There is no network in my area even though they say there is tower nearby. My calls keep dropping and I have literally make multiple call attempts everytime I have to speak to somebody.

    I hate Airtel network lately. I can't even change my sim to a different operator because of total lockdown in my locality. and my online classes are facing problems because of this ### network. ### improve Airtel network or I ### create problems in your tower and make you lode CUSTOMERs Sala.

        Team,

        Regarding my data postpaid service on this number [protected]. I raised a concern about my incorrect billing for 1060 rs where 300 rs booster was still added even though I requested airtel customer care to remove the the booster during the beginning phase of the month (Jan)

        Agent said he will followup and I clearly told them that I wont pay untill the bill is corrected. I didn't recieve any futher calls after that and I didn't use the services as well.

        Recently, I get another call reminding me about the bill and saying the amount is now 3888 which shook me even though I didn't use the service at all. I requested for my account suspension and clearly informed that I wont be paying this bill as I was charged incorrectly earlier and then never used the service from Jan onwards.

        I called again today and spoke to Ahmed who was supervisor and he kept on accusing me of lying and that I have beel using my Airtel postpaid broadband service and refused to give me any proofs when I asked. I have proof that I have not used airtel data service on [protected].

        My only request is that please close my accounts and I won't be paying this bill because of the above mentioned reasons. Airtel customer service is so pathetic that no one documented any notes of my complain since the time I raised this concern, this is really unacceptable.

          I have network problem in Airtel 4 G . I have 4 connections of Airtel . Same problem for all 4 connections. I am very frustrated from this problem . Please solve this problem otherwise I have to choose other networks.

            1. I have subscribed to You Tube Premium Subscription taking an offer on the Airtel Thanks app I paid Rs 399 on 24.94.2021 through my Debit Card for a three month subscription. Copy of payment image enclosed.

            3. After waiting for over a week I contacted the Airtel staff.

            4. After seeking details and a long conversation I was told that I should approach the You Tube people and the Airtel has nothing to do in this issue; A senior official said the same thing.

            5. I accepted this offer as a Airtel postpaid customer through their site.
            6 For the record, the You Tube Premium subscription is yet to be activated until today.

              I am residing in a place called Monnavedu village - 602021, Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu. The Airtel 4G network connection over here is extremely poor, it is working under 1 KBps. Since all the companies are asked to let their employees work from home, I am totally dependent on the internet for my work. I have contacted almost every fiber network providers including airtel, since its a remote village, people told me their services are not available to my area. So I bought Airtel my wifi dongle, but still i'm getting extremely poor network connection(under 10 KBps while using Airtel wifi). I kindly request you to look into this issue immediately and please do the needful.

                    Wrongfully recharged international pack

                    I have indian airtel prepaid number. Mistakenly I recharged international roaming pack for 1499. Though j was recharging for 1498. Either I want refund or conversion of my plan....

                    I am constantly having cross connections with same person over a period of 2-3 days on my Airtel phone number. On the top of that, it keeps happening when I contact a family member of mine. I am afraid that If there is any threat to my privacy. My Circle is Maharashtra. This incident has happened with me on 24/05/2021 and once again on 25/05/2021. The person with whom the cross connection is happening is bieng constantly rude. Please look into the issue and provide satisfactory solution

                      Very very worst network, poor data network in Airtel. Companies like Airtel, Vodafone, BSNL, Reliance Jio are providing mobile service and mobile internet services in my village (Kila Uvari-627651). Airtel mobile internet speeds are very low and do not work properly even after 4G recharge. During this epidemic, most of the companies are advised their employee to work from home as per the instructions of the State/Central government. As a result, workers in foreign countries are unable to make VC with their family.

                        I've accidentally recharged the wrong number using the paytm app

                        Hey, airtel two days back i recharged my sim as it hadn't been recharged for quiet sometime now, i recharged it using the paytm app and I accidentally ended up typing out the wrong number to recharge, I hope you can either switch the recharge to the correct number or submit a refund through paytm, thank you so much for your co operation.

                        I will attach the paytm invoice as for what paytm had asked me to do, thank you....

                          I've ported my no.from Vodafone to airtel and i've also inserted new sim after my old aim was disabled but verification call to 59059 is not complete. every time i try to call at 59059 it says "Your request for MNP is in process, please switch off and on you mobile after 30 minutes".
                          It's been 15 Hours that my number is not working. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

                            I tried recharging my airtel prepaid [protected] today around 11 30 am. Everything went good but in the end browser showed transaction not completed. However, a message came from bank that amount has been debited from the account.
                            Please help.

                                Airtel registered a pre&post jammu and kashmir connection to my email id without my permission.Now I have been receiving all the personal data and bills of a person who is not me.I contacted airtel from all the ways possible and they refused to do anything about it and said they can't do anything.From more than 5 months i am concerned about someone else's privacy and also the inconvinience caused by the mails to me but airtel says they cannot fix it.Also they irresponsibly handled someone's personal data to me, a total security breach.Nothing has been done till today and when asked Umaira Nadeem (airtel pre&post senior executive)about the personal details of the connection, she replied you can post it anywhere we don't care after that she deliberately hung my calls.
                                Airtel does not care about the privacy of its customers just beaware of these incompetents.

                                  My Airtel sim got deactivated although it had an active plan o[censored]nlimited data+2gb/ day pack and was under use.

                                  I got a text message from the mobile number [protected] that my number was going to be deactivated in 36 hrs and it also said to contact in the same number. The next day, the sim actually got deactivated and the sim is not getting detected by the device.

                                  Then I contacted the number in the message I received. It was picked up by a man, who claims to be from Airtel Customer Care. He asked me to install Team viewer quick support App to share my mobile phone screen for remote access and he was also constantly asking my bank details. His behaviour was quite suspicious and I am mot sure whether he is actually from Airtel Customer Care.

                                  My Sim is currently in deactivated state although it was in use.

                                  Please resolve the issue ASAP.

                                    My airtel dth expires today (23/5/2021).So I recharge my account(on the same day of expiry 23/5/21) with 250 rupees but they deducted 15 rupees.
                                    When I call to there customer care they said that my account is expire that's why they deduct .
                                    They are looting many people sir plz do something.
