मैं अपने net bainking के लिए लॉगिन कर रहा था मगर sms send नही हुआ जब मैंने airtel कस्टमर केअर से बात की तो उनका कहना है कि मेरा pack अनलिमिटेड नही है इस लिए मेरा sms नही जा सकता जबकि मैने में एकाउंट में बैलेंस रखा है अब sms के लिए 129 से रिचार्ज करना पड़ेगा में एयरटेल की मनमानी है कृपया action ले

    Hi.

    kindly confirm, will Airtel going to provide me internet connection or not?

    please confirm without any false promises...

    My xtreme fiber connection has also been stopped due to non providing of internet connection by your team.

    This is very bad experience for me from Airtel, even after paying the desired amount of Rs1580/- on day 1.

    *"AIRTEL has not provided me the broadband connection, till date and cutted down the services of D2H, even after the payment of desired amount of Rs1580/- on day one (i.e. 27.08.2021)"

    Local representatives of Airtel are not giving any proper answer and now not picking up the phone.

      I am user of Airtel prepaid for last 2 years but suddenly a few days back my Airtel sim card network gone out completely, I waited for a few hours and then I did normal restart and reboot .. I did clean the sim and put it back and after that I tried factory reset to my mobile phone but unfortunately nothing worked .. I put other sim in mobile in that port which worked fine but Airtel sim is not showing any signal I need it back really soon, pls help me

              I have recharged my airtel sim twice with prepaid plan of 20₹ and then with 100₹ talk time, but sim yet not activated. I've tried to call customer care but they are not taking my call and keep saying your plan validity is expired.

                I have recharged my mobile number (80******78) on 15 August 2021, Sunday, with a recharge plan of Rs.298. I have recharged my mobile number through Online. Money was deducted from my Bank Account but, the recharge was not successful.

                    I ordered a new connection of Airtel Xtream Fibre worth ₹2829/- for 100 mbps for 3 months in Girdhar Nagar Colony, Meerapur Basahi, Varanasi (221003) and already did the payment in advance as demanded by the agent on 7th of August, 2021! The Agent then said that it will take a maximum time of 4 days for the installation. But after 7-8 days, they are giving no update and not yet visited my location! All of them are blaming each other for the delay and no one is taking action! I plea to the officials-in-charge to look in this matter as I am a student and I am in a great need of this! The delay is causing me losses in my studies! 🙏🏻

                      I have a broadband connection of airtel. I already paid an amout of 3300 rs. in first month it working perfect but after days it gone fail and they fix an issue after 9 days. Again my broadband is not working from 31st july. Any executive have not called me and always told that our team is working and it will statt soon. But today is 15 days of discontinue of airtel broadband

                        I moved to Dubai in March 2021 and have been here since. When I arrived here I was using my Airtel mobile number which I have been using for the past 10 years and which is almost everywhere from aadhar to bank account . I recharge it for about 355 every 2½ months just so it's kept active and I can continue receiving all my updates. After about 3 months suddenly one day it went inactive even with validity and balance.

                        Hi, My Name is Namrata Kumari.

                        I had requested a Airtel Broadband. Airtel's sale came to my house, i informed him that connection is not possible due to socket chock. He talked to regional network head Amit Agarwal and he gave permission that yea this connection will installed within 2 days.
                        They took advance payment and now the whole airtel team refuse to install the Airtel broadband connection.

                        This is totally mental harassment. Now when I called Amit he talked rudely and said Nahi lag sakta el baar me baat samajh jao.

                        I wish to file a legal complaint against Airtel team and specially Regional head Amit Agarwal.

                        This is not first tym this is second time and i told Airtel Sales agent to Cross check with his head but Regional head is Fraud person. I want compensation of this mental harassment and also I am not able to do my office work because Airtel Mobile service is also very bad. Please help.

                                Airtel — Attempt to installation of pole in front of my house without permission

                                Dear sir,

                                Airtel team have attempted to install a pole infront of my house without my permission. Earlier they want to put up a box in my house which i refused. I informed them clearly there should not be any activities infront of my house. During pooja holidays i was not available, I guess they brought some people along to install the same pole, When my neighbour asked they did not give any reply. When i returned I have seen some unwanted activities around my house & several times they have conflict with the ladies at my residence place which is a pure offense

                                This spot has a state run Cauvery water connection pipes fixed, the same road also has gas pipeline & Bescom connection underneath that is dug. This spot is simply not feasible, the concerned person keep moving in the locality during off time midnight to setup the box by all means, which is illegal. My house located in #28 2nd main ramaiah layout hoysala nagar Bangalore 560016.

                                    Hi,

                                    Recently Airtel has increased their prepaid plans, since I am using dual sim it increases the burden on me, so I decided to port from airtel. when I tried to send a Port message, I came to know that for sending port SMS also need to have unlimited plans 150 or more from the month of July . my complaint here is I have an account balance 9rs + I had recharged 79 rs monthly plan. while recharging the account main balance ie 9 rs they never mentioned anything like this at that time any message or call beyond the current plan will be charged by the main balance. Since I have that left -outbalance they should allow us to send a PORT message. I tried to reach out to Airtel support but had no luck. Please help me on this issue and let me know whether I can complain about this problem or not

                                      Good afternoon. I just got a new Airtel Sim two months ago. Whenever I try using my bank code to recharge the line, it's always saying invalid phone number. I even tried calling my other line with the Airtel number to be sure of the phone number. But it's still saying invalid phone number... Pls I need a quick response concerning this. Thanks
