Hello,

Am switching my phone number from Vodafone post paid to Airtel post paid with plan
Alive Net CUG 299 Combo Plan

I submitted the documents and two people came for verification (one for Office address and one for my room address)

Now my problem is my vodafone number deactivated(01/02/2014) and got airtel signal for verification of name and address. I called for 59059 .They are telling name mismatch.(Note :am not filled form, they told by seeing documents we will only fill the form) .

I called 59059 from Sunday moring they told they will initiate the process to update the name and address It will take 24 hours .Again I called for 59059 Monday morning they told same thing it will take 24 hours to update .Again today I called they are telling same thing it will take another 24 hours to update the record.

I called the people who took my address proof and given airtel SIM (Touch Point Services). For these procedure I called so many numbers which they called before getting to Airtel from past Two days more then 40 times. They are telling they are busy in meeting or we will get back to you or not receiving call.Its very bad.

I send mail to tps.airtel.[protected]@gmail.com regaring problem which am facing but no reply.

I don't know in airtel where the document goes and procedure what we need to follow and whom we need to contact for activation.people are telling its not coming under our work.

Am using only one SIM from past 3 years and its given to my client and registered with banks. Now I cant call to anyone and not activated my number. Its really a serious issue for me .

Could you please help to resolve this issue and my SIM as to active today or else give me a tips go back to Vodafone.

Dear Sir, We have taken a postpaid sim card no is [protected] before 45 days. but my sim card is not activate to till date.but this number is activate.and using by another person.AND airtel company bill sending to me.so how can i pay to the bill.

i purchased Airtel sim card 3 days back however my sim card is still not activated and even after repeatedly calling agent never seen such delay
I have applied for new corporate Airtel postpaid SIM card connection 2 weeks ago, however the same is not yet activated. Sheer bad service pf airtel ! What a nuisance ! I got the sim on around 16th dec...everything done but left with tele verification ...whenever I call 59059 it says thank you n gets disconnected

Hi Airtel team

I have requested from prepaid to post paid migration.
It was told to me by air tel executive that if old sim signal are not showed replaced with the new Sim which was given me at the time of the request and given all required documents.
But till now neither new sim is activated nor the old sim is working which is inconvenience to me and i missing my client calls

    I was an Airtel customer for about 7 years for a number [protected]. I ported out this number on 16 Dec and paid bills upto 10 Dec. Subsequently I got bill with Zero amount for the period 11 Dec to 16 Dec. However, Airtel lateron started demanding Rs.622 as ontime charge for the period 20 Dec to 19 Jan when I was not using their service. Mails sent to them are unanswered.

      Sir, I received a call on 02/02/14 at 10:49 AM from an Airtel number. It was a telemarketing call. The caller asked me about my Debit Card company, when I asked him about the reason, he just abused me and hung up. Since then, i am trying that number, but the calls on it have been diverted. I am not able to connect. It was an airtel mob no - [protected]. I request you to call the concerned party on which this number is registered and tell them about the incident. I am really embarrassed with this shameful and cowardly act of that caller. I want to notify his manager about it. Please do the needful, I will be heartly thankful to you. Charanjeet Singh Chahal.         This is with ref. to Account Number:[protected] I know this is probably the fifth time I am writing to you. However, this time it is a serious case and it has cost me my prestige and image. I would like to let you know that I am a 15 year old airtel customer. Ever since I was old enough to have a mobile phone, I had an Airtel Number. I have worked with IBM and Ericsson who are partners to Airtel. I had heard a lot about Airtel ad that it cared for its customers. To my surprise, this is not the case. I have recently moved from New Delhi to Hyderabad. I had placed a request for cancellation of my Delhi as I moved to Hyderabad on Nov 18. On Nov 19, I took a new number that very same day To my surprise, my Delhi number never got disconnected. And whats more surprising is that I didnt even get a SR number. My bill kept rolling and rolling and rolling. Yesterday, the worst thing happened. Airtel set over some of its so called agents, who I think were more of THUGS (from the way they spoke) over to my family back in Delhi. Whats more horrifying is that those men did not have the courtesy to ring the bell and walk up to the door. Those men were screaming from the road saying that "your daughter has not paid the bill" My mother called me up and she was almost in tears due to the embarrassment. I then spoke to the men and took their names. One Dinesh Kumar from Rohini (his mobile no. [protected]) and his friend Amit had come to my house. It was horrible the way he spoke. Its as if some thugs were sent home. I called up the airtel customer care and spoke to them and they demanded that I pay a sum of INR 5000 rupees. And I did. Today I made a payment for 2 months out of which 1 month I have not used my number. Plus there is an outstanding amount of INR 1383 which I WILL not pay under any circumstance. I and my family had to face this embarrassment because of Airtel. I am appalled at the behaviour of Airtel. I am seriously thinking of shifting to Vodafone, as they will not harass their customers. Ever since I have come to Hyderabad, I have been harassed to the maximum. If you are what you claim to be, I am sure you will take this seriously and you will make the the effort to do something to compensate for this embarrassment that you have caused to me and my family I am truly hurt and upset at the way Airtel has treated me yet again. If this is how you treat your old people, how do you treat your new customers.

