I am having a airtel xtreme fiber connection, for 6 months i was on a 100 mbps plan, after that on 9 june i sent a request for plan upgrade to 200 mbs and did a 999 recharge from airtel thanks app.
ticket i d: 89617493 on 9 june 11:12 pm
11 june 10:30 pm i called 121...

Anonymous Call asking to Recharge Airtel DTH

I have not recharged my Airtel DTH for past 2 months since i am out of station. I received a genuine call from Customer care the 1st month and updated them that i am outside town and can recharge it after 3-4 months. Today i received a call from [protected]asking to recharge for 163 Rs in order to keep the DTH active else there will be a penalty amount of 500 deducted whenever i recharge. i said i will recharge through app and will take care...

Suddenly on 12th June, 2021, the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially I thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
All this without any intimation from airtel.My exams are going on and it's my official number for any contact with college. Lost peace of mind due to this carelessness.

I would like signals on my phone be restored as soon as possible, and additionally they need to compensate for loss of peace of mind, and loss of opportunity due to missed communication during the period.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
When will my problem be solved?
We people are not stupid that we don't understand these ### plan of the company.

    My phone uses anytime data during the night time plan and yesterday i recharged my account with rs 100 and today when i checkout my balance it said it was rs 0. why are u people cheating your customers like this ??im really dissapointed abt this service,

      Recently I visited Airtel Store with lots Of Hope that they will solve my problem but instead of solving my problem they start arguing with me and dis misbehave with me and try to threaten me which was very Surprising For me because If You are visiting A airtel store you are expecting that they will treat you in a good way..!!

      Airtel is a renowned Company but I think now They Dont Care For their Customers..!!!

      If You are not capable to Look in to this matter then I think I have To change my network and Tell other people to change their network..!!

          I am having broadband connection of Airtel with number [protected] since last 2 years. Monthly bill is regularly paid by me Rs 471/- as per plan exist.

          It is very surprisingly to note that bill for the month of May had been changed alleging that got a message to change the plan which is not fact. I have never made any request to change my existing plan and switch over in new plan. Airtel representative have told me that your plan have been changed with 499/- in place of 399/-
          Accordingly, bill has been issued which is not appropriate at all.

          It is not out of place to mention here that my plan which is going on is not avsilable for new customer since last 1 year and being a existing customer this plan is going on which is the policy of any telecom companies. Unfairly, Airtel has sent the hiked bill which is not only injustice for the existing customer but also the violation of the prevalent policy of telephone companies under which service of existing plan is continued for existing customer and new plan is effective for new customer on the same line when any offer granted is given to the new customer not for the existing customer.

          Such type o[censored]nfair dealing is not expected from airtel companies which is known for maintaining the relation with the customer .

          Kindly look into the above issue and resolve it.

          It is really a inferior of customer dealing of Airtel Representative. How any existing plan can be changed for existing customer without any prior consent of consumer. It shows that inappropriate act of Airtel. Extremely regretted!

          No action has been taken in the matter so far. It is really embarassing situation for the customer where Airtel has changed the existing plann of consumer without any consent of the consumer . It is really aarbitrary and deceitful AIRTEL to deAl with customer .

          It is very unfortunate that AIRTEL has not informed about continuation of existing plan for existing customer which is very prevalent dealing of telecom companies.

          In fact, this may be gone through that my existing plan Rs 399 was not available for new customer since last 2 years but as per usual prevalent practise it is going on effective for me being a existing customer .

          Suddenly, my plan has been been changed which is against the prevalent practise of Airtel.

          Kindly look into the above issue and restore my existing plan of Rs. 399/- .

            No executive is taking call from the past 3 days. And the customer care is asking for 24hr window everyday to get the set top box installed. It has been more than 3 days today. This is plainly an example of customers.

              Security Deposit of Airtel DTH not refunded

              I had taken an Airtel DTH connection (A/c No. [protected]-001) almost 3 years back. The company had taken a REFUNDABLE Security Deposit of Rs. 2, 000 from me, which the company had promised to give back on surrender of connection. Now, when I want to surrender the DTH Box, the company is refusing to give me back my deposit. The call centre executive is saying that Airtel has stopped giving refund and asked me to keep the DTH Box with me. Please...

              My friend has ported from Vi ( idea ) sim to Airtel
              Idea have disconnected their signal
              Airtel sim didn't have signal and sometimes signal appears
              But when i dial to activate or to check it says NETWORK NOT REGISTERED
              Also when I call his number it says that the mobile number doesn't exist

                Yesterday airtel deducted my balance Rs310 .I checked call history .I didn't make any call.
                Deducted history shows 5924102 dial.
                They deducted wrong. Please resolve and refund the amount. My airtel prepaid number is [protected]

                  Hi,
                  I have been using Airtel broadband services from past several months however i have not received any of my bills in my mail or on my phone number. I have been given assurance that because of ongoing Covid crisis my number and email could not be updated in the system.

                  Till now i'm not able to login to Airtel Broadband portal to download my bills because registered mobile number is not mine. I tried customer care but process requires to have registered phone and email to update any contact details.

                  I'm not able to contact the local person in the Airtel office as well. My internet is not working from past 15-20 days and i can see there is outstanding bill on my name.
                  Kindly help me resolve the issue.

