But I need incoming call details Since from Mar-2014 to Dec-2014. i have missed to save some incoming call numbers those are very important to me. Please understand my situation. I am putting mails since from Dec-2014 regarding this till now you didn't solve my issue. Now i am very unhappy about your services .       I hold an Airel number [protected] and did an online topup for 3G for Rs 249. The amount was deducted from the bank but the Airtel site threw an error saying that there was some issue. Obviously it is an Airtel issue but still I had to pay for calling customer care. The customer care executive could not understand or talk in English and so had to talk to someone else called Mamta I guess. She said that it will take 7 days to get the top up done. I am not sure what I need to do waiting for 7 days. The reference number is 997070. Please address this issue Vijay

        You have such loosers in your organization and I cnt believe it. I have been using Airtel since years and my family too prefers Airtel no other connection but today I lost all trust n its all in air man. Amazingly I got new number and called for verification surprisingly speak to guy named Adarsh (may be fake name given to me) but post verification I enquired with him whether my details would be leaked or not. I asked him 2-3 times may be he could not understand English I asked for manager 3-4 times and he denied on my face. I banged the call saying PISS OFF. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE GOOD GOING GUYZ !!! I called back again and spoke to Vineet floor supervisor, he was just interested to know whether I verified details or not. I explained complete scenario to him and said there is no Adarsh and he will take action. I asked him to listen my last call and let me know who was he person if not Adarsh he denied post which I asked his location he denied disclosing that too. BUNCH OF LIARS AND LOOSERS SITTING OUT THERE and then you say brand to yourself !!! You have ruined your image and Ill see to it what action you all take and then see what I do to make lazy like get off from seat and work. Bloody jerks who just dont want work and Top management is all in air.

          Hi dear all Airtel customers this is to inform you that, the airtel customer care staff is so rood and un cultured they dont no how to speak with a customer . netwirk is so bad no proper cnnection. Airtel is a big cheater company i have never seen.
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          your some of the customer care staff is irrespective in my yesterday complaint and you debited RS 35 from my phone balance for un proper reason.so please help me to get my balance back, otherwise u will loose ur one o[censored]r customer !!!

            Airtel has offered CUG plans to our company when taking the connection they offered us 17 packs for 399 plan but after the numbr is activated they told there is issue with system and 14 packs are activated. the same response we are hearing from last 5 months from them . Now they put a new story saying i[censored] take a new connection you will get 17 packs . But when we went to airtel store for taking CUG plan . we are getting 14 packs only. When we visted the sales person (Airtel) who offered us. he is saying i dont know u check with customer care. This is ongoing issue from last 5 months. Really Airtel is very least bothered about customer . Please we need to take some action on this. i can be reached on +[protected].

              Dear Sir I have a broadband connection with ID [protected] and land line no. [protected] and this connection is dead since 4 days. I have contacted your help line no. And asked to rectify the problem but all the commitment have been failed. Today I asked a senior executive Mr. Akshay also and he was also unable to give any commitment and he also refused to give his direct no. I don’t know to whom I should write this complaint. If you are the right person than please get it rectified and you are not the correct person than forward this mail to correct person. Presently I am surprised to get such pathetic service and response from AIRTEL. Please don’t forget ‘A satisfied customer will create your two customers and a unsatisfied customer will destroy your 10 satisfied customers. God bless you Alka Jauhari [protected]

                  My customer ID is [protected]. I am not using my connection from last 1 year properly as iam out of station. On August i got a call from your customer care representative that if i recharge for Rs 2235 ill get 6+4 month on on my existing Mega plan(Rs370/month).To avoid connection break i took that plan and taken that offer. But after 3months my balance is Rs 24 on contacting customer care they told me that thier are several add on package activated on my account which i never requsted for.Surprisingly all that package was activated on 31st Aug 2014.I did not receive any confirmation meassage regarding the activation of any additional package and as iam not using my televeison so no request was made from my side. In addition i have pulled out my custmised phone bill and i confirmed no call was made.Why i would need additional channel if am not using it, i just got it recharged so that service cannot be discontinued. You can even check localy that iam out of station from last 1 yr or so only ocasinoly visiting the house. I got very poor response in writing by airtel representative.He offered the compensation for Rs 350. He also confirmed that no such plans were availaible /not actvativate.While on 31st August same guy who offered me that plan called me up for the confirmation of the offer.Whom to belive in this case? Now your customer care is not even responding this is as serious harassment and cheating to customer. Poor reponse and cheating is never expected from company who is known for good service and customer care. |

                    Hello All, I have been complaining about the network coverage issue in my area and also frequent call disconnection. I have tried calling customer care and they were creating case and closing on their own but no proper update.Below are the list of case created for this issue by Airtel customer care. I am facing this issue from last June since i have been moved into this area. Myself and my friends in this area all are facing this issue if want i can provide all numbers who are all facing this same issue.                       The data connection provided does not work half of the time due to issues unresolved for the last 4 months.i get no speed for surfing even kindly look into this matter and solve it within 24 hours otherwise i will be forced to lodge a complain in police station of taking rental and of making fake promises when i had a talk with the executive he took no effort to solve the matter kindly solve it otherwise this time im going to take a serious step to get my rental fee back

