The sim for number [protected] in name of Shri mool Chand gupta, aged 82 years was to be replaced as earlier sim had no option to be used as min/ micro in smartphone.

on 9 th June, when I, his son Sanjay Agrawal contacted airtel, barra 2 Kanpur store, they asked for personal presence of 82 year old bed ridden person, but later agreed to send a representative.

No one EVER turned up.

On 14 th June father was taken in a big vehicle with a nurse to store. They could not use IRIS scanner (poor quality in mobile phone) inside vehicle. With help of 3 persons Father was alighted from vehicle and somhow was made to sit on a chair. With great difficulty, after 35 minutes, they said that they have been able to use Iris scanner from one of the two mobile phones with them successfully. Charged Rs. 100.

But new sim no.[protected]U never activated and old sim is still working.

What happens to so much effort, expenditure of few thousands in taking father after hiring Nurse to store and then no result.

And you cannot raise a complaintor grievance as the mailbox of Grievance officer is full.

      Dear Sirs,

      I ported three post paid VI sim cards to Airtel prepaid through a retailer named Ishvika Finance, Nitin Galande[protected] in Pune. He charged me Rs 500 per sim with the promise that I will get 2 months o[censored]nlimited talktime and 1.5 GB/day data.

      The application was done on 10th June, 2021 and the sims got activated on 13th June, 2021. However, to my surprise the balance was only Rs. 10/- with validity upto 14th June and the Airtel thanks app prompted me to do the First Recharge. On contacting the retailer to do the same, he started giving various non sensical excuses like system is down, we have raised a request with Airtel and we are waiting for the update etc.

      It has been two days that I am unable to use my 3 phones. I can Recharge on my own, but then getting a refund from the retailer will be a pain. Also, it is not about the amount, it is the unethical practices which construes to a fraud.

        I use BSNL and unintentionally selected Airtel as my operator at ICICI recharge portal. Now the amount deducted and no confirmation message or transaction number displayed. I have no idea who shall I contact. ICIC, Airtel or BSNL to get my refund.

            I faced a lot of problems as I was out of state for work and from last 2 days my phone is showing no service my Airtel sim all of a sudden stopped working I am using iPhone X and my number is [protected] . Please fix this problem asap as I am not able to get in contact with anyone

              Sir i have paid Rs 1042 and Rs 437 to tsspdcl through airtel wallet on 12th and 13th june 2021 but i received the messages from airtel as "the payment made successfully to apcpdclob from my wallet."
              The bills are showing outstanding in tsspdcl. Immediately i emailed and contacted customer care and they simply blaming customers instead of solving the issue.this is a technical problem lying with airtel .They asked me to correspond with apcpdclob for refund the amount instead of corresponding directly by airtel Pls help me in getting my amount refunded to my wallet at the earliest.

                I am having a airtel xtreme fiber connection, for 6 months i was on a 100 mbps plan, after that on 9 june i sent a request for plan upgrade to 200 mbs and did a 999 recharge from airtel thanks app.
                ticket i d: 89617493 on 9 june 11:12 pm
                11 june 10:30 pm i called 121 asking about the status, the guy at the other end said he will do some settings. after he did the settings my internet ( which was still 100mbps) completely stopped working, i raised a complaint again on 11 june 10:54 pm ticket id[protected] for broken internet.
                since then theres no response from airtel. i have been repeatedly calling 121 getting my calls transferred to senior supervisors and all they tell me is wait 2 hours, reset router, restart, unplug, plug in back.. etc etc..
                i checked the status on my airtel thanks app and it said that for ticket id[protected] engineer Sqib has been allocated, and was supposed to visit me on 12 June 930 am, unfortunately he never came, he sent someone at 5 pm on 12 june who said he done some changes and it wil be working in 2 hours, but my internet is still broken. i managed to fish the engineers (saqib's ) number from that lame bozo that came to my house so i am sharing it here[protected]..
                since yesterday i have been trying to call airtel but my complaint is not getting addressed. the internet light on the router is supposed to be stable. but its blinking non stop. i tried different browsers diferent devices, the internet is completely broken.
                i work in a private firm in the IT industry, these thugs are making a fool out of the helpless customers, i am suffering loss of pay because i cant login to my remote desk ( working from home), i am going to sue them if i lose my job. meanwhile applying for jio..

                these problems are normally resovled within a couple of hours.. this is ridiculous on airtel's part, kindly take stern action, i want a refund and dicosnnection of airtel conneciton permanently if this is not resolved

                  Anonymous Call asking to Recharge Airtel DTH

                  I have not recharged my Airtel DTH for past 2 months since i am out of station. I received a genuine call from Customer care the 1st month and updated them that i am outside town and can recharge it after 3-4 months.                   Suddenly on 12th June, 2021, the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially I thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
                  All this without any intimation from airtel.My exams are going on and it's my official number for any contact with college. Lost peace of mind due to this carelessness.

