My may month bill for number [protected] shows 1322 as usage charges whereas my mobile was switched off from 21 may. On 11may2021 my call history shows 3 calls made to 5924102 for hours together. On googling we found it pertains to Airtel fun zone games. I believe it is a unbelievable thing from Airtel.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am Suresh Ramchandran, my customer id is [protected]-001 and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I recharged my digital TV account with Rs.6787 on April 21st 2021 to top up the My Mega Karnataka HD and 2 Ala-carte channels (Set HD and Disney International HD, Channel numbers 112 and 277). While the Mega HD Pack shows up, I am not able to see the other two channels i.e they still show up as blocked.
    I have called customer care several times to solve my problem and have also tried through the Airtel Thanks App, but nothing seems to be working. I am also not able to reach any customer service person to resolve this issue.
    I would appreciate it if my complaint was resolved as soon as possible.

        Past few days are just making me feel regret to choose airtel as my network provider . Means wtf internet speed it provide its not allowing at all speed . it gives around 10 kb atmax .
        kindly look at this problem cuz being a learner it sucks when you wanna learn but you can due to network hindrance

          Respected Sir.

          As we lived in family, one airtel number is constantly annoying to my family as well as to my personal mobile number. Now, the stage is that it is very problematic for my family members (father, mother and sister). Even when i am at class the person is calling me. The number is active every week. So, it is my humble request to give the full details of the airtel mobile number. The mobile number is [protected].Even the call is coming at mid-night also.

          So, pl give me full details to my mail id (shankar.[protected]@gmail.com).Treat, this is as my final step to stop the unwanted calls.
          Treat this matter on urgent basis as the question is of my family safety.

              I have done a recharge of Rs 598 on my airtel number yesterday and was eligible to get flat Rs 40 cashback in my airtel wallet. But untill now i havent received my cashback. please help me.

              cashback not recieved till now but conplaint was resolved without any solution.Also, i was not contacted by airtel.pathetic service as they are trying to become zero complains in the future

                There is a very bad situation of network at my place. No internet browsing speed, no speed in downloadin. And also there is a problem in calling.

                    I recently bought an iPhone and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number, yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID.

                    I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end.

                    They said that an amount should’ve been deducted from my account to activate the service, but no amount has been deducted from my account yet.

                    Please resolve this issue asap.

                            This is to inform you that i m from village area and here we are facing network problem from past many years and here nobody is ready to help us .. it maybe jio or airtel or any other network... Airtel services are going worst day by day ... Company is not taking any complaints, neglecting as we are from village... Just focusing on urban areas... What we want to do here... In our village and surrounding population exceeds to 1000 + but no network coverage... We planned to move to other network service who gives better network coverage, , for everyone its difficult without network...                               Hi! So i received a message from airtel that they are providing me free 10 GB data on a 4G sim+ 4G handset by calling on their promotional number. As soon as i called, i received 10 GB free data and here where the problem begins. I cannot open certain websites on google chrome like ( facebook, etc.) as it redirects me on this link http://one.airtel.in/rcconf again and again. Tried clearing browsing history and APN numbers. Also i cannot open any game downloaded from play store. What kind of joke is this Airtel playing? Why even bother to give free data when you can't use it freely as you are redirected to their irritating webpage. Please provide me a solution as soon as possible.

                                  I had taken Fastag in the month of Jan 2021 Recharged twice for Fastag for my two cars, Yesterday the Airtel Payments Banks sent a message stating 2 Cars Fastag deactivated without any prior intimation, since I have not sent
                                  any email or voice CALL TO deactivate the service. Airtel Payments Banks said amount refunded to Wallet but it should be transferred to Bank account not the wallet. Today one of Escalting Officer from Airtel Payments Bank Officer used unProfessional language as ### and raises his voice in top tone. As CUSTOMER care he should have patience and should solve the issue rather speaking Felthy language and I request Airtel Payments Bank to give a compensation of Rs. 1, 50, 000 for using Felthy Language. I request respective department to contact in my alternative no. [protected] .

                                    Sir, I'm writing this to inform you that my Airtel broadband/internet connection is not working since 23rd May. It's been more than 10 days and I'm getting no proper response from anyone. I have sent numerous emails and called CS care, no resolution. My entire work is dependent on internet connection as I'm working from home since pandemic. Every representative who visits my home says issue will get resolved in next half hour but nothing.

                                    It's been a horrible week at my work as all my deliverables are impacted due to this. It's really frustrating for me as TN is in lockdown and I cannot visit my relatives house for this..

                                    What has to be done to get this resolved as my pressure is mounting high due to my workload and I'm getting irritated to the core. M in ground floor so Mobil data is also not available.
