This is to inform that Airtel inspite of many complaints does'nt improve their internet services. I dnt know about other areas but in mumbra Airtel sucks, its pathetic you can say.. So I will request you to kindly look into this matter as I don't have time to reach the airtel gallery coz in mumbra there is no airtel gallery. And 1 more thing if you call their customer care number you will never get any solutions.. I think airtel should improve their after sales service. I think they are not well educated as you will never get good replies from them.. Please look into this otherwise i will have to change my number. Airtel sucks. My number is [protected]..

I have a plan of Rs 152 activated on my number in wich I get 500 mb of 2G and 500 mb of 3G.. So the problem is if i select GSM mode the 2G Works fine but its very slow and if i switch to UMTS, 3G or Dual mode I dont get any network of airtel in my mobile, the range is gone. U cannot even make or reciev calls. I just want to know why is that so n please look into ur cust service dept of 198 they dont know how to speak as well. They are just spoiling the reputation and whenevr I say i wanna speak 2 ur supervisor, sup is never available on the floor they say.. Please lemme know whats the problem with airtel network in mumbra. Thanks

    Airtel DTH Customer Id :[protected] I recharged my account at 8AM, after it got suspended today. Recharge was successful and I have sent HR requests several times, services dint resume. I waited for 1 hour and called 12150 at 8.55AM. They asked me to wait for 20 mins. But no use. When I called 12150 again at 9.20AM. The lady who spoke in Telugu was just asking me to wait and was telling that nothing can be done from their side. When asked to solve the issue immediately, all the answer she had was wait, she was sooo impatient and reckless while talking and was telling to her collegues while still I was on call "ee maha thalli wait cheyadanta". That was a rude behaviour and then she transferred to some technical department, then that person in technical dept said this issue ia not concerned to them so she transferred the call to some department. Then the 3rd person said that the call is transferred to prepaid number recharge and not regarding digital tv. He inturn asked me to call to 12150. What the hell I dialed 12150 and was talking to them. Dont know how people refuse to help the customers when their actual job is to help them. And the knowledge of the customer care executives is pathetic. Then I understood it was all done purposefully to waste customers time and energy. I request you to hear the call recordings and take strict action against the person for her rude behaviour and transferring calls to wrong departments. Then for the 3rd time I called up 12150 at 10AM then I received the same answer wait for 20 mins. Its been already 2 hours now!! My account is showing the recharged amount from 8.50AM and also received the balance amount by sending sms to 54325. I also called up for the 4th time but servies are not resumed. I request you to take serious action against the person who received my call at 9.20AM. And its been 3 hours now but services are not resuned even though the balance in our account is updated immediately.

      Dear Airtel Customer Care. Here by this email I do like to put a complain to my services and experience I am facing in last few weeks. Today I have talked with one of your supervisor who was reluctant to have any support of services and blaming me as a customer that you give me records and we do not have any records showing at our side. So he was trying to prove me wrong and tell me that I can give you only this X discount or so for the thing which I have not have to spend anything. Its like you gave me 600 discount and asking me to pay 1500 Rs for your crap system. I can not take it. As a customer I am not suppose to keep records when I am telling you that I have spoke to your team on this particular date, you are saying you do not have records, so you can not do anything. what a shame...coz now I have this recording so that proves your people are wrong and I will take this way further. Now, the discussion what I was talking to have this last 2 months's bill adjustment, I would not pay this bill unless you solve this and give me full compensation as I have all proof that you guys are just making life hard for your customer. Kindly find attached my voice recording for that particular date for which I have spend time and again I as a customer have to explain all situation all the time. ONLY THING WHICH YOU NEED TO HEAR IS DURATION OF CALL BETWEEN 10.05 to 10.15 from complete 11 minutes call so that can give you clarity. (Attachment sent to Customercare) I would seek your response on this in next 48 Hours. Awaiting for your response!

