airtel Account: [protected] I have a complain regarding my bill that has been generated for the bill period 5 aug to 4 sep. There is a section as value added service where I have been charged for sms-international although the message has not been sent by my cell.On talking to the customer care executive on 20-Sep at 11:30, I came to know the international number is [protected] which is nothing but a spam number. I want a clarification for the same that how have these messages been sent to the spam number for which I have been charged and if this is some other way to fool customers by charging them more than what they have used.

Dear Concern,
I have use your network since long back, I have seen this month bill in this month bill Rs. 305 added as Internet charges on my bill. I have never been used Airtel Internet, I alwys use perpaid net on my alternate sim. My request to you kindly wave off the said amount because off I never been used the same.

    Hello my airtel prepaid number is [protected]. I had 200 MBs reduced from my internet balance, while I was travelling in the metro, without any signal on 24th September 2014. A few days back, my internet balance was around 700 MBs, which at present they have reduced to 12 MB, without any usage. This is not the first time airtel has reduced my MBs without any usage. On contacting the customer care, they transferred my call to a senior, but the call gets disconnected every time. It is very obvious that they are charging without any usage and do not want to give an adequate explanation. I want his issue resolved as soon as possible. juhee porwal [protected]

      Sir, I "Subrata Bhattacharya" my mobile no is [protected], i have made a recharge a ISD plan voucher of amounting Rs. 101/-, vide transaction ID[protected], on dated-22.09.14, at time 5.17 p.m. and recived the SMS recharge is successful, after that i have made 2 nos. call to Bangladesh, as per the result Rs. 348 /- deducted from my balance . But as per the ISD plan declared that on recharge of 101/- you can make ISD call for 35 min. in free. After 22.09.14 i have call to airtel coustmor service many time but all in vain, i have not refunded any amount from airtel or any co-opration didn't given to me from airtel service. Please look the matter for refund of my Mobile balance.

        Whatspp pack introduced by airtel has a big mis info. The info about the pack given in official website was that it includes 200mb of data for one month and we can share pictures. But after I activated the pack I still notice the data charges was been deducted from my main balance eventhough I had turned off all the app data except watsapp. I called the customer care and complained about the issue. Their answer was shocking to me. They said pack only applies for text conversation and no other data like images or audios. It took me 15 mins to explain them about the issue and at last they accepted to refund the amount. But still the website had pack active and there is no information about data application.

          Every day i am getting Message saying the "SUPERCOMBOPACK" service has been renewed and you have been charged Rs 35.0 from your airtel mobile Account.


          Thaough i have sent STOP Msg to 155223 even after also i got the same msg then i called to customer care and raised the complaint, then i got the stopped message from airtel customer care and same msg next day also i gto saying that renewed and charged Rs 35.0 from my account.I have to service request no.

            Dear Sir/Madam, I have subscribed to Airtel's postpaid plan 'My plan 999'. I had a very bad experience with Airtel. Following is chronology of events and details: 1) SIM Number : [protected] 2) FSO Code : DA 332 8071 3) Date of online payment : 26/08/2014 4) Documents collected by rep. on : 29/08/2014 5) After 2 days called their customer care but they had no clue. 6) First complaint No. : PO[protected] 7) Second complaint No. : 57892523 8) Thereafter e-mailed to their customer care then to nodal officer then to appellate authority. ( I don't understand why there is so many layers when they cant solve a simple problem). Kindly let me know if Airtel has their High Court and Supreme Court as well. Till date my number is not activated and when I go to their customer care, they show their helplessness. Now I want to port this number to some other service provider. Regards, Mukesh S.               Hi, I ported out to Airtel from Vodafone on my friends recommendation a little over 6 months ago. The service I have received is appalling. In the very first month, I had called up the service center to have them change my billing address which has not been done to date. My license has been provided as proof which does not mention this as the address. While enrolling for the plan, I was charged an extra Rs. 300 which was a security deposit. I was told by the agency that Rs. 100 would be deducted from my fourth to the sixth bill cycle. This too has not been done. Last month, I was charged for late payment. My airtel account has been linked to my bank and for some reason the bank failed to make the payment on time although I had gone to netbanking and instructed the payment. I had a call with the customer care executive who told me the charges are reversed. Yet, the charges show in this months bill plan. Two months ago, I had called the customer care executive to complain about unfair internet charges. The lady said she would have a senior call me up as she was unable to resolve the issue. This again did not happen. I was left waiting for a call and decided to just make the payment. As for the internet charges in my bill for the cycle Aug - Sept (the outstanding bill), I was not sent a single message warning me about my internet usage. Further, a notification setting on the airtel application which I use on my iPhone does not send me any notification. On speaking with a customer care executive, I was informed that I had not exceeded the internet allowance. Yet, in my past two or three bill cycles, I have been charged for excessive internet usage. How can you'll call yourselves India's leading mobile service provider when youll lag in customer support. I have never faced such issues with vodafone, However I have had to take out time to call the airtel customer care center on multiple occasions, all in vain. Also, no security deposit has been deducted. Have I been fooled by an airtel authorized vendor? I would request you to sort this issue out at the earliest else you'll are one step away from losing a a customer who you'll claim to value. I will take this matter up if justice is not provided. I would only pay a maximum of Rs.1000 for this months bill cycle due to such a massive inconvenience caused. It has been happening almost every month and I have just let it go. This must end. I request you to resolve this issue before my due date so I can make my payment on time. If you are unable to solve this issue, I would like to take the matter up with the appellate authority.                 I had requested to convert prepaid to post paid on 11th of September and up to 22nd of September 4ó clock there was no response and after 4'ó clock without any prior notice the network got terminated and till now I cannot able to access the network, I am not able to make a call for last 40 hours, my communication lost completely. I contacted the network Executives more than 5 times and only got a cold response from their side. A company named Broad Win contacted me for converting pre paid to post paid and these people are not accepting the calls.

