I recently bought an iPhone and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number, yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID.

Hi! So i received a message from airtel that they are providing me free 10 GB data on a 4G sim+ 4G handset by calling on their promotional number.
