Hello team, we eagerly and strongly want an airtel tower in our village. We are suffering from very bad network service provided by other network service providers, but we don't have the option to switch to Airtel.

    I have prepaid mobile number [protected] of airtel I have active plan Rs 79. 00 with 28 days validity 100 sms daily and 64 talk time. But I can't use sms services for out going message... The company block my number for out going message services because I want to go Port other company with number portability...
    But I cant use sms services for porting my number.
    I was checking in their app it's showing allways your daily couta 100 sms is over... Still I have not use single sms from 3 days.

      I requested Airtel to install Broadband with existing No. They contacted me & convinced me to go with One Airtel plan which include Post Pain Mobile No, DTH & Broadband. Then they cjanged my exiting mobile plan from 199 to 399(without tax) & Installed Airtel Xtream Box (Paid Rs. 1500). Then no one contacted me for Broadband Connection.
      Actually i was requested for Broadband, but they increased my unwanted mobile plan & Xtreambox.
      Airtel is handling trick/making fool us to increase their plans through such useless plans.

        I have recharged airtel mobile number [protected] on 9th july and amount has been debited from my bank account (with transaction id uhb8595730) but the above said number has not recharged.

        Kindly either recharge this number or credit the amount.

          Hello Airtel team,

          I am vidhya, I have requested for new airtel xstream broadband connection.

          I have paid for 6 months subscription and submitted required documents on 10th July 2021.

          I have cross checked with them more than 10 times before making payment about broad band availability to my area which is BTM Residency akshaynagar, they said connections is available for sure and asked us to pay the amount for 6 months. And
          After payment the connection should be made within 48hiurs but after 3 days also we didnt get any call from technician so we called to person who made us pay the amount he said connection will be done in 30min.
          But now ground connection team said installation is not possible since connection unavailability in my area. That too we have keep on reaching airtel support ...later we tried called the person who made us pay the amount he didn't even give proper reply...we are getting any proper reply from airtel customer care...they are not giving proper response, there is no proper reply from team...airtel is providing worst customer service...they will be in hurry until payment is done...after that they are least bothered.

          Amount paid is 3532 Rs.

          I would like to get my money back...they are not even taking refund request...not receiving proper support from airtel team.

          Really sad to see airtel moving in this way.

            My mobile number is [protected] & i am facing a lot of issue during outgoing call. During call all numbers are showing busy but if I call thru other number all call is connecting. I am facing this issue since a long time & I have raised this issue to Airtel customer care but no response from their side. I am very much worry about such types of poor service of Airtel.

                I had applied for airtel xstream fibre connection. Some airtel guy came within that day itself to take the payment and KYC. After that day no matter how many calls i did, they never respond properly.
                Always lie saying theres some issue and tell that by evening they will give the connection. That evening never came,
                Today I called the same guy after getting frustruated about it. The guy says you cancel the subscription

                  The invoice Bills are not available for all the recharges done .
                  For only one of the recharges the bill is available.
                  For this month recharge I'm getting the prev month bill itself .
                  Kindly upgrade this asap as I require those bills.

                    Now a days airtel is literally cheating it's customers when I tried to port for the last time they promised me to fix the problem and requested me to not port but they failed to keep their promise from a week am trying to get UPC but this frauds have blocked me by sending sms to 1900, and i am even trying to contact customer care help desk but this people is really testing my patience from hours irritating network have ever seen

                        Here i complaining for delay of installation of Airtel xtreme fiber which has been applied on previous Sunday 4th July.After a week installation is still pending. I contacted at 121 airtel customer care, they promised to resolve my issue within 24 hours but they failed to do so. Here after 2 days company had given me today's deadline to resolve my issue, they told that an engineer would visit today...but no one comes.

                        I have also talked to the person who provides airtel services, he told me that if he won't gets any appointment for the router installation from the company, he will not do it. That's the reason i am complaining here for which i have been suffered difficulties earlier days.

                          I had recharged for Rs.49 on 12/07/2021 with gives a talk value of 38.52 and tried to send an SMS, but I was not able to send it, an error was coming. I thought it might be because the Talk value I got maybe a freebie So I had recharged for additional 10 Rs, and still the problem was not cleared. Then I contacted Airtel Customer Care and they are now Saying that SMS can be sent from my sim only if I recharge with an unlimited pack of a minimum of Rs.129. For sending one single SMS I have to Recharge with Rs.129. There is another Unlimited Pack valid for 2day with 19Rs recharge, but that does not have an SMS feature.
                          Hera I am not saying about an offer I am protesting about the Feature I am denied to have even after payment.
                          How on earth Airtel is justifying this when premium SMS cost only 5Rs. I agree there are other benefits along with that, but I am not interested in availing those, I am having only 2G network coverage in my area, then why should I go for an internet pack? I as a customer should be on the choosing side if that's not there then why Airtel is running commercials saying they are with Customers?
                          They are saying TRAI had given the direction that only for unlimited validity pack recharge only sms facility can be given, I dont know who is the head of TRAI, he should be beaten first.

                          I recently did the exact same two recharges and got the info that now I cant even send sms through airtel anymore with my talk time. This is honestly the worst thing Airtel could have done. Good work airtel you just lost a customer.

                              The customer service is too much poor to resolve my issue.
                              Its just time to quit people from Airtel Payments Bank for this type of delay and failure.
                              The Airtel staff is going to tell wrong information and wrong guidence.
                              Always they told wrong information.

                              They not clean my data from their server thats why when I am trying to open new account from new...

                              I had called up customer service and raised a request for the number [protected] and it's child numbers to be disconnected. I have received a disconnection request as well but the airtel retention staff is not ready to disconnect. I have been harassed literally and made to go through lot of harassment till now. Please look into this matter asap.

                                My CUSTOMER id [protected]. I have recharged for 338 Rupees on 11 July 2020 for 30 days of service as per the rates available. But in airtel thanks app it is showing as 28 days validity. When called the CUSTOMER care several times, got the message saying that Rs 15 has been deducted as suspension fees when recharge has done on the same ###. This is a prepaid service and there is no concept of late payment or suspension fee. Above all, as soon as the expiry date, services have been stopped. As the services were stopped and recharge done on the same date and airtel cannot charge as late payment/suspension fee. Can you please look into the malpractice by airtel and penalty on them and bring justice to CUSTOMERs.

                                  I have ported in my number from Jio to Airtel in a hope that Airtel always proudly advertise that they are the biggest network service provider however it's not even a month I am facing a serious network issue specially while using mobile internet service.
                                  I live in a remote city of South Delhi in B.H camp, Govindpuri, Kalkaji and I don't really expect a bad service like this from Airtel.

                                  I have tried with all the basic trouble shooting step and even changed my handset couple of time still the problem remain the same.

                                  Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                      Airtel is charging a hefty amount of rs 1000 if you want to ### your connection in the same city.

                                      This is the case when they are using the same modem and wiring. I had only recently got the connection and they don't need to put anything extra. Still they are charging 1000 rs without any explanation, saying that this is the policy.

                                      This is utter cheating with the consumer. Please see into this...
