      Dear airtel company

      Please noted my problem. I port out from jio to airtel for better opportunity on date 25/07/21.all the porting process done by airtel distributer. On date 29th july my jio network gone &i put the mnp airtel sim to my mobile, till now no network comming Even after repeatedly switch off & sim inserting. I am very much glad to know that airtel also give this kind of service. Now i think it is too much unfortunate to left jio. Kindly airtel company look in to my issue

                Airtel people are lying like thieves. They vanish my amount of rs. 30949 and in response to my case they are just giving me 2 days of waiting, 2days of waiting, 2 days waiting, 2 days of waiting !!!

                This pathetic ness is happening since the day of transaction. Even the authoritative officers are acting like that nothing wrong or unethical or suspicious is going on.

                What is the solution to this issue? Are the things remain like this? Do you have any shame or self respect left in you? Are you a bank or bunch of fraudsters or scammers?

                Isn't their any body in your organizational structure which is actually working for the customer's situation like this?

                You really want to damage your image and your status as a company and banking institution by escalating this issue up to the RBI?

                Have some shame and for the sake of God, this time come up with the resolution and reverse my amount of rs. 30949 in my bank account.

                Airtel customer care avoiding calls and making excuses. They hav make a mockery of banking services by holding my rs. 30949 and it is equivalent to fraud or scam. I am waiting for indian customer complaint portal to take a stringent action this on critical basis

                They are not even issuing me Charge Dispute Form and haressing me to quietly wait for the callback which had never arranged by them in the last 15 days even after requesting them several times and also they are taunting me to do whatever I can in my capacity but this issue will be handle on their terms and conditions

                  Hi,
                  I have recently migrated from prepaid to postpaid plan. I am not able to recharge my mobile from any platform, not even Airtel thanks app. I have opted for 1 year plan Rs.1498. I have visited Airtel showroom and they said I need to do a basic recharge first and then go for a yearly plan. But I have directly done and yearly recharge without doing the basic recharge after prepaid migration was completed. That is the reason I am not able to do any recharge now. They said they cannot help and I need to call customer care to resolve this but I am not able to get to the customer care executive as well. I am stuck now. My mobile number is [protected]- Telangana circle.

                  Request Airtel to resolve this as soon as possible.

                      My name is Shythya Menon and I stay in Dubai from May 2021. I was using my Airtel number[protected] here in Dubai till June 2021. From July it is showing as no network coverage. I even did my recharge and it is reflecting in my Airtel Thanks App.
                      This number is so important to me as I have linked all my proofs with it. Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible

                      Its been a month still no response from Airtel. You guys make us fool by giving false promotions of having network world wide. You really don't know or rather care the losses and troubles I am facing due to non receipt of an OTP as this is the number linked. Very pathetic is your customer service as well.
                      I will make sure that I port my number to some other good network providers.

                        I dropped mail to CUSTOMER care and called CUSTOMER care multiple times to close my connection. Almost 10 12 hours it took for me to get hold of there executive to raise a cancellation request. Now they are asking me to pay the outstanding amount from current date. I raised a request week back and these ### played there dirty games to make sure i give the extra money and forced me to keep connection. Why there is no smooth way of closing any service. more than 50 CUSTOMERs in my apartment moved away from Airtel for these cheep tricks . The service is also horrible. it goes down once in every week and they dont refund the money also. what action we can take with these fraudsters?

                                1. I want to request for an action on a frequently repeated fault in landline + broadband phone No[protected] with Airtel Account Number [protected].

                                2. The line has been not working for 10 days out of the last 14 daus. Presently, the line is not working from the last 7 days. I have contacted the customer care as well as the area lineman and area service technician, however they have not acted on my compliant even after repeated requests.

                                3. Thereafter, I contacted the Airtel rajastahna Nodal/ Appellette Authority. Thay provided me with a Service Request No[protected] for my coplaint.

                                4. After escalation of my problem, I have received at least 4 calls from the Maintenance team - each time from different personnel and each time I had to explain the entire issue. I was patient enough every time I got a call as I was very optimistic that the issue will be resolved now since it has been brought to the notice of the responsible team.

                                5. However, I am still writing this complaint from my mobile using my Mobile Data as myBroadband is still Out of Service. No action has been done on ground, neither has any service personnel came to my residence to investigate and diagnose the problem.

                                6. I have been a loyal customer of Airtel for many years now - through my Mobile Prepaid connection, then through my Airtel TV connection, and now finally through my Landline+Broadband Connection. For the first time am I facing such a difficult time to let my problem be "heard".

                                7. Financially speaking, I would be paying my monthly rental for the month of July for actually using only 15days of service.

                                8. New connections are provided within 12 hours, however existing customers are left hanging in air with no redressal of their complaints for 7 days - isn't it unfair and wrong @ Airtel India?

                                  Ive ported my sim from jio to Airtel, after I lost network in jio sim I put on my Airtel sim if I call to 59059 to activate Airtel sim it’s directly disconnecting am not getting any incoming calls also

                                    I try to recharge airtel number for Rs.383 using Airtel app but it failed and I again tried it second time also it's failed.The amount was debited twice and credited only once but recharge is not done.

                                      I checked with the amazon customer care and they claim that they have already processed the refund and that I should check with the bank.

                                        I had booked an airtel xtream fiber broadband for better internet. The airtel service provider came and took the formalities and the payment of Rs 2829 and said the installation team will contact me in 24 hours. I waited for 2 days and now It has been almost 6 days till then, still no response. I called customer care for 8 times and everytime they just say "I WILL FORWARD YOUR QUERY" and yet none have contacted yet for the installation. The guy who came for the formalities and payment is not picking up the phone. His number is [protected]. I have online classes and i study in NIT but i am not able to do my classes due to this. Very worst scheme to lure customers. I also have screenshots of chats with the guy i gave payment to and who did the document formalities. This is the worst service i have ever faced in my life.
