Hey, I'm using an airtel SIM whose number I have given everywhere in my official documents.
I don't use the number much except receiving OTPs and sending my Bank SMS.

I do recharge of ₹49 every month, which gives me talktime of ₹38, but I am not able to send SMS.
On calling airtel they told me, that they don't provide SMS sending service in lower packs. They only provide SMS sending service in Unlimited packs

Please look into this, if I'm having main account balance of ₹38, why can't I use it to send SMS

    My mobile number is [protected].I have been facing the issue of not being able to detect my mobile network from 22.07.2021. And unable to get any call or make any calls. The issue is being continued and not being able to detect the network.

      My device model is redmi note 8 pro
      And I have been using a single sim that is airtel 4G. And from 22.07.2021 afternoon my sim is not working. And I couln’t detect any network.

        From the last week when I make a call receiver is hearing someone in the call which is very disturbing

          I had been registered for DND from the beginning, and allows only calls/SMS of transactional service. However I keep getting messages and calls from unknown callers who claim to have got my number through digital marketing, and also SMS from various numbers/codes

          Whenever I raise an issue with Airtel, they have few standard responses
          1. the number belongs to another provider
          2. The messages are of type service

          I even tried to raise an appeal, stating that the SMS are not of type transactional, and transactions means that it should be OTP, balance, amount paid, ticket booked etc and not loan offers, property offers etc, but there is no stopping of these spam calls or SMS's

            Prepaid sim suddenly stopped working, tried multiple restarts and also sim with other phone but to no avail.
            My mother is using is and now with sim not working she is going through a lot of inconvenience.

                  I have an unlimited prepaid plan ...but my net speed is less than 500 kbps with out even crossing the daily limit..just cheating customers in the name of 4g...

                      Removal of broadband/mobile junction box and pole

                      Dear sir, there is a Airtel broadband junction box and pole installed in front of my building without my knowledge. It is causing great inconvenience to me. Request you to inform Airtel to shift the box and pole to some other location that doesn’t cause inconvenience to other owners as well....

                      SIM not activated(ported from jio to airtel)

                      I ported my number [protected] from jio to airtel a few days back.Yesterday night was the time slot given for sim activation, accordingly my jio sim stopped working and I put my new airtel sim for activation.The time mentioned was within 2 hrs but now its been more than 9 hrs and my sim still did not get activated.Calling 59059 gives"network not registered" and using alt number gives"out of network area".                       Would like to lodge a serious complaint against AIRTEL recovery agent

                      Today morning their recovery agent called me from a land line number "[protected]" for my outstanding bill for number "[protected]"

                      I talled him gently that I will pay bill once my service gets deactivated but he kept on calling me continuously and threatened me, if i will not pay they will come at my home

                      It was really a horrible experience and I am really feeling harrassed and urge you to take serious action against that person and his agency

                      Request help with the name of this agency and recovery agent so that I can register a complaint in local police station

                          Hello my internet speed Slow dramatically, this is happening regularly, when I refersh network connection speed back and after some minutes this happen again. I complaint on 9th July this solve( according to airtel) on 16th July, but problem is not solve then I complain again, till today I still suffering this problem..

                            I am using Airtel prepaid service for the past 12 years and i am experiencing this issue since last one year, many times i am trying to talk to airtel customer care, its to much complex to raise a ticket to airtel thru 121, many time the 121 service does not accept the input request, its automatically disconnecting ..

                            I have no phone issue, i got another sim for different mobile network which is working fine .

                              The recharge on my account is already don't, the amount has been deducted from my bank and shows recharge successful but I'm still unable to receive or do any calls. I tried restarting my phone several times but it's still not working.

                                I am submitting my complaint about my mobile no [protected] and [protected]. Number ported in in airtel on 14 july. I have done customer verification on 17 july. But after that i wodering & calling the retailer on daily basis. But he is not responding. . Kindly look in the matter & resolve the matter asap.

                                  Hello!
                                  I made a transaction on Airtel's website for the recharge worth Rs. 449 dated 3rd March '21 for which the amount got debited but I was told my recharge failed. So, I contacted Airtel support regarding that and they assured me to proceed with a new recharge transaction and that the old disputed transaction's amount will be refunded back within 15 days.

                                  I waited for the time being and still hadn't received any amount. So I contacted Airtel back and now they told me they haven't received any amount from my end and should contact my concerned bank.

                                  I later contacted HDFC Bank regarding this disputed transaction and was assured they'll look into it and will get the amount back by 15th July '21.
                                  The date has passed and I still haven't got my amount back.

                                  Contacting the support is causing me a lot of strain and mental agony and I'm tired of going through this now.
                                  It's been two months and still I haven't got any resolution for the transaction amount either from Airtel or from the bank.

                                  I would really appreciate it if my amount gets refunded at the earliest or else I'll have to go with legal proceedings.

                                  I have attached all the communication I've received from the bank and Airtel as well.
                                  Also I am attaching my Bank statement for proof of transaction.

                                    I can’t verify upi payments until Unless I recharge only monthly packs - there’s no special pack for sms to verify upi payments.
