I am using Airtel mobile services from last 10 years. Of late I have recharged with Rs 251 twice to utilize 50 GB 4G data. Airtel collected the money but while using they are not providing 4g speed. There no customer support as well to talk or complaint against it. When ever I am trying to report it through their bot in Airtel thanks app it is showing that I do not have enough data balance.

They are alluring with different top ups but not providing the customer support at all.

      R/Sir, m i Rajesh G Patil from Gondia Maharastra मैने कल एयरटेल के नोडल अधिकारी को शिकायत की कोशिश की किंतु वंहा भी एयरटेल के दिये बाकी नंबर जैसे आनसरींग मशीन ही बात करती है..? कोई जवाब देने वाला नहीं है एक ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी भी मौजूद नहीं है किसी नंबर पर..!
      मैंने ईमेल किया उसका भी कोई हल नहीं...!
      आखीर इस देश में चल क्या रहा हैं..? Good Governance वाली सरकार अपने मुंह मिठू मियां बन गई है.!
      मेरी शिकायत निम्नलिखित है।
      * मैं एयरटेल priped का एक नियमित ग्राहक हूं, .[protected] यह मेरा मोबाइल नंबर हैं।
      * इस नंबर पर ₹ 249/- का प्लान 12.06.2021 तक active हैं।
      * किंतु कल 09.06.2021 से अचानक मेरी सेवा बंद कर दी गई..! आउटगोइंग, संदेश, इंटरनेट सेवा बंद कर दी गई...!
      * मैंने शिकायत करने के लिए फोन किया किंतु वंहा एक जिम्मेदार अधिकारी किसी नंबर पर उपलब्ध नहीं हैं केवल आनसरींग मशीन बकवास करती हैं..!
      * नोडल अधिकारी को शिकायत की कोशिश की लेकिन वहां भी आनसरींग मशीन हैं...!
      * ईमेल किया उसका जवाब आया शिकायत उड़ीसा अपील अधिकारी के पास पहुंच गयी जबकि मैंने महाराष्ट्र नोडल अधिकारी को शिकायत की थी...!
      * ईमेल के बाद भी कोई हल नहीं निकला परेशान होकर मैंने ₹ 45/- का रिचार्ज किया ताकि 3 दिन सेवा शुरू रहे, किंतु उसके बाद भी मेरी सेवा बंद ही है अब तक... आश्चर्य होता है क्या कंपनी सिर्फ money making machine बनी हुई हैं..?
      * ग्राहक जाये भाड़ में कि good policy पर काम कर रही हैं...?
      * करोड़ों रुपए कमाने वाली कंपनी क्या चोरी कर के ग्राहकों को लुटने के लिए तंत्र जाल बिछाया है...?
      * कल से मेरी सेवा बंद है मैं इसी नंबर से सारे काम करता हूं बैंक में और हर जगह यही नंबर लिंक होने से मुझे भारी परेशानी हो रही हैं।
      * मैं एक शेयर बाजार का ट्रेडर हूं कल से मेरा काम बंद पड़ा है इस नुकसान की भरपाई क्या एयरटेल कंपनी करेंगी...?
      * मेरा बोरवेल का व्यवसाय भी है इसी नंबर से जुड़ा हुआ है लेकिन वहां भी कल से परेशानी व नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा हैं.. इसका जवाब दार कौन है क्या एयरटेल कंपनी मेरे नुकसान की भरपाई करेंगी...?
      * मुझे आशा है कि शिकायत का निराकरण अतिशीघ्र होगा।
      * शिकायत मैंने TRAI, व Telecome Minister को भी कर दी है।

        As per my samsung phone the data I have used on the particular day is less than 1GB but Airtel shows my daily data of 1.5GB has been 100% ccomplted and I have to recharge.

          Mobile recharge of Rs. 1498/- was done on 23 Mar 2021 but not credited on my mobile number. Airtel is denying for refund Rs.1498. All available relevant transaction effected details have been sent through a sequence of email with attachments but always after 6/8 days Airtel states they have not received payment whereas I have provided all transaction details. Kindly look into the matter.