                    I have tried the airtel thanks app, which says my email is verified. I have tried the website, but get a "failed to add email" message every time. I have tried the help section. I have tried calling 121 but there is no option to add/change email and no human. I have tried texting to 121 but it says to call 121 to change email. I NEED an ESIM but cannot get one because I don't have an email associated with my account

                      I am using airtel ( [protected]) past many years. But haven't faced such kind of issue till now...DATA is NOT WORKING ( no network issue in this area) since last 10 DAYS even though my balance data say its 1.5GB per day available and is valid till next month; also mobile hotspot not available asks me to contact airtel. I raised a complain on june 3 COMPLAINT NO. CONOU3BLR[protected] just getting reply that it will be resolved, its past 8 days and problem not yet resolved, I raised another complaint today COMPLAINT NO. CLCNF3BLR[protected].and again its asking to wait for 10 days more. My prepaid data is being wasted and not even able to use when required... Kindly look into this matter and resolve ASAP. Airtel you can do much better than this.

                        Respected sir,
                        This is to inform you about the poor internet connection in my village since last 2 years . In this area of digital revolution, my area is not getting proper 3G facilities in our homes .People have to attend online classes, working professionals have to work from home and all this requires atleast a decent 4G connection which is not available here .So, we have to move out of the village in the fields to check our emails or download lectures.
                        Moreover, there is quite a good connection in the village nearby .
                        Could you please extend it to is Sir since most of the users are Airtel and almost all household has atleast 5 phones in their homes.

                        We'll be highly thankful to you.

                          I ported to airtel and sim got activated on 10th June 2021 .
                          I am able to make calls and use mobile data but no incoming calls no incoming SMS or bank otp.
                          If someone contacts me it says mobile number is invalid. Please it's my primary sim . It's a big loss for me.

                            I am using Airtel mobile services from last 10 years. Of late I have recharged with Rs 251 twice to utilize 50 GB 4G data. Airtel collected the money but while using they are not providing 4g speed. There no customer support as well to talk or complaint against it. When ever I am trying to report it through their bot in Airtel thanks app it is showing that I do not have enough data balance.

                            They are alluring with different top ups but not providing the customer support at all.

                                मैंने ईमेल किया उसका भी कोई हल नहीं...!
                                आखीर इस देश में चल क्या रहा हैं..? Good Governance वाली सरकार अपने मुंह मिठू मियां बन गई है.!
                                मेरी शिकायत निम्नलिखित है।
                                * मैं एयरटेल priped का एक नियमित ग्राहक हूं, .[protected] यह मेरा मोबाइल नंबर हैं।
                                * इस नंबर पर ₹ 249/- का प्लान 12.06.2021 तक active हैं।
                                * किंतु कल 09.06.2021 से अचानक मेरी सेवा बंद कर दी गई..! आउटगोइंग, संदेश, इंटरनेट सेवा बंद कर दी गई...!
                                * मैंने शिकायत करने के लिए फोन किया किंतु वंहा एक जिम्मेदार अधिकारी किसी नंबर पर उपलब्ध नहीं हैं केवल आनसरींग मशीन बकवास करती हैं..!
                                * नोडल अधिकारी को शिकायत की कोशिश की लेकिन वहां भी आनसरींग मशीन हैं...!
                                * ईमेल किया उसका जवाब आया शिकायत उड़ीसा अपील अधिकारी के पास पहुंच गयी जबकि मैंने महाराष्ट्र नोडल अधिकारी को शिकायत की थी...!
                                * ईमेल के बाद भी कोई हल नहीं निकला परेशान होकर मैंने ₹ 45/- का रिचार्ज किया ताकि 3 दिन सेवा शुरू रहे, किंतु उसके बाद भी मेरी सेवा बंद ही है अब तक... आश्चर्य होता है क्या कंपनी सिर्फ money making machine बनी हुई हैं..?
                                * ग्राहक जाये भाड़ में कि good policy पर काम कर रही हैं...?
                                * करोड़ों रुपए कमाने वाली कंपनी क्या चोरी कर के ग्राहकों को लुटने के लिए तंत्र जाल बिछाया है...?
                                * कल से मेरी सेवा बंद है मैं इसी नंबर से सारे काम करता हूं बैंक में और हर जगह यही नंबर लिंक होने से मुझे भारी परेशानी हो रही हैं।
                                * मैं एक शेयर बाजार का ट्रेडर हूं कल से मेरा काम बंद पड़ा है इस नुकसान की भरपाई क्या एयरटेल कंपनी करेंगी...?
                                * मेरा बोरवेल का व्यवसाय भी है इसी नंबर से जुड़ा हुआ है लेकिन वहां भी कल से परेशानी व नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा हैं.. इसका जवाब दार कौन है क्या एयरटेल कंपनी मेरे नुकसान की भरपाई करेंगी...?
                                * मुझे आशा है कि शिकायत का निराकरण अतिशीघ्र होगा।
                                * शिकायत मैंने TRAI, व Telecome Minister को भी कर दी है।

                                  As per my samsung phone the data I have used on the particular day is less than 1GB but Airtel shows my daily data of 1.5GB has been 100% ccomplted and I have to recharge.
