        1. I want to request for an action on a frequently repeated fault in landline + broadband phone No[protected] with Airtel Account Number [protected].

        2. The line has been not working for 10 days out of the last 14 daus. Presently, the line is not working from the last 7 days. I have contacted the customer care as well as the area lineman and area service technician, however they have not acted on my compliant even after repeated requests.

        3. Thereafter, I contacted the Airtel rajastahna Nodal/ Appellette Authority. Thay provided me with a Service Request No[protected] for my coplaint.

        4. After escalation of my problem, I have received at least 4 calls from the Maintenance team - each time from different personnel and each time I had to explain the entire issue. I was patient enough every time I got a call as I was very optimistic that the issue will be resolved now since it has been brought to the notice of the responsible team.

        5. However, I am still writing this complaint from my mobile using my Mobile Data as myBroadband is still Out of Service. No action has been done on ground, neither has any service personnel came to my residence to investigate and diagnose the problem.

        6. I have been a loyal customer of Airtel for many years now - through my Mobile Prepaid connection, then through my Airtel TV connection, and now finally through my Landline+Broadband Connection. For the first time am I facing such a difficult time to let my problem be "heard".

        7. Financially speaking, I would be paying my monthly rental for the month of July for actually using only 15days of service.

        8. New connections are provided within 12 hours, however existing customers are left hanging in air with no redressal of their complaints for 7 days - isn't it unfair and wrong @ Airtel India?

          Ive ported my sim from jio to Airtel, after I lost network in jio sim I put on my Airtel sim if I call to 59059 to activate Airtel sim it’s directly disconnecting am not getting any incoming calls also

            I try to recharge airtel number for Rs.383 using Airtel app but it failed and I again tried it second time also it's failed.The amount was debited twice and credited only once but recharge is not done.

              I had ordered a product from amazon. It was later refunded however the refunded amount hasn't been credited yet.

              I checked with the amazon customer care and they claim that they have already processed the refund and that I should check with the bank.

                I had booked an airtel xtream fiber broadband for better internet. The airtel service provider came and took the formalities and the payment of Rs 2829 and said the installation team will contact me in 24 hours. I waited for 2 days and now It has been almost 6 days till then, still no response. I called customer care for 8 times and everytime they just say "I WILL FORWARD YOUR QUERY" and yet none have contacted yet for the installation. The guy who came for the formalities and payment is not picking up the phone. His number is [protected]. I have online classes and i study in NIT but i am not able to do my classes due to this. Very worst scheme to lure customers. I also have screenshots of chats with the guy i gave payment to and who did the document formalities. This is the worst service i have ever faced in my life.

                    At&t Bridge access code: 000117 is not working

                    At&t Bridge access code which is 000117 for India is not working for my Airtel Prepaid number. Currently I'm in Bihar & Jharkhand circle.

                        I have made a recharge of Rs199 in which benefits of 1.5gb/ day and validity of 28 dates has been promised. But after recharging with rs 199 i got the plan of 1 gb / day and 24 days validity. I have made so many call to their customerscare but nothing has been done . They only gave the false promises.

                          Missed Call Alert is not working for more than 2 Month.I have complained to Customer Care several times Each time while speaking with Customer Care officer, they commit that problem will be solved within next 24 hrs or their technical people will call me. So far, nothing happend and still i'm facing the same problem.

                          Plz explain me wats the use of complaint booking?? Will it get solved or not? Or, to whom should i contact?

                              Hello, i have my airtel number [protected] changed from postpaid to prepaid, the store person did the FRC 297 and now it doesn’t allow me to do a recharge saying “complete your first recharge to avail benefits” and it doesn’t not even show me “All Packs” it only shows limited number of options in Airtel thanks App. Recharge from other apps like Gpay, phonepe, paytm doesn’t work. Please help.thank you.

                                  Today Airtel has started installing the cell near to my house which is around 70 meters away . The land owner who is allowed to install this is not yet taken the permission from village officials and they are doing illegally. Called airtel in charge engineer and they said that they didn't get any objection for this so they are proceeding for the installation. There are around 50 families within radius of 100 meters and they are clearly objecting .

                                  looking for legal action against such cell towers. Please help
