          Hello,

          My Airtel Sim No: [protected] is suddenly not showing signal and showing no services. From July 19 2021 its not showing the signal.

          For your information am monthly recharging without fail.

          So, kindly fix my issue as soon as possible.

            Few months before I converted my number postpaid to prepaid. But I cannot recharge now. Incoming is working and on airtel app it shows number is active.

            Paytm gives message : Please enter a valid airtel prepaid number

            Gpay gives : Number could not be verified error

            Airtel app shows only postpaid packs

              Hi Support

              My number is almost 10 year old number, I was coming to russia and recharged with 4999 pack of 27 June 2021 but later realised after checking more details that it doesn't covers russia so I bought another roaming pack 3998 for russia which cover russia and asked customer care to cancel 4999 pack . Also I was trying to check with customer support before recharging but it didn't worked . Airtel app didn't gave me any information about 4999 pack validity and countries covered, only information was that it is unlimited pack. I have screen shot for all this which I am writing here .

              I landed in russia 28 June 2021 and realised 4999 pack got activated even after buying pack which work for russia and then now in app it is showing that 3998 pack also got activated and working but my number is blocked from last 3 days . There is no network issue, when I can calling anyone getting ivr that this number is blocked . Also I would like to mention that most of incoming calls where through voip call not through cellular network during 1st 10 days and caller id was hidden.

              I got call from airtel, they asked me that they will call me back but no one called, I got sms that are you happy with resolution but I was not offered any resolution for anything .

              I am sending this email before sending legal notice to fix my services on my number which is blocked now and revert money for pack added to my account

                I've ported my no.[protected] from idea to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

                  I did a recharge today(28/07/2021) for Rs. 249on the online airtel website for number [protected]. The amount was deducted from my ICICI credit card but it said transaction failed.! Please refund the amount. The txn ID is[protected].

                    I am using Airtel sim since two and half years, I always recharge it for every month to protect the Sim, unfortunately I delayed to recharge but I recharged already and my number had been cancelled or I didn't know what happened exactly, it was showing signal but since 10 days no signal

                        We are a Residents Welfare Association (RWA) of our society SLS Sunflower, Boganahalli Road, Bangalore and we had an agreement with Airtel that Airtel will be paying our society Rs. 10, 000 every year to get permission in our society for the broadband connection.. However Airtel is not paying us these annual charges despite sending them multiple emails/reminders..

                        We want to add a copy of our signed/sealed agreement and a copy of the email communication but dont see an option to attach the same here.. however, we can be reached at sls.sunflower.[protected]@gmail.com or mobile #[protected] if you need any further information.

                          I usually recharge my airtel number with pack of 449 to get truly unlimited calling and 2GB daily data for 56 days.
                          Yesterday, when I tried calling my banks customer care number for personal reason, I got voice message saying insufficient balance. I came across this scenario for the first time, so thought of checking with airtel customer care. But, there also I'm not able to reach them out just because they say there is not enough balance. I am able to do normal mobile calling currently. Now, below are my queries/complaints,
                          1. How come I'm falling short of any calling balance when I have already recharged my number 15 days ago with pack of 449(truly unlimited calling) as mentioned above?
                          2. What kind of talktime balance airtel needs me to recharge with to reach out their customer care?
                          3. I never faced such issue in past. So, how come all my balance finished suddenly?
                          4. When I tried to see balance deduction summary/history using *121*51#... I could see Rs. 60 deducted from my balance for using internet data. How is this valid when I have 2GB daily data of my recharge remaining ?

                          Looks like Airtel is looting customers now. Please help. Thanks.

                              Not being able to use internet freely after recharge

                              Hi! So basically my pack validity ended yesterday(25th July 2021) so I recharged it back today (26th July 2021). But after recharging, the problem started.I couldn't access to several websites while using google in firefox.The internet speed slowed down.                                   I am Akarsh, I have requested Airtel near my location to set up a broadband connection ( actually Airtel xstream) in my home .
                                  A person came into my home on 17july 2021 and told us the plans and we selected a desired plan and payed in advance, he told us that your connection would be set up within 3days but now it's 26 July 2021 and nothing happened till now ...
                                  He made excuses that tomorrow would be done but nothing really happend...
                                  Please do something because it's urgent, we have online classes and we are facing issues and I am not able to do something...