        Dear Sir, 500 Rs advance for airtel landline connection on[protected] your service provider told me that connection will be activated within 3 days but Now also going 22 days and today your Employee Name is Mr.Shiv and Code is B001834 Technical Department called me that he said that i have to pay again the Rs.500/-. so kindly activate this connection on Monday otherwise all my Corporate Connection (Optus Group and Singh Properties, Optus Hotel) convert in Vodafone.           I am an airtel prepaid customer since last 10 years (no. [protected]). On Saturday 23rd Nov 2013 I submitted my documents once again after i recd an auto call to submit my documents. I submitted my documents at Airtel Gallery in Sandhu Garden Chembur, Munbail. I have the acknowlegement receipt for the same. I was informed by airtel that my mobile connection will continue and as the document request was ful filled.
          However today on Nov 30th 2013 I again recd an auto call to submit my documents.

          Please stop harrassing loyal customers who have been with you for 10 years even though they are on Prepaid. Last year i had similar issues and my calls were blocked and i had complaint on this site. This year again if no action is taken and if my connection has any issues I will make sure i port my number to other service provider.

          If you want to retain a 10 yr long customer please make your processes efficient enough..

              I tried to reach 'Manage Services' at Airtel's website several times this evening. This is the response I received: "Server Error Access Manager WebSEAL could not complete your request due to an unexpected error. Diagnostic Information Method: POST URL: /prepaidaccount/PSC_Web/RechargeL5DViewAction.action Error Code: 0x38cf04d3 Error Text: DPWWA1235E Could not read the response status line sent by a third-party server. Possible causes: non-spec HTTP headers, connection timeout, no data returned. This is not a problem with the WebSEAL server. Solution Provide your System Administrator with the above information to assist in troubleshooting the problem." What's wrong with this company? This is not the first time this has happened. I had occurred several times in the past.

                Hi, Recently i moved from Airtel to Idea. Since 30 days i am receiving calls from Airtel Promotional call on daily basis asking me for postpaid connection. I clearly told them that i do not want any postpaid connection from Airtel and still they are not leaving me. They are calling on daily basis and torturing like anything. I escalated this issue to Airtel and i got a reference number "BAL|Qrc129111317111023122335|" stating that i wont be receiving promotional call any more. But still they are calling me and i don't know why. Again i mailed them and they are asking to register DND where as DND was activated 28 Nov 2013 on my number. I really don't know what to do.                   I have bought a 3G Dongle Airtel no. [protected] on nov. I have not been able to use this Dongle as it never connects to the internet, whenever it connects the connection is very brief speed is very very slow and then it disconnects. Some time a dialogue box appears which say that the connection can not be used until we register on approved network though we have registered on the airtel network long ago with the help of your technical team. We have registered this complaint probably more than 10 times. But this issue has not been resolved. I have not been able to use the dongle for the purpose it was purchased. I have been cheated and not provided the services which were promised.