          On 16th july 2014, 8.302014, 8.30pm my number 995415995415319954153151 deactivated. As very next day I went to airtel office to enquire. They give me dublicate sim and told me it ll activated in 4 hours but till now its more than 24 hours its not activated due to I suffered a lots

              As I had been given offer to do recharge of Rs 249/= and will get 2gb 3g data and 1gb etc for 30 minutes, but when I did this I got only 1gb data. Its cheating you people had broken trust you are not keeping customers satisfy. Now I am going to close this number and will go for some other operator better than you. I had already done 3 complaints but the company is Full of cheaters i had got no response

                I have ported my number [protected] from Reliance GSM to Airtel. The Airtel connection got activated on 28th Jan 2014. However ever since it I have been on airtel connection, i am not receiving incoming calls or sms. Even after repeated complaints and follow ups with airtel there is no update on when the issue will be resolved. Complaint no with airtel[protected] Alternate contact- [protected] The entire purpose of porting the number has been defeated as I am not able to receive calls on my excisting number which is shared with all by business contacts and relatives.

                  We have network problem in EB6 building only. Up to the entrance we can call, but after that, inside ODC we dont have much tower. We cant call because of that issue. This is one of the biggest building in the ASIA, here itself we are facing this issue means, what is the use o[censored]sing Airtel Network. Please solve this issue ASAP

                  I was in airtel for the past 2Years. But now changed to Vodafone past 3 months.

                  I wish to come back to airtel. So pls do something like Boosting signal, so that we can get signal.

                  If i get signal inside ODC, I will surely come back to airtel.

                  Not only me using airtel, Many people almost in my ODC 300 people and overall 4000 people using Airtel inside TCS Siruseri campus.

                  Very helpful if quick action taken.

                  Recently contacted airtel customare care, they mentioned go to link www.airtel.in/leap. I already reported two times same issue. Still no response.

                  First of all thanks for taking action that in our ODC reg the complaint raised, wirings, antenna has been fitted inside ODC.

                  But the connection has not given means is not switched on.. Then what is the use of giving wirings and antenna inside ODC.

                  We asked the person who gave wirings, he replied that some other team will have to connect this, then only this will work.

                  Kindly take necessary steps.

