Hi Team,
I have been charged in June month bill for calling ICICI Toll free number [protected]. When I registered the complain, then I have been told that number starting with 1800 will be only considered as toll free number. But as per the screenshot, it clearly says that [protected] is toll free number and also this information was never conveyed to me earlier. I would like to highlight this, as normal customer is getting exploited even if the information is correct.
Request you to please check this issue on priority.
