    Hi,
    I got a new connection from Airtel broadband that promised as per advertisement and salesperson of 40 mbps speed. Post connection field engineer informed that max speed supported in my area was 14 mpbs. As this speed was not sufficient I asked for immediate disconnect and refund. I had got connection in first week of June and laid 3 months advance rental of Rs 3532 and my registered number is [protected]. It has been almost a month now and I have not got my refund yet. First they give connection with false information and then they harass customer to refund money. Kindly look into this from your end

      I have converted my mobile from post paid to prepaid on[protected] from
      Airtel outlet office in T.nagar, usman road, chennai . My outgoing was not activated even after paying Rs.219/- as my first recharge. They forced me to install Airtel app to activate outgoing calls. Airtel is harassing customers unnecessarily and not providing support. My email id is not registered even after verification done by airtel from my airtel app. complaints to airtel did not yield any result. I am senior citizen made to visit airtel outlet office 3 times unnecessarily. Now nearly 10 days past and my email id is still not activated in my account profile. Airtel denying customer to reach them over phone as it is automated and consumer can not express their grievance or get required service from airtel. Can airtel realize this ? please wake up.

          Airtel is forcing customer to recharge for unlimited pack for the sending sms to any number.

          Further, when i called to Airtel to complain such then they told that they took permission from TRAI for this type of Amendments.

              Hi Airtel, I have ported my number from BSNL to Airtel. I have no signal on the old SIM card and removed the sim and inserted new SIM. I can't able to verify, it always says No service. I can't able to register it using manual network also.
              I got the below mentioned msg to my spare number.

              We care for you! Your number Phone no is scheduled for port-in to Airtel-Tamil Nadu tonight at 00:08:00 hrs. Please keep the new SIM *********** ready and insert the same once your existing SIM displays no network to start using airtel services. Thank you.

                This is to inform you that I am residing in the below mentioned address. This is to bring your kind notice and information that front of our house balcony is an airtel pole which is disturbing a lot of cable wires, with the help of cable wires monkeys are roaming here and there, today one monkey tried to lynch my kid luckily didn’t happen anything. This can happen again in anytime and cause big harm to anybody.

                Request you to look and instruct your technical engineer to safeguard and remove the airtel pole and replace it to beside electric pole. I would be very thankful if you cooperate with us. Thanks!

                  Paid for three-month, promised to give connection on same day but after three days so far not installed.

                  The customer executive not responding, nor any one is telling what time line it will be installed.

                  Threr no way you contact Airtel representative in app.

                  Call call center waited for 15 minutes but got cut saying all exe are busy

                    My Airtel sim suddenly stopped working. I did all Troubleshooting. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
                    All this without any intimation from airtel. It was my primary number. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.

                    I would like signals on my phone be restored...

                      I had purchased a new sim from airtel on 2nd July 2021. I immediately made an online recharge for Rs.219. But, I did not receive any message from airtel nor was the amount credited. Then when I enquired with the dealer, I was informed that the first recharge should be done only with the retailer/dealer.
                      I need to know how I can recover the amount of Rs.219. My new airtel sim/contact number is [protected].

                        Tele verification number is not working

                        Received a message on alternate number to proceed with tele verification, but not able to connect 59059. Please resolve.

                        Also, could you post in this channel whats the issue with 59050, this is definitely not a warm welcome for a porting customers...

                          Now you have removed sms service through balance. This is really a very bad policy. I and my whole family use airtel since ages. And now I hate airtel. And regret using airtel. Being too greedy is not done at all. I soon will change airtel with any other sim but not airtel. I didn't switched to jio even when they were giving free internet and calls. I never bought any other sim. Keep being greedy to see your fall.

                            Airtel Alert - An amount of Rs. 445.42 is still pending for payment towards airtel for your mobile [protected] . An intimation has also been sent to your current operator. Please pay the amount immediately for uninterrupted services

                            The above number is already ported to BSNL after paying all the pending dues at that time. Now again Airtel is asking for payment . Please look into the matter and wave the amount and inform BSNL that there are no dues.

                                Hi i have done Recharge Rs.698 pack daily 2 gb data for 84 days validity, on 7th july 2021 unfortunately my 2gb data consumed within 3 hrs and i used only for outlook emails, & 45 minutes zoom meeting only within the 3 hrs, when i reach customer support regarding this issue they said unable to find because the data used through dongle, i want to know how its consumed within 3 hrs complaint no [protected]

                                  Last Monday I have tried to recharge my DTH through online Rs.200 using airtel website. While trying they detected Rs.200 after some time I got transaction failed message to my number and they mentioned will refund that amount next 48 hours. But still the amount is not refunded. So kindly check and let me share your findings.

                                    I had recharged my sim the previous month with a pack of 3gb data and 28 days validity. After few days it came to my notice that my services had ended and after inquiring with Google pay support, apparently airtel didn't only recharged the 3gb and not the 28 days validity. For the past few days I have been trying to contact their customer support in every way possible, the app just sends me to their site with literally no help. The customer service number is 50% just advertisement and call immediately ends when I try contacting their executive. My mother uses vodafone and have way better customer service. Airtel is just simply awful.