I had taken two new post paid phone connections bearing Numbers [protected] and [protected] for the use of my children. After the lapse of 3 months I had requested to change the post paid connections to prepaid for the aforesaid phone numbers and filed an application in the prescribed format along with the required documents in Airtel office situated at 80 feet Road, (Near Soni Circle) Koramangala on 06.09.2014 but till date they have not changed the said connections from post paid to pre paid even after several visits to the said office for the reason best known to them.                       I am using my airtel no from last 12 years. This time I requested to change from prepaid to post paid two days back at Indirapuram branch at Aditya megacity, Gaziabad. I submitted all relevent documents and verification already done.I was told that new sim will be activated only after one day. Already two days passed and no activation done. very dissapointed.                             I had an airtel mobile number [protected] (AP) while I was living in Hydrabad six months back. Now I am living in Delhi(NCR). My Micromax A110 mobile was lost in train at Ballhar Shah Rly Station. Now I am not getting duplicate sim card from any shop/help centre of Airtel with the plea that the number is of A.P. and duplicate cannot be issued in U.P.

                              On sept 16th i have made recharge on my airtel Mobile of Rs. 14, 13, 12 based on sms recd on 15th Sept and many times before Rs14=A2A calls 10p/min 28 days Rs.13 = loc calls 30p/min for 28 days Rs. 12 = std calls Rs1/3 min 45 days.the call rate was active only for a few day. on calling 121 the exec. said there was no such offer.this is cheating. i told him i have sms's to prove it. but he refused to take my complaint. due to this i lost all my talktime as it defaulted to normal tariff. the same happenned on my wife's mobile.request you to please help resolve this matter.

                                My wife has been using the Airtel number [protected] for the last 3 years (since 2011 Feb) and her SIM had some issue a couple of days back. When we went to the Airtel Jayanagar office to get a duplicate SIM card, we received information that the records do not show my wife's name but per Airtel records, the connection belongs to someone else! Due to this, they will not provide a duplicate SIM. The office does not acknowledge a mistake on Airtel's side. We had submitted the documents when we took the connection. So either Airtel does not care about the customer's identity information when providing the connection or it does not maintain the correct information in their records. Both of which are scary. The customer will get to know about such inappropriate handling of their identity information only when they run into issues. What is the guarantee that Airtel would not even misuse the information? Given the current circumstances, this looks quite possible. I do not know how I can get my wife's number corrected and where the data we had submitted is being used!                                   I have taken the Ultra pack for my Airtel DTH. Today I realised that they have discontinued MGM movie channel. Spoke to the customer care Amit regarding the same. He just went on to say company does not offer anything in lieu of the discontinued channel. Am I not entitled or anybody else for that matter as that's what I'm also paying for. Could you please assist me regarding the same.

                                    Some airtel representative called me and said there is postpaid plan and no deposit. Initially I have to pay Rs.300 which would be credited back to my account on a monthly basis for 3 months and the same would be deducted from my bill. Also the representative claimed that the plan was of Rs.300 inclusive of all taxes. But when I see the bill, I dont see any money deducted from my bill and moreover the taxes are added to it. I called up customer care they said they cant help me in this regard. I tried calling the representative, but that lady has diverted all calls and other number is invalid. The number is [protected].

                                      Vide sms dt.22/09/2014 time 17.13.55 I was informed that hustler models has been activated charges 35- for 7 days and same message suggests to deactivate call or sms stop to 155223. Vide sms sent to 155223 by me on dt.22/09/2014 time 18.38.21, 18.39.34 and 19.39.43 return message was “invalid request”. While approaching to your executive at 121 on dt.22/09/2014 at 19.33 he was unable to clarify what this service stands for and replied that same is third party application activated through internet and he is unable to tell the time on internet use. It is strange on dt.22/09/2014 internet was not used from this no. however he deactivated the said service but shows his unwillingness/helplessness for refunding 35 rupees. In view of above please check and forward me the details of internet use time on dt.22/09/2014 by me. I think airtel is more interested in extracting money by using such fraud methods instead of customers. Surinder kumar [protected]

                                        i have been not getting the network for airtel since last one day.And mobile internet is also not working properly since many days.i have complaint a lot of times but the customer care is not giving a proper solution to the problem.Infact they are not able to recinize the problem.
