and many people speak.. they never refunded and even my services also stopped. i lost the battle and recharged with 100 again just for few minutes the services resumed and again stopped. I called again to the customer care again long holdes this time so long that the executives never returned. you know this customer care is not toll free also. this is chargable. Now airtel has my 200 + 100 with them with no services providing to me on top of that my cell phone bill for calling this customer care is more that 200 rs.. Airtel is just making fools and looting money from the customers. I would like to take this to consumer court. any one please guide me.

Dear customer care, I have recharged my Airtel no. [protected] (West Bengal) on[protected] at Jamnagar, Gujarat, with Rs 251/-. But this sum is getting credited to an account called "Dedicated account".When i called airtel customer care they told they have nothing to do regarding that case. This Dedicated account is not working while roaming, as I am on roaming so, total recharge goes to Airtel by cheating me. Why this type of service activated??? This is nothing but cheating customers. Please transfer the balance from dedicated account to regular account as earliest.
