I am having a airtel xtreme fiber connection, for 6 months i was on a 100 mbps plan, after that on 9 june i sent a request for plan upgrade to 200 mbs and did a 999 recharge from airtel thanks app.

11 june 10:30 pm i called 121 asking about the status, the guy at the other end said he will do some settings. after he did the settings my internet ( which was still 100mbps) completely stopped working, i raised a complaint again on 11 june 10:54 pm ticket id[protected] for broken internet.
since then theres no response from airtel. i have been repeatedly calling 121 getting my calls transferred to senior supervisors and all they tell me is wait 2 hours, reset router, restart, unplug, plug in back.. etc etc..
i checked the status on my airtel thanks app and it said that for ticket id[protected] engineer Sqib has been allocated, and was supposed to visit me on 12 June 930 am, unfortunately he never came, he sent someone at 5 pm on 12 june who said he done some changes and it wil be working in 2 hours, but my internet is still broken. i managed to fish the engineers (saqib's ) number from that lame bozo that came to my house so i am sharing it here[protected]..
since yesterday i have been trying to call airtel but my complaint is not getting addressed. the internet light on the router is supposed to be stable. but its blinking non stop. i tried different browsers diferent devices, the internet is completely broken.
i work in a private firm in the IT industry, these thugs are making a fool out of the helpless customers, i am suffering loss of pay because i cant login to my remote desk ( working from home), i am going to sue them if i lose my job. meanwhile applying for jio..

these problems are normally resovled within a couple of hours.. this is ridiculous on airtel's part, kindly take stern action, i want a refund and dicosnnection of airtel conneciton permanently if this is not resolved
