My name is Arjun, my mumber is [protected].
And i have a unlimited pack currently active.My plan is RC379. But the issue is i don't have the unlimited download option in wynk music app, please advise me the reason. Why am i not having the free unlimited download option on my Wynk app. Is it for specific people only. Then why is it mentioned in airtel thanks app as free wynk music for recharge of rc 379.
As per Airtel customer care wynk music is free for the consumers who do a unlimited pack recharge. In my case i have a active unlimited pack but still wynk music is not available on my number/account. Please take action

    Donot want double pack with the validity pack .please refund my money or make the second pack in queue so that it will be active after my first pack has been completed.

        I am currently in UAE, Am using Airtel SIM ([protected]) since last 8 years with every time sufficient balance to keep in active status.

        Since yesterday my mobile does not show the Airtel SIM and i changed mobile to check but it does not show the Airtel SIM but all other sims are showing.

        then i checked Airtel mobile APP it shows SIM is active and do have mobile balance and validity.

        Kindly advice what is the problem caused and please rectify if any problem globally.

            I have recharged my wife mobile number through net banking for Rs.449 on 2nd July 2021 at 10: 31 a.m. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                  I have taken Airtel broadband connection, I paid 6months advance. The connection got frequent outage, then I disconnected connection. Before disconnection they told amount will be refund in one week, these is no refund yet from Airtel after 2 week. There no way to connect customer care. my connection number [protected]. And top of that it saying I need to balance amount Airtel as attached in image

                    Airtel one plan 1999 request was raised on 30th, June 2021. As per their website https://www.airtel.in/one-airtel-plan/ airtel xtream box worth 3999 is free with 1999 plan but when they had come for installation they have asked for 1500 security deposit. Isn't it wrong to advertise something and then change it by making changes to your marketing materials? It is a complete error of communication from airtel and also that they decided to change something overnight and not update customers/their official website on the same. I have canceled the setup as of day one if they can lie/cheat am sure it would be the case going forward. I will ensure I change my postpaid services too as well as my family's the least I can do.

                      Airtel T. Nagar North usman road chennai outlet forced me to recharge Rs. 219/- as first time recharge when I converted post paid to prepaid on[protected]. Moreover customers are forced to download airtel app to get outgoing call activation for prepaid connection. You can not force customer to use airtel app and it should be optional. Is it mandatory as per airtel rules. If so look into it and re consider the issue. Airtel is denying customer to update their email id through their app to avoid registering grievance or complaints from customers. I have updated my mail id through airtel app from T.Nagar airtel outlet and my mail id is also verified from the app. Now more than 6 days past it is still not activated. mails sent to [protected]@in.airtel.com are retured back with automated message maid is not registered. contact 121 to update your mail id. But the customer care no.121 does not have the option to register mail id which the airtel is not aware ?. please wake up and resolve the issue immediately.

                          Acctually When i veiwed my airtel account i got someone's others name and personal info i changed it to my name D.O.B but the prmenant address couldnot be changed.
                          You must Share the details to change it in my email ID as navonil.[protected]@gmail.com

                            I did airtel dth recharge of 250 from Google Pay and amount was deducted from my account but still recharge amount not credited to my airtel dth balance. Kindly revert my amount to bank account or add amount to the dth account.

                                Hi Team,

                                I have been charged in June month bill for calling ICICI Toll free number [protected]. When I registered the complain, then I have been told that number starting with 1800 will be only considered as toll free number. But as per the screenshot, it clearly says that [protected] is toll free number and also this information was never conveyed to me earlier. I would like to highlight this, as normal customer is getting exploited even if the information is correct.
                                Request you to please check this issue on priority.

                                    I am a very old customer of Airtel. I recharged my phone with Rs.2495.00 with all india numbers free + 2 GB per day data. I had to send an SMS to SBI on 567691to unlock my credit card. The SMS was not going. I was informed that this is a special number and that the annual pack of 2495 does not cover the said numbers for SMS. So I recharged with Rs.79.00 on 29.06.2021. Still the SMS is not going. I am 70 years old and cannot keep running to your office everytime. Your local office was not able to offer a proper remedy for the same. Do the needful urgently. My credit card is blocked.

                                        I had done a recharge through airtel thanks app of Rs 598/- on 26/06/2021 for my mobile number [protected] . The airtel thanks app shows that Rs.40/- off for recharging the same 598 plan. I select recharge now option on the app and select amazon pay as payment mode. It shows that I have to pay Rs.558/- after discount. In my amazon pay balance it had a Rs.185 and balance of Rs.373 deducted from my bank account by amazon pay and the total of Rs.558/- amazon pay made the transaction to airtel. On same time i got a message from airtel mentioned one order id for the same recharge. But recharge not done by airtel and successful message not received till now. I contacted airtel and tell about this. But the representative tell me that the recharge amount not reflecting in their side and i have to contact amazon pay. Next day i contacted amazon pay customer care and tell about this. They tell that the transaction was successful from their side and they send the details of the that. I forwarded the same mail to airtel and tell again all the story. But airtel is not doing anything for solving the issue. And also regarding this I create a service request through airtel thanks app but airtel team close the request without solving the issue.