            On 4 जून 21 I have recharged my daughter number with data pack for valadity. Money has been deducted from my bank account through Icici bank but recharge is not reflecting on my number.

              I done recharge o[censored]nlimited internet pack of rs 199 on jun 2 and not able to use internet, did compliant in airtel thanks app on jun 5 no response yet, I also tried reaching customer service executive amd airtel is not providing an option to talk to customer service. This is a kind of cheating. Please do necessary action.

                Data Speed is buffering and very slow when I rang to customer cares and ans your2.5gb daily daily is exausted at8.30am where as I havnot used it and my phone data usage setting showinn 2.4gb for 3daysand moreover assistance are not in mood of helping neither they are ready to message complain no..It seeme these companies become their.they donot have where customer used data, is it possible?

                    Recharge successful but its scheme is not activated

                    After I recharge an Airtel unlimited pack online of Rs.219 for a validity of 28 days through RecharCube on[protected] at around 12:08 on Airtel mobile number [protected] it was shown that it was successful and the money was also deducted from my bank account tx#[protected] for Rs.219.00 but it is not activated on the said mobile number and while making calls it is still saying that the validity has expired and it is not activated.

                    Yesterday suddenly I got an error pop-up on my I-phone saying 'sim card not installed'.
                    I have reinserted it, put on flight mode for some time, switched off and checked in other phones also but it is not getting detected.
                    I tried to call airtel customer care but there is no any option to talk with them. just press 1, 2, 3, ...
                    I was very happy with the network service but suddenly this happened and no one is responsible towards this. For my very disappointing surprise, there is no any nearby airtel care center.
                    This number was registered with all banks and other things where I used to get OTPs.
                    very much disappointed with Service.

                      Hello Airtel, I am Muhindo Dauglas, I swapped my SIM card yesterday around 2-3PM at the office located along Kampala road Thobani Center. I was worked on by a teller known as Edrina however my SIM card is not active up to now. Please help me because I have work I need to complete. Your response will be helpful for me.

                        Stopped receiving incoming messages for more than a month, though I have complaint raised to Airtel and been following up for more than a month yet no resolution. No Technical expertise in Airtel, felt ashamed to use this network for the past 10 years .

                          I have purchased Airtel Dongle no. [protected] in January 2021 through Airtel Store. My dongle is not working since the starting of May 2021.

                          1. I have mailed to Airtel customer care on 20th May 2021, Till date I have many communications which I am attaching herewith. Representative from Airtel visited my house on 2nd June 2021. and said that there is internal issue in the dongle which will be resolved by the Airtel.

                          2.Talked with customer care over phone on 6th June 2021 with having the docket complaint no- P[protected], which is given by customer care representative. Till today, I have not received any kind of replacement and support from the Airtel. Voice communication from the customer care is also available.

                          3.I also contacted the concern person from Airtel Store. The person from the store assured me that he will come and resolve the issue.

                          I am totally fed up to trace the Airtel customer care and the person from Airtel Store. I am also attaching the mail communication for your kind reference.

                          Kindly do the needful against my complaint.

                                My may month bill for number [protected] shows 1322 as usage charges whereas my mobile was switched off from 21 may. On 11may2021 my call history shows 3 calls made to 5924102 for hours together. On googling we found it pertains to Airtel fun zone games. I believe it is a unbelievable thing from Airtel.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  I am Suresh Ramchandran, my customer id is [protected]-001 and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I recharged my digital TV account with Rs.6787 on April 21st 2021 to top up the My Mega Karnataka HD and 2 Ala-carte channels (Set HD and Disney International HD, Channel numbers 112 and 277). While the Mega HD Pack shows up, I am not able to see the other two channels i.e they still show up as blocked.
                                  I have called customer care several times to solve my problem and have also tried through the Airtel Thanks App, but nothing seems to be working. I am also not able to reach any customer service person to resolve this issue.
                                  I would appreciate it if my complaint was resolved as soon as possible.

                                      Past few days are just making me feel regret to choose airtel as my network provider . Means wtf internet speed it provide its not allowing at all speed . it gives around 10 kb atmax .
