My mobile number is [protected]. Somebody has registered my number by the name of Arun Kumar Aggarwal for an Airtel Broadband Connection. Now that person has not paid the bill, and the Airtel team keeps on calling me. Everytime Airtel team Calls, I tell them that I am not Arun Kumar Aggarwal and please stop calling me, but they still call me daily.
They have called me 50 times and everytime I deny they still call me again. Yesterday, they called me and I was so irritated that I told them that yes I am Arun Kumar and go to the registered address and collect the money.
Today[protected] they again called and when I told their customer care executive that I am not Arun Kumar Aggarwal, he told me to tell him my name, otherwise they will keep on calling me. I told him that I dont want to disclose my name for privacy purposes. He abused me and disconnected the call.
The number from which I received call is[protected] and it was received at 3:34pm. The name of the executive was Vikram.
Kindly a strict action be taken against that person.
