I face very very bad response from your service provider, I asked for new broadband connection and airtel staff call me and inform about plans after the I ask for connection availablity in my place, they promise me they have service in my place. After that assurance installation was done with in 24hrs then only I paid my bill, after payment finished, airtel staff told me on the same day they will install my internet service, but nothing happening, next day I called no responds not even pick up my call also, so I created compliant in 121 service then airtel 121 call center staff told me they will install within 24 hrs, still nothing happening, next day again I call airtel sales staff still not pick up my call, after that I call 121 then they informed me again installation will be done in 24hrs. Now day 3 still installation was not done and they removed my compliant in my account also still sales staff not pick up my phone
This was very poor response from your side your sales staff suppose to tell me exactly when they going to install before I paid my bills, after payment after several times call after 3 days waiting still installation was not done.
I thought airtel was have good coustomer service, but they way your staff treat me is totally unprofessional
This is way airtel treat your customers. I really disappointed in your service.

      Hello Sir/Madam, I have tried and tried and tried contacting Airtel Customer Care about the network issues we all are facing in our area, which is,
      Avachitnagar, Jaysingpur 416101
      Kolhapur, Maharashtra

      But, I have been getting no response, not at all. I am using their service for 4-5 years now. And, they don't even have a single proper care number or something where I can contact them. It's really frustrating to go outside of the house just to get the sim network every single time and all the time, during the calls. And, it doesn't seem that Airtel India or any other Network operator is serious about solving these issues, even though they charge a hefty amount of bills every month. These Network operators are only focused to provide good service in the Urban areas. And they really don't care about the Rural and semi Urban areas, even though the customer pays the same amount of money, but has to face a lot of issues related to Network connectivity and call drops, etc. The Internet speed is worse, needless to mention. They charge us for 4G speeds, but the speeds are not even 2G. I have been complaining to them about this for years, and not a single response has been provided. Finally, I am leaving my complaint here.

          Today i have receive sms on 9:02 am that I have consumed 100 percent daily data limit 1.5 GB . While I have not consumed
          That data . As per my phone data setting only 400 MB data consumed . Company customer care not support me in this matter. My some important work has been obstructed due to this.
          I want refund of my balance data of daily limit

              I am A.goswami chose the plan 379 /for 84 days for my husband. .paynent done on 29.5.2021 at 11.30 a.m from sbi bank..no acknowledgment came upto night 10 p.m
              .
              as 30th was last date for recharge my nephew recharged 379 / at 11 p.m same night & acknowledgements came..

              Now how can i get back my 379/.. ?pl.help

                    I rcgarged my mobile [protected] relating to chenai circle for rs.598-00 inline through sytate bank of indiai recharged my mobile [protected], chennai circle for rs.598-00 on line through state bank of india but there were two debits in my state bank on my state bank of account. The details are
                    2-jun-21 2-jun-21 by debit card-othpg 502400 bharti airtel ltd [protected]-- 598 1, 85, 543.19 airtel recharge
                    2-jun-21 2-jun-21 by debit card-sbipg[protected]airtel19/tn/prepaid gurgaon-- 598 1, 84, 945.19 airtel recharge
                    i therefore request you to have the excess payment of rs/598-00 repaid to my account. I have cut and pasted the proof of payment within this page.

                          I am Arun Kumar Sharma and my contact no. is [protected]. I deposited money in airtel payment bank but when i needed to pay by airtel payment bank then it shows error message. I visited airtel center in Surajpur, Greater Noida. They told that my KYC was not updated. They did my KYC two times but still there is no result. I called airtel payment bank helpline no. but no result.
                          I want to close my airtel payment bank account after transferring the amount to my bank account.

                          Kindly do the needful.

                            I am using Airtel from a year. My current plan is of 40mb/s. But as soon as I get something to download using Torrent or even some sites (movies and games downloading sites) I got a disastrous speed of 200-400 kb/s. I wonder why does Airtel even care where we use the data we already paid for . If you need to block something go for porn sites, online drug sites and why even them? Let the users choose. One o[censored]ser on Quora is saying that Jio doesn't throttle torrent, but there is high fluctuations in download speed.

                              My prepaid pack of 599 Rs ends today, (31.05.2021). I recharged using my Airtel this morning with a 599 pack. I got sms confirmation from Airtel and the bank for this transaction. But this us not reflected in my Airtel app and I get messages that my outgoing services would be fisconnected. Please look in to this....

                              I reside in Sector -54, Mohali(pb.), having very poor signal strength specially while using mobile indoor at GF and not able to make and receive calls, whic effect my working.
                              The matter is conveyed to customer care no. of times but no action has yet took palace since last more that one year. Complaint is registered and after few days closed without taking any action and even no information is given to customer

                                  On 25th of May, one of airtel Sales executive Jitendra Kumar approached me for new broadband connection and as part of new offer he mentioned that if I pay for 3 month Advance, installation will be free and also XSTREAM BOX and 1 month HD channel pack will be free with all plans.
                                  I made the payment on 29th May Morning, and installation was done in evening and i was shocked when after setup, installation engineer said that only router installation is their, when I reached out to Sales person he said that for XSTREAM BOX you have to place a new order and its not part of this broadband installation. He said you have to 1500 refundable for that and separate team will take that.

                                  When I reminded him that I have call recording where he mentioned all these will be free and part of new broadband bundle offer, he said sorry nothing can be done now. When I asked for cancellation, he said you have already paid in advance, that will not be refunded.

                                  This is a clear case of cheating and i dont want associate with Airtel, and I request you to cancel my connection and initiate the refund at the earliest as you have not delivered what you promised. Looking for ward to hear from you.

                                    I have been using airtel number since 2010. Last year I moved to Spain and I still use my airtel number. 1 wee before my Airtel stopped receiving signal. All my OTP's and other important messages are to be received in this number. I am not able to reach to their customer service inspite of trying a 100 times.
