I am using Airtel from a year. My current plan is of 40mb/s. But as soon as I get something to download using Torrent or even some sites (movies and games downloading sites) I got a disastrous speed of 200-400 kb/s. I wonder why does Airtel even care where we use the data we already paid for . If you need to block something go for porn sites, online drug sites and why even them? Let the users choose. One o[censored]ser on Quora is saying that Jio doesn't throttle torrent, but there is high fluctuations in download speed.

    My prepaid pack of 599 Rs ends today, (31.05.2021). I recharged using my Airtel this morning with a 599 pack. I got sms confirmation from Airtel and the bank for this transaction. But this us not reflected in my Airtel app and I get messages that my outgoing services would be fisconnected. Please look in to this....

    Address: House No.-HM-243, Phase-2, Sector -54

    I reside in Sector -54, Mohali(pb.), having very poor signal strength specially while using mobile indoor at GF and not able to make and receive calls, whic effect my working.
    The matter is conveyed to customer care no. of times but no action has yet took palace since last more that one year. Complaint is registered and after few days closed without taking any action and even no information is given to customer

    Requested to please see .

        On 25th of May, one of airtel Sales executive Jitendra Kumar approached me for new broadband connection and as part of new offer he mentioned that if I pay for 3 month Advance, installation will be free and also XSTREAM BOX and 1 month HD channel pack will be free with all plans.
        I made the payment on 29th May Morning, and installation was done in evening and i was shocked when after setup, installation engineer said that only router installation is their, when I reached out to Sales person he said that for XSTREAM BOX you have to place a new order and its not part of this broadband installation. He said you have to 1500 refundable for that and separate team will take that.

        When I reminded him that I have call recording where he mentioned all these will be free and part of new broadband bundle offer, he said sorry nothing can be done now. When I asked for cancellation, he said you have already paid in advance, that will not be refunded.

        This is a clear case of cheating and i dont want associate with Airtel, and I request you to cancel my connection and initiate the refund at the earliest as you have not delivered what you promised. Looking for ward to hear from you.

          I have been using airtel number since 2010. Last year I moved to Spain and I still use my airtel number. 1 wee before my Airtel stopped receiving signal. All my OTP's and other important messages are to be received in this number. I am not able to reach to their customer service inspite of trying a 100 times.

            Hi,

            This is Umesh I have been using airtel service by the last 8 years and my number is [protected], today I made a recharge of 698 rs to [protected] instead of my number. So I request you to kindly refund the amount or transfer the 698 plan from [protected] to [protected].

            I am trying to call the customer care by the last 2 hours but the people are not connecting the call. Please do the needful

            I am trying to call the customer care by the last 2 hours, they behaving so rude now they are not connecting with me. Please do the needful.

            As a long term customer I am so disappointed the way they behaved .

              I recharged my mobile number [protected] for amount Rs.399 via Airtel Thanks App through Upi on 23-05-21 at 12:30. I received a message from Airtel with order Id[protected].

              The bank transaction was also completed successfully but my account has not recharged. I have not received any other messages regarding this till date.

              I request a refund for the amount.

                I don't know why my Airtel Internet disconnected in every two minutes..I am facing this problem from last year.If I talk to coustomer care they will tell it will be fixed in 10-12days but the network Isn't improved a Single bit

                  With humble and respectfully I would like to express my thought that in my village we are facing network problem from the moment of invention mobile phones to till now so I'm hardly request you to install Mobile network in my village instead of wasting money for advertising do an investment on installing.

                    I am a corporate customer of Airtel Postpaid mobile connection. I wanted to update the company name, GST number and company address. Whenever I call Airtel Customer Care they do not help saying you have a corporate connection and told me to write an email to Airtel at [protected]@in.airtel.com. I wrote an email to them about the same and they did not reply and again I wrote an email and they replied about Sim swap. They did not read the mail...

                    Hello Sir/Madam,

                    I am holding [protected] airtel number which was part of corporate connection. In between I left the organization and my number got suspended. Arranged and submitted all the required documents (NOC) at chandanagar airtel office in person, to transfer [protected] from corporate to my personal name on March 22, 2021.

                    My number is reactivated on March 23, 2031 but still it shows on corporate name. While I was following in this since then I haven't received any response. I called 121 Airtel customer care on May 23, 2021 and after waiting for 20 minutes, I was told that my request is rejected and I need to resubmit the NOC documents again.

                    I tried my best to understand from officers on call the reason for rejection. Repeatedly I was told they do not have the details and advised me to resubmit the documents or speak to corporate relationship manager. Spoke to corporate relationship manager and did not get the reasons for rejection. Wrote mails to Airtel Enterprise team and received the same response over call and mails stating "reasons are unknown" and advised to visit again Chanda Nagar Airtel branch and resubmit the documents.

                    When i asked to provide the details of higher authorities to escalate. I was told that they will get back shortly and till date no response.

                    Even after submitting the required documents the porting was not completed and no mistake of mine. I am advised to visit the branch again to get this addressed.

                    Request to please consider this as compliant on behalf and do the needful.

                        Dear Sir

                        I was using Airtel Payments bank issued Fastag for my Vehicle No.TS04EX5245. As I am person with disability I got exempted Fastag from NHAI. Then I requested the Airtel payments bank to deactivate my Fastag and they did it. But in NPCI portal it is showing as “inactive. please recharge your tag with UPI” for Airtel Fastag and active for NHAI exempted Fastag. I have attached screen shot of the same .But i when enter the toll plaza my active exempted Fastag is showing as block listed. I contacted Airtel Payments Bank customer care and their email but they say from their end they have successfully deactivated the Fastag. I request you to kindly help me in removing the Airtel Fastag from NPCI portal.

                            Hi I am working in Dubai and my airtel SIM lost signal past few weeks ago but the SIM was working fine 1 year in uae I do regular recharge for SIM but few weeks ago SIM not showing signal and I tried all the ways but nothing will workout please resolve this issue

                              A complaint was raised on May 18, 2021 about non-functioning of our DTH live TV. A complaint number was promptly issued as [protected].
                              After repeated complaints to the helpline and several emails to [protected]@airtel a very standard and unhelpful response is got each time an email is sent to know status of complaint.
                              The matter rests as it is without a resolution in sight. We are extremely unsatisfied and are going to directly proceed to cancel all the Airtel services as soon as possible. While you may scramble to resolve the issues after this email, but, it will hardly matter as we have made up our mind to have nothing to do with Airtel services going forward.
