    Airtel is providing worst services and do not respect any of their customers, they do not receive any calls. I was having an issue with my bills as they are not providing
    proper given services, I updated my sim to 4G and from that date I was not getting any network, so I updated the sim and took a new sim of same number but the in Gallery that person told us to take postpaid to get the same number and it would be postpaid for 4 or 5 months but the service is not good they do not provide given data pack, do not receive any further calls and so we did not recharge further because we were not getting any data pack they are just calling and shooting to pay the bills although I told him that I am not getting any proper service and due to heavy rain now we are not able to recharge so they have just stopped our incoming calls. Very worst services in airtel, I suggest everyone please do not take airtel services.

      I am facing a lot of network problem during my online classes between 7 am to 3 pm it is showing always 4+ internet but I get a lot of disconnected during my online classes and I missed a lot of classes due to that

        Airtel owes me a balance of 373 rupees on an account that I have closed. Chasing Airtel for 2 months after cancellation of connection. Refund still not received.

        May 7th Cancelled my account and settled my bill via netbanking
        May 11th Amount got paid again accidentally from BillPay which I had registered with my bank
        Jun 14th Called airtel to request refund. Was told money will be dispatched by cheque to my location...

        I am akhil airtel customer . I can send messages to every number i have and receive but i cannot send message to porting number only i have tried more than 50 times i have complained regarding this to airtel but no work has been done . Thankyou

          Hello.. Myself Vijay Parmar, I had purchase postpaid connection for my father for monthly rental of Rs. 120. with free voice call, SMS and 30gb/Month mobile data.

          I had paid last three month bill of Rs. 120, but suddenly in this month of July-2021 my father's airtel profile show his bill of Amount Rs. 3349, while complay give credit limit of Rs.2000 how can they charged over amount bill without our consent.
          what kind of action i have to be taken to rectify this problem..

          Plz help me out.

            Dear Sir,
            I am Rajesh Mehta From Gujarat using the airtel mobile Number [protected] since last 5 months but its network is very poor in my office i many times complain to airtel customer care and representative but till date not solve problme so i want to change airto and I want to port out my airtel no. but whenever i am sending sms (PORT [protected] TO 1900) for generating UPC ( unique porting code ) they are not providing me the UPC code & everytime Re1.00 is deducted from my main balance, In this way i lost all of my balance up to Rs10.00. for this messages. After that many times i.e more than 10 of times i Called up customer care and did not get any response they are just receiving the call asking the name and saying pls stay on line i we r checking and keeping the call on hold for sometime and after that disconnecting the call.. I dont know what to do now?? any one can tell me if there is any other way to get the UPC code please????, being harrashed from this i think airtel is very worst in this market and a no.1 cheater deducting money from customers fraudly, I am not ready for any kind counciling. All that I need is just a UPC code. If I dont get that in a day or 2 . I am going to throw this SIM and will go for a new SIM and also i will tell whoever using Airtel in my home (5 people) and all my friends circle to stop using Airtel and throw it in dustbin by breaking airtel sims.and move to vodafone.

            Hence, it 's my request to TRAI and INDIA Governments that please take some necessary actions against those operators who is not sending porting code to their customers after deducting money for the same sms and for that they must be charged a heavy penality so that they can be taught a lession, If any kind of informations required from me please do contact me on [protected].

              Airtel Xtreme fiber internet broadband — I have tried everything with them. My internet doesnt work.I paid for 3 months. I got their connection around 2 months back. Out of the 60 days, the internet has been shut off for more than 40 days. I tried calling customer care, they promise to resolve the issue but nobody comes to rapair the connection. The service provider is horrible. I asked for a refund for which they refused. I asked them to atleast refund for a month of service which I have not used, they refused for that also. Now my only hope is the consumer court.

                This is to inform you that I had applied for Airtel Xtream broadband (basic plan 499+GST) on 17/07/2021 upon confirmation from Airtel (Nitesh Kumar: +91-[protected]) and made payment of 1769/- (Order ID: [protected]) on the same day. But I received update from installation team (Babu Khan: +91-[protected]) that the same is not possible in my area (Meera Path, Baridih Basti, Jamshedpur-831017) at present.

                Hence, I had requested to cancel my order in sync with them and taking all of them into conference multiple times via Airtel customer care. Airtel customer care also provided me Escalation Ref No[protected] but so far no cancellation has been done even post multiple times request and reminders via call/mails but no refund was processed yet.

                Please extend your support to get full refund with penalty on priority as since 18th July'2021 evening I am following constantly but no luck. They keep on harassing me.

                  Hey, I'm using an airtel SIM whose number I have given everywhere in my official documents.
                  I don't use the number much except receiving OTPs and sending my Bank SMS.

                  I do recharge of ₹49 every month, which gives me talktime of ₹38, but I am not able to send SMS.
                  On calling airtel they told me, that they don't provide SMS sending service in lower packs. They only provide SMS sending service in Unlimited packs

                  Please look into this, if I'm having main account balance of ₹38, why can't I use it to send SMS

                    My mobile number is [protected].I have been facing the issue of not being able to detect my mobile network from 22.07.2021. And unable to get any call or make any calls. The issue is being continued and not being able to detect the network.

                      My device model is redmi note 8 pro
                      And I have been using a single sim that is airtel 4G. And from 22.07.2021 afternoon my sim is not working. And I couln’t detect any network.

                          I had been registered for DND from the beginning, and allows only calls/SMS of transactional service. However I keep getting messages and calls from unknown callers who claim to have got my number through digital marketing, and also SMS from various numbers/codes

                          Whenever I raise an issue with Airtel, they have few standard responses
                          1. the number belongs to another provider
                          2. The messages are of type service

                          I even tried to raise an appeal, stating that the SMS are not of type transactional, and transactions means that it should be OTP, balance, amount paid, ticket booked etc and not loan offers, property offers etc, but there is no stopping of these spam calls or SMS's

                            Prepaid sim suddenly stopped working, tried multiple restarts and also sim with other phone but to no avail.
                            My mother is using is and now with sim not working she is going through a lot of inconvenience.

                                      Removal of broadband/mobile junction box and pole

                                      Dear sir, there is a Airtel broadband junction box and pole installed in front of my building without my knowledge. It is causing great inconvenience to me. Request you to inform Airtel to shift the box and pole to some other location that doesn’t cause inconvenience to other owners as well....