                    Hi there, 18th January I paid 2500/- for Airtel 4G router connection in Kolkata. I was promised that the connection will be given in 2 working days. But till date connection is not given. In the initial week I have tried contacting the reseller who contacted on behalf of Airtel (Shubho Adhikari Phone# [protected]). But soon he stopped responding to my phone calls. Then i contacted the Nodal authority, they responded with a mail and the verification happened. Again i was in the dark. Finally without getting any response from Nodal officer as well i tried calling their number and it said invalid SIM number. Then i contacted Appeltte authority with any response. Contacted multiple time asking to refund the amount again no response. I would like to request you to take up this case, so that I can either get my money back or the connection.I am pasting the detail mail trail exchanged with Nodal and Appeltte office.                         Self-styled 'mobile behemoth', apparently, has a lot to learn from other smaller players in the field. Pay a visit to their website and you will understand why. All data about your calls, messages, etc. in 'My Airtel' are old and outdated. For instance, check the 'last five transactions', you will find that it is at least two days old!

                          Dear Sir, I have ported into Airtel Network from Vodafone Post paid in April, 2011. But recently on[protected], when I requested for a SIM replacement, I came to know that my number which I am using from more than 8 years is not my name and on someone else name. When I requested for change of address they have asked me to drop a mail to nodal office and after getting a reply take a print out and come back. I have mailed my details to given mail id nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com on[protected] and got reply from this mail ID on[protected] stating that I can change my address details by submitting a copy of the mail, ID Proof and Address Proof. I went to Airtel Relationship Center, at CBM compound, opposite HSBC Bank on the same day and requested to change the details. They have given a application to fill and given a new SIM and informed me that my number will be deactivated next day and will be activated with in 4 days. But my number got deactivated on[protected] and did not activate till date and giving very careless reply that they do not know when my number will be activated. I tried sending mail to nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com but no use. I am using this number for all my bank accounts and personal use. Now I am not able to make any online bank transactions as this is my registered mobile number for all my accounts. Please solve my problem.

                              Dear Sir,
                              From Airtel I had broadband connection, From the day broadband was installed there were continous outages, for this reason I asked them to close the connection, they promised to improve on the same and I paid them two month bill.

                              But things did not improve, and continued as before, the connection will be on for some time and them will go dead.
                              When they called for bill, I told them the problem and said I do not want there connection and asked them to close it. On this I am told to call 121, when one calls 121, there are menu, sub menu, sub menu and after trying couple of times I gave up. I continue to get call on bill payment, they does not entertain call for closing connection, or registering technical issues.

                                    i am writing this mail with lot of frustration, i got my Airtel 4G connection on 25/01/2014, from the very first day the speed is not more then 1mb/sec against the promise they have made 4, 0 mb/sec. but as the days passed the speed is around 150 kb/sec, from the very first day of the activation i have been complaining about the same, the funny thing is Airtel people when they want some verification to be done from there side, at that time my number is reachable, but when they try to reach me for issue related, they say that my number is not valid.this is the reason they are giving.And the most funny part is when they give demo with www.speedtest.net the speed will reach 40mb/sec, i think they have some contract or pay some money to the with speedtest.net website, so that they can fool people around by showing the high speed.so i think airtel is no more interested in solving my query, so i will not be paying any bill for the service which i was not provided.my details 4G no: [protected] Location : Bangalore Contact number : [protected].                                       I have a airtel digital connection with Cus ID: [protected] which is installed at my Chandigarh residence. An alcarte package was active which amounted to Rs 168 (incl taxes) I recharged Rs 310 and requested the customer care rep on telephone to change the package to South super value (Rs 175). It offers additional Malayalam and malayalam 2 top up as complimentary. However, they told me that it cant be activated since I am not staying in the north. While I belong to South, I am in Chandigarh since I am in the IAF and stationed for few years in Chandigarh. I am forced to watch north Indian package. It is ridiculous to restrict customers from watching thier choice of channel irrespective of whether they stay in any part of the country. I am not in Chandigarh out of choice.                                         I claim for cluster care dedect main balance without used.my mo. No.[protected]. Amunt is dedct 170.so claim for 121 but not respond &claim for 198 but so representing behaviour is missbehavier name im Mr. Prakesh time is 2:17 p.m. today. Please solved my claim.