                        dear sir/ madam I have recharged through net banking for net data, bank transaction was successful. But I didn't received the net data.                           This is to bring to the notice of the company that constantly rising prices of airtel internet are making consumers unhappy and unsatisfied with airtel connection, which makes people like me, not getting internet balance recharged at all and looking for alternatives to aitel. I use around 100 mb a month and it feels completely wastage of money to get 1gb recharged and spend around 198rs when my 900 gb will anyways go waste. And its not just the problem faced by one person, many are facing this same issue, just that no one wants to take time out to report it to you. My request is to please introduce such internet packs which can cater to the needs of such people who are not capable of spending around 200 bucks for internet which they cannot even use completely and a huge amount of data goes waste. Please introduce some internet packs on reasonable prices (which might have low amount of data), have validity of at least a month or otherwise increasing the validity of the present packs.                             I APPROACHED AIRTEL RELATIONSHIP OFFICE LOBBYOF ASANSOL WEST BENGAL, TO REQUEST THEM TO HELP ME IN DE-ACTIVATING MY POSTPAID CONNECTION NUMBER [protected] OR CONVERT IT TO PRE-PAID CONNECTION OF WEST BENGAL - ASANSOL, BUT THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED TO HELP US OR BEHAVE PROPERLY WITH CUSTOMER. WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR A LONG TIME TO GET THE CHANCE OF MEETING THEM. WHICH IS OFCOURSE OF NO USE. LAID BACK ATTITUDE. THEY ASKED ME TO GO TO VIZAG & GET YOUR CONNECTION DE-ACTIVATED WE CANT DO ANYTHING FROM HERE. THEREFORE I REQUEST YOU TO STOP MY CONNECTION WITH IMMIDIATE EFFECT, I NO LONGER REQUIRE THERE SERVICE.                                 Hi I am shiv kumar Choudhary, I am using airtel mobile service last 8-10 months and my mobile number is [protected]. Actually by airtel activate internet pack (1.5GB) on apr 2014 without inform me. So I have paid (internet pack) charges. Two day ago I have seen this service enable for me so I have complained to customer care. Customer care person blame me you have activated this pack but I told him if I activated then why I have not used this service then no reply from his side. Now I want airtel should return my money which I paying last 8 months or adjust with my pending bill amount. If airtel is not agreed with me then I want to take legal action against him.                                   I Have been using airtel prepaid with number [protected] since 7 years.Two months back i have received a call from airtel customer care excutive named pallvi her number [protected] and another call from mr.arjun his number [protected] and they asked me to migrate to post paid of Rs.299/-Plan and they said that first 500 local mintus will be free and after that the call charges will be 40paisa per minute.but they have charged 50 paisa per minute after completion of free minutes, 10 days back i have given a complaint to airtel customer care and i have also called the 4 times ref complaint No:471614 but without rectifying my problem they have closed the complaint.Kindly do need full.

                                    I had request to change my broadband no [protected] from postpaid to prepaid on 13-dec-2014 at borivali s.v.road gallary. I had given all my require document and paid balance bill amount also and he had given me a new sim. Aftef one week I again visit the gallary because my changing process was not on process.He had told me it wii change with in two day but it was not done. On 3rd Jan I again visit the gallary. he had given me a no [protected] told call me tomorrow It will be done. On the next day I call him he said ok ijust check and call you with in two min. Then after he didn't call me and if I call he didn't pick up my phone even I massage him also but he didn't reply. One momth is almost complete but my postpaid no is not change in to prepaid.my service change order no.[protected] for airtel mobile [protected].

                                        My mobile No is [protected]. I have recharged my mobile on 1GB 3G net package on 15.12.2014 for 28 days and expired on 11.01.2015. I recharged my talk time on 30.12.2014 for Rs.180/- for 28 days validity. Yesterday i have noticed that my net balance is become 0.00. Therefore i have recharged 1GB 3G net package for Rs.197/- at 10.29 p.m. Today morning i call my friend for a urgent issue, your network informed that there is no balance to make a call. I am very shocked to hear this msg. Why my main balance cut with out any prior msg. If my net pack expires due to reach of limit, the company should also be automatically cut my net usage like main balance.Here no persons are allowed after their main balance is become Rs.0. The net package are also be treated like the talk time account is correct and reasonable. I contact today to the customer care service and asked this issue.The service persons are simply asked my problem and just replied with their terms & conditions. This is ridiculous and stupid procedure followed with the customer service. Whenever a customer contact with their complaint, the company should consider their problem or any other issues and any of the valid points are being stated are to be rectified. THEREFORE I REQUEST TO REVERSE THE DEDUCTION MADE FROM ME IMMEDIATELY.
