Regarding the undue harassment

Website in total disarray

This is unbelievably idiotic. You go to the Airtel webiste and try to access 'Manage Services', this is the response you get: 'generalViewException.system.unavailable Please click here to login again'. This is the situation for three consecutive days. I think the company should wind up their website if they cannot 'manage' it properly and wasting customers' time....