                    I have put a request to change my mobile [protected] from postpaid to prepaid, in the terms of that person will deliver new sim to my home ( 23 rd oct).It was well recorded in airtel customer care( Executive was laxmi). But some how anyone has not visited my home. after one month they charged me one month rental 550 Rs. Now Yeastrday Ms Sapna Maity, Senior Supervisor was telling lie, that we never told, executive will visit ur home, u must had to visit to store. Pls suspend Sapna maity immediately.                         I had recharged my mobile data account on 17th Nov 2013 of Rs. 149, validity of which is 30 days and data limit 1 GB. But on 28th Nov itself the validity has ended. I spoke to customer care executive, they are simply telling that I have done recharge ONLY on 30 Oct. Where as I have done on 30th Oct as well as 17th Nov 2013. Transaction ID for the same isI had recharged my mobile data account on 17th Nov 2013 of Rs. 149, validity of which is 30 days and data limit 1 GB. But on 28th Nov itself the validity has ended. I don't know why my sim card is terminated. today I went to Airtel Franchise office, Chakradarpur and they checked and told me that my sim is closed by the company and they even don't called to custemer care as I requested to do them so.                             To Airtel India, I am writing this after so much frustration and discomfort caused the Airtel customer care. Around four months back, I had made an enquiry for MyPlan postpaid and on the same day I got call from Airtel customer care (I find the service very good) and customer care explains the plan and I said I don’t want, not interested. But from the next day to today daily (sometimes twice or thrice if I am lucky) I am getting calls from Airtel customer care, sometime I politely says no (if I am in good mood), sometime I shouted on them and sometime I told them don’t call me. I tried all things to stop like: 1. DND activate 2. Complaint in TRAI against you (but you guys call me daily from some other number that my bad luck ) 3. Service Request in Airtel.in and other places No luck still today I got two calls from them. Now I got the problem, there is a lady in Airtel Hyderabad name “Deepa Saxena” head of Hyderabad and secunderabad, (don’t know the post) but there team members are says that she is pushing us to call all numbers daily even if they say no and she is pushing them hard to ge the new postpaid customers. I don’t know the validity of this story but this is harassment to your customers. Please stop your SCAM or I will keep continuing this complaint to different forums and palces.                                 These people will tell you will get good speed but the speed is so bad that you that you cant open speedtest.net even. I made a mistake by taking this airtel 4g, instead i could have taken some other 3g networks like Photon, reliance and BSNL.These airtel people will tell the speed will be good at the time of taking but it wont be there and they will charge also so much. Whatever we pay we dont get the service like that.

                                  I had a 3G doggle of airtel ( [protected]) .Since the connection speed was very poor in bellandhur area, i took another broadband connection. The bill was due for 2 months since the connection was not disconnected and the company itself terminted the connection since the bill was due. I made a payment of rs 3500, settled the bill and made a request to disconnect. again this month, I got a bill of 1500 and the customer care people was telling request to disconnect was made later and the 1500 is for the date upto the disconnection request was made.. The company itself voluatarily disconnected the connection as I mentioned above and they have generated a bill of 1500 for this disconnected period.. Airtel is exploiting customers by generating fake bills and this incident is a clear evidence of it . Please take appropriate action against this company.

                                    Sir, I'm using a postpaid airtel number with" 200 combo 2G plan". On 2nd November 2013, when I was surfing net on my phone, I got a text from the company "Your quota has exhaust". When I called at customer care number and enquired about the message, he said may be my data use has exceeded. He asked me to check by sending Data use at 121. The reply I got was that I have used 335 mb and post 250 mb, I'm charged 1 paise/kb. Then, next day I again called at 121 and he said that the company had sent me texts on 30th-31st October and 1st November informing me about my data being overused. But I didn't receive any of the texts. He said that there must be a technical fault. He refused to lodge my complaint saying that my complaint will be accepted only when I have got my bill officially. So, he asked me to complain later. When I received my bill, I complained at 121. That person refused to accept my complaint saying that they are not commited to send me any text when my data service expires. He asked me to check my data usage by sending Data use to 121 from time to time. But Sir, I'm not at all satisfied with this service. On 22nd November's night, I was sleeping and the phone was switched off but still the messages show that I have used "9 mb" in just 5 hours i.e. from 12.00 a.m. to 5.00 a.m. Secondly, at one point I get a text that I have used so-and-so mb upto so-and-so date and time. Then, again after some hours if I send Data use to 121, I get a text that I have used more mb till that time and date only. How is that possible? Two different messages with different mbs but till the same date and time. One of the employee asked me to rely on these messages. And if it is so, then I guess I'm not liable to pay a single penny for the November month because whenever I send CU to 121, I always get a text "Current usage on your airtel mobile till 'date' is Rs. 0.0 (excludes monthly rentals). Moreover, most of the time I get a text saying that there is a technical error. They don't tell the proper usage anytime. And whenever I get a text without technical error, the usage is never updated. Sir, when the system is Kindly go through the problem. Because of such problems, my bill for the October month is Rs. 1177 and Rs. 837 is charged just because of over usage of mb. Screenshots of the messages are attached as proofs.
