For months I have been trying to complain to airtel that after the daily limit of 4g data pack which is 3gb per day, the top up or the extra data which has been recharged of 251rs 50gb data, it doesn't get used after daily data is over!

Instead of switching to the extra backup data I get notifications to recharge! Data limit is over! I try restarting the device, turning the airplane mode On Off.. then i try clearing the cache of the phone service, carrier service and settings. Even then the backup data is not getting switched on and I keep seeing the notifications to recharge!!

Airtel doesn't have a clear contact email or customer service to contact! They have hindered users from complaining! This is the email id they have provided which always fails to deliver them, and i get reverted back to call on 198! After calling them the service executives are never helpful, despite hundreds of complaints the issue is still the same!!

After the daily limit is over, the 4g doesn't use the backup data for hours of frustration!! To which the customer care scammer says that it is due to network load in the area! But You can see the speed test screenshot, the download speed is disaster, whereas the upload speed is fine, which means the network is clear, but their system is faulty or the workers are negligent, or maybe they are scamming, by making the users to recharge again and again by saying daily data is over.

Into the attachments you can clearly see, that daily data shows 0 / zero after usage, and the extra data recharge which was done for rs.251 of 50gb, there is 18.5 gb data left! But their system doesn't read that and they keep giving warnings that your data is over, please recharge which you can see in the other screenshot when i tried to create a help ticket for network issue, they sneakily warn that your data balance is running low, please recharge, to which many people might recharge and give them the money! That is how fraudulent they are behaving..

    Kindly either recharge this number or reverse amount immediately.

      Hi team,
      I have requested to install the xstream fiber connection for that I paid rs 3569 . Before collection the money the representative was taking calls and calling me for all the details. Later that he didn’t even responded properly and didn’t do the installation on time. So I have requested to refund my amount asap. Really not satisfied with ur services and way you treat the customer once they paid. I haven’t get any refund sms or mail, kindly check on this application Id:[protected]

        Dear team my name is Kamini Devi. i have airtel payment bank saving account with you. my account no is [protected] . i had register complaint on 18-june-2021 with case no.10470711 regarding i am not able to do any debit transaction from my account due to debit freeze on my account .customer care told me send self attested documents at [protected]@airtelbank.com. i send my self attested document same day. i get reply on 23-june-2021 that block will be removed within 48 hours but today is 29-june-2021 still my problem is same ..i am not able to use my hard money which i deposit in this account ..i am really really frustrated with airtel team.. they are not understand my problem. Today 29-june-2021 i resend my self attested document such as aadhar and pan card again. i got massage it will be removed within 48 hours...plzz help me plzz...its very bad manner to treat with customer...at least you can call me and inform me why you are taking too much time ... very irresponsible manner from airtel ..

            Automatic charges were levied without following govt guidelines of sending reminder at least 3 days prior. Raised a complaint with them on June 15. I was asked to send screenshot of transaction. After that I got no update. 2 weeks have passed. They kept repeating the same generic message and refuses to callback even when requested to.

              I ported my number [protected] from Vodafone to Airtel after vodafone network stopped I inserted airtel sim card and televerified but still nor I am able to call or use the internet moreover when others try to call me it says number does not exist.                 Dear airtel my location is 229201 and i am having 8 airtel user in my family and in my area maximum people is having airtel operator but we all are having the same same issue and that is network coverage and low download and upload speed.
                I complained many times but our problem is not solved yet. Other operators like jio and vi is providing far better service at a competitive price.
                It's my request to airtel to solve our problem otherwise we will port to other operator.

                    Reference Airtel Xstream Fibre Application No: [protected]
                    I purchased a new connection on 26th June, and was told to get it installed in 2 hrs. Due to the Airtel commitment I discontinued my existing internet connection.
                    Since then I have been following up continuously however the connection has not been installed until now.
                    Everyone a new person calls me and says we are coming in shortly and then doesn't turn up or say there is a network issue. Now I have been told that the connection can't be installed.
                    I have already paid Rs 2828 as advance rental and wasted a lot of time, it has impacted my job work too.
                    Being an existing long time customer i don't expect this from Airtel. Had i been communicated clearly on day one i could have retained my existing internet connection.
                    Could you please refund my paid amount as I have to get a new connection urgently.

                    I got this message today, which strangely says I'm not interested. Looks like Airtel was communicated that customer is not interested which is why they didn't install the connection.

                    Dear customer, your order for Airtel Broadband connection is pending with us. If you are not interested in the connection now, please share the code **** to the engineer and we will get back to you later.

                      I have recharged my mobile number through my debit card for Rs. 598 on 28th June 2021 and received an SMS with transaction reference number that the amount was debited of Rs. 598. Bank transaction was completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I received no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. Kindly look into it and revert asap. It is very annoying and frustrating that your Airtel online portal is so not useful at all.

                        Mistakenly I have entered wrong number when I was recharging through website then how can I redirect the recharge to my current number.
                        Also I don't have transaction ID else I have Order ID as I have done recharge through website.

                            I had an Airtel plan with the following details-.
                            Fixedline No. {{6 - - -}} Broadband ID : {{7 - - -}}_mh Rental ₹.399/- Speed 2 mpbs. Bills in respect of this connection used to be debited to my account through ECS. As I Wanted higher internet speed, I requested to update the plan. I was advised that the existing plan can not be updated and that I have to go for a new plan. I was suggested to have Airtel-UL-Basic 699 unlimitedGB(40 Mpbs/1024Kbps) COMBO Plan. I opted to avail the said plan paying yearly subscription ₹.8, 413/-. Accordingly, a new installation was made on 15.08.2020. Details of the new installation are as under-
                            Account No.[protected] CAF No.[protected] Airtel Fixedline No.{{9 - - -}}
                            Xtream Fiber ID :[protected]_mh Rental : ₹.699/- Plan Data : Unlimited GB
                            Plan Speed : 40 mpbs. Type of connections : New Installation DSL ID :{{8 - - -}}
                            Tariff Plan opted :Airtel-UL-Basic 699 unlimitedGB (40Mpbs/1024Kbps) COMBO Plan.
                            The installation was carried out on 15.08.2020. As such, my phone line on which I had my old Fixedline Number {{6 - - -}}, I got a new Airtel Fixedline Number {{8 - - -}}. However, bills in respect of the old Fixedline Number {{6 - - -}} continued to be debited to my account. At the same time I did not receive any bill in respect of the new Fixedline Number {{8 - - -}}(With nil amount payable). Bill in respect of the new connection started coming from 23.04.2021 only. I, vide my email dated 29.10.2020, pointed out that the New Plan despite having been installed on 15.08.2020, I continue to receive bills for the old plan. I quote my email for reference “I have got my old plan with above-mentioned number discontinued and have new plan installed on 15.08.2020. I, however, continue to receive bills as per the old plan. This is to bring the facts to your notice.” However, my said email seems to have been ignored.
                            My contention is that ever since installation of the new plan which was on the same phone line as the old one, bills in respect of the old one should have been discontinued. Even my email dated 29.10.2020 in this regard was overlooked. Under the circumstances, I have requested for refund of the bill amount of the old connection from 15.08.2020 to May, 2021 which works out to ₹.7135/-. I intend to attach Installation Report, Communication showing Bill Plan Details & Account Details, Bill in respect of New Plan, copy of my email dated 29.10.2020 and the last reply of Airtel in the matter for your reference, however the same are not acceptable in the system. I may send them by any other mode as per you advice.
