Dear sir

I have been trying for 2 days for getting UPC porting code but Airtel don't send it at all. I have called 3 times to airtel customer care 198. All the time they said wait few hours it will fome soon but it didn't come. They are just trying my patience but i almost fed up but last time I'll call them again for abusing them a lot. Because i have wasted 200 rupee only for getting UPC code but i didn't get it. First i recharge 49 rupee then i recharged for main balance so that i can send a msg but i still wasn't able to send a msg because airtel changed rule for using message facility. Then i came to know that for using msg facility i need to recharge unlimited pack so i recharge 129 and then i was able to send a msg. I sent msg PORT xxxxxxxxxxx to 1900 but they didn't send me any porting code i. Reply. I have been trying for 2 days. It's the worst service provider

    The resignation letter was accepted & signed by (Zonal Officer). Even after multiple E-Mails and calls(ZM and ZSM) to the concerned department and officials, we are not been considered for our settlement claims & deposits. The biggest telecom of India delays like this with their business partners it's like a modern way of cheating people who earn hard to make their living.

      I am harshit Kumar from bihar i have been trying 20, 30 times for port my airtel no. To v.i. network but they didn't send me upc code and my pack is expiring in 1 days i tried everything i even call customer care service but they always say it's temporary issue it will be solve in few hours but it didn't solved they even started to cut my call. the customer service of airtel is wrost in this scenario so please take some action against these types of fraud because they are forcing us to stay in their network by not sending us upc code :(

        Sir during day time 3mbps and 3day a week also 2mbps at night but during night 3 to 4 day per week 20kbps to 50kbps and i have full 2gb in one sim and 2 gb in another sim biut no speedd i complaint once before 20 days but they only say we register a complain but no actio sir during nigt tower of this area airtel got off becauseevery where and any phone have no internet soeed in this area katrisarai 805105daily issue between 7pm to1am sir i have to do online class how i read pls hlp airtel dont take any action against tower owner

                Hi,

                I am frustated with the #### service of Airtel and when I am trying to port . These people are not sending my my UPC code even after sending multiple messages to 1900.

                Even posted in their FB but their CUSTOMER care instead of helping me with UPC told me to wait..will arrange a callback.

                Never expected such unprofessional behaviour from airtel.

                Vodafone was VERY GOOD when I ported from it last time.

                    I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through airtel app by Amazon then in Amazon by net banking for Rs. 558 on 21th June 2021 and received an SMS with Transaction reference [protected]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                      Hi, it is almost past two days and I am unable to use my mobile number which is playing very important role to my life. I got a text stating that after 11 PM my new SIM (Airtel) will start working, kindly replace the SIM and restart your phone. I have done the same but till now there is no network sign for my new Airtel SIM.

                      Kindly help me, it is really important to me. Thanks in advance.

                          I had a new Broadband connection installed by 2 engineers on[protected]. From the date of[protected] morning the internet is not working.

                          I have raised a complaint, the service request no.[protected] and the engineer name Selvakumar S_DSP (Mobile no. [protected]).

                          The engineer visited this morning and checked the connection and he said "fiber wire broke in some place. I will arrange for the team to solve the issue within 1 hour".

                          Still more than hours over. Then again I called the engineer and he said "wait sir. I will arrange the person again." No one has solved my problem.

                          I have office work today. I'm totally disappointed with your airtel broadband service.

                          Very very worst service in this airtel broadband network. Please take action immediately and resolve the problem soon.

                            I paid throughb airtel wallet bearing cell number [protected] for Rs 45/- towards of airtel number of [protected] 0n[protected] at 19:11 hrs. But upto 23.30 hrs the cell phone was recharged after getting sucessful ly done rechage for [protected]. please look into it.

I have recharged a 191 of data pack to this number [protected] on 23 May 2021 from airtel thanks app mode of payment debit card. I got the message that the amount is debited from my account and your recharge is confirm within 4 hours after that I didn't receive any confirmation or any failure message. I complain to airtel mail id they are saying there is no recharge found...