                  I would like signals on my phone be restored as soon as possible, and additionally they need to compensate for loss of peace of mind, and loss of opportunity due to missed communication during the period.

                      Recently I visited Airtel Store with lots Of Hope that they will solve my problem but instead of solving my problem they start arguing with me and dis misbehave with me and try to threaten me which was very Surprising For me because If You are visiting A airtel store you are expecting that they will treat you in a good way..!!

                      Airtel is a renowned Company but I think now They Dont Care For their Customers..!!!

                      If You are not capable to Look in to this matter then I think I have To change my network and Tell other people to change their network..!!

                          I am having broadband connection of Airtel with number [protected] since last 2 years. Monthly bill is regularly paid by me Rs 471/- as per plan exist.

                          It is very surprisingly to note that bill for the month of May had been changed alleging that got a message to change the plan which is not fact. I have never made any request to change my existing plan and switch over in new plan. Airtel representative have told me that your plan have been changed with 499/- in place of 399/-
                          Accordingly, bill has been issued which is not appropriate at all.

                          It is not out of place to mention here that my plan which is going on is not avsilable for new customer since last 1 year and being a existing customer this plan is going on which is the policy of any telecom companies. Unfairly, Airtel has sent the hiked bill which is not only injustice for the existing customer but also the violation of the prevalent policy of telephone companies under which service of existing plan is continued for existing customer and new plan is effective for new customer on the same line when any offer granted is given to the new customer not for the existing customer.

                          Such type o[censored]nfair dealing is not expected from airtel companies which is known for maintaining the relation with the customer .

                          Kindly look into the above issue and resolve it.

                          It is really a inferior of customer dealing of Airtel Representative. How any existing plan can be changed for existing customer without any prior consent of consumer. It shows that inappropriate act of Airtel. Extremely regretted!

                          No action has been taken in the matter so far. It is really embarassing situation for the customer where Airtel has changed the existing plann of consumer without any consent of the consumer . It is really aarbitrary and deceitful AIRTEL to deAl with customer .

                          It is very unfortunate that AIRTEL has not informed about continuation of existing plan for existing customer which is very prevalent dealing of telecom companies.

                          In fact, this may be gone through that my existing plan Rs 399 was not available for new customer since last 2 years but as per usual prevalent practise it is going on effective for me being a existing customer .

                          Suddenly, my plan has been been changed which is against the prevalent practise of Airtel.

                          Kindly look into the above issue and restore my existing plan of Rs. 399/- .

                            No executive is taking call from the past 3 days. And the customer care is asking for 24hr window everyday to get the set top box installed. It has been more than 3 days today. This is plainly an example of customers.

                              Security Deposit of Airtel DTH not refunded

                              My friend has ported from Vi ( idea ) sim to Airtel
                              Idea have disconnected their signal
                              Airtel sim didn't have signal and sometimes signal appears
                              But when i dial to activate or to check it says NETWORK NOT REGISTERED
                              Also when I call his number it says that the mobile number doesn't exist

                                Yesterday airtel deducted my balance Rs310 .I checked call history .I didn't make any call.
                                Deducted history shows 5924102 dial.
                                They deducted wrong. Please resolve and refund the amount. My airtel prepaid number is [protected]

                                  Hi,
                                  I have been using Airtel broadband services from past several months however i have not received any of my bills in my mail or on my phone number. I have been given assurance that because of ongoing Covid crisis my number and email could not be updated in the system.

                                  Till now i'm not able to login to Airtel Broadband portal to download my bills because registered mobile number is not mine. I tried customer care but process requires to have registered phone and email to update any contact details.

                                  I'm not able to contact the local person in the Airtel office as well. My internet is not working from past 15-20 days and i can see there is outstanding bill on my name.
                                  Kindly help me resolve the issue.
